Great location next to the palace and Plaza España and Gran Via. Very spacious room and nice choice at breakfast.

Everything was just perfect. You WILL NOT find a better place to stay in Madrid. An enjoyable stroll to the metro, quick cheap access to the airport by taxi, the STAFF, bravo. Not to mention the terrace on the roof, wow. The food service was great also. What memories of this Place, and to think of how affordable it was.

The room was spacious. Loved the rooftop. The view was amazing.

The beds were too firm for my liking. We were unhappy about the incorrect date on the notice that the rooftop was going to be closed for a private event. On our last night, we were planning to order room service and have dinner on the rooftop while enjoying the view for the last time! Unfortunately, we could not do it due to the miscommunication of the date of the rooftop closure. We had to eat dinner in our hotel room on our last night which was a bit depressing! If we would have known of the CORRECT closure date, we would have planned to eat out to avoid this mishap!

Welcoming staff. The hotel is in close proximity to the city centre. Excellent decor throughout. Very good breakfast choices. A clean hotel, it was quiet despite being in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed for refurbishment for most of our stay. (Maybe the closure of this amenity should have been reflected in the bill!). The downstairs bathrooms behind the foyer both require attention!(paper towel refills and difficult door closure).

Excellent accommodation overlooking the palace. Excellent staff, fantastic rooftop bar with great vibe and magnificent views overlooking the royal palace. Will definitely use again when in Madrid.

We liked the nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Also, the suite was very clean. The location was great and the view from the roof garden was great.

Big apartments

Logistics from the parking lot to the reception is not too easy either small kids and loads of luggage. But no major thing. The private parking lot is connected by side door to the hotel.

The room was lovely. The staff were all very helpful. We unfortunately stayed during the great Spanish power cut of 2025 (!) but the staff were very nice and gave us sandwiches and water for free. The big attraction is undoubtedly the rooftop bar, with views onto Palacio Real. This is a lovely spot to sit and have a drink.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini about 3 weeks ago. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of the hotel. The location was also fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, welcoming and eager to assist. I would like to give a special shout-out to Alec, the Concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Alec provided excellent recommendations for local transportation and dining options, tailored to my preferences. His insider knowledge of the city proved invaluable in helping me make the most of my time there.

Loved the location, really close to the Palace. View from the rooftop terrace was amazing, especially at night. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a room so we could leave our luggage for the afternoon before a late flight home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

If would have been great if the kitchenette had a toaster (if fairness we didn’t ask at reception, they may have had one). All in all, a very minor point though.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located just across the road from the Royal Palace of Madrid. All major sights were within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The location was great and easy to walk to many locations and the bus stop was right outside as well. The view of the palace was beautiful from the rooftop bar. Also as a bonus was a private tour of the owners car collection. The staff was so helpful as well.

Located a bit far from the airport, but within 20 mins to major squares and the railway station, Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini helped us feel relaxed in Madrid. The suite room was superb, ample space, the bathroom very big and clean. Quite a few eating options nearby, especially a cafe just a little ahead. Overall, loved our stay here, and although a little pricey, the suite room makes it worth it.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff. You can catch the bus out front or hit one of two metro stations within two blocks. Grocery stores are everywhere you turn just as Farmacias if needed. Little cafe a block away. So much to do and it’s all easy to walk to or hop public transportation.

Very clean room and very nice staff ☺️. The location was also convenient, a pleasant walk to the palace. Also, there was a Carrefour Express about 2-minute walk away if we needed anything.

I have stayed here before and this time around I was in a different room which just seemed a little bit more dated and tatty than the previous excellent room. Maybe they are upgrading but a little things like I did not have a bin and there was mould in the shower

Great location, room size, views and accessibility! Perfect for a family stay, location is also nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via. Super close to the palace and still walkable to the main parts of Madrid. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.
