Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini, Madrid

The hotel’s location is outstanding, right across the street from the Palace. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and our “suite” was huge with a lovely terrace. It was more than perfect with a separate bedroom and two travelers trying to adjust to time changes.

Great location and exceptionally friendly front desk staff. We arrived early in the morning and decided to eat their fabulous buffet breakfast for 14E each. Well worth the price. We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a larger apt. First class all the way! Clean, friendly and a perfect stay in Madrid!

We enjoyed a lot our stay! The staff is amazing, really nice people! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location, however, was the real highlight—absolutely perfect, set in a beautiful neighborhood just steps away from the main tourist attractions. And the rooftop bar? Truly unmissable. We will definitely stay there again.

Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini in Madrid exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely loved it! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. It is also conveniently situated near one of Madrid's main shopping centres, Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío, where you can find the well-known Mercadona supermarket. The hotel is surrounded by small shops and good restaurants. Everything at the hotel works efficiently and properly. We cooked food in the kitchen, and everything went smoothly. I needed to work online throughout my stay, and the internet connection was always fast, reliable, and stable. It felt like home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the hotel offering drinks (water, both still and sparkling, tea, coffee, and juice) and light snacks free of charge every day from 1 pm to 7 pm. There is a breathtaking view of Palacio Real de Madrid from the terrace. Above all, we must mention the fantastic staff of the hotel, as they are truly the gems of the place. Special thanks to May, Noelia, and Daniel; all the other staff members (whose names we do not know) were also very helpful and supportive. They were quick to resolve any issues or challenges. They all went above and beyond to make our stay and experience unforgettable. It was our first visit to Madrid, and this hotel made it an incredible adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fantastic location, easy to walk around from and felt very safe. Property had discounted parking next door which was very convenient. (Not cheap but no parking is in major cities, discount definately helped and was appreciated)

We had a wonderful stay at Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini. The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extraordinary: always polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

The Apartosuites Jardines is very nice. The breakfast is very good and various. The room is big and very clean and the bed is very confortable. The rooftop terrance is wonderful with a very nice view. The Apartosuites Jardines is closed to the city center and the main line to the metro. You can take the 001 bus which is free and can take you to the most important sights in Madrid.

Very good location. It is next to the palace and not far to the shopping area. Some very nice restaurants around in walking distance.

Great location for exploring Madrid. Very close to Royal Palace. Amazing rooftop bar with great views. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was Ok, not bad but not great either. The staff looking after the breakfast started clearing away the buffet 15 minutes the advertised cutoff. The message was, please hurry up and leave.

The best customer service experience. Staff Is helpful. The location couldn’t be better. Sunday we had some partying noises from the rooftop but other than that it’s well soundproofed and quiet rooms. Room away from the rooftop is advised, which we had.

This place is a gem! Fantastic view to the Palace from the rooftop, 2 mins walking distance from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, kitchen utensils and a fridge (we eat a lot of fruits and this was a very pleasant surprise). Very modern place, super clean, smells great in the lobby even, and excellent air conditioning - our stay was during a heat wave (40-45 degrees outside) but room temp was just perfect! The room itself was very large, separate bedroom for us and a sofa for our son (the sofa felt like a large bed, very comfortable). Staff was super helpful and nice, really really happy with our stay. Oh, and there was art everywhere, my wife was obsessed :)))

We loved the room. Plenty of space plus a sofa to relax on and a dining table. Excellent sound insulation- we couldn’t hear anything from outside. Well equipped kitchenette. Roomy bathroom with walk-in shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and very central. A short walk from the nearest metro station. Safe area.

Perhaps the fact we only had one key which made it a bit difficult if one person wanted to stay in and the other went out - need the card to get you to the room/floor in the main lift.

No clothes washer (only place in Spain we stayed without one), only near Palace so I wish we had stayed closer to more of the key sights.

It was our first time in Madrid. It was a great choice because it's centrally located, accessible by foot and metro, for many places to visit. They even upgraded our room because there was availability. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We even bought breakfast from the supermarket and had it in our room. The terrace has a wonderful view. It's open Wednesday through Sunday. Also, a wine gift was waiting for us in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sabatini. I had requested a special detail for my husband’s birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine in the room — such a kind and thoughtful gesture! The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, a convenient kitchenette, and a nice dining area. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar — totally worth visiting, with stunning views of the Royal Palace, especially beautiful at night with a cocktail in hand.

While the room didn’t have a balcony and initially had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, everything else was great.

A vibrant city, a mix of old & more modern. Easy to walk. Viator tour was great.very informative 👌 hotel was exceptional.

Don't order a hot chocolate drink. Literally you get hot melted chocolate, no leche.

Everything was just perfect. You WILL NOT find a better place to stay in Madrid. An enjoyable stroll to the metro, quick cheap access to the airport by taxi, the STAFF, bravo. Not to mention the terrace on the roof, wow. The food service was great also. What memories of this Place, and to think of how affordable it was.

The beds were too firm for my liking. We were unhappy about the incorrect date on the notice that the rooftop was going to be closed for a private event. On our last night, we were planning to order room service and have dinner on the rooftop while enjoying the view for the last time! Unfortunately, we could not do it due to the miscommunication of the date of the rooftop closure. We had to eat dinner in our hotel room on our last night which was a bit depressing! If we would have known of the CORRECT closure date, we would have planned to eat out to avoid this mishap!

Welcoming staff. The hotel is in close proximity to the city centre. Excellent decor throughout. Very good breakfast choices. A clean hotel, it was quiet despite being in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed for refurbishment for most of our stay. (Maybe the closure of this amenity should have been reflected in the bill!). The downstairs bathrooms behind the foyer both require attention!(paper towel refills and difficult door closure).

Excellent accommodation overlooking the palace. Excellent staff, fantastic rooftop bar with great vibe and magnificent views overlooking the royal palace. Will definitely use again when in Madrid.

We liked the nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Also, the suite was very clean. The location was great and the view from the roof garden was great.
