The room was a bit small even though we booked a queen room. Hard to store luggage. However, the staff are great and location very ideal.

Size of tbe room

Everything was new and fresh. 3 min walk to subway. Bathroom was a bit small, but fresh and stylish with a rainshower shower head. Big bed and smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. Would stay here again!

A bit small rooms, but we knew that in advance. A small fridge in the room would have been nice. Big bags in the room can be a bit tight due to little closet and floor space.

Quite cramped

Good location close to the underground and also nearby supermarket and some restaurants and cafes with in walking distance. Quick self service check in so need to wait.

Wasn't easy to follow where the room was located as it was on the ground floor so had to ask after going up in the lifts.

No really in Shoreditch

The hotel is very close to the metro station and is very clean. There are many options for a breakfast nearby. Also Tesco in a walkable distance.

If you've never stayed in a room without a window, believe me—you won’t like it. I thought I could manage, but jetlag (when you can’t sleep at night) in a small, windowless hotel room was miserable. I stayed there for six nights and even considered changing hotels, despite Yotel being non-refundable. Another issue was the area where the hotel is located. What you’ll see around includes a lot of graffiti, a gas station, a car wash, and many racks of clothes for sale outside. Keep in mind that Hackney is just up the street. For my early morning trips to the train station, I booked a taxi (£17) instead of taking the 388 bus. On top of that, my stay averaged $200 per night, which is expensive for a hotel of that kind.

We liked the location just a short walk from Bethnal Green's tube station, cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.

The room was very small. OK for a short stay.

Comfy beds, easy to get too, good facilities, staff available at all times.

Bedrooms in front of the lift can be noisy as you can hear everyone enter/leave the lift. Shower floor felt a little slimy.

Windowless rooms

Comfortable and clean, great location right across from the tube station. Nice modern room.

Soundproofing wasn’t great, could hear everything going on outside the door of our room early in the morning

Staff at check-in were wonderful.

The room was underground with no window, which was a surprise and not clear from the advertisement. I could hear the person on the other side of the wall bumping into the wall all night. The room was so small that I could touch the walls on both sides.

Warm welcome, very helpful staff. Very nice room. Good location close to underground. Automated check-in is a breeze.

Mattress is rather hard. A soft topper would be nice. Airco doesn't turn off all the way - it's not at all loud at the lowest setting, but if you're sensitive to noise it's still annoying.

We got what we have booked, it was clean and nice, the bed is very comfortable. The staff were also really kind and helpful and we could get to the city center easily from the hotel. Compared to other hotels in London the price is lower so we recommend this Hotel for a weekend trip for sure.

We knew that the room is very small, but a kind recommendation for the Hotel from us to have at least a storage box under the bed and a hanger on the door or elsewhere for the coats.

Bed against wall

The staff are outstanding. Helpful and friendly. The nature of this hotel is that there is no "reception" desk, it is all quite informal. A simple check in check out system - no cash. The breakfast was fairly standard buffet, perfectly acceptable and reasonably priced. The hotel is situated next to a railway line, but the soundproofing is such that you don't hear any trains. The location is great - we recommend going to the new Young V&A museum opposite. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a park are all in the neighbourhood. Easy public transport with bus stops and tube station practically outside the door..

The rooms are TINY. The queen size bed is built into the wall, which means that if you are a couple one of you has to clamber over the other. The bed takes half of the space of the room, with a large flat screen smart tv in the wall at the foot of the bed. No drawers, a hook to hang clothes above the mirror (obscuring the mirror!), so no storage space. Coffee/tea machine on the microscopic "desk". Shower excellent in the very small bathroom. This is perfect for a single person or even a couple for a night or two.

Reshma was very helpful in finding us an appropriate room that met our needs.

The rooms are cramped. The basement floor room felt very claustrophobic even though it had a window which looked onto an interior patio/drainpipes. I'd be very concerned about being down there if a fire alarm went off.

Location has good access to the tube and good restaurants.

Cheaper than other options but you get what you paid for. Tight space and no ventilation. The shower might set off the fire alarm if it's too steamy.

The hotel was very nice, perfect location for what we needed and plenty to do nearby. We enjoyed the local museums and there was some wonderful cafes close by. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had a nespresso machine as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little awkward as it was against a wall so we had to climb over each other but for a one night stay it was fine.

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the price was right. The location was great as well with a 2 min walk to the train station. Just one stop to Liverpool street and two stops to Stratford with the train.

The room didn't have an opening window. I enjoy fresh air especially in the morning to breathe properly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the AC worked throughout my stay but I would recommend a window that can open just to give the room proper air circulation.
