The hotel is excellently located. The suite was very big at 65 sq.m. The staff were courteous and efficient. There is free coffee and snacks between 1 pm and 7 pm for the guests. On the whole, the hotel is excellent value for money. We will certainly stay here again if we come to Madrid.

The rooms are spacious. It’s a central location with very good public transport. The rooftop bar was brilliant. They have a laundry for guests on site. The view of the palace is better in real life beautiful in the day and after dark

Foyer decor was a bit off putting and no coffee machine in the room, but there was a machine in the foyer

This is an excellent choice for a stay in downtown Madrid. It is located in an area with many great restaurants, near the Cathedral, Temple of Debod, many museums, and many other sites of interest. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view and offers bar service; it is open to residents even after the bar is closed. Staff at the desk were welcoming and helpful, assisting us in organizing a cab at 5:00 AM for an early flight.

We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

The only thing that was in our favour was the view from the room, but partly our fault as we did not ask for a room with a view on booking.

Everything!!!!! It’s definitely the best hotel in Madrid! The owner/manager is a lovely gracious woman who pays attention to detail and makes you feel at home! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the view is extraordinary! The breakfast buffet is wonderful; good choices and variety!

The location was great. Very close to many famous tourist spots and also fantastic restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed some additional help booking a taxi for later and also leaving our luggage at the reception post checkout. Thank you guys!

The apartment had everything one might need while staying somewhere, including an ironing board and a very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from and is changing slightly day by day. Additionaly, there is a 24/7 reception desk which was terribly convenient for someone who was checking in at 2am. The location is perfect in between two underground stations each within 10 mins walking and also within walking distance of the city centre.

The only thing that might be distrubing you while staying here is the rain coming down on the sill outside of the window with quite an intesnse drumming sound. We had a room facing the backyard - it might not be happening on the other side of the building, but if you are a light sleeper (and you're coming when rain is expected), best inquire about it.

This is an excellent location for a hotel in Madrid- just opposite the Royal Palace. Within 5 minutes you are walking around the perimeter of the Royal Palace. Great roof top bar where you look directly over the front of the Royal Palace. The hotel up the road has great tapas and paella. 40mins back to the airport so good location for transport as well.

Great location, nice hotel, comfortable bed and block out curtains so we slept well. Kitchenette is small but we cooked dinner each night.

The location is very good, especially the rooftop lounge with great snacks and drinks and amazing view of the Royal Palace. Rooms were of good size and had a nice kitchen for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Very friendly! We would stay again!

location is great, close to attractions and transport. The rooms are large, even their smallest option compared to most hotels. The roof terrace is fantastic. There is good security for solo travellers.

We asked and were granted Room #78. We were so very glad we made this request and that your property was able to accommodate us. The view of the Palace was priceless, which is why we chose your property in the first place; however, we were expecting this view from your terrace on the eighth floor, not our room, which was awesome. Whenever we come to Madrid, we stay in only one place, Room #78 at Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini.

The rooms are quite noisy from adjacent rooms and the pillows were too soft

We loved having an ‘apartment-style’ room with the kitchenette, which was well-equipped, combined with living area. Spacious for 2 people, nice neighborhood, convenient to train and bus stops. Rooftop view was a bonus.

Location was great. Enjoyed the kitchenette and ability to make some of our meals. Sound isolation of the windows was great given proximity to the street. seldom noticed the traffic outside.

some loose tiles in the bathroom. seal around the tub showing some age. could use a few more kitchen cooking tools and toaster. The HVAC temperature control was a bit erratic. could be related to the location of the sensor.

It has an excellent location opposite the Royal Palace with easy walking to many sights. We stayed on the 7th suite floor with a balconey overlooking the palace and all the room facilities we found to be first class

The floor above us was the roof bar and on occasions it could be a bit noisey as could the street traffic

The location is great. The Royal Palace, the Plaza of Spain, and the Cerralbo Museum are all within a 5-minute walk. And you can also find a supermarket around the corner.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

The car museum in the basement. Good breakfast. AC and Wifi were good. Excellent location. Cool terrace bar. Room was good.

We had three single beds and one of them sloped to the edge, which was mildly annoying.

Super friendly staff. Very clean and well-located. With a beautiful view of the Palance from the terrace.
