Can Ferrereta, Mallorca

We LOVED everything about the hotel. From the design, amenities, pool, staff, restaurant, food, staff...everything was perfect. We hope to be back when we visit the island next.

While Santanyi is a beautiful little town, the location is somewhat remote and far from the mountains/major attractions on the island.

Absolutely loved our stay at Can Ferrereta. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were excellent, the pool was amazing. The town that the hotel is located in (Santanyi) is really wonderful - they have a bustling market on Wednesday & Saturdays and plenty of great restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Design and quality of finishes excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed ambience. Perfect for a long weekend getaway.

The restaurant was amazing and probably the best consistent hotel food we have ever experienced. The food and drinks were not over priced and all of the staff were so friendly and you genuinely felt that they all enjoyed working there.

Couldn’t fault hotel

I was completely blown away by this incredibly chic boutique hotel. Located in the heart of Satanyi, its within close proxomity to the stunning beaches and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, markets, homewares stores etc. We only had two days and I wish we had booked more. We stayed in a beautiful suite , we dined under the stars in the courtyard, the pool is super clean with super comfy day beds and the bar serves fantastic local wine and the team make an awesome martini. Every touch point is so well thought out. You won't want to leave , we certainly didn't.

There is nothing to fault

By far the most aesthetically appealing hotel I’ve ever stayed in, Breakfast was a la cart which is great, but the portions left something to be desired. I would recommend ordering a few dishes, there is a wide choice of food and the coffee was amazing.

No free water, whilst sitting by the pool. Rooms are not sound proof so any movement outside will be heard.

From the time of arrival at the airport with an arranged pickup, reception, to being shown our room, welcomed at the restaurant and the friendliness of ALL staff wherever on the complex we were made to feel at home. We had planned and for relaxing, no activity week, doing nothing and that is what we got. After only a few hours it seemed the staff knew who we were and met all our needs - we didn't lift a finger - BRILLIANT

Friendliness of the staff and obsession with great service. I liked the food and the calm around the pool as there were no kids.

Value for money

The staff went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. As just one example, our flight in was delayed and they kept the kitchen in their Ocre restaurant open almost an hour later than normal just for us. Any issue / request was resolved quickly and proactively checked up on - the night manager Juan was particularly helpful. The entire experience was full of small touches and gestures that really set the experience apart from any 5* hotel we’ve stayed in the last 4-5 years. This is what a true boutique hotel should be. The design of the room and the hotel are spectacular - we stayed in a suite and it was well worth the money. There are only about 30 rooms and it is adults only. The outside pool area is beautifully put together and there is space for all rooms to have sun loungers… none of the dreaded fighting / early morning race to get one. The spa facilities were in a separate building and our massage experience was very relaxing. Overall a 10/10 experience! We hope it stays this way as we will be back.

Excellent breakfast though the service area was crowded if more than two or three guests were attempting to get their fruit / juice / water/ croissants at the same time . A brilliant location for the Santanyi market on Wednesdays and Saturdays . And for the restaurants in the main square.

We were disappointed that we were unable to make a reservation to eat dinner in the outside courtyard restaurant other than on the first night of our three night stay for which we had booked prior to our arrival. Perhaps the hotel should consider giving priority to hotel guests before accepting bookings from non residents.

What a stunning little gem! Impeccable design choices throughout the hotel. Not a single detail was missed. Attentive and friendly staff took care of all our needs with such efficiency and ease. Delicious breakfast! There was a simple buffet with an extensive cook to order menu. Gorgeous pool. Such an amazing stay! We didn’t want to leave!

I don't know where to start because my stay with Can Ferretta was one of the best experiences I've had. They are not 5 stars for no reason! Let me start by saying from the very beginning everything was top notch. From checking in to checking out everything was smooth and simple. The staff are extremely attentive making sure you are comfortable and that all of your needs are being met. Sabrina and Irene made our stay very pleasant. They were so helpful, especially when my wife needed medical attention. They were able to contact a doctor to come see her at the hotel room instead of us having to leave to search for someone. We will definitely be recommending our friends/family to stay with Can Ferretta. We cannot wait to come back!

AMAZING! Every single thing you can think of was perfect, from the facilities, bedroom, cleanliness, staff and management. The hotel was everything and more that you would come to expect from 5 stars all the while maintaining a boutique vibe to to too. The hotel is very relaxing and calm just like the surrounding neighbourhood. A special mention must go to the manager, of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay and both him and his team are a credit to this exceptional hotel

The hotel is so so beautiful - the reception area, the rooms, the courtyard, but especially the pool area - just amazing. Everything is perfect! People are so incredibly nice and go out of their way - very special. It was my boyfriends birthday and everyone knew and wished him a happy birthday! And he got a brownie at breakfast - so kind. We never wanted to leave!!!

There is only 1 evening restaurant - which is only indoors and it’s quite fancy.. We wished you could just have a simple dinner in the courtyard or by the pool! Especially because the village itself is quite boring.. Also (not the hotels fault) - the other guests are very snobby and look unhappy most of the time - which is a shame when you are in such a beautiful place and being helped by so many nice people!

We loved our stay - the setting is beautiful, the staff are wonderfully attentive and the food is excellent (Ocre is a real highlight). We felt really relaxed leaving after only 3 days having enjoyed the pool and spa facilities (I’d really recommend a massage!)

some of the guests are rude and snobby. the staff work exceptionally hard and don’t deserve to be treated like that. was very obvious from the Germans.

Exceptional facilities, restaurant, spa and pool. Staff and service were excellent.

The rooms were very warm and the air conditioning did not allow for cooling, apparently because it was the beginning of the season (April). When asked, guest services brought a fan instead, but it still meant having to have the window open all day and night to cool the room down. Both our room and our friends rooms were very warm even at night, and keeping the window open was not ideal since the hotel faces a relatively busy street and other guests would smoke outside our window.
