Great and easy hotel! Good location

Excellent hotel with a beautiful terrasse for drinks and dining. Staff super kind and helpful!

Great location. Room was a bit tired, some lights in the bathroom not working and no shaving mirror or mirror in the bedroom. Comfy bed though. The rooftop bar was good with a decent menu.

Good location, we were upgraded so had a lovely good sized room, close to shopping and easy walk to lots of the key sites and restaurants and bars

Breakfast buffet is very good, even has vegan and gluten free options. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable and also cleaned well. There is a beautiful roof terrace and small but adequate gym.

Everything about the experience was amazing

The location in the heart of everything Royal palace, Mayor plaza, and peurdo del sol are only 8 min. Walking distance. Down to the hotel there is a variety of restaurants and shopping. There is no need to rent a car.

All is good

Great central location, most of the "must-see" sites within 10 -15 minutes walk. Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean, and luxurious and had this flavor of the Grand Hotels of the past. Very good breakfast and the rooftop bar with an amazing view of Madrid.

That we weren’t staying longer.

The location was perfect, the staff was nice, and the rooms with wood floors were better than the carpet ones. The view from the balcony was very nice.

The hotel is located very close to places to see in Madrid and on a very lively street. We walked almost everywhere easily. The room was very quiet and comfortable. If I travel to Madrid again I will definitely stay here

Right in the centre for theatre, to sightsee and shop !

My only criticism would be the mattress, it needed replacing as completely lost its support.

The location is very central at gran via and just 1 min walking from metro station. On foot you can see all the historic center. The service of the staff was great. The Breakfast was typical.

The breakfast could have a better fare and atleast a change every alternate day. Hot breakfast served should be communicated to guests as there was no communication of that at all. We happened to stumble upon it.

Th front desk staff could have been friendlier and helpful Additionally a very strange incident occurred in our room. Post a shower the vapour in the room created a sign on the bathroom mirror which read ‘HELLO’ in capital letters which spooked the daylight’s out of us as once the vapour vanished so did the sign. Yet get the chills when I think about it.

It was in the centre, fabulous lobby and sky bar, rooms were clean.

We didn’t get much sleep. We were in an interlocking room and unfortunately the guests next door had their tv on so loud until 2am it kept us awake. There was just too much noise in between rooms.

The location, perfect forr theatre land/shopping/Metro access. Most of the staff multi lingual and all very helpful and courteous

The room was adequate but a little odd for property of this stature. Bedroom, comfortable but heating system poor. Apart from bed, no table, no mirror in room with nowhere to place personal items except inside wardrobe. Same comment for bathroom with no shelf for toiletries. Strangest of all...no bidet.
