Very clean room and very nice staff ☺️. The location was also convenient, a pleasant walk to the palace. Also, there was a Carrefour Express about 2-minute walk away if we needed anything.

I have stayed here before and this time around I was in a different room which just seemed a little bit more dated and tatty than the previous excellent room. Maybe they are upgrading but a little things like I did not have a bin and there was mould in the shower

Great location, room size, views and accessibility! Perfect for a family stay, location is also nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via. Super close to the palace and still walkable to the main parts of Madrid. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.

The hotel and our room were very clean and looked as they were recently renovated. Apartments are well positioned for families with kids thanks to several rooms, bathtub, black-out curtains, well-equipped kitchen and a table where the family can enjoy the dinner. The hotel is placed 5 minutes walk from the Royal Palace of Madrid, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España with great kid's playground and nice Christmas atmosphere. Hotel has a rooftop terrace to enjoy the view of he Royal Palace of Madrid. Proximity to the parking and the discount offered there is also an advantage

Breakfasts are good for price/quality but are quite simple and offer the same set of products every day which is ok for 2-4 days of staying, but might become annoying if you stay longer

Good hotel. The room is big and spacious with a small kitchenette with cutlery, utensils and small fridge should you want to eat in your room. There is a lounge area with a small table, chairs if you need to open up your laptop and work. There is also a couch to lounge on. Our room opened up to a small balcony outside and you can watch people pass by and feel the weather before you get dressed. Our bathroom only had a shower which was great. Reception staff very friendly and they speak English. The hotel is central, right across the Royal Palace which you can also see from the roof top bar that has heaters for a winter evening while you have sundowners;) We did not book breakfast as we wanted to try different spots while we ventured in Madrid. Directly opposite the Palace there are cute sidewalk breakfast restaurants that we went to and another one down the road from the hotel. The room comes with complimentary bottled water and you can refill them from the water filter machine downstairs everyday. 20-30min drive to the airport and short Uber trips to get to central Madrid: Gran Via etc.

Very spacious apartment, comfortable, clean. Great location, less than 5min walk to Principe Pio station, and easy walk to Plaza España or Real Palace too. They also have a beautiful rooftop.

The property was extremely close to everything we wanted to go see. The room was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed a view of the royal palace. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great facility, room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean and large bathroom! Beds were very comfortable. Perfect place after 12 hours+ of travel to Madrid.

The hotel is excellently located. The suite was very big at 65 sq.m. The staff were courteous and efficient. There is free coffee and snacks between 1 pm and 7 pm for the guests. On the whole, the hotel is excellent value for money. We will certainly stay here again if we come to Madrid.

The rooms are spacious. It’s a central location with very good public transport. The rooftop bar was brilliant. They have a laundry for guests on site. The view of the palace is better in real life beautiful in the day and after dark

This is an excellent choice for a stay in downtown Madrid. It is located in an area with many great restaurants, near the Cathedral, Temple of Debod, many museums, and many other sites of interest. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view and offers bar service; it is open to residents even after the bar is closed. Staff at the desk were welcoming and helpful, assisting us in organizing a cab at 5:00 AM for an early flight.

nothing - all good and highly recommended

We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

The only thing that was in our favour was the view from the room, but partly our fault as we did not ask for a room with a view on booking.

Everything!!!!! It’s definitely the best hotel in Madrid! The owner/manager is a lovely gracious woman who pays attention to detail and makes you feel at home! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the view is extraordinary! The breakfast buffet is wonderful; good choices and variety!

The location was great. Very close to many famous tourist spots and also fantastic restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed some additional help booking a taxi for later and also leaving our luggage at the reception post checkout. Thank you guys!

The apartment had everything one might need while staying somewhere, including an ironing board and a very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from and is changing slightly day by day. Additionaly, there is a 24/7 reception desk which was terribly convenient for someone who was checking in at 2am. The location is perfect in between two underground stations each within 10 mins walking and also within walking distance of the city centre.

The only thing that might be distrubing you while staying here is the rain coming down on the sill outside of the window with quite an intesnse drumming sound. We had a room facing the backyard - it might not be happening on the other side of the building, but if you are a light sleeper (and you're coming when rain is expected), best inquire about it.

This is an excellent location for a hotel in Madrid- just opposite the Royal Palace. Within 5 minutes you are walking around the perimeter of the Royal Palace. Great roof top bar where you look directly over the front of the Royal Palace. The hotel up the road has great tapas and paella. 40mins back to the airport so good location for transport as well.

The location is very good, especially the rooftop lounge with great snacks and drinks and amazing view of the Royal Palace. Rooms were of good size and had a nice kitchen for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Very friendly! We would stay again!
