The room is big. Staff is helpful.

I think we were a little unfortunate. During our stay there also was a big group of schoolkids that slammed doors till early in the morning. The day we left there was no hot water in the shower, they tried to fix it but at 11.30 still cold so we had to leave.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The reception is open 24/7, and there are bars and pubs nearby, making it a great choice for those who enjoy nightlife and late-night outings.

The washing basins are made of steel, which creates significant noise when in use, making it uncomfortable and loud enough to disturb even deep sleepers. Additionally, there is a lack of hair dryers, and you may not receive one when you need it. Be prepared to bring cash for a deposit if you plan to borrow any items.

Location is perfect and in the middle of the city madrid. the bed and the linen are superb , only the toilet has no ventilation

Every thing was exceptional; very friendly staff, central location, good cleaning service and good options for breakfast. However, It could be better if there was a general bathroom in each floor and not only the room bathroom, I did wake up very early and i needed to use the mirror but the other guests were deeply sleeping so I couldn’t open the lights and I had to wait until they wake up.

The staff are friendly, the room is quite spacious and the bed is good. The only downside of being in a shared bedroom is that I had to be mindful of the others who are already sleeping so I can't turn on the lights to use the sink in the room to brush my teeth or wash my face, so I had to do everything inside the shower. But I guess if it's a shared room for a group of friends/family where there's confidence, then all is good considering the price and location. I would definitely book again.

Seems like there's no sound proofing because all night I was hearing the people loitering outside.

Facilities were clean and provided the bathroom essentials. The location is quite good, near to the metro station and some of the main streets.

Everything was clean and in constant control.

The design but most importantly The employees. They were helping me many times being always friendly but professional. The cleaning ladies were also super sweet and the managers were in constant meetings about how to make things better.

The hostel is very well located, I would come back.

It's something kind of out of the hostel control, anyway the shower was smelling to pee.

The location is very centric the room looked exactly as promoted I was able to checkin late at night easily as there was a receptionist and the accommodation was clean

Great location, great value for price. Beds comfortable, towels and sheets provided. Lockers provided, €5 deposit for key. Reception staff 24hr and friendly

Air conditioning was very noisy, and top beds of bunk beds had no railings. Also lockers very flimsy

Location was superb!! The rooms were quite spacious which was nice, and the breakfast for €5,50 was convenient and a good deal

The rooms were too hot during the nights! And if you tried to open the window for have some airflow the street was to noisy so it was hard to sleep

Having to tell people not to use their phones in the room in the evening. Perhaps all hostel should discourage this. It's impolite. I appreciate some people need to make calls. Step out for a moment, be a lady or a gentleman

Staff were friendly, great location(to the museums and airport bus stop) and good cleanliness. Good price too. If you are a man or not a picky person this place is great. .

I stayed in a 4 people mixed dorm and the toilet had a 10cm gap between the floor and door so it was very awkward to go. One survival hack was the basement toilet. I am also not a fan of mixed dorms so I wish they had a female dorm. The interaction with another man in the dorm made be pretty uncomfortable too.

I've stayed at this hostel several times before. It still nice, but it's definitely not the same as it was before. It's a great location, relatively close to many places of interest. The staff was great address well.

Honestly, Room 007 used to be a very clean hostel. It's not the same now.

The first time was perfect, nice clean room on the second floor but this second time they gave us a first floor room, it was prepared with easy access, the bathroom was not in good conditions. Not clean at all

If you're on a budget, go for it! Location is perfect, near Antón Martín / Sol metro station. Hostel facilities are good too. You can have breakfast there if you want. They have lifts inside the hostel, in case you can't take the stairs. Room was comfortable, with a locker and AC. Reception is open 24h
