Convenience for O2 arena. Staff very helpful,

Would have liked more tea, coffee, biscuits in room, had to ask for extra.

Everything was faultless. The hotel furnishings, facilities, and staff service were impeccable, and the breakfast was superb. My sister and I went to a concert at the 02 so the location couldn't have been more perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Just wish we had the time to use the spa facilities, but they did look very impressive.

Everything was great and the breakfast was lovely too. Pillows on the bed were too soft!!! Not really a criticism, more an observation.

Breakfast felt like the staff were busy but not as attentive as I expected. I had to ask for tea, as did the table next to me. I was only offered an order from the menu once I'd nearly finished (I didn't want anything anyway)

The staff were so accomadating,friendly and polite in every way nothing was to much trouble for them,from the senior managment to the cleaners they worked as a well trained team,the serving staff in the resurant were brilliant,not much more to say except for brilliant.

There is nothing we did not like it was a FANTASTIC stay.We can not wait untilSeptember whaen we will be staying there again

Really lovely hotel- beautiful room with incredibly comfortable bed and spacious shower. The view is spectacular. I was quite unwell while we were there and staff could not have been more kind and helpful. It was much appreciated. We were there for a concert and the location is fantastic for easy access to the O2. Highly recommend treating yourself to a stay so you don’t have to battle the crowds for the tube afterwards.

Minor complaint but the fancy lighting system is a bit tricky to use and a very simple card with a guide on it would be helpful!

The room was large and spacious the cleanliness in some parts could have been better ie small hairs in the shoer however overall it was very good. Good sized bathroom and room. Hairdryer was only cold setting however it did what it was meant to do.

Spa facilities are great but staff there are a bit sharp with clients. They are really enforcing the children hours and although we were humble and quiet they didn’t want to be flexible.

On arrival you are greeted check in was simple and I was offered an upgrade which i took. The room was amazing the view was perfect. We used the spa pool before breakfast and went to breakfast around 10am there was no queue and breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. We came to the hotel for a concert at the o2 there is a walk way through to the o2 which was perfect.

The holding deposit advertised on booking.com said 100 I didnt relise it was perfect night. Could have provided more coffee pods.

Ideally located for the Mamma Mia Party Night event in the O2. Lovely hotel and some excellent staff members.

Quite far out if you were wanting to explore the city, but the cable car gives fabulous views. Minor niggle….there were no bathrobes in our room. I asked twice but they still didn’t appear. I then asked a housekeeper, who wasn’t particularly friendly. She got us two, but told me we were ‘lucky, because that’s the last two’ One didn’t have a belt. Not a massive issue, but expected better from a hotel at that price.

It was so spacious the entrance is lovely clean and the fragrance upon arrival set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. clean and the Bed my word best sleep I’ve ever had. Honestly only slight negative room temp was a little cold although we had turned the heat up. Bathrooms don’t have an extractor fan otherwise wonderful. Kinara Restaurant was phenomenal on site couldn’t fault it the ambience exceptional dishes, attentive staff chef simply wow. When we awoke for Breakfast the staff in the brassiere are wonderful. Especially Jas and Pavan both extremely attentive, chefs cooked up a wonderful breakfast eggs are done beautifully. Thank you Intercontinental see you soon

Bathrooms need extractor fans that be switched on. Also a slight side note not being able to screen mirror my phone was a slight negative.

I really like the hotel and all the amenities. The breakfast is really really good and the Gym is also well equiped. Perfect for a business trip

As a central european there is one thing that I don't understand and that are the missing toilet brushes. Maybe I'll understand how the British do that ;-)

Directions for stairs would have been useful when the lifts were busy!

Some stolen my credit card details on the Sunday afternoon 25th Jan between 12h30 and 15h30 when I found out someone made a payment to BOOTs on my credit card.

The location was brilliant was going to a event at the 02 and loved that the hotel had a entrance to the 02 and the doors are open until 1am so we could use the direct entrance back to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing a great selection of hot and cold food something for everyone and the staff were all very welcoming and very informative.The view from the room was amazing 02,river and city view was amazing.
