No amenities like slippers, toothbrush etc

The location was excellent with Santa Domingo metro just over the road from the hotel. The lobby and foyer were nice and coffee was a good option with biscuits. The rooms were functional with safes and comfortable beds. The rooms had air conditioning which we didn't need even in early November. The rooftop bar and restaurant is the draw here with seating areas inside and outside and excellent views of the city!

The shower needed a rubber mat as they were slippery and the only way to extract steam from the bathroom was to open a window. This didn't cause us too much of a problem though. Breakfast was very basic in my estimation. Not much choice and not very filling. Prices at the bar were well...pricey!

There is only one luggage carrier for so many guests, and on the last day he didn’t help us send our luggages in our car. He just left them and said he has many other guests

I liked the comfort of our room. We slept well, nice bathroom. We were on the 5th floor. The pool was closed, we did know that in advance, but a roof top jacuzzi or sauna could be open for autumn/ winter. Loved the views from rooftop.

The roof top menu was lacking healthy options.

Rooms were very nice, location is good.

Gym was minimal.

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of Madrid! Excellent location, very ,majestic exterior and well-maintained and clean rooms. Also, the rooftop offers breathtaking views of Madrid. Loved everything. We were also put on the 9th floor which made our stay extra special considering the views from the balcony.

At the beginning we recieved standard room which had bad smell and was very dark. I asked to change and the staff upgraded us for superior room which was really great

The room was clean and modern. The roof top bar and pool area alone was worth it. The view is the best in Madrid. The location is fantastic. Close to shopping, metro, and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi is subpar, at least for my room. Also the bathroom shower has some mold.

The Hotel is right in the centre of Madrid with everything inn walking distance. The roof top bar was great to either start or finish the night off 🥂

It would of been nice if the Pool on the rooftop was open.

The hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop was excellent. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location. At the center of the action, so close to Callao, walking distance to all major points of interest or a short, inexpensive taxi drive to others. Has a beautiful viewing terrace at the top floor with a bar and eating options. Cozy and very nice. Recommend, specially if you are too tired to go out at night.

My single room was comfortable and had a big bathroom with shower, as I requested, but had no place to open a piece of luggage bigger than a carryon. Had to use my bed, so was not practical for ME in that sense.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The walls need more soundproofing as I can hear people in the hallways. It would be nice if they added soap holders in the shower area, as there is no place to put your soap.

Location was perfect for tourists. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was able to accommodate my request for an elderly-friendly room.

The hotel had a big arrangement of fresh flowers in the lobby, the lobby bar was such a vibe, comfy seats and exquisite artwork. The rooms were spacious with a well put together layout. Loved the bay windows and they opened! Beds were super comfy. The shower was nice (waterfall and handheld) and the slippers and robes we welcomed.

I wish the weather was warmer so that I could have utilized the rooftop pool however still managed to catch great views from up there.

The hotel is right on the Gran Via (Madrid’s most iconic street) lots to do nearby. The rooms are comfortable enough, a bit on the older side but has what you need

Rooms not soundproof

This hotel was nicely located in the Theater district of Madrid. We were able to walk out the hotel door and with in a block, catch a free city bus up and down Gran Via and to the Train Station, as well as to the Metro. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff very helpful.

I was a bit upset when I found that the price I booked my room at and the price I had to pay were nearly $150 difference for a 3 night stay. I did not pay at the time of booking and I knew the Euro/US rate may change but the actual cost of the hotel increased as well. I did not realize that could happen. And I wished breakfast included was a bit more reasonably priced.

It was quite expensive, but maybe that is just normal for Madrid.

The room was located in the back, away from the city noise and the elevator traffic. The staff was very attentive to our needs and always asked if we needed help. The terrace was 2 levels with ample seating and amazing sunset views.

The staff was a bit too loud when it was time for them to do their housekeeping. They would yell at each other from one end of the hall to the other. The air conditioning in our room was dismal; we inquired about a room change, but there were none available. The thermostat never, in our 5 nights, reached our desired temperature, and you could barely feel the cool air from the vents. Housekeeping kept removing our key from the key card wall slot, making the room heat up again. The mini fridge did not cool the drinks at all and just added heat to the room.

Great location, traditional decor and atmosphere, great staff. My room location was absolutely quiet, which I highly value.

Pool area crowded, dense (beds too close), and therefore uncomfortable. every bed should have a sunshade option. Pool area 3* instead of 4* due to relaxation and comfort.

We had a triple room, so one of the older rooms. It was a little oldy worldly, but as in the photos (we expected this) and still comfortable.
