Love the design of the hotel and how they featured various celebrity designers per floor.

Forgot the name of one of the staff but they were not as enthusiastic as the other staff in the hotel. Not sure if he was an intern though.

I loved the concept of each floor having been designed by a different designer

The window blinds are like net so don’t give total darkness. There’s no need to hold back €50 per night as the deposit doesn’t get refunded instantly on the card.

No kettle in the room!

Good and reasonable value for money! The different designed floors and rooms are really cool! Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Some people complain in their reviews that the hotel is no 5 stars-hotel - which is true, but apart from that, you would pay a lot more for a “real” 5 stars-hotel. Also some people complain about the fact that the hotel is located next to the highway and 30-40 minutes to the central city, but that you can see before booking on google maps, so I don’t understand the point. In addition if the windows are closed, it’s really very quiet!

A bit more space in the wardrobe (also more hangers) would be nice. Also I think it’s a waste to offer small packings of cereals at the breakfast - a bigger offer of packaging-free cereals would be nice!

It’s a fun funky hotel with very friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds.

The bath tub and shower were literally in the middle of the room with a curtain for privacy. In a twin room with twin beds bolted in place, I still cannot figure out why the room was situated like this. It led to the room being very humid even with either the window open or AC on full. I like my friend a lot but this may have been a bit too much.

beautiful hotel, very interesting design decisions and nice areas to hang out. I loved getting glimpses of the other floors from the lift and absolutely ADORED my room on the 10th floor, designed by Arata Isozaki. Very relaxing and uplifting. Bathroom absolutely beautiful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the all day menu in the bar was lovely and very reasonably priced.

a lot of the facilities, (bars/restaurants/pool) were all closed when we visited (April 2024). what was open was great but be aware of this. windows could have been a bit cleaner.

I really do like the design of this hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant/bar are very friendly and professional.

Housekeeping staff were knocking at the rooms to start cleaning the rooms before 9AM. That is far too early to be cleaning the rooms and asking guest to enteir their rooms for the housekeeping. The second night we put up a “do not disturb” sign and when we left the room for breakfast and we were immediately asked by the housekeeping staff if they could enter the room for the cleaning. The housekeeping staff were hoovering corridors and making noise very early.

The room lights had some issues and the safety vault was not working so they replaced promptly

The experience was amazing! I love Zaha Hadid's architecture and booked a room made by her studio. It's very comfortable and out of this world! The bed is comfortable, the bath tub is quite big and the room is really nice and good size!

It was a bit tired looking compared to what I saw online- my floor was a bit basic and the carpet in my room was coming up at the skirting. Wasn’t finished to a standard you would expect with the names of the architects involved. Room service was horrendously expensive.

The rooms are always unique. The staff is on point, very friendly and cooperative.

Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with a view. Staff is very nice.

Room fan is too noisy. The bathroom toilet smells and the smell is too strong. They charge 50 EUR per night for potential consumption (as told by the reception) and then return it at the end, does not make sense because now they are late to pay back and I was not expecting to have to use euros for that.

The breakfast was great, the room was large. I loved the modern style.

The bathroom design was very counterintuitive. It took a lot of time to figure out how everything worked. Difficult to avoid spilling water out of the shower. Nearly impossible to fit an apple plug in the electrical sockets, which have a super modern design, but very dysfunctional. The lamp next to the elevator is literally at the eye level, so if you do not pay attention you will eventually hit it.

Lovely design hotel.

It is a design hotel so it is designed to be beautiful, not to be practical. For the shower you need a degree in shower-technology. No hooks to hang a wet towel, the shutters a ratteling with a bit of wind. The ‘computer’ for the lights was right next to the door so you have to find your way to the bed in darkness. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours. But the looks of the hotel is amazing, that’s true.
