Juma Historic Hotel, Mallorca

Great location in Placa Major, near cafes, shops , TI.

The parking lot is a little tricky to find with all the one way streets in the historic center, not an uncommon problem in old towns.

Great location and no noise from square outside

Walls between the rooms (on third floor) were paper thin, so could hear every word of guests staying in room next door. Not great for privacy.

Central location nice bedroom & a bath was a plus

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean, in a fabulous location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We so loved this historic hotel, a special place overlooking the town square. Family run, friendly staff and with such history.Gazing from our window night and morning into the tree lined square was magic! Watching children at play in the evening, or early rising dog walkers in the morning. Fell to sleep with church bells softly chiming. Would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect location in the old town`s pedestrianised main square. The superb Breakfast was served on the adjoining restaurant`s terrace - perfect for watching the local deliveries and activity as the old town awakens but before the daily onflux of tourists. We had a Superior double with a small balcony offering great views of the mountains. Very comfortable, with a good bathroom, a great little fridge, good aircon and a very comfortable bed. On the hotel roof was a small terrace offering views down to the square, across the old city and to the mountains.

Nothing to fault really. The only slight negative for some people might be the hotel`s limited public space - there is just a reception with a small public room for seating and a coffee machine. However, the local cafe-bars and restaurants are right outside! Please note that, as the old town is pedestrianised, there is a small stroll from where the taxis can drop you off

This is a lovely hotel in the main square. The room was well equipped and a good size. Breakfast was substantial and tasty.

Loved the fact it was in the lovely Square with an option to eat in if weather was bad the atmosphere was wonderful in the hotel it felt like an exclusive private club without inflated prices! The staff were so kind and friendly

The breakfast was delicious with a good/varied choice. It was lovely to be outside in the square.

I left early on two occasions and it would have been nice to have had the option of an earlier breakfast (it was from 8am). It may have been possible - I didn't ask.

It is a lovely small hotel in a very central location. Breakfast is served in the square. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The location is excellent. All of the staff are so polite , helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best it could be. Fantastic value

Being very picky and I mean picky , tea and coffee making facilities would be great.

Hotel located in historical center. You have you breakfast at the central square of the city. Impressive. Breakfast "a 'la Carte" so you have to choose one option of hot dish. Juice, coffee and some starters are unlimited. There are few café and restaurants around the hotel.

If you prefer to sleep with open window, it could be tricky: in the evening because of tourists, in the morning because of workers who collect trash and so on.

Amazing hotel! loved the jacuzzi on the top that you can see the whole town. the room and the bathroom was big enough. Also comfy bed. The breakfast is simple and delicious, not random open buffet. During our stay(30 Jul-1 Aug), there was La Patrona festival that celebrated literally in front of the hotel with live music and people dancing all night. Hotel informed us in advance about noise and asked if we’d like to cancel. Thanks to ear plugs that hotel provided in the room, we had no problem in the night.

The parking in the town is challenging. It was our mistake not to request private parking from hotel. Anyway, We could always find free public parking spot that max 5-10 min by walk. It was still okay but not to waste time by searching, it’s better to request parking in advance and paying the price which is not expensive.

There were no tea facilities in the room and if I wanted tea I had to go to reception and buy it from the machine. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great and very good choice-al served by friendly staff on the town square. the hotel itself is on the main square which provides a variety of restaurants-absolutely ideal .A great place to relax.

A couple of extra sunbeds and perhaps extend the roof access until 9am

The location was exactly in the center of the town. It was a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel because of the ancient street widths but worth the effort to find the location. The breakfasts were very good. The staff knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel location was centrally located to explore the northwest region of Mallorca.

Great location. Breakfast is delicious, served by a restaurant in the main plaza of Pollensa. Room had view of the main square and the mountains beyond. Roof deck with jacuzzi was spectacular.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. And I particularly liked the shutters, which meant it was very dark for sleeping.

My only bugbear is that due to the hotel's very central location I got woken very early by noisy rubbish collectors and then building work nearby. I also only discovered the central coffee making station on check out. I wish it had been pointed out when I checked in.

Location right on 'the square' which was excellent, as was the associated restaurant and bar. Lovely room.

A bit noisy in the early hours for deliveries etc but this was expected.

everything ok only minor problem could be not for some people because of the stairs but they have a lift after the first stairs to the entrance.

The hotel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was top-notch. I've stayed in some very high end hotels and this one was excellent. The breakfast was actually amazing. I will be back for sure.

We stayed for one night because our Villa wasn't ready. What a lovely hotel. Very clean, comfy bed. Great room temperature. We used the jaccuzi the roof which was lovely. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The room overlooked the main square so there was a lot of noise but that's not the Hotel's fault. Would definitely stay again.

Only the fact that there were a lot of festivities in Pollenca that night so it was very noisy throughout the night, but we were only staying one night and we always travel with earplugs so it didn't really bother us too much.

Small but comfortable hotel in the heart of Pollenca, right in front of the town main square. Breakfast ok, but not fabulous. Staff was very helpful, but important to note that reception is not open all day.
