Can’t think of anything to improve our stay.

Great location, clean, little extras were so nice, staff great, beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Offered airport pickup too which was a plus.

Room was a little small. I’d upgrade to a bigger room.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and each time it has been a true pleasure. The location is perfect, the facilities are delightful - it's like being enveloped in supreme comfort with a smart eye on design. Fabulous!

The Room -- my room was up in the attic and I should have been warned of the stairs which were pretty unmanagable, the room was SOOOOO TINY I could not actually get in the shower without sideways getting in and scraping my body. To sit on the toilet you had to sit over the basin. YOu can not get out one side of the bed - it was too small

I have stayed at the hotel numerous times and always request a certain room and alternate even if it means upgrading. I am very disappointed that after many years of being very loyal I have been refused this room (8) on numerous occasions now-/ even calling and emailing ahead more than once. So disappointed

Beautiful and unique interior design, central yet quiet location, exceptionally clean

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom a good size. The room and bathroom were quite clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job of freshening up the room each day. The patio area with its garden was a nice spot for breakfast. The fish in the pond were a nice touch. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly, and he gave us a nice tour of the entire hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near an Underground station.

The hotel is very cosy, clean, located in calm street. Very tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. Very convenient location if come as a tourist as main museums are just few minutes walk away, and nearby busses bring you straight to the center if you go for sightseeing in the central London.

The staff's disposition and availability were outstanding. My family and I will stay here every time we are in London. The location was an oasis in the bustling neighborhood that was situated so closely to everything we wanted to see and visit. 5-Stars without a single hesitation.

The only thing I didn't like was the length of our stay. I wish we had stayed longer.

Excellent shower, big choice for breakfast and a few minutes walk from South Kensington tube station with a direct line to Kings Cross, Picadilly Circus and Embankment. Also a few minutes walk to the V & A museum and natural history museum. There was a little gift for me in my room.

Inclusive breakfast was great. The entire staff was accommodating and wonderful.

The computer system was down, so we did not know what we owed. The front desk person was not as attentive or helpful as the rest of the staff.

Fabulous decor and ambience

Checkout wasn't Firmdales' usual high standard. Took about 10 minutes as they have to refund any extras money not used in person.

I booked the hotel knowing my family would need 24 hour room service and it was listed as an amenity. There was NOT room service available when we needed it ( late night check in and early morning departure). Also the front desk staff was very nice but not very helpful with concierge requests for dinner bookings.

The atmosphere was perfect, we had drinks and food in the garden after the wedding and everything was perfect.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. Lovely hotel restaurant with a nice outdoor space.

A road crew was working right outside the Hotel and made a lot of noise all day. That was unpleasant.

Only issue was having to pay for second cup of coffee at breakfast. Never experienced this before.

I did like the communal areas and the decoration. Breakfast was delicious.

The bed was too little for 2. And the mattress too soft. The room was in the top floor with no lift all the way up.

Beautiful room, a marvealous bed, a very friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful breakfast, practical and quiet location, pretty garden, ... all in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Some small things missing but provided for with pleasure if you asked for them: in room coffee facility, luggage rack, ...but this did not really impact our overall very positive experience.

Very near the South Kensington underground stop, and near several restaurants. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning that goes as cold as you need. Good breakfast in lovely setting. Friendly, helpful staff!

The decor of number sixteen was amazing. I love the styles of the various rooms.

Only criticism that I have in respect of both firmdale hotels is the breakfast offering is average. The quality of the food could be improved

Perfect location for the South Kensington station. Our room was so clean, the bed was extremely comfortable! I loved the decor. Beautiful garden to have breakfast in. All the staff were professional and friendly.

The whole property was so welcoming. As if it was your own Manor house with comfortable gardens and sitting rooms to enjoy as you please. Everything was crisp and clean and the staff is lovely.
