Excellent location , larger rooms and helpful staff

Very good location just behind Plaza de Espana. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Staff were very helpful, we had a minor hiccup on leaving when the taxi we had requested was not booked but it was quickly fixed with only a 10 minute delay. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The terrace is clearly known and popular which means that is packed full of people from outside the hotel. In our two nights there when the terrace was open we were unable to get a table to enjoy the view as it was full of externals. It would be nice if people staying at the hotel were able to book a table and get preference.

Perfect location for exploring Madrid — within walking distance of all the main city attractions. The place is very clean and well organized. The rooftop terrace offers an amazing view of the castle. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I would recommend!

Excellent service, spacious and clean apartment, good location.

The beds were not comfortable and there was no terrace in the apartment. Howerer there is a roof top terrace for smokers. Otherwise, everything else was really good.

Location was ideal, walking distance to most of the sights. Lovely quiet bedroom and travel cot for our baby as requested was provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location, size of room, modern decor

Location was central to everything especially the old qtr of Madrid, the view was just a glimpse of the palace top dome and top floor.You could see a fountain and park easily though. Room was large with the apartment having great amenities of free go to coffee station at certain times of day. plus the added bonus of a laundry rather than looking for a laundromat.

Great area near the Royal Palace, spacious room for Madrid, amazing rooftop terrace bar with incredible view of the palace. East central location near Plaza de España área, short 15 min walk to Sol/Gran Vía/Plaza Mayor. Nice front desk staff.

We used the Nespresso machine in the lovely lobby every morning-it would have been nice if that was included (but they didn’t stick the espresso machine in our room).

Located close to metro and center of Madrid. Ideal place to explore the city. Kitchenette and optional breakfast were very convenient. May was wonderful in both welcoming us after a long trip and providing us with recommendations for places to visit and superb restaurants. Rooftop Terrace bar was exceptional with ambiance, drinks, and snacks

I loved the unbeatable location—just across and overlooking the Royal Palace, which gave us breathtaking views every day. The property truly understands what families need: the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, making our stay feel easy and stress-free. On top of that, it’s in an upscale, central area, so everything was within walking distance. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and charm—absolutely nothing to complain about.

Really nice property! Big room with great bathroom and shower. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They have great advice for restaurants and made everything super easy for us. We highly recommend them!

Excellent location. Bus stop right next to the hotel. One stop to Plaza Espagna. A wonderful view of the Royal palace from the hotel terrace. We stayed for a week and had two rooms. In one, the air conditioner did not work for two days in the evening hours. On the morning of the third day, it was repaired. As a sign of apology, the children who were in that room had a free breakfast during their entire stay. Friendly staff. Extremely kind manager Juan Carlos. Rooms were big, bathrooms clean, had big TV.

Excellent apartment lovely room and spacious. All the staff were so obliging especially May, she was very warm and welcoming. Great location for various sites highly recommend.

The rooftop Terrance has beautiful views of the palace at night, great food and cocktails, and the staff was extremely attentive. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are dark and quiet.

Fabulous location near the Palacio and the Jardins de Sabatini, and the old Centro is within an easy walking distance. Good shopping, strolling streets, etc. The hotel is very comfortable, the suites are very roomy, they do free coffee, orange juice, and pastries during the afternoon downstairs, which is a very nice touch, and there’s an absolutely fantastic roof top terrace bar / tapas restaurant with unbelievable views of the Jardins and the Palacio especially at night. There’s a small supermarket condo souvenir shop and a corner tapas bar nearby also. Fiona only reason it doesn’t get a 10 is that there were some stains on the sheet our first night, and while we asked at the desk for them to be changed, someone forgot to relay the information to housekeeping, and we had to re-ask.

Only slight disappointment was that the Rooftop bar was closed Monday and Tuesdays and we were only there for 3 nights . We went on the Sunday and it was lovely

The room was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was fantastic, but did get a bit crowded. Great location for our short visit to Madrid. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with suggestions for getting around.

We had just flown in from the US, so we went to bed early. Some of the other people staying at the hotel arrived later in the evening and they awakened us. Wouldn't have been an issue at all if we hadn't just arrived.

The property is really central and within walking distance of most places. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The superior room is perfect and a lovely size. It has everything you need. The standard rooms are not great, so definitely upgrade if you can. The rooftop bar is fabulous, with amazing views of the palace.

Waiters at the rooftop bar were rude, lost our order twice, then kept reminding us we had to leave as the table was reserved 5 minutes after serving us our late order!

The hotel’s location is outstanding, right across the street from the Palace. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and our “suite” was huge with a lovely terrace. It was more than perfect with a separate bedroom and two travelers trying to adjust to time changes.

Great location and exceptionally friendly front desk staff. We arrived early in the morning and decided to eat their fabulous buffet breakfast for 14E each. Well worth the price. We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a larger apt. First class all the way! Clean, friendly and a perfect stay in Madrid!

We enjoyed a lot our stay! The staff is amazing, really nice people! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location, however, was the real highlight—absolutely perfect, set in a beautiful neighborhood just steps away from the main tourist attractions. And the rooftop bar? Truly unmissable. We will definitely stay there again.

Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini in Madrid exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely loved it! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. It is also conveniently situated near one of Madrid's main shopping centres, Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío, where you can find the well-known Mercadona supermarket. The hotel is surrounded by small shops and good restaurants. Everything at the hotel works efficiently and properly. We cooked food in the kitchen, and everything went smoothly. I needed to work online throughout my stay, and the internet connection was always fast, reliable, and stable. It felt like home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the hotel offering drinks (water, both still and sparkling, tea, coffee, and juice) and light snacks free of charge every day from 1 pm to 7 pm. There is a breathtaking view of Palacio Real de Madrid from the terrace. Above all, we must mention the fantastic staff of the hotel, as they are truly the gems of the place. Special thanks to May, Noelia, and Daniel; all the other staff members (whose names we do not know) were also very helpful and supportive. They were quick to resolve any issues or challenges. They all went above and beyond to make our stay and experience unforgettable. It was our first visit to Madrid, and this hotel made it an incredible adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fantastic location, easy to walk around from and felt very safe. Property had discounted parking next door which was very convenient. (Not cheap but no parking is in major cities, discount definately helped and was appreciated)

The Apartosuites Jardines is very nice. The breakfast is very good and various. The room is big and very clean and the bed is very confortable. The rooftop terrance is wonderful with a very nice view. The Apartosuites Jardines is closed to the city center and the main line to the metro. You can take the 001 bus which is free and can take you to the most important sights in Madrid.
