My room wasn't cleaned all through my stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful : they let us enjoying the roof area after checking out. I really appreciate. The room is big and decoration was nice, so do the bathroom. There are many shops and restaurant in the area. Roof is amazing. Kasa online website is very good too for self check in and amenities.

I didn’t like the fact that their charge you 250$ as deposit, KASA didn’t mention that point if I remember well. Plus, the room was not in a perfect state : furnitures were well used, a light switch was damaged and a mug was dirty. It did not affect our stay but it’s not fair to pay a deposit in those conditions. I opened a statement to KASA and they responded very quickly, I appreciate. The street is full of homeless and drugs addict early in the morning and late at night, I didn’t feel so safe in the evening.

Manager and staff were so helpful and friendly. My suitcase locker got stuck, I was having a nerves break and they helped me to break it. There were always people at the reception whenever I enter and exit to the hotel. I worked a couple of days from the room and I did not have any wifi problem. I did not have a problem with hot water or AC (heating - cooling) as well. The rooftop wine bar is working from Thursday till Sunday at the evenings. It is cool! The rooftop pool is working from 11 am to 11 pm. The cafe at the entrance is nice, the people were kind as well. Downtown is a different area but I did not have any problems at all. Definitely, I can stay there again on my next trip.

Great location - everything was nearby. Lovely staff, helpful with check in process. Room very clean and well supplied - nice shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. Even face masks!

I did not like the interior but it is exactly as in the photos on the website so no surprises here. Everything was clean which made experience good overall. Quite a few homeless people on the street when leaving the hotel in the morning (8am). Long check in process but doable with some patience

Good clean comfortable hotel and fairly priced. Very good history and connection to Charlie Chaplin, with lack of marketing on this important historic fact of the hotel building.

No daily clean, despite being requested serval times.

We especially liked that Stile is footsteps from the concert venue at United Artists Theater. We walked at of the concert and into our hotel within one minute! The new rooftop bar was fantastic!

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but the Uber and Lyft drivers picked us up at the door, so it was no problem.

Loved the stile of the building and the vibes. The room was clean, cafe downstairs was nice, pool was awesome as well.

Had issues with checking in delays and that was bothersome for me, but otherwise the stay was nice.

For the price and location, it was a great deal. The room is really good for a short trip. Really near to bus stops, there is actually one in front, and a couple of blocks away from the metro.

It is located really in the center LA. We had a rental car and it was fairly easy to get to all highlights in LA from there. Some traffic off course. The rooftop terrace was amazing with the small pool as well. Staff was friendly. Parking in the street was cheap and fairly safe.

The rooms were very standard and only for sleeping. The location is not for bringing kids with you.

The location is nice. There are good coffee shops near hotel.The veranda is also good.

I was not able to sleep because noise from outside was terrible on this Saturday night

You cannot control the AC, so the room was quite cold (which we found standard in the US, usually buildings are very cold compared to the outside)

Check in was late (4pm) and someone from the staff walked in our room while we were in there and said they forgot to do inventory and had to come check things. This was at 4:45 well after our check in. They never gave us a shower curtain also.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Room had all the minimum essentials.

The room felt a little older and a little dirty but was passable. There was no onsite parking so had to deal with walking to/from garage in a not so great spot (but didn't feel unsafe either).

I felt like a loft apartment in DTLA.Stylish design, Simple but all essential facilities are fit in.

I was very excited to rooftop pool. That was the main reason to pick this hotel but the size of pool was pretty disappointing to be honest.. Also you need a slide door for shower. A lot of water goes onto the floor after shower..

A bit disappointed that I didn't get room service the day I was expecting it. Having to go to a certain floor just to get fresh water was a bit of a faff as well. Some of the room layout was a little weird. Shower tap awkward. No place to hang your towel. No instructions for the safe. Had to figure it out myself

The hotel was great. The apartment was stylishly furnished, everything was clean, and the towels were white, fresh, and clean. We had an iron, a TV and a hairdryer. The host was friendly and kept my luggage after checkout until the evening when I had my flight.

There were many homeless and crazy people in the surrounding area.

I was not given any hand towels on my last day there :(

Very clean, easy check in

The room looked great and was very clean, nice beds and extra duvet available.

Open bathroom made travel with friends difficult, we had to put up a bedsheet. We booked a room with a balcony, however ours was right in front of a huge advertisement so we didnt habe any view at all.

The property was very nice though ass swimming pool was dark with no lights.

There was no bar or lights at the pool.

Room small and arrangement a bit awkward. No place to put suitcase other than floor. Rooftop pool could use better lighting.

Nevertheless it is located in Downtown, Broadway area is pretty safe. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Amazing pool area on the rooftop for everybody, pool towels also suggested, as well as area for sunbathing. Very easy online check in and 24/7 online help desk. Staff is always present in the first floor and ready to help. There is a possibility to leave your baggage after check out.

Style is urban, a little bit moist.

Unless the late arrival, entering the property went smoothly.

The staff was super friendly and so attentive. They were super helpful and definitely made my experience 100x better. Especially one of the works named Micheal who was just the sweetest.

A bit noise at night due to traffic and just overall the city

We love the location, the unit itself, very cozy bed, ample space inside the unit.

No microwave when they said they had it when we asked on our text. A text saying our ‘noise’ level was a little up when all I can think of was the hair dryer may be the noise they said. Also what kind of sensor is that they have in the room exactly that made it to the ‘level up’ noise because this is new to me!

There’s no door in the shower room, at least have a shower curtain will be more comfortable.

I definitely prefer using codes over finicky door key cards. It felt safe having a code to both the front door of the hotel and the room.

The layout of the room was a little awkward for friends. The shower was exposed to the rest of the room and the bathroom sliding door did not close all the way. Would be fine if traveling solo, but maybe a disclosure on the website that some of the rooms have an atypical layout would be a good heads up. The AC did not work all the time.

The staff was AMAZING, really polite! They treated us really well and were very sweet when we decided to stay in the lobby for hours since our plane would only take off at 1AM, storing our luggage. We also loved the coffee and tea bags in the room, the fact they had shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser so we could use as much as we wanted and the view from our room was beautiful.

Check out time was quite early.

The balcony room and the view were great. If you like the night humming of a big city and a view of a busy illuminated street from high above, this is a great option. Make sure you call them and explicitly ask for a room high above. Rooms on the floors 6 and below won't give the experience.

No ironing board in the suite and had to improvise. Not a massive detriment but could be an easy upgrade for the hotel. I thought that the automated check-in system would be cumbersome but it was fine.

Check in and quiet room

Friendly personnel and ease of access. Location was good for getting to the LA conference centre, but it is not a nice part of town.

Given the drab neighbourhood, should have a proper breakfast offering at a reasonable price. The on-site coffee shop has too few options and is way too expensive.

The room was comfortable even though it was very unusual. The industrial feel took some getting used to but it grew on us. The bathroom was well appointed. There were great views out the window. The beds were super low but amazing. Really comfortable. There is a coffee shop in the hotel. Next door is a 24 hr convenience store. Some great food options all around. We stayed on the 4th floor which had the gym and the laundry on it. Super convenient for a family.

The water was cold to warm to shower. They were prompt to try to fix it but really couldn't. LA has become a filthy city. Extremely neglected and the homeless situation is so sad. They were everywhere unfortunately. Even outside the hotel. But truth be told the hotel staff cannot manage this. It's a problem the city has to address.

Late check in time, No option to leave the luggage after checkout.

On the fringe of the city, suffers from nearby dodgy environments but conversely walkable to some great locations. Surrounding historic 30-40s era buildings are magnificent.

The building was a renovated older highrise. The renovation seemed rather cheap the chipboard furniture, rough painted surfaces and exposed services.. an industrial vibe but cheaply executed.. in all honestly I turned down the $100 more expensive Biltmore offering and sadly regret it when you compare the two..

Industrial design is the best part, doors has digital lock so makes it easier, you don’t need to worry about locking the door and or forget your keys

The location was central to everything. It was nice to still feel tucked away and the sense of privacy that came with that. The decor was very cute. The rooftop area was a great plus

It took some getting used to not having a bathroom door, and a bed on the floor (I’m very tall). But these weren’t dealbreakers.
