Four Points Flex by Sheraton Shoreditch, London

The location was great. It was very clean and Marriott style.

I found the prices way to high even for London prices. No desk for check in, a poor limited breakfast but the worse was the staff. I have to deal with 4 different people each of then with individual skill I will described as: unhelpful, rude, careless and incompetent. The staff at breakfast seems not to know what a Eggs Benedict is and advise me (in the most careless way) that the food available was the food I can see.. with all honesty, could have eat better in any coffee shop for the price of adding breakfast thst is one of the best thing about Marriott. 1h before check out a lady knock twice at the door to ramaind me that I have to leave.. and quote “you know you have to leave today right” like if we were taking too long. The check out the staff and the manager refused to add my points for Marriott because I use booking… fort time I heart that and even if I’m wrong… the way they deal with the situation was so unprofessional al and rude that got to my nerves, specially after the lady asking for leave… Worst Marriott experience I ever had. PD: please exclude from my critics the guy working on cleaning in the second floor, he was so polite and helpfull, is unfair he gets any bad feedback.

Check in was at 3pm we arrived at 4.30pm and the room wasn’t ready, we were nearly late for our appointment, staff weren’t very friendly, preferred to play on their phone, were visibly annoyed when asked to do anything.

Very expensive for what it is. We were apparently ‘upgraded’ from a twin to a family room and this basically meant there was one double bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. The room had an accessibility shower which flooded the floor, had a door you could see through and a light that stayed on all night. Breakfast was not included in the exorbitant price but I was glad we didn’t have it as it was served in the hotel reception area

Manager was super nice and polite, but was the only one , the rest of the staff when we entered the reception didn't even bothered to look at us. The manager was the only one that greet us.

First bedroom was absolutely disgusting, with bits of food under the bed. First day housekeeping was at the bedroom and didn't even bothered to clean the room properly. Once we talked to the manager (super nice man, super polite and helpful) he changed the room for a "better" one but we soon realize that the cleaning method was the same in all bedrooms. Couch was with stains dust in all furniture. Besides the manager staff didn't even realized we entered the reception , they were always on their phones and didn't even bothered to look at us or say hello back. The girl on the reception was always looking at her phone or chatting with her colleagues. Once we approach her we could see that we were bothering her... Give a raise to the manager, he is the only thing positive about this facility.

Another great stay. Service has improved even more since the change to becoming a Four Points Flex as our previous stay was when it was a Yotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and if we needed anything, we only had to ask. Room was great plenty of toiletries and a well laid out room.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in until my check out. The AC was a bit loud in my room so they changed it immediately. They were super responsive and efficient. The rooms are very very clean and tidy plus super well isolated - perfect for someone who appreciates cleanliness and peace. There's also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with some teas which is always appreciated. I didn't book the breakfast but it looked incredible!

I requested a quiet room high up and request was totally ignored.

The rooms are a bit small. In our case, we just had carry-on luggage which was perfect. If you have big luggage it could be harder.

Solid, consistent and affordable East end hotel. All the useless things from a room have been removed and you’re left with the fundamentals and core essentials to enjoy. Large, deep bed, decent shower and close to some wonderful restaurants behind the scenes.

You may get a neighbour who’s playing their music a little loud, having a girls conversation loudly on the phone or watching the latest blockbuster for the entire corridor to hear. You may have to get reception to tell them to keep it down. Sometimes they lack the self awareness but rarely happened after midnight.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Small but cosy room, very well adjusted to maximise space.

Location, Bethnal Green, was excellent for me and only a few steps from the station. Check-in, checkout were very smooth, very nice staff.

Only one of two lifts was working (50%) so that was a bit disappointing. The nespresso machine in the room is nice but the supplied pods, a pair of blue ones and a pair of gold ones, had no markings to identify which one was decaf and which was not.

The location

I booked a room with windows but was allocated one without. I was offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. The air-con didn't work and the room, which was below ground level was very hot. There were water pipes in the walls of my room and whenever anyone in the rest of the hotel flushed their toilet you could loudly hear the water in the room I was in.

Well served by public transport and very convenient for attending the York Hall. Excellent value for easy journeys to central London (British Museum, Royal Opera House). Quiet, clean, staff on duty at all times. Good breakfast, burgers and pizzas available during the day.

One small low stool seemed inadequate for a family room. Bed rather firm and duvet much too hot and heavy (I just used the folded cover).

Breakfast was simple, but good -- well worth the money we paid for it. Staff treated us like family. Housekeeping was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned each day -- spotless. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Lots of good food in walking distance and the tube stop nearby is fantastic.

Rooms are small, but that's just what you come to accept when you visit London. No biggie, just pretend you're on a cruise ship. :)

Did nor have any windows but i suppose is many hotels in london that have this issues. Very small room. It was ok. Staff was friendly though.

What I really did appreciate of the Hotel is that it was very close to the Bethnal Green Metro station that left us move with any problem.

What I didn't appreciate of the Hotel was the room without window. I expected to found once since in the booking was not clear that it was not included.

The room is compact but everything we needed was provided for and in good order. Bed was very comfortable, no issues with outside city noise and slept very well. Would book venue again and good value for money

The cleaniness of our room - thank you to our housekeeper. Breakfast and staff member John who went out his way to assist us. Location especially the closeness to the Young V and A Museum which is free!

A compact room is too compact. Staff members who are not sure what is happening and should just say that. Poor when this is a member of the management team. The hotel signage is too small - I initially walked past the hotel.

Simple but confortable, perfect situation and easy access to underground. Used this hotel already many times in the past, not disappointed.

the whole experience was great, I stayed in the smaller room which was small but comfy, our friends had the bigger room.

In the smaller room if you are taller than 6,1 and sharing the bed you may struggle a little but it was fine for me.

Bathroom was cold and shower sink was clogged. WC didnt have toilet brush. Little bit noisy because room dont have soundproof walls. Room was small but we know it when we booked but actually it is nothing too bad if you only sleep in there or stay as couple.
