For the price of the accomodation I wish the tvs were new and able to watch Netflix as three nights stay came to two thousand dollars with parking.. and couldn’t watch a movie. Sounds petty but if the fridge wasn’t stocked with drinks so I could utilise it also

Sad that some visitor broke the No Smoking rule in our first room, but the staff quickly moved us to a fresh and clean new room without hesitation.

The room were nice with industrial chic design. I enjoyed the bedding, mini bar and tv (channels). The decor was creative in the rooms. The restaurant on 2nd floor has amazing food.

The hallways are dark and hallway carpets needed cleaning or replacing. The lobby bathroom was atrocious. The lobby decor (hanging lights made of black bottles and black art piece behind checkin desk and ceiling textures) is so ugly. Also, I was locked out of my room (battery) and then my mother was locked out of her room (front desk mistake). But they sent an engineer to fix my lock and gave us drink vouchers for mixup. Restaurant on second floor was booked for a private event so we couldn’t eat there and we wanted to eat there every meal they are so good.

i just hope that you can add additional amenities like kettle or common area with hot water and microwave and maybe vending machine for water and other chips

Very unique room design

Our room faced the road, and the windows are not double glazed. This means that during the day (and late night) we could hear all the traffic, loud noises etc from the streets.

Valet only and it’s 55 plus tax per night. Also, for a 4-star hotel, they did not provide complimentary water bottles.

Location was great, really enjoyed the brunch and the staff were exceptionally friendly, my only negative was that the beds were a little uncomfortable and we were unable to control the temperature in the room properly. The outdoor temps were cooler during our stay and we turned on the heat in the room but it never really warmed up. Other than that it was a nice relaxing time.

Beds were not that comfy, it wasn't a horrible sleep but not as comfy as I would have liked.

Sofas in the room- very uncomfortable No complementary water, nor coffee, nor tea. For the price of the hotel the lack of basic complementary services that are available in many other places feels mean.

Room was comfortable, staff great and location for me, excellent. I inadvertently left my phone at a friend's house and the valet facilitated an Uber to take me to pick up my phone. Very considerate!

I checked in on a Sunday and there was no coffee or meal service until Tuesday. However, the staff brought me a coffee maker for my room which was very appreciated.

Everting is nice except the parking price was expensive we had to park one block a way ( 19.99$ ) almost 50% discount

Our room had the view of the Hollywood sign which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and spacious. It wasn't too noisy but can definitely hear people on the streets. The only thing that was missing was a kettle in the room .

Openaire is always nice. Rooms are simple but all you need is there. Location is great for east and downtown. Westside / Beverly hills as well.

Room amenities can always be better, it's a little simple at times. More space for clothing would reall help. The Gym is a little too simple and small to be honest. A pullup bar / station would do a lot.

This property was an excellently located place within the city, but also very close to freeway highways and anything you needed to get to other either tourist attractions, or hometown feels. I was very grateful and pleased with everything. This hotel had to offer, including its food and drink amenities, gym and pool.

Although everything was great and excellent regarding the service and amenities offered, and especially the location. I do wish something could be done about the high prices for parking. The only upside to the expensive parking fee is that it’s a valet and they are at your service 24 hours, whether it is 3 PM or 3 A.M, the staff & crew are very efficient but either your vehicle needs or personal needs.

It’s in the middle of k-town and accessible to so much. The rooms are usually really clean and the showers pressure is good. My second time staying here and I would stay here again.

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion smell strong (of artificial plants?). The air in the room felt quite damp and the ventilation didn’t seem to work very well.

The walls looks like they were in the middle of being renovated. Gave it a sort of "run down" feel. Not sure if this was intentionally done or not but I made me feel like I was inside a concrete box

Location is good if you want to be in Koreatown.

The room was so small, and laid out weird, and the walls were cement so it felt like you were in a prison cell. I def did not want to spend any extra time in that room.

Great facilities, location. Really enjoyed borrowing bikes (great assist from staff in getting bikes ready).

20% discount on food/drink only worked once, was given a lot of runaround explanations. When I mentioned this at check out the woman just stared at me blankly, with no help or explanation.

Modern room and had lots of space. I liked the large windows and layout of the rooms too. Plenty of storage and great location in Koreatown. Close to train station too.

Their minibar fridge was completely full of the hotel’s drink offerings so we had no space to put our own things in. We took the things out so we can put our own drinks and cold snacks in, but was then told at reception when checking out that if we didn’t put all their items back in, we’d be charged the fee for each item. They were quite rude about it too, especially when they provide a fridge and had no space for us to put our own things? The shower curtain in the bathroom absolutely sucks. We spent 2 nights with water all over the floor from the shower. It was like flash flooding.

The cleaning schedule

Suite was very nice, plenty spacious for our group.

Lobby bar was far too expensive and the bartender took way too long to make drinks, and didnt really know what he was doing.

The location is great it’s at the center of many great places places. Rooms, although small, very neat and comfortable. Delicious food and service at the restaurant. Fantastic staff at the valet service. Overall, a great stay.

We liked the location of the hotel, friendly staff and the local Korean restaurants within walking distance from the hotel! Also, the coffee shop downstairs was very convenient for us!

Not enough parking spaces, we had to park the first night a few blocks away from the hotel. But, we understood the current situation (LA Fires) and we noticed families and pets that had to evacuate and were staying at the hotel.

Great location for K-town touring with really good Korean food options within a couple blocks. Staff was nice. Rooms are clean and if you happen to get a view of the hills, it’s nice to wake up to. Dining option is good. Interesting menu with healthy options. This is actually my go-to hotel for LA stay.

Just ok for the price. Furniture seemed dated and only for pictures. Would recommend for one night only.

The bed was hard, not comfortable at all. They really need to upgrade their mattresses. The bartenders at the little bar inside were horrible. My husband and I sat down at the bar for 7 minutes before either one of them asked us if we wanted a drink. The bar wasn't even busy. I timed it, I wanted to see how long it took before they even acknowledged us. We were never asked if we'd like another drink after we finished our drinks. We had to call one of them over. Again, the bar wasn't busy! They had time to stand around and chat. It was just such a disappointment. I guess they didn't want our money.
