Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent food and drink options.

The hotel itself is gorgeous but I got verbally abused on my first night by another guest of the hotel. She was not removed from the hotel and should have been - it resulted in me being 'escorted' to breakfast and 'all the staff watching me to ensure I was ok' but this just made me feel watched and uncomfortable. I didn't feel safe for the rest of my stay which is a shame as the views are beautiful of the mountains, the staff were accommodating and the hotel itself is classy. It is a shame that the situation was not handled better and it has put me off travelling alone. This has retrospectively been addressed by the hotel on my return to the UK.

The staff, especially Katerina and Rubin were so helpful.. I had an issue with ferry tickets which Katerina resolved after 2 hours on the phone!! Delicious food and very friendly wait staff

Our room was exquisite however, my husband has difficulty with steps and although there was an elevator a portion of the way , it was a bit difficult. No fault of the hotel, however, I should have informed them in advance.. I would definitely return to this little slice of heaven

It’s a truly magic place in Deia with beautiful premises and breathtaking views. The staff in the restaurant El Olivo has been outstanding, the sommelier Adam is worth being mentioned separately as is Noemi. Chapeau, and we thank you for a very enchanting experience

We had booked the hotel for our anniversary. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t able to provide me with the bouquet of roses that I had ordered well in advance for the next morning. So for the first time ever my wife didn’t get any flowers upon wake up on our anniversary :(. I was told that someone had tried to reach me to let me know, but since I had returned all incoming calls and since no one mentioned it to me, I clearly couldn’t know - and the in-room telephone was broken and it didn’t get fixed during our stay. When I came down to the desk in vein to pick up the flowers the reaction has been pretty flaw by the staff on duty. I would have expected that a hotel in which we spend 2.5k EUR for a 24hours stay would bring up some more empathy or creativity to find a good alternative solution or compensation. That did not happen. On another note, an evening event was prepared (Tory Burch Sublime perfume presentation) while we were there. This led to a mix of guests that were rather ‘unusual’ for such an upscale hotel. Porter knocked on our our door 30min and 15mins prior to agreed check out, which we considered to be a little inappropriate.

We last visited 24 years and were delighted to find it had only got better under the Belmond group.

Bucolic luxury, impeccable service, delicious food. Perfectly situated next to charming town with access to the sea. Jaw dropping views from room and everywhere else. Super comfy bed. Insanely gorgeous pool area. Extraordinary nod to the arts and local culture (shoutout to musicians at bar). Inspiring hiking trails on property. Fantastic activities - sunset sail, art galleries (Miro collection in lobby), olive oil master class with head chef, gazpacho lessons, hike with very devoted manager. Appreciated the daily gifts - still enjoying the lavender salt and olive oil tea.

Wish the rates were more reasonable - would have loved to stay longer...or move in permanently.

Exceptional service, staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and made our stay so special. My daughter and I loved everything about the hotel and hope to return soon.

Cannot fault it. If I was to say one thing it would be the stairs. But even that was not a problem for us.

This is quite simply one of the best hotels in the world. Worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing location you could never get tired of the view

The staff and service was outstanding. Very friendly and always helpful. Babies were welcome and the hotel even offered a "daycare" service. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of local specialities and more. The beds were really comfortable and you could select your perfect pillow from the pillow menu - we slept perfectly. I especially loved the pool with an outstanding view and the variety of restaurants at the location.

It was a little noisy in the morning and during the day, since the room/cleaning service used walkie talkies and the sound went through the doors and walls.

Stunning hotel in an amazingly beautiful location. Great art throughout the hotel, wonderful personal touches and great service from the staff. Breakfasts were delicious.

The only thing we thought was not up to par was the La Tromantana Grill restaurant where we ate our first night. Very overpriced for food that was nice but nothing special.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in with amazing customer service to match. We stayed in a suite which had two terraces set up with tables and chairs and umbrellas and the rooms are so beautifully appointed. We have stayed at a few Belmond properties and they really know how to look after their guests. Everyone from concierge to housekeeping does an excellent job without being over the top. The property and gardens are immaculate. Even with the huge turn over of guests everything is super clean and the soft furnishings and interiors are picture perfect. We ate at all three restaurants and the food was fantastic. Dinner on the balcony at El Olivio is a must with an incredible wine list and Sommelier. For a large hotel with huge turn over they do an incredible job of making you feel very special and looked after.

We had a magical time at La Residencia and wish we could have stayed for longer. This stay really made our entire trip and the property is even more beautiful in person. The service at the restaurants, by the pool, from reception and concierge were all fantastic. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade upon check in which made our time there even more special as we had a suite with a private terrace. We loved dining at El Olivo and the restaurant by the pool. All in all, this is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had!

€9 for a Coke was a bit exorbitant and took us by surprise!

My staying there was so pleasant and restful, everything was just perfect. The room ( I had classic double room) looks even better live as also the whole hotel sight - I recommend the inner pool. Everyone from the personnel, without exception, was very professional, pleasant and respectful, they made me feel like home even though I was staying there alone for 4 days. Each time I left the room, someone came by and tidied all up. I also got some small gifts and handnotes. Both of the restaurants (Miro and Olivo) were very delicious with great food and high class service. The breakfast too! All in all I can not find even one tiny thing where I would think - it could have been done better. I give a 100% recommendation !!

War alles perfekt

Everything was amazing, a great stay and a memorable stay. First time in belmond and definitely won’t be my last time. Amazing hospitality and service. A big thanks to the staff and to Mr. Thomas the manager for the nice stay. Would highly recommend people to book with eyes closed.

Everything was great.

Everything was just perfect. Unforgettable sunset and views, warming and hospitable services, good location for tourting upper side of the island. This hotel has some kind of elegance edge to the arts. Cards, cathaloges and all wall arts will make you feel like at a gallery. We visited here for our honeymoon, and they surely gifted us wonderful experience. I want to say tremendous thanks to the manager, Thomas, who saved his busy morning time just in order to giving us tips for touring Mallorca even with a hand writing note. It helped a lot. Who ever you are, especially who want to have a break in quite and beautiful place, once you visit here, you are gonna eager to come back to this place, for sure.

The food quality in the Misto restaurant was not great. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard. The Hotel handled my complaint expeditiously and professionally.
