The East London Hotel, London

Clean , good shower , excellent WiFi connection ,convenient, in nice urban areas.

There was No window , there was no fridge 🙈, the rooms were small , no free water , tea coffee it’s was there once only when we. Checked in.

Great location comfy bed

Only short distance from bethnal green underground .Good check in and easy check out .We had a double room which was lovely clean and functional.The staff were all polite and helpful .The hotel is central and was easy to plan our day around tubes etc .

Thought the room was a little bigger. It was nice but no closet or shelfs, so there was no space to put the clothes away.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed and decent wifi speeds. Staff were very helpful and check in/out was quick and simple.

Location was convenient. One of things to praise was the service provided by Mansur Ahmed. He was on the job and super efficient.

I had a bad experience being stuck in the elevator but otherwise was fine.

Housekeeping was spotty and some things were missed or not done. A fridge would be nice.

First I had a room without a view. But the lady who helped me was able to change it to room with a window. the room improved my stay a lot. Like 100%.

Only 1 elevator was working. So it took us like 5 minutes to go up and down. The breakfast is already for years the same. Little boring.

It was very clean and the facilities very good. Also is it great location by opposite to the station

Location and cleanliness. Also, even though they lost our request for an upgrade to a room with a window, they quickly found a room with a window for us and gave us one night for free!!

No actual reception. They try to get you to do electronic check in and check out but inevitably something goes wrong and you have to ask for assistance.

The location is great, the subway is just un block away and the staff is very nice! The room is confortable and clean.

The staff. I arrived about 7pm, the lads on check-in and the bar were great. Very helpful and great to talk to. If everything else matched these lads quality it would be a winning combination. Breakfast ok. Bar menu minimal. Facilities basic. Staff very good.

The rooms were comfortable and modern, with everything needed in them.

The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude. We had 5 rooms in total so we tried to help him work out which key was for which room and he snapped at us to let him do it himself, and to step back. He then messed up and gave the wrong keys to the wrong people, so he probably should’ve taken our help.

Very affordable Clean and great location

Many staff members were really sweet and a pleasure to talk to. The rooms were super clean (Kamila was the best!) and very comfortable. Immediate check-in possible. The location is perfect, great bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity, and Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line) a minute away.

Some of the staff members however had a very inappropriate tone towards colleagues, which I didn’t appreciate. The breakfast was quite expensive but there was not much on offer. The lifts are incredibly slow and one was constantly out of service.
