We stayed in order for our son to run the London Marathon . Ernie the concierge was lovely and was very helpful . Room service breakfast was excellent and was the perfect start to day prior to running . Location was perfect and we were able to leave London after the race easily . Roof top bar night before was fabulous , and I dare to say good value for London .

Staff in 1st floor bar unwelcoming . Was told empty seats by window were reserved , they remained empty for the duration . Perhaps after driving 7 hours I was not looking my most glamorous . Moved to roof top bar and had a much reception .

What isn’t there to like?! Amazing views and shopping centre on site. Staff were more than helpful with queries. They upgraded our room to a view of the river and beds were very comfortable!

My room was great with an amazing view.

I asked for a firm pillow which was provided. However, I was disappointed that each day after the room was cleaned, my pillow was removed from the bed and placed on the sofa chair where we sit. This meant the pillowcase was in direct contact with the seating area, which is not hygienic, especially since I had to sleep on it afterward. This happened consistently throughout my stay and was quite frustrating. Aside from this issue, the room was kept very clean.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and view was spectacular. Just what I needed for my run up to the marathon.

Reception staff were pretty rude and unhelpful. I had booked 2 different bookings for each night we stayed and on checking in the first day they sorted it all out so we didnt have to move rooms or re-fill all forms for checkin. All they asked that we re-checked our keys so they could be validated for the second night. On arriving to reception day 2 they couldnt find our booking, wouldnt validdate our room and caused us a lot of pain, which was resolved after 20 minutes of anguish.

Very convenient with easy access to the O2 as we were attending a concert. The staff were all so very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel was stunning and we loved the Skybar which we attended after the concert and the staff seemed to be enjoying the music too! Can’t recommend this hotel more 5* plus!!!!!!

When I checked in with my daughter we were given a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were seeing Mamma Mia show at the O2 and was was right next door - so convenient. Breakfast was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, room was excellent. Had mentioned it was my husband's birthday and we got a room with a river view and cake and chocolates - very thoughtful. Huge choice for breakfast too.

Although we knew there was a charge for the car park it was not made clear on checking in how much it would be (£52.00 per night). Having said that the hotel were very good and it didn't distract from the wonderful weekend we had.

I liked the location, and the main route to the 02. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Room was too hot - air con wasn't very good. No bin bags in the bin. Slight dust by bed.

Location was excellent. So close to o2, few minutes walk via a connected corridor. Arrived at 2pm and was able to check-in immediately. Greeted by friendly staff. Room was perfect for our stay, spacious, clean and part view of the river. We ordered breakfast to our room, with a small surcharge of £5, was excellent. We made use of the spa during our stay, loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Complimentary robe and slippers to use during stay. Staff once again were very warm and welcoming. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay so we visited the clipper bar. With fantastic views, unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we had to meet friends at the o2. Check out was quick and easy. We managed to park in onsite car park, £52 to pay on checkout. Throughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend especially if visiting o2. We will return if we come to o2 again.

Limited parking and cars parking over two spaces without any fines or consequences despite how few spaces there are. Receptionist wasn't helpful Bar staff could have been friendlier and more engaging

Beautiful design inside and out . very clean good sized rooms with beautiful views , lots to do within the hotel I.e gym , spa , pool , sky bar , and more ! Breakfast was absolutely amazing with so much to choose from and all very well cooked and prepared, It’s right next door to the o2 and that itself has a lot to offer , local cable cart well worth looking into if your planning a stay ! Will highly recommend to anyone and everyone

There is not anything at all to complain about really altho one thing I think would be fair on the costs of staying the contents of the mini bar in the room’s needs to be cheaper or better yet free

Better signage from the Tube Station. If you are not local can be confusing as the first thing you notice is the gated entrance to the back of the hotel for deliveries when walking to locate the hotel. Had to ask someone who pointed us in the right direction. Anyway not the end of the world .

Great location as we were visiting the O2 arena for a show. Everything was excellent, from the hotel, the staff and the food. Yes, you would expect it of a 5 star hotel, but this was all we had hoped. Some of the views you get over the Thames are stunning

Parking was a disappointment they had 2 co francesca that took up all parking parked in carpark 2. Plus was it was cheaper to park in carpark 2 than hotel carpark by £25
