Very good choice
Great location, near many of the places of interest: fine dining restaurants, wine bar, cathedral, Placa Major, Placa Espania, shopping centres etc. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very tasty and qualitative, and coffee is very good. The sky bar is ok, amazing view. The rooms are large and clean. The cleaning service is daily and good. The rooms are simple and stylish and the bed is comfortable.
The spa is ok for the saunas, both wet and dry. The pool is tiny, not. fit for swimming if you are. into this.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was modern and clean. Good choice of tv channels. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top terrace and restaurant. Great location.

This was one of the nicest hotel suites I have ever stayed in. Couldn't have have asked for more!
Very spacious room with balcony & jacuzzi tub. It was a much larger and quieter room than I expected. And the location was actually very good. Although not located in the oldest part of old town, it's just a 5-10 minute walk from everything. Very comfortable! Excellent service!
There could have been more daily variety in the breakfast menu, but otherwise it was very high quality and satisfying. The views from the restaurant are exceptional!

Fabulous
The staff were very friendly from reception to the restaurant at breakfast. The roof top terrace and pool is such a lovely facility. We visited in November and enjoyed relaxing on the loungers and taking in the view. Selection at breakfast was limited but food was of good quality. The location is excellent. Room cleaned very well every day.

If you want a relaxing place to stay in Palma with friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the view was excellent. The location is easily accessible by bus from the airport and it's near the great sites that Palma has to offer.

Best hotel in Palma
The location is superb, very comfortable rooms, views from restaurant and roof top bar are amazing.
Had to pay a surcharge of e10 to use the spa because we booked through Booking.com

Interconnecting Rooms suited us as a group. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Rooftop bar was very cool for cocktails. The staff were always very helpful
