Brilliant location. Close to all the sites. Even though you are in the centre there was no traffic noise. Excellent facilities, and breakfast was really good. Had a really great selection. Rooms are of a decent size.

Could do with some chairs on the balcony so you could sit outside. No shade on the roof terrace and the mid day sun gets very hot. Some umbrellas would have been nice.

Rooms were great, really clean and spacious. Super comfy beds and soft sheets and lovely molton brown toiletries. Location was perfect and proximity to the airport made transport so easy, especially as our flights were delayed until the middle of the night. 24 hour concierge was helpful too, and reception staff went out of their way to support.

The breakfast was good, but felt the food could have been a slightly higher quality. Otherwise everything was perfect and I’d definitely recommend!

The spa was a bit boring. Also, the group who scheduled before us stayed there even though they were out of time and made a lot of noise.

Our stay at the Nakar Hotel in Mallorca was nothing short of spectacular! As three friends exploring the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to explore all that Palma has to offer, from shopping and dining to cultural sites. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool. The panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea were breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent many evenings lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails, and soaking in the stunning scenery. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at Nakar Hotel were also exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with any of our requests. Breakfast was another delightful experience, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day. We also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and attention to detail, which added to the overall charm and ambiance. We highly recommend the Nakar Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and unbeatable views in Mallorca. Our trip was truly unforgettable, thanks to this fantastic hotel!

Fantastic rooftopbar Friendly staff Clean Place

Friendly staff and VERY friendly cleaning crew. Great bed and great sheets. Super comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Small buffet and the baked goods were stale. It would be nice if there were more control of the sunbeds by the pool. People just leave towels there and go for lunch.

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful hotel, perfect for a city break. Great location, lovely large, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. The pool area was lovely and great to enjoy the June sun (note there’s no umbrellas, might be a issue in the height of summer), and the staff change up the area into a bar on the evenings. Lovely place to enjoy a drink with the sun coming down.

A little expansive room for one person

Brilliant position in the old centre of Palma. Great roof top sun terrace and roof. We had room 32 which was extremely large with ac”family” bath, large shower and double wash basin and large balcony. Many top restaurants within walking distance! We really enjoyed staying there for our week in June!

No dislikes!

Super location for sightseeing, shopping, Restaurants, bars and the beach. The rooftop bar is quite special with amazing views of the city.

No service at the rooftop swimming pool and lounge area - bar service only on the lower ground restaurant.

Room was lovely - large with a huge bath, settee, big t.v. and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, large choice of options with eggs available on order. The roof top bar and pool area had a spectacular view of the bay and the cathedral. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, main tourist areas, the cathedral and harbour areas.

I didn't like the open nature of the bathroom, the bath was open to the room as were the wash basins. However I was travelling with my daughter and perhaps the room is more suited to couples. It would also have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony

Fantastic although small rooftop terrace with excellent views of the city. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Modern, comfortable rooms with excellent facilities and standalone bath. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.

Unlike other hotels experienced in Palma with a lower rate, there were charges for spa access and other extras. Terrace is fantastic with very small and some inconsiderate guests can spoil the relaxing experience with work calls etc.

The room was a bit disappointed despite upgraded to superior Window was high so made room feel glum

It was perfect. First we had a problem with the jacuzzi. After some calls they weren’t be able to solved the issue. they therefore let us choose an alternative by choosing a slightly "nicer" and bigger room for compensation. this is certainly well appreciated. in short, a service that really came from the heart. so I recommend everyone to choose this hotel if they want to stay nearby.

Again this depends on what tastes one has. I was satisfied with the breakfast, while my husband thought the choice was rather limited but okay.

The thought that had gone into the layout of the room, sockets, lighting etc and the convenience of everything in the hotel was fabulous

Nothing really, only a slight water supply issue and don't think the sauna was working and loud noise in the spa but didn't spoil our stay

The Room and Service was really good!

The breakfast is fine but nothing special. Important to know: parking close to the hotel is pretty expensive as it is directly in the city centre and for the Spa a reservation needs to be done.

Aircon wasn’t the greatest.

Breakfast was wonderful, highly recommend adding this to your stay! Always fresh fruit and a couple of veggie options available as well as gluten-free options for those who are intolerant or allergic.

The spa was a nice amenity through it would have been nice to have the sauna temps a bit higher. A small workout area is always nice to have for travelers looking to get some exercise in other than sightseeing.

Great location, near many of the places of interest: fine dining restaurants, wine bar, cathedral, Placa Major, Placa Espania, shopping centres etc. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very tasty and qualitative, and coffee is very good. The sky bar is ok, amazing view. The rooms are large and clean. The cleaning service is daily and good. The rooms are simple and stylish and the bed is comfortable.

The spa is ok for the saunas, both wet and dry. The pool is tiny, not. fit for swimming if you are. into this.

Very spacious room with balcony & jacuzzi tub. It was a much larger and quieter room than I expected. And the location was actually very good. Although not located in the oldest part of old town, it's just a 5-10 minute walk from everything. Very comfortable! Excellent service!

There could have been more daily variety in the breakfast menu, but otherwise it was very high quality and satisfying. The views from the restaurant are exceptional!
