Our favorite location in Madrid. Chill and lovely to walk around. Gorgeous views of the palace from our top floor terrace. Charming traditional decor reflecting the regal area. Coffees and wine welcome was lovely! Wonderful, helpful staff. Good breakfast with couple. Large, lovely bathroom. Good AC.

Big room with a personal touch

Location. Decor and aircon. Lift was quirky but useful. Complimentary items were well received. We paid 10 euros through hotel reception and received a lovely breakfast at Cafe Oriente next door.

My best stay in Madrid! The staff is truly incredible – they were so kind and even happily kept my luggage after checkout. The location is just fantastic – right across from the Royal Palace, with all the main attractions nearby. Within 15 minutes you can walk to Gran Vía and Plaza de España. The room design adds a royal touch, making the whole experience feel special. A truly inspiring place to stay!

Clean, excellent view and authentic elegant atmosphere

Staff was very friendl and helpful , room clean BUT please note that the rooms overlooking the Madrid Grand Palace are all above a cafe = can be noisy at night. So avoid if you can’t sleep with noise or wear ear plugs. There are also about 5 steps to lug your luggage to the lift. Having said all that, I would still stay here again as the room was very big and clean and there staff were very helpful. So thank you. Oh , the view towards the Grand Palace was very nice and exactly as advertised !

Rooms facing the Grand Palace can be noisy as above the cafe. The bed is actually a Queen size not a King size bed so a bit squeezy. Also had to lug luggage up 5 steps to get to the lift.

The location is perfect the atic premium room with nice view also thanks for Alina who helped me a lot the beds are so comfortable and comfy pillowes . Clean toilets central location few minutes walk to city center

Every thing is perfect

Spacious and clean. Has the best view of the Royal Palace. Very close to main attractions and eateries. The staff especially Alina was so helpful, responsive and ready to help.

The location of the hostel is very good. It is opposite the Royal Palace. The hostel is relatively cheap and therefore there are drawbacks: no windows to the street - that is the main thing.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The situation was perfect, the simplicity and size of the rooms was wonderful.

The location was perfect to walk to every place we wanted to visit. Our host was amazing, and contacted me prior to the visit with helpful information like metro line from the train station, etc. The room was full of character and was so clean and comfortable.
