Fantastic location, hotel full of character and super staff

The rooms were lovely, but a little tired and in need of a refresh, mainly the bathroom. The restaurant next door played really loud music every night

Best possible location, couldn’t have imagined a more central and perfect spot- staff was amazing especially the chef in the morning who prepared daily amazing breakfasts with great conversation

Fantastic location. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Just a short stroll to the Cathedral and sea front. 2 wonderful restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Palma. Excellent location, incredible staff and facilities. Perfect for a solo traveller.

I came back to this hotel for the 2nd time as I simply loved it. It’s in the center of Palma, close to really good restaurants (Ombu, Forn, Koa, Mambu, La vieja …) and bars (Abaco, its neighbour). Rooms are perfect and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious (thanks to Gabriela working her magic in the kitchen). Hotel reception staff have even given us a short tour of the hotel highlighting its architectural points, an extra mile if you ask me. Anyway, nothing to complain about.

If you are coming to Palma for the beach, know rhat you will have to take the bus for rhat. But the bus stop is 2-3 mins walking from the hotel (bus 25 for example).

The pool is small and only 50cm deep.

the property was in an amazing location, super clean and modern, all staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. all facilities were great and the hotel felt very safe. the breakfast selection was excellent. we booked a taxi transfer to the airport through reception and it came instantly picking us up right outside the front gates.

Relaxed but beautifully appointed, really friendly staff and great touches (excellent breakfast, comfy beds). Despite being in a lively area, once you step into the courtyard it’s quiet and chilled. Cool rooftop plunge pool area.

Very quaint courtyard and so close to all restaurants and shops. Also near the Cathedral. Taxi picked us up right outside the hotel to take us to the airport.

In a perfect central location this small hotel has everything you need for a visit to Palma, including a rooftop pool. Bars and restaurants are on the doorstep whilst the cathedral and old town are just minutes away. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Location, location….Possibly one of the best to explore medieval and old Palma

We requested a bed for two adults like a queen or two full size beds. We had to sleep on a full bed, very uncomfortable However the breakfast staff of Gabriela and Miguel were very caring and helpful. Also Dimas at the front desk was very helpful

Location is perfect for a number of the major sights in the old town. Our room was very large & comfortable in the old section of the hotel . Nice large bed & the bathroom was more than adequate. Good storage space to allow total unpacking. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection & even cakes - excellent coffee machine with a number of options.An enjoyable stay with a large number of restaurants a short walk from the hotel. Nice seating area on the roof which gives you a view of the Cathedral. Well worth a visit.

The reception area when you check-in does not give you a good feeling for the hotel price - looks more like a mini - cab waiting room.

Location. Excellent for exploring the Old Town of Palma. Less than 5 minutes walk to the cathedral.

The location is perfect, in the middle of old town. The property was a pleasing combination of modern fitted into old architecture. Everything looked new and worked as it should. Really good stay!

The location is fantastic, I can not imagine it to be any better. I like the patio in the middle of the old town and the roof terrace with a wonderful view on the cathedral.

We always enjoy stating at the Petit Palace. I was pleased that they gave me a room with a bath which I'd specifically asked for.

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the moment we checked in with Javier until the time we left the staff were super friendly and attentive. The hotel is lovely, with spacious rooms and a tranquil environment in a perfect location for getting around Pala The breakfast was excellent

Centre of Palma, great location. Friendly staff. Lovely room with tea making facilities if required. Nice little courtyard patio. Fantastic views from Roof Terrace with a small dip pool for the warmer weather and a sauna.

Room was a wee bit too warm even with heating turned down to lowest of 16°

LOVELY HOTEL! Right in the centre of old town so brilliant location. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was lovely. Gorgeous roof terrace where we could spend our final day after we checked out.
