Urso Hotel & Spa, Madrid

I only had one night and immediately regretted not staying here the other two days. I enjoyed the spa, bar, and food in my short stay and loved it all. Very elegant and the staff is very professional.

A great residential location from which to explore Madrid's center, I would stay here again on my next visit. Premium service and lovely room.

The temperature controls didn't seem to have any effect on the room. The spa + pool are quite tiny (claustrophobic) and shouldn't be considered a major asset.

Nice hotel with a great Spa (upon reservation only). Very well located as in a trendy area but not far away from the hot spot of Madrid. Rooms are well equiped even if the decoration is standard. This is not a design hotel.

Our room (113) on the first floor was in fact too close from the street and the cars (due to the poor quality of the pavement) were noisy. Ask for a room on an uper floor with Garden View or Madrid Mayor to fix the pavement topic !

Nice small hotel with acceptable room size Staff were very helpful and nice. we were a family so we requested adjacent rooms they fulfilled our request.

Location is a bit far from the center but it could be a walking distance.

Location, lobby bar (excellent cocktails) and beautiful live piano music, comfortable bed/bedding, lots of space for unpacking clothes and toiletries. Enjoyed the bath tub. staff was very helpful and friendly, spa area pool/steam room (didnt use but nice) , restaurant on site(very good) , breakfast restaurant , nice selection, good food.

Room: no place to put under garments ( drawers). It would be nice if they could add a few wicker baskets to the closet. There was some noise from outside you could hear durning the day mostly. Construction. Not super soundproof though you can’t here hallway noise or other rooms noise

I Forgot to Take My shirt with me When I was check out and but for their Colleagues Help me to send my shirt back with my DHL account and always answer to my emails very quickly! Amazing Customer Service although I only stay there for 1 night.

Love Urso, this was my return stay. Everything about the hotel - location to room size. A warm welcome with an early check in to a well appointed room and the wonderful spa.

Urso Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Madrid. Excellent location, comfortable room, polite staff, very nice music at the lobby area! I really recommend it!

Location. Bar was good. Room was decent size and very clean.

Doesn’t have a pool ( knew that of course but was a downside). Lighting in bathroom poor and shower arrangement caused leakage to floor. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Only went last night as had an early flight next day. Was truly not good.

Understated luxury

There seemed to be an issue with the toilet in my room. The morning I was leaving it would not flush. Again, I believe the issue was there before I arrived.

Booked a Tuktuk for a city tour and it was great particularly the driver he was very knowledgeable and much fun

Quiet location whilst close to most attractions. Very comfortable suite with terrace. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Would have welcomed tea facilities in addition to the coffee.

Gorgeous room, friendly staff, and impeccable service - they brought water and chocolates/candies every day. Super clean, wonderful amenities; they all spoke English very well. Breakfast was fantastic.

Staff is extremly friendly, from concierge to cleaning, everyone ! Very elegant hotel, good daily cleaning. Mini Spa but also very elegant.

The spa was beautiful but too cold for my liking. I didn’t spend as much time as I usually do in spa facilities here because I felt cold!

This is only to be very particular! We loved our stay. We found it difficult to keep asking for enough filtered drinking water and ordering so much bottled water from room service was not ideal. The beds were absolutely fine, but softer would be more comfortable. And this is just dreaming - but with all the space available in the spa area, it would be so incredible if you could add an infrared sauna.

Perfect hotel, this truly reflects their reputation.
