Ideally located for O2 Arena where we had tickets for 2 different shows

Ideally located. Excellent customer service. Clean comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with wide choice to suit all.

The location is perfect! Our view of the o2 from our room was amazing and for getting to and from the venue you couldn't fault that. It is a lovely bright, modern hotel. It feels luxury but not pretentious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom amenities were lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had the junior suite booked for 3. Just small details that could be improved... there were only 2 cups for hot drinks, two of the lamps were not working, the lighting is poor and could be brighter or more natural (mainly for us women who need to be able to see our make up!) The long mirror is behind the chair next to the tv. This would be far better in the entrance area by the wardrobe. I had to ask for the sofa bed to be made up, instead of offering this on check in. Pricey for drinks. £14 for a mediocre glass of rose wine! (Although that's probably just London prices for you!) All of the above would not stop me staying again, especially for an event at the o2.

View location and kids menu, accommodating staff, love the pool.

Access to o2 not clear or 10’min walk, needs bubble bath, the room is a little highly priced. A mini kids spa treat would help.

Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms of a good size with all the necessary amenities and really comfortable. Ideal stay for when you have an event at the O2. Views around the hotel are iconic and the breakfast catered to just about everything you could want. Highly recommend this hotel.

No free breakfast and it’s over £30 pp unless you take the offer when you check in and it’s £22 pp. as we had the suite we were able to pop to Tesco for breakfast

Nice size rooms and facilities .

The work men on the roof was my view so I was forced to keep my window shut for privacy.

Beautiful river views from both the room and the conference center. Modern, roomy, well-designed and functional. Will be happy to return.

I loved the staff, especially Ivan was so lovely! Also the room and bathroom were very spacious. I really loved staying here overall. Comfortable beds and it was possible to change the room temperature.

It would have been nice to used the options of the smart tv, like YouTube. They did have bluetooth connectivity for music though.

The location is amazing for the O2.

The car parking is restrictive, especially with the building works. It's expensive too. And it's not abundantly clear that you will be fined if you park over a white line. Food and drinks very expensive Especially as there is a wetherspoons just inside the O2!

Staff very friendly and attentive. Check-in was very efficient. Room was excellent, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. All-in-all an excellent stay!

There was building/refurb works which would have been warned about in advance. But the stay was still good and would go back

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room with gorgeous smelling toiletries! Excellent location to the tube, bus and our reason for visit......the O2!!! Check out was quick and efficient.

Being guided to stairs due to immense queue for lits, only to find the stairs vanished on floor 1, and got heckled by guests in the lift accusing us of queue jumping! We're not!!! We can't find any more stairs!!! Maybe signs directing to the stairs??? Other guests felt the same! Not a staffing issue, more a clarity issue!

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and the bedroom was exactly what we wanted.

Car parking was limited and not easy

Room was excellent and clean, Restaurant was very nice with a good atmosphere, food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was expensive but excellent with lots of choice.

Staff excellent helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms clean and superb views over Thames. Super quick access to o2. Easy access to river boat/Thames path/North Greenwich station.

Brilliant for concerts at 02

Location was perfect as we were there to watch a concert at the O2. The facilities were good and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was crowded and there were queues everywhere for everything (check-in, lifts, the bar, breakfast). I appreciate there is nothing the hotel can do about this - fortunately there were plenty of staff to manage. The convenience outweighed this fact but it has put me off staying here again the future.

The location was perfect for the O2, breakfast was amazing.

I cannot see how you justify charging £52.00 to park, there are not enough spaces and after spending over £1000.00 on 3 rooms it seems very tight. Bar prices are crazy, so watch out for a big bill and the smallest bottle of expensive coke you could buy as a hotel!

Beautifully furnished. Excellent location for the O2. Very accessible (I was unexpectedly in a wheelchair) and the staff went over and above to help. The Sky bar was stunning.

The facilities, the breakfast spread and the staff were brilliant.

Hard to work the lights in the room and the bath wasn't as clean as expected.

The room and view of the Thames were amazing. The bed was so comfy. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was great. We had room service at 11.30pm It was delivered quickly by a very friendly member of staff. The food was lovely.

Plug in bath did not work, hallways needed a slight clean, the member of staff taking a room service order was not so friendly (The member of staff who delivered it was super nice), more snack options in the eighteen Sky Bar. Cost of parking.

We went to the Strictly Tour so it was a perfect location. We did request twin beds but got a double bed which was not ideal but very very comfy, room clean and welcoming.

We didn't have breakfast, I feel this was overpriced
