The hotel is super trendy and has a great location. The room had the best desk I've ever seen. Metro is just across the street and plenty of eateries nearby.

The room, although well designed, was a little on the small side. The neighbourhood was up-and-coming but in places didn't quite match the classy level of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of the location - and it was a good choice. We had a beautiful view and the surroundings were quiet. Thus had a good sleep.

Location was great; room was great; appreciated the complimentary water inside; shower was great; cleaniness superb. Good vlaue for money. Nice cafe and restaurant downstairs.

When I had an issue with my room it was dealt with swiftly and they were happy to move me to another room and give me a free upgrade. My new room was perfect. This was my third time staying here and the staff are always helpful, the location is great and I love the Alfred coffee in the reception and also the cine-still vending machine!

The room I was initially in had a really strong smell of food coming through the air vents in the room and in the shower, it made all my clothes and hair smell like BBQ and even the water seemed to be infused with it.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and the breakfast was good.

They charge a fee for early check in and late check out. At an upscale hotel, they should never charge if the room is available for an early check in. Parking fee is very high as well.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious enough. Location is convenient too.

The bathtub/shower drained very slowly.

Location is great, ground floor cafe has good food and coffee, mini bar is well stocked.

Bed is not super comfortable, stained carpet, weak water pressure.

Pool was a great added extra. Had a safe for your valuables.

Room was big but was used up by too many chairs and tables that weren't necessary. Could have removed them and added in extra floor space to walk around the beds and bigger storage/wardrobe instead.

Room maid service was excellent. -- Maintenance fixed shower faucet immediately. Antler coffee shop in lobby is nice feature. ---- My second stay here.

Service around pool. People were complaining. "If it were my hotel, I'd have 2 bartenders working this area." NO cash available for change. To give tips to maids. --- Next time bring a bunch of one dollar bills.

Downstairs bartender was very efficient. Chat a bit with us and remembered our names the next day

Absolutely love staying at The Line. The hotel is gorgeous and easy to get most places in LA. The hotel restaurant and cafe is great and the rooms are gorgeous and clean.

Unfortunately during my stay the pool and restaurant were closed for majority of my stay due to filming a movie and maintenance. The staff however refunded a portion of my hotel amenities fee to apologise.

We were pleased with our stay, especially thanks to Arlene at the front office, whose exceptional service made us feel very welcome. The view of the Hollywood sign and mountains from our room was honestly super impressive—watching the sunrise and sunset over the sign was a truly memorable experience for any tourist. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Location was good

View was great, generally liked my room. Location was neither great nor awful but is right on the metro. Good, strong shower. Decent coffee downstairs. Really it was all about the view and being able to watch the changing light from bed though, loved every second of that.

The 'fridge' is just a mini bar (with no price list I could see) so no real room for your own stuff. The place is a weird mix of great and a bit cheap / slightly problematic e.g. a slight issue with the lock on my door (secure, so only reported when I left - it should have been apparent though as the plate wasn't flush to the door as there was a screw missing), the desk and closet are rather cheap looking and not enduring particularly well. Shower drain sounded like I was going to be sucked into an abyss. The corridors could be nicer. No real room for your luggage, with two people it would be tight.

I liked the location and service.

The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom door is sliding door so it doesn't close all the way.

Could hear people from outside from the 3rd floor. There is an additional $30 fee for every night there. Additionally, the only parking available on the premises is valet.

I thought it was trendy and a good social setting

It was very difficult to find a parking place for our small box truck. The valet offered to park it for $195, which is ridiculous! There was only 1 washcloth in the room, but 2 of us that stayed in the room There was only 1 towel hook but multiple towels that needed to be hung up to dry. While watching the tv it shut off two different times and would put itself back on the Home Screen, which was so annoying I just shut it off

No breakfast, but bar and coffee shop are great. Location is fantasstic

The overall ambience of the Line LA is always great. The restaurant, the pool, some rooms, Alfred in the lobby, and the recurring events keep me coming back.

We had a South facing room on the 3rd floor to the left of the pool. I have stayed at this property many times and this was my first time on this end. The view left much to be desired the windows were in pretty bad shape. Additionally, we had an ADA unit. The low sinks are not ideal for someone who is taller with chronic back pain - It made beginning and end of day grooming challenging. FF&E could use a little refresh or updating (very uncomfortable desk chair). I've had much nicer rooms at the Line for about half of what we paid for this trip. We'll be back but will be making a point to request a room on a higher floor with standard height counters.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and clean. Nice swimming pool, not too crowded. Great to have a cafe in the lobby.

Several disappointments, starting with the view! We were on the sixth floor and the window overlooked the facade of a building... I had asked in advance for a crib for my son, which was not available on the first evening. On the second day, the restaurant and pool were privatized for an event all afternoon and evening, so hotel guests couldn't access them. I would also have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.

The 2 nightclubs made this hotel a hot spot.

The room was a really nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a a lot of space to place your toiletries. The shower was perfect.

Because it's located downtown there is quite a lot of traffic noise that can get pretty loud. There is t a ton to do during the day within walking distance.

Love the elevator bar experience

The interior design of the room and especially the bathroom was super weird odd, but not in a hip way. I know it was trying to be hip, but coming from an architect, needed some help.

There was no space in the mini fridge to add my own stuff, no garbage can in the bathroom. The bathroom shower curtain reeked of wet dog. The rooms had no ventilation so the bed and the sheets felt “wet”.

The best bed I have ever slept on without a doubt. Never felt more comfortable than when I slept! Also the staff were very accommodating!

The bathroom was a disappointment. The door frame was broken plus there was a part of the room that was peeling off the ceiling. The extractor fan was not working either. It's a shame that for a lovely room, the bathroom was not good.

The overall vibe of the hotel is great, the design, the architecture, the pool and the café and restaurant are really good.

We kept feeling a vibration in our room. It came and went but it was quite bothersome. We thought it was coming from the street but it really felt that it was coming from the floor. It wasn’t a sound, but something we could feel. Structural vibration from the building? The shower by the pool didn’t work. They were nos absolutely necessary but they were there and none of the faucets in all three of them worked.

The lobby is great and the cafe inside the hotel is amazing. I had a drink every morning of my stay. The location is super close to good restaurants in k-town

My room particularly would not change from 60 degrees so it was freezing.

All of the staff we encountered were wonderful.

Our shower/bath faucet dripped the entire time. The curtains were malfunctioning and opening on their own.

The restaurant for dinner service was slow took 7 to 8 minutes just to get a wine taster Didn’t love any of the wine tasted Let our server choose dessert that we took to our room but didn’t enjoy his choice / not sure how well he knew the menu including wines

Very convenient location in the heart of Koreatown. Cool, modern hotel. It was my second stay.

It was comfortable and clean.

The big glass window is very nice and fits the overall style of the room which was spacious enough for us for two nights. The pool area is nicely done and not overcrowded.

We had to use valet parking which costs 49 USD per night. There is no self parking available which we found very inconvenient. The bed felt already over with an worn out mattress. The minibar was stacked but the removal would have cost 25 USD.
