We loved our stay! The attention to detail was second to none - the room was so comfy we had everything we could possibly want. Watching LA Confidential on Monday night under the stars on the rooftop eating lobster rolls was perfection. We felt so welcomed by the staff. The other guests were so lovely too. Thank you Sima, Miles, Evan & L’assipian. We had the best time & would absolutely stay again

This hotel is amazing! It’s quiet, clean, the staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is beautifully avant-garde and bohemian. Their food is outstanding, the pool area is relaxing and comfortable, and they have activities daily that you can participate in.

A little expensive and the cost of keeping a car there adds up.

The lighting is really bad in the rooms the lights flickered the entire time and the lights were really dim. Although I get the aesthetics and theme of the boutique aparmtents the rooms are actually really dated RE the lighting and plumbing need updating

We loved everything about our stay! The staff is amazing, so kind and thoughtful! The 24h pool, the bar, the al la carte menu, the breakfast buffet, the music & ambiance.. The big rooms, worlds most complete mini bar, extra towels, byredo hair care, fire place.. All good things to say about this place ❤️

Staff pushing to pay for everything, didn’t feel welcome, goal seemed to maximize daily revenu. checkin one hour early: pay, checkout time as advertised by hotel room information? pay! coffee with the included breakfast (which was only provided after multiple checks, not mentioned by staff, really needed to push for that, reluctantly): drinks not included with breakfast. they didn’t ask to pay for luggage storage; but I wouldn’t have been surprised. rooms filled with lots (really a lot) refreshments. but no pricelist anywhere. maybe it’s common for WeHo hotels, but didn’t feel welcome.

Incredible boutique feel with an amazing staff

Rooftop terrace and pool is lovely and quiet during the week. Quiet location.

Hotel desperately needs renovation. Only 1 elevator. View from room was not so nice. Booked with "breakfast included", but this was just a small bread basket and anything else will be extra cost. Valet parking very expensive (more than 60$) and no other possibility to park car nearby according to Concierge.

Nice location and concept.

Service on the rooftop was a disaster (waiting 1,5 hours for a warm bottle of cava that cost 65 dollars). Heaters during dinner did not work. Everything is overpriced. The included breakfast is nothing but toast & some butter/jam.

Location was excellent. Really beautiful hotel. Food was delicious.

The restaurant staff weren’t great. The staff in black shirts were fantastic and really on it, but the staff in white shirts were slow and unfocused [one exception - the southern girl with glasses and dark curly hair who was lovely and good at her job].
