The Langham Hotel, London

The staff were lovely - very attentive. The facilities were wonderful.

Easier to say what didn’t I like, we like. Absolutely nothing. This is our home from home in the South. We’ll be back again in another few weeks. We don’t stay anywhere else. Staff are fabulous from the door to any other level of staff they are superb.

Nothing to improve on. You can’t complain at all with the Langham. It is the best hotel in London, has to be.

The hotel is stunning, exuding elegance and warmth. The atmosphere is impeccable, and the flowers at the entrance make a bold statement. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

An absolutely outstanding hotel; very, very special. The most outstanding feature is the fantastic staff. Very professional, very visible, evidently very well trained as their excellent service was so consistent across all staff. The environment of the hotel itself is luxurious and very beautiful.

Fantastic hotel. Their attention to detail was impressive. I returned from dinner to a beautiful full turn down complete with classical music playing, perfectly fitting slippers, and a bed spray / sleeping tips. The food was fantastic and despite booking one of the classic rooms, I felt it was very grand and luxurious.

Despite the hotel being large, the staff go out of their way to make you feel like you’re the only one staying at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and can’t wait to visit again in the future for a special occasion. It’s a beautiful building, very well decorated and maintained, cannot fault it.

It’s difficult to choose anything I didn’t like, everything was amazing. Maybe the spa could have better facilities, for example there’s no jacuzzi, and the steam room and sauna are within the changing rooms. However this, in no way, spoilt our visit.

The Langham is the best hotel in London by far, everything is exceptional and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special.

The service, the amazing ambiance and smell! The bar and the general attention to detail. I am a repeat guest. Every visit has been special. Rodrigo was great at the reception. Was able to think with me what would be a great room for me and was able to check-in early. That was an unexpected plus!

We had a weekend in London for my husbands special birthday. The hotel were wonderful in making this special for him. We were so overwhelmed with how well we were treated. We have stayed in this hotel before so we were looking forward to returning. Everything about it is perfect from the smell of reception to the hand cream in the room. The room has everything you need for a lovely stay… honestly stay in this hotel it is the best in London.
