Wifi in room didn’t work due to poor bandwidth. Ended up in a wheelchair accessible room which had a disappointing bathroom experience.

Clean, great amenities, staff were lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. Food on the rooftop was very adequate! We loved it all. Great quiet location!

Everything was great - nil concerns. Maybe just the other people staying there that were rude to the staff. Staff managed this extremely well.

The amenities here? A disappointment. No coffee machine in the room. Communal coffee was cold in the carafe on the 2nd floor. No gym. Our room wasn't cleaned at any point during our stay. The restaurant is passable but comically expensive relative to the $15/day credit you receive. "Luxury" mini bar options for truly, truly ridiculous prices. Two of three nights we weren't allowed on the rooftop/pool access because it was booked for private events. You sort of come away from it wondering what it was that you paid for. And it all felt very cash grabby. Of course these things, taken individually, are maybe minor/forgivable offenses - but you expect more/better from a "4-star hotel."

Property had a very comfortable bed Great showers Amazing food at the roof top restaurant. Ate there for dinner and it was incredible. Highly recommend the shrimp with hummus and the arugula salad. Location was great

A little dark. The elevators are a little small but nothing bad

The room setup was nice, the patio onto the room gave lots of room. Didn't even use the patio much. Hallways always smelled like flowers. Rooftop restaurant was beautiful and amazing service all over hotel.

You pay for your great location, so it was a bit pricey. There is always an extra line to add tip for LA restaurants like this one,but close to 20% is always already charged, not obvious in the bill. So often you unknowingly add more tip. Lucky a server circled the included tip part to show us, or we wouldn't have realized as early as we did.

Absolutely nothing it was the worst hotel ever

The staff was rude , the housekeepers are noisy. ,The beds are uncomfortable, and they don’t care about you as a guest do not stay at this hotel. They have a manager name Cesar, who is unprofessional and will make your stay miserable

Location was strategic within the Miracle Mile in LA. Roof restaurant with swimming pool and a view was fantastic. Availability of parking (and parking package) was a bonus.

I booked a queen terrace room and when I arrived at 4 pm I was told it wasn’t ready ( checkin is 3) they said they would refund the difference if I took a double room . after many calls and emails and being sent between booking .com and the hotel I still dont have a refund 6 weeks later . plus I seem to have been charged for $17 for something ????

The reception staff were not very helpful. We were 25 mins early but our room was not available till after check in time. We booked a view room and we’re out in a different room once we told them we couldn’t move but they gave us a credit plus some free drinks. Had to ask though

The room was comfortable. Was a little disappointed with the quality for the area and the price. Was nothing like other kiloton properties I’ve stayed at.

When I checked in, after being told over the phone by 2 staff members prior to arrival that my room would be available, my room was not available. I had to purchase a room and wait until my room was available the next day.

Great location as long as you have a car.

The Air Conditioning in our room broke on our 4th out of 5 nights at the hotel. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room. The next day, we were moved to a different room with working A/C. The staff was wonderful, though! We always felt welcomed and they were quick to assist and accommodate us. Probably the nicest customer service I've had at a hotel -- and I've stayed at countless hotels in my life.

Located is a small business district, not too sexy but OK.

We liked the staff and receptionists. the valet parking was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. We loved the coffee room. they offer many options for coffee and tea for FREE and also seating area.

Rooms are small, lobby is too cramped, front desk is not very forthcoming with information upon arrival; location was not as close to attractions as described in the website. Not many good places to eat in the walkable area.

A cute boutique hotel in a good location for exploring LA, Bev Hills, Melrose, West Hollywood shopping and dinning. We were able to tour it all in the one day we had. Rooms were nice, not huge but cute, clean modern and functional. There is a stocked fridge and fun snacks, but we had our own. We got one of the patio rooms which was cool, but had too much sight seeing so we didn't really use it. The coffee bar was great! Nespresso's and good drip coffee and quality tea/s and a cold brew keg. I made sure i got coffee there each morning. Popcorn and water in the chic lobby. Valet staff was on the ball and super friendly. Everyone was helpful. I would definitely stay again!

The shower had a major drip and the valve handle didn't work. They are aware of this as it has a plaque at the shower stating not to force the handle. We took one shower and the head dripped all day... and not just a drip, a stream. The did send engineering to fix but we checked out at that point. This would be my only negative... This hotel was a great little find.

Hotel and room as a whole was very clean. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, you can even see the Hollywood sign on a clear day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There isn't really anything negative I can say about this hotel. For us personally we felt that the drinks on the rooftop bar were quite pricey but you're going to get different set prices everywhere you go.

Friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. Pool deck on the top has some great views.

Although very built up - it’s not particularly central to anything. 20-25 min walk to Grove Centre was a decent find though. It will take at least 45-60 mins to walk to WeHo.

The staff was great, friendly, responsive, always ready to help. They truly set the tone and made our stay memorable. The rooftop was a great place to hang out, nice views. We appreciated the umbrella, robes, and yoga mat. An honor fridge is stocked with beer, wine, and snacks. No in-room coffee, but it is always available downstairs, along with tea and an espresso machine.

There was no step-in shower, though one is pictured for our King room with Hollywood Hills view. The big tub had a thigh-high rim, climbing in was awkward, even with the grab bar. If you want a step-in shower, be sure to ask! The room overall was on the small and efficient side, but the bed was comfortable.
