Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

The property is clean , the staff are so attentive , it’s a great location right by the 02 with its own access , spa facilities were lovely too and the bar on the 18th floor is awesome to watch sunset

Stayed for 1 night to watch a concert in the 02. Hotel is outstanding, spotlessly clean and rooms are so comfortable. Room was spacious and had lovely toiletries and all the facilities we needed. What was great was it had its own access to the 02 arena which made such a difference when leaving with such big crowds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly be staying again. Fab location perfect for the concert we attended at the o2 loved the walk through saved so much hassle of trying to get back through big crowds! Breakfast was delicious so much choice! Bed was super comfy and nice and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody staying over for an event at o2 arena!

I didn’t like that we had to have the £100 pre authorisation fee wish it was more clear when booking. Very inconvenient as I had only bought enough money for my trip I didn’t realise I would have needed that, now I have to wait for it to be released back on to my card .

We weren’t made aware of building works that were taking place we were woken at 8am with drilling and hammering even though made reception aware and was assured that it would be stopped it continued until we left can’t complain however the hotel as a whole apartment was lovely and breakfast too

Ah man what's not to like about staying here. Chose this hotel as we were going to the recent Usher concert. Which we also thoroughly enjoyed. We should of allowed more time to enjoy the hotels spa facilities. The hotel has a direct O2 corridor walk way to the arena & shopping outlet 👌🏾. Pleasantly surprised with our over night stay here. Deffo not cheap but worth every pound spent, sure to return when the time is right. Big thanks to staff member Atharv ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After the we watched usher at the o2 the hotel was so busy we couldn’t access the lift to get to our room and it was hard to find the second set of stairs

Was able to check in early which was fantastic. 10/10 service. Breakfast is lovely and fresh.

Great location. Biggest asset to this hotel was the staff. So professional & friendly. Personally I found the bed too hard. Food & breakfast was faultless.

Nothing is too much trouble for this hotel, couldn’t fault a single thing at all. Fantastic disabled access for those like myself who need it. Definitely one not to be missed out on. If I could give it ten stars I would and I will definitely be returning in the future.

The view of the 02 and the room were amazing. The bed was a dream. The breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of choices.

There was a wedding at the venue so it was busy and we were unable to use the facilities. The breakfast was rushed due to check-out times.

Our overall experience exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were given an upgrade with an amazing view on the Themes. Staff were great and the hotel was in the perfect location as we were attending a concert in the O2

The location for us seeing a show at The O2 was amazing. The walk way from the hotel into The O2 was incredible. It was exceptionally clean. The staff are all hardworking, helpful & happy. The breakfast was out of this world, with every option available & the setting, overlooking the Thames & Canary Wharf is breathtaking. This is an ideal location & the hotel is fantastic.

The sky bar on the 18th floor is beautiful, however the prices are astronomical. We arrived on Friday afternoon at 2.45pm & parked the car. We checked out of the hotel at 10.15am the following morning & were charged £52 for car parking. Which considering we had paid £340 for the hotel including breakfast, we felt like we had been overcharged. I think £30 would’ve been a fair price for parking, if you’re a resident of the hotel. Also my husband has to take medication before he goes to sleep & a lukewarm bottle of water, which was sat next to the coffee machine, (not inside the minibar) was added to our bill for £3.

No breakfast was booked. Friendly staff. The location of the hotel was excellent to explore further if required. Hotel was clean and good not fault the room.

😁It was a great location for the O2, great breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. ☹️We had to queue for the lift to get to our room after the concert so many people arrived at once, it was difficult to find the hotel from the O2 the signs were not very clear or obvious

Maybe more lifts - after our visit to the O2 the queues were rather long - not a complaint though

excellent from the moment we arrived, check in quick, room available although we were early, upgrade to premium king, views from full length window amazing. Location & interconnecting links to O2 were very convenient. there was no need to take a coat to the venue. Breakfast was very good, with extensive range & and choice, but waiters also delivered something else we requested. The additional surprise of a cake delivered to our room as it was my birthday was a lovely touch.

Could have had a better system of getting everyone up the elevators after a concert as we ended up walking up the staff stairs to get to our room

Everything was superb. Easy and early check in. Room was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable. Lovely shower. No faults.

We had had a very close family bereavement two days before our stay. On arrival I was very close to tears and visibly distressed. From the front desk lady, and every subsequent member of staff we were treated with kindness, respect and compassion for our stay. I would Thoroughly recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely return again.

The hotel is so close to the o2 there's no worries about getting home late at night. Staff are professional and friendly and very helpful. Clean and fresh environment.

Took me a little while to get out the car park as there was a wedding on and it was busy and they needed to confirm I had paid my parking at reception, but this was a minor problem that was solved and sorted easily enough
