Great location and wonderful restaurant

The phone never worked in room. Even when requesting it be to fixed they never did. They tried to fix it at 11 PM when I reported the problem at 8 AM. There was no TV control in the room and the air conditioner would Not work automatically

Passable.

Unhelpful staff who could not help me organise an interview. The concierge made things very embarrassing. I ended up shooting it in my bedroom. This is LA the land of Film!

Location

The valet was overwhelmed, events in the lobby, NO COFFEE UNTIL 7am and no coffee maker in rooms. The elevator smelled like a fart. The mattresses aren’t top quality. The room didn’t have a nice smell. Overall. Not luxury

Central Location

There was a really Bad smell ( Burning smell) that filled the corridor and our room which affected our stay. raised it with the staff 5 x Times and had no response or action.

Service was sorely lacking. Food options minimal. No coffee in room. No room service.

The location, the staff and the actual ambiance was gorgeous

We only didn’t like that they wouldn’t tell us about an event and people were partying above us till 3am one night. But they were extremely accommodating about the situation after.

I love this hotel, its little but it has everything you need. It has a great location for restaurant and shopping.

The hotel is very nice and chic. It’s very clean with a great staff. I enjoyed the restaurants on site - very good food and drinks. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel.

Lived the whole vibe of the hotel from the artworks to the staff. Phillip & Noah in particular were extremely helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It would have been nice to have tea making in the room with fresh milk & complimentary bottled water.

The location was very good, the lobby of the hotel & pool area was lovely and the front of house staff were always friendly.

my views have since changed due to firstly the noise that starts at 6am every morning from the building site which our room backed onto this did ruin our stay and secondly also our room did not get cleaned every day. However we did not complain about these things as we were there a few days and we do not like to complain. however our biggest disappointment was that we had asked for some dry cleaning to be done 3 days before we were due to check out… it stated 24hour dry cleaning. we asked on check out where this was to be told it would be with our belongings when we came to collect them later that day, they were not. The hotel said they would post our items however once I have sent the address all my messages have been Ignored.. not only that we have been charged for the dry cleaning bill. for such a beautiful hotel with lovely staff it does not seem 5*

Over charged my card incorrectly 3 times and when I called to rectify the situation they were incompetent

Great location and very convenient access to everything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean and the lounge / bar downstairs was great!

We were charged for someone else's parking in addition to our own on our final bill. I emailed the front desk twice about this and didnt receive a response. I texted someone on the number we received a welcome text on, and the lady was lovely, extremely efficient and got the charge reversed immediately. Thank you for the prompt handling of this after no luck on email.

Restaurant on site did not take children our son was 16 and you had to wear long trousers?! we then saw someone go in wearing shirts?

Great location and staff. Room was fabulous and spacious.

It was not always clear which of the three sets of doors into the front of the hotel were open - some were randomly locked with no indication that this was the case so you had to try each one every time. Please indicate which doors are locked/open!!! So frustrating

Location was great and hotel vibe was on point. Drinks available in the courtyard / pool area where you get some lovely afternoon sun. Ideal for pre-dinner drinks.

Encouraging exercise in room did mean at times we felt like there was a stampede of elephants in the room above. Not really something that kept us awake, but a bit disconcerting as it was quite loud.

value for money was really disappointing. we’ve stayed at Kimpton properties 3 times now and have always loved them. unfortunately at $1,000 AUD per night, you expect your room to be made up, the complimentary advertised happy hour to be available and for the restaurant not to mess up your order and then charge you for the additional things we didn’t order in the first place. also had $50 US for breakfast through booking.com but they were insistent it was $15 until I had to show them my confirmation. all these issues would have been expected at a property charging a lot less that $1,000 per night. We should have gone back to the London. 😔

the staff was rude at check in, was told room was ready 1 hour prior to arriving and at arrival had to wait. room key didn’t work at elevator and AC was not working properly, second night second maintenance man came and realized it was the filtered that had not been changed in a very long time

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious room & good queen beds size.

Location: No services nearby. No supermarket, no pharmacy… etc. All around the hotel is a residential area & furniture shops. You have to walk long way to get to any commercial area. Room: No coffee maker in room, no complimentary water, toiletries are basic & soap is if poor quality. Basic interior, feels like a budget hotel. Hotel F&B: Limited breakfast menu. Reception: I was surprised at checkout with what’s called “Amenity Fee of 35$ per night”. This is breakfast credit, wifi use, coffee at reception, fitness classes, Uber rides, happy hour. Although I was unaware of many of these items & never used any, I had to pay the fees! Wifi connection wasn’t the best, I had to rely on my mobile, coffee served at reception area in a limited time, tastes bad. Breakfast area so noisy with cleaning up activities at 9 am. Reception waived 50% of the fees since I wasn’t aware of, but for a 5-stars hotel of a 600$ a night, you would expect much more!

I was wondering how this stay would go considering the location and I COULDNT BELIEVE how amazing the hotel and especially the staff was! Amelia, Jessica and especially Keith were the best staff I've ever had at a hotel and my job has me in and out of a lot of different hotels around the US. Keith was super helpful and even spotted me with some cash to give the bellhop. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, I wish I had more time to actually enjoy the hotel!

The location was central and the room was fresh and nice! Cute pool and bar with nice vibe.

Absolutely horrible wake up in the morning at 6:00 because of a massive construction site next door which they don’t tell you about and make you pay the normal rates. Really loud and frustrating. Staff did not care when you told them about it offered no room change etc.

The young lady at front desk and the gentleman that ran the gift shop are the star of the hotel. They greeted us daily and had care in the level of service they delivered

Cleanliness of room and the gym were not to standard. Also would not of placed a family in a room above the restaurant
