Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

Our favourite hotel! Goes above and beyond in every capacity. Clean, to a beautiful degree, helpful, kind and thoughtful staff and the most comfortable large bed. Restaurant and food is out of this world.

The walk to the hotel (not utilising the quick tunnel entrance) can be long with luggage if travelling via train.

Breakfast in room was great, room service was very nice and the location is really close for the o2 arena

Paying service charge on top of tray charge is a little over the top.

Everything, the place is beautiful, o2 is on the door step easy to move around the spa swimming pool is amazing we will return again in the future for sure

Nothing to complain about with the room just the parking price should be within the price of what is paid for the room

Proximity to O2 Steak in Market Brasserie was the best I have had in a long time !

Cost of parking given overall spend for one night

We attended the Kylie Minogue Concert at the O2 Dome, and this hotel is in excellent proximity for anything related to the O2 dome. The hotel and staff also went out of their way to make both an early check-in and a late check-out possible as we had travel arrangement changes and this really helped.

Exceptional view and extremely comfortable bed.

Water for the bath didn't get hot so that was a bit disappointing, but the shower was lovely.

Hotel car parking £52 a day!

I loved the suite that I had booked. Loads of space, great facilities and a view of the river.

Great view from our hotel of the Thames. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, good service too. Room was nice and quiet and comfy bed.

Only one robe when there were two of us, robe was also covered in stains.

Paid a lot for hotel so think the parking should be alot cheaper have been here several time's now parking started at £15 know it's £50 think that's very steep considering how mush people are paying to stay.

The property and room was nice and clean, and staff made me felt welcome on entry and through out my stay . I felt like a vip I would like to say thank you to akshata at front desk who fulfilled my request. She went beyond by escorting me to the room she said she wanted to make sure that I’m happy with it,exceptional service.

Cosy venue really clean and felt like I was on holiday abroad. Staff were amazing and attentive and very helpful. Even when busy they helped with a smile. Everything was taken care of. I loved it there and would definitely come back

Room had great views and lovely and clean. Spa downstairs is a bonus. Nice way to start the day. Location for the o2 is amazing and worth the extra

Parking was a snuggle at first

Had to book as a last minute thing as out other booking was unresponsive with us. The staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms were very clean, very big. Both a bath and separated shower. Lots of mirrors, lots of lighting. Our room had a fantastic view seeing over the river and The O2. Slept well. Check our process was quick and easy. Hotel has it's own entrance to The O2 which made things so much better for going to and from the concert that night.

There were some plug sockets that didn't seem to actually fit standard uk plugs. Check in process was longer than usual hotels I've been to but the staff were nice so it wasn't too much if a bother.

proximity to O2 cannot be beat of course. large room, lovely dining area for breakfast and tasty food. convenient stay.

value is not quite there, i felt. i was surprised this is a five star hotel. my mattress was gross and extremely old, looked like it hadn’t been replaced years. there was a massive stain on one side, so i slept on the other uncomfortably. normally an older hotel doesn’t bother me, but you could see it and feel it with this one.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean room with good views. Nice to have a drink in the hotel bar on the 18th floor.

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent facilities and the food was exceptional.

Fast and friendly check-in. Our room was upgraded as it was our anniversary. Great view overlooking the water. Received two complimentary cocktails. Excellent location for the 02.

We loved the breakfast but thought it was rather pricey at over £30 each. Drinks were also very expensive in the bars.

Hotel was clean. Staff were extremely accommodating (I am a wheelchair user so have extra needs) Food was amazing (24 hour room service) View was stunning. Bed was huge.

Our room was only provided with one dressing gown and slippers even though there were 2 of us. Parking was £52 for one night.
