Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

Awesome location and a first class facility all the way around! Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Grounds were clean and organized. Felt safe in all areas.

Convenient for the O2 and the tube to central London Very helpful staff.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with great view of Canary Warf. Breakfast was great, so much choice and well cooked/ presented. We were literally 5 or 6 minutes walk to the O2 arena which was fantastic as attending a concert there.

Nice breakfast, beautiful surroundings. The underground stop and public transportation is easy to access. soundproof room. Though chose the location because of the O2 arena, might stay there next time even when visiting the city. Easy access to the city center.

The hotel, the service, the food and the cleanliness were all excellent.

The price of the car parking was very high and unexpected. I assumed car parking would be included in the price. It was extra.

Everything about the hotel was perfect! The beds are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in! Having the tunnel to get into the o2 was so handy! Staff were beyond helpful! Will definitely stay again.

Only issue was you couldn’t use the fridge unless you were taking from the mini bar. There was no space to put water or snacks etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the O2. All the staff are always very customer focused and social. The hotel is always clean and the pillows on the beds are amazing!!

The food was a bit pricey, especially room service with £5 delivery fee and a service charge 12.5%.

The location was excellent when I attended a concert at the O2. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I walked in to drop my bag at 12pm until I could check in at 3pm and was quickly informed I could check-in right away as there was a room ready for me. This made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. If I ever attend an event at the O2 I will be booking here again.

The hotel is a must stay if visiting the O2 . It was easy to find and easy to get into exit H directly from The hotel. The staff were very attentive and the hotel had a good welcoming atmosphere.

As a person travelling on their own I would have preferred to have an internal lock on my door. I would have felt more secure. It took me a while to work out how to operate the lighting, temperature and air conditioning. A guide sheet would have been useful. The bottle of still water in my room was impossible to open, a minor irritation.

The room was nice modern and clean . It was so easy to get to the O2 for our concert. Staff were friendly and helpful .

Easy access from the o2, which we stayed for an event. Lovely room with great facilities, the shower was heaven. Beautiful surroundings. Great service from staff, very attentive, good at their job. Breakfast was like a feast! So much on offer!

Fantastic hotel with easy access to the 02. It was so lovely to have the use of the spa the following day, making the most of the unusually late check out time. Breakfast was lovely, brilliant selection.

Parking price for guests. £52 for 24 hours. In my opinion it is far too expensive for guests.

The staff were all very helpful.

Unable to book the car park so I had to book an off site facility & then walk to the hotel.

Room was very well kept, clean and spacious with a great view. Restaurant and other facilities were also very good.

The lady who serviced our room was extremely rude to my wife. I have scored the hotel highly as it is well deserved. I have also scored the staff 10/10 as they were amazing. This one particular member was awful though and does not represent the hotel. I did inform the duty manager of this as she will damage their brand. They also don't fill up your mini bar unless you request it.

breakfast was superb, the sky bar views were spectacular, staff where all very helpful and so smiley ( which must be hard to achieve with some peoples demands!) the room was spacious very clean and very comfortable with a great view over the river
