No windows no time concept

Close proximity to London Underground and also good local amenities in the immediate area i.e. shops and restaurants

Staff are always super nice and room is always predictably pleasant. They even made up a nice towel swan for my work anniversary.

Breakfast was non existent and i had to wait almost 25 minutes before the buffet was replenished. In the end i left without eating.

Clean rooms, kind staff and oveall great experience with the hotel.

The accommodation is a bit far from the main nearby sightseeing spots, but the tube is only about a minute away, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Because the area is slightly further out, it can feel a bit creepy at night. On Christmas Day the tubes weren’t running, so we walked into the city. It was fine during the day, but walking back at night felt uncomfortable, as Google Maps suggested the shortest route, which led through a dark alley.

Location was excellent and the baggage drop option was brilliant and so easy to do as soon as we arrived in London, which was well ahead of check in time. Breakfast was good and nice to have proper toasters.

The room we had was pretty compact. But we were only using it to sleep in so not really an issue and it was immaculately clean and the bed was comfy

Hotel & room very clean, staff friendly.

Room rather small- parther had to climb over me to go to the toilet in the night as bed against the wall.

Check in and check out procedures very easy.

The automatic entry door to the reception always opening and closing with nobody going neither in nor out but only picking up some drinks for breakfast, which were placed close to the door.

It's location for what I need is brilliant. Staff great. Water tea and coffees in the rooms. All good

For a pod hotel (eh prem inn hub) it is not cheap.

Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable king size bed. Good position very close to Bethnal Green tube station. Good breakfast.

We chose a 'windowless room' as we planned to be out most of the time. The air conditioning was efficient. However, with the bed being situated against the wall on one side this room would be better for a single occupant.

The location is great, and it’s also in front of a metro station!

The room is really small for two people, but if it’s only for 1/2 nights that is ok!

Really nice staff, who were helpful on check in/ drinks/ storage of bags. Compact but adequate bedroom and bathroom. Nice bed, appreciated the tea/coffee/ water and biscuits.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable....a nunnery of us commented on this. The room smelt very strongly of cleaning product which is not great for people who are sensitive to strong chemical smells. My heating/ air con just made an irritating noise and produced no heat, just cold air even on 30 degrees, so I was quite cold.

Nice hotel that met my needs for short business stay. Close to public transport, clean, comfortable.

Breakfast was good got a bit same-y after a few days.

Room was left unlocked and door slightly open when returning (after cleaning) and On arrival to the room no shampoo or body wash in the shower bottles. The clean on day 2 didn’t have this replenished - went to tell reception and was told would get it sorted. There was no change to this.

Interior room with all windows is always less than ideal, although all we could afford (and still pricey). Very bijou...double bed only accessible one side. None of the above unexpected...

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, in good condition and, most importantly, a great price. The room was basic but an absolutely ideal base for a busy weekend away with friends. Had just enough space and facilities to make our stay pleasant. Air con unit was really responsive as well so coped with the changing weather conditions perfectly.

Our only slight gripe was that one of our rooms wasn't ready when we went to check in 30 minutes after the check in time. The member of staff on the desk was very nice but there wasn't really a solution offered as one of the rooms was ready. I don't know what would have happened if we had only booked 1 room. Didn't spoil our stay though.

Good location, room was nice. Thick fluffy towels, clean bathroom with powerful shower. Bottles of water and refreshment station. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately my Daughter cut her foot on a piece of broken glass which had not been cleared up properly. I also had a ripped bottom sheet on my bed, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything else was immaculately clean. I have to say staff did supply antiseptic wipe and plaster.

Very clean and brand new, coffee and water were free in the hall and inside the room.

The room had everything you need but it was very very veeery small. Staff was very hasty. No toilet brush in the bathroom.

The hotel is in the perfect location, very close to the Bethnal Green Tube station and other amenities. The room was small but very suitable for a short stay.

I would have preferred a kettle.

The hotel and rooms have some great modernisation that has been implemented - such as the do not disturb lights outside each room and inclusion of TV, USB plugs etc. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of lighting for different preferences. The breakfast included was good, with lots of traditional cooked English breakfast items to choose from. The location was good with a short walk to x2 stations to get around the city and the hotel felt safe at night as key card entry is required after a certain time and there was always a staff member downstairs to assist.

I did not realise the rooms (or the one I had) were windowless and very small. There was not a lot of floor space, basically taken up entirely by the bed that was boxed into two walls (cosy for me but would of been a big problem for someone taller) and the lack of window may feel some to feel claustrophobic. The bathroom did not seem the cleanest and there were some questionable marks.

Hotel was well located for our trip. Check in and out was quick and easy and we were able to leave our bags for pick up later. Despite small size of the room, space was well utilised with all facilities needed. Lots of clean towels, nice toiletries and good coffee machine

Rooms were very small but this was as advertised so was to be expected. Did make getting ready a bit challenging!

Coffee machine broke in the main entrance so I couldn’t buy, no gluten free option apart from a vegan burger from the menu.

Paper cups always a disappointment! I found the design of the shower door made it very difficult to get in and out of the shower.
