The location.

The bed, I was bitten by bed bugs and I still got itchy from it.

I like receptionists and all staff I like the location

There are persons smoke in room The bathroom smell is very bad in the room i think it must be out of the room I hate the ac because of reception's control Lockers are very very small thats not have a space to have a bag or some clothes

The little street which was the property on, a bit noisy during the weekend nights.

Great location, clean , value for money. women's dorms, I've been there before and I 'll return.

There could have been some soap to wash your hands .

It was great to have a regular towel provided by the hostel, as well as bag storage pre and post check out.

No ventilation in showers and bathrooms. Also, it may be best to have the sinks and bedroom areas separated.

Because the room is en suite it was awkward using the bathroom at night. Especially as the sink was in the bed room so I either had to clean my teeth in the dark and make a noise or not use the sink!! At least out the sink in with the loo!!

Excellent location - central to everything. Friendly and helpful staff . I'll stay there again.

I stayed just one night, but the hostel is right in the center and close to metro station. Each bed has a small lamp and a socket for charging. Each guest gets a towel and you do not need a padlock for the lockers in the rooms. Reception is 24/7.

The shower is annoying, because you have to push the button dor the water to pour and it is always for only a bit. Same is the sink. The sink is in the room, instead of in the bathroom where kt would be more convenient. Not enough light in the room. You have to pay 5 euros deposit for key, which is okay, but it would be nice to know beforehand (not everyone carries cash).

The room was warm/hot at night. Maybe the aircon was not turned to the colder temp?

Comfortable bedroom with relatively good mattress and good quality towels and bed linen included in the price. Great location and pleasant common spaces.

The water. There was definitely a problem with the plumbing and the water from the faucet in the bedroom was always too hot and with a strange color, and sometimes it would take a long time to come.

It was good value for money, especially to have a private washroom in the bedroom. The facilities were clean. It felt safe and secure.

The dorm room was clean. The lockers were good sized and the locks were included.

The sink was in the dorm room not in the bathroom or in the shower room so at the times it was hard to not disturb the others in the dorm while using the sink.

Location is amazing (heart of Madrid).. The Staff is nice, polite.

Rooms are small for 8 people and the bed is not comfortable. Breakfast is not included with bed.

The all Hostel. The private room was great, clean and comfortable.

The grifo was a lil annoying.

It was in a great location near a lot of bars, but far from many tourist attractions. Nice staff. The pillows were nice and I liked how the rooms were set up. The bathroom is around the corner form the beds, so I didn’t feel bad turning the light on while people were sleeping.

The bunk beds are so tiny. I’m short and I couldn’t even sit upright in the lower bunk. The bathrooms were dirty and the door did not even close. The lockers were so loud.

Perfect location in the center of Madrid. Close to main attractions.

It was the second time visiting Madrid and decided to stay in the same chain but different location- overall very lovely stay. Each room has its own bathroom and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh.

The room was smelly and the bathroom was too small.

Clean room and toilets. Separated shower, toilet and sink so multiple people could use them at the same time.

Storage lockers were finicky and opening took a few ties with the key. The water temperature of the shower and sink was difficult to control, it took almost 5 minutes for the water temperature to change.
