Location is excellent, 2 min walk to "SOL" and about 10lin walk to "Gran Via", Room/toilet and shower are clean, pretty comfortable,

It would be much better to have a curtain to close the bed isle, I was also surprised, i had to pay 3euros for asking them to keep my luggage couple of hours after check out, as my flight was end of afternoon. In general the hostal is nice, clean and well located, but way too expensive for a bed in a dorm, paying almost the price for an entire room !!

The hostel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants, making it super easy to explore the area.

One downside was that for those coming back late, opening their belongings could make some noise, especially if you’re already sleeping. But other than that, it was great!

The location is located in the heart of the downtown. Walking distance and a metro away from different attractions. If I come back I will most definitely stay again.

If you book here and you are a woman, then better to choose the room with all girls so you don't feel awkward. It's my first time to stay in hostel, and I wouldn't recommend staying in a mixed room.

Great location, the dorm was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom! The kitchen was perfect, well equipped with free coffee all day, and the breakfast was great! I would stay again without a doubt

AC in the room, extremely clean, bathroom and toilette in the female room was GREAT. There's an elevator in the building, the hostel overall is very aesthetic and pretty, there's paintings in the ceilings and it looks just great. Common areas are also pretty and relaxing, I could sleep without noise from the street.

Location is excellent, staff was very polite and friendly also the rooms are very spacious and the room and the building was very clean and they had huge lockers right in the room. However the shower and the bathroom had a partial frosted glass which added to the humidity and odours in the room and the cleaning of these areas could be better and I think that's something that the other guests staying there can definitely help with if they are a little bit more mindful of the shared spaces. Overall everyone was very friendly and it felt like a nice place for a short stay.

The shower placement in the room is poorly thout out and might be uncomfortable for sum as there is no privet room for shower its just a frosted glass door in the entrance part of the room.

No free towel, although it was mentioned when I booked the hostel. Need to rent at 2.5 Euro.

Interiors are beautiful, location is great. Common areas look like they could make people social. Staff was helpfull and nice.

The matress was old, made you slide in the middle. The bathroom was attached to the dorm with a slide door so when someone decided to go take a shower (or use the toilet) at midnight, it was noisy and humid. Bathroom and toilet were also dirty. No proper possibility to dry your towel - the room stank. Kitchen didn’t even have basics like knives and pots. To be fair, half of this wouldn’t have been a problem if the people in the room would have had some basic manners.

Anything, even the location is fantastic, you get easily to all the touristic places by walk.

Amazing location! It truly doesn’t get more central than this. Every major attraction is within walking distance, wonderfully convenient. The room is kept spotless every day. The facilities are also very neat.

Beds were comfy, common facilities are nice and modern, great breaky and good location.

I was in a women’s only dorm but even still, bed curtains would be ace, also no bins in the toilets and the shower door was a frosted glass with no hooks to hang towels or clothes…it was fine just an odd choice for communal accomodation and not super tailored for privacy.

The place was extremely beautiful and very organized, and it was very centric from everything.

The "shared" bathroom is open for everyone in the room to see, it just had a tinted glass door.

Excelente desayuno!

The best hostel in madrid , location is literally in the center of the center 1 minute walkink from the metro station and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. price was very good 😊 . the staff are really friendly and the BF was nice too . i would certainly never hesitate to recommend this hostel for anyone

Shower area was not clean . While taking shower, every time water got stuck due to blockage in drainage system . Inspite of the complaint no body attended it

Perfect location, very nice staff, great breakfast, i liked having wall pouch for cell phone, vallet and power outlet right next to a bed. Front desk staff super suportive, they changed my booking on the spot, while other hostels refused even talk about it

The service in general is excellent. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The property in general is always in good condition and clean. Also friendly staff. The use of fingerprints to open doors is helpful so you don’t need to carry any key or card when going sightseeing.

The only negative is that commun room opens at 8am so if you travelling with other people and you dont want wake them up, there is no place from where you can work and make a calls early morning due to different timezone.

Perfect location rate in the middle of the city. Very quiet at night. Comfortable beds and bathrooms in the room

I wish there were curtains for each sleep.Area to have a little more privacy. Also, if they can come clean every day.Because the bathroom floor would get wet and dirty, often, and the garbage wasn't taken out regularly. The staff was okay. They may be a little over worked, but they were cold. And sometimes rude the only one that was super good nice was Alexander.. She always took the time to talk to me. And give me some great recommendations.
