Great hotel. Staff fab and so close to the O2, no underground with the thousands after a concert. Just cross the road and you’re in the hotel!

Excellent Location, very clean room!
Room was excellent! Comfy beds and the room was very clean. Location was perfect for the O2! Close to the tube as well.
We asked for twin beds, however we were put in a double.

Luxury comfort and delicious cocktails.
Location was perfect and staff were lovely. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay, I’m only sorry I couldn’t stay longer.

Epic and the location to the O2 was the reason for booking.
Everything! From the staff, location and the wonderful breakfast.
The room not having any fresh air however, I understand for safety that you can't have windows that open!

Staff were great and very professional. Room was awesome, we got upgraded twice and had a great view from the 16th floor.
Talat on the front desk was charming and very helpful.
Breakfast was a bit chaos, very busy and a buffet style which wasn’t for us but overall very well run and selections of juices/pastries were nice.

The breakfast is very good & the hotel staff are very friendly and amenable. The restaurant and bars are all of excellent quality which comes at a price but I feel it is worth it for a treat
