Loved everything about The Ned, atmosphere fantastic!

Breakfast was good, facilities were great, bars were fun and food first class. Room was perfect for us. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel.

As a guest for 5 days felt it was a bit greedy of you to charge extra for use of the leisure facilities.

The hotel and its facilities is very lavish and luxurious

The room was lovely and with generous amenities from Cow Shed. Really well-stocked minibar. The bed and pillows were really squidgy and luxurious and we had a great night's sleep.

I didn't like being made to sign a disclaimer about my wheat allergy – it made me feel as though the onus of my allergy was put onto me. Food menus did not have allergens on them, nor were allergens menus supplied.

The main area with the restaurants and bar area is fab. Love that there is live music every night. The staff are all great.

I stayed a few years ago but the standard of the room this time wasn’t as good. The bathroom especially was tired and needed a facelift. It just didn’t have a wow factor at all. So I felt the room wasn’t good value for money at all.

Breakfast excellent

Drunken behaviour by a small minority at the dancing on the Sunday night should have been dealt with by staff.

Phenomenal hotel. Exceeded all expectations! The room was more spacious than I anticipated given the location. All the food & drink we had was top notch! Would definitely stay again for a special occasion.

The stream room in the spa was slightly underwhelming.

Centrally located, old bank building feels very back in time.

Was a bit difficult to get a table downstairs. And the room was a little dark even with the lights on!

Comfortable bed, lovely room. Highly recommend. Very nice touch for my birthday, greeted with a small cake in the room. The cowshed products a nice touch But not complimentary to take away. Loved the atmosphere in the ned and the music was wonderful. Found it very relaxing, will definitely be staying again.

What more can you say about the Ned, its the best hotel in London!!!

The building

The rooms aren’t sign posted very well and spent a lot of time trying to find my room

Super nice hotel with great ambiance and, great old bank building. Very good pulse in the lobby area. Great place for a meetup.

Only two flaws: the food (but maybe that is standard in UK?) – I don't know, but it felt more like cruise line-level food than 5-star level. And, terrible bands and poor acoustics in the huge indoor reception area. Not sure what the idea was there. The huge dome-styled lobby area makes the sound from the instruments bounce all over the place with an echo, making everything sound out of sync. Sounded more like a rehearsal school band. (I am sure they're great musicians - it's just more like playing in a church or something). Still, a great hotel if you don't mind ignoring the live music.

Beautiful old building (been there many times) rooms are gorgeous and stocked full of goodies

We ordered coffee and the sugar was forgotten and had to wait by which time the coffee was cold. Breakfast coffee came after our food , even though it was ordered together, food all came late or was forgotten, asked for hard eggs and soft ones came!. Just a few things happened that were not the standard of a high class hotel in London. The bill was wrong and we had to call them the next day. When we were there the deposit had been taken out of another account and wasn’t held but actually taken so we spent a bit if time clearing this up.

Trendy

Room on second floor was noisy due to the buzz on first floor

so many toiletries available in the hotel room. I forgot my phone charger and there was one available in the room

we had breakfast included in our package but I was not aware that there was a cap on the spend. the value of the breakfast was £28 and therefore the cost of what we ordered was deducted from the entitlement so we ended up paying extra for breakfast. We were unaware there was a cap

The extra bits like amazing skin care products were a really nice touch and it made it stand out more than ritz in my opinion
