Stunning location

First room we had was unfortunately not cleaned correctly. Beer bottle on floor , hair under the bed and sheets not dressed correctly. However, was reported and staff immediately responded and took steps to get us a new room and was so apologetic. Great response to the problem. Within 5 mins a member of staff attended and took our bags to a new room . Amazing service!! . Did not spoil our stay . Every staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cannot fault one thing about this place! Lovely spacious room, with great views. Outstanding buffet breakfast and facilities. We loved the pool / spa / sauna area. Close to what we were doing. Great staff. Will definitely be back!

Everyone was lovely, the food was amazing. The easy access to the O2 was great and all round perfect for my first visit!

Loved the room, with a river view, breakfast was to die for, location was so convenient as I was attending a concert at the O2. Best hotel experience I had in London. I have spent some time for drinks at the SkyBar which was wonderful. The view, quality service, welcoming staff and breakfast makes the whole difference, I cant wait to stay there again.

Nothing not to like. We had to que briefly to check in at arrival, but was not too long to wait. Maybe utilise a few more check in desks when crowded? Nothing to complain though.

We had a wonderful stay and so convenient for the concert we attended. There was a very good choice for breakfast and was continually restocked. Everything was cooked well. I would definitely come back again.

The room and the view from the room were amazing. The bedding so comfy and the bathroom with both a shower and bathtub was clean and spacious. I've picked this hotel for a concert at the O2 arena and the direct access from the hotel lobby to the mall was so convenient after the concert, a 4 min walk. Being able to order to order room service after the concert was a big plus also!

This hotel is about 20 minutes away from the heart of London, but the facility and the services are exceptional. Our family enjoyed the two-bedroom suite with river view very much. The breakfast is also excellent.

Absolutely gorgeous

We had an incredible stay! The location was absolutely ideal, especially since we were out enjoying activities around the O2 until late, it was so convenient to return to the hotel afterwards. The breakfast was a standout, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The cake, in particular, was delicious! Our room was lovely with a fantastic view. The spa was a relaxing bonus, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to return

There were a couple of minor issues, the room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, and the bathroom faucets occasionally kept running even when turned off properly, these didn’t impact our overall experience. Also wish the sky bar was open but will definitely be back!

Perfect location for exploring London and for attending an event at the O2 arena. Hotel is clean and professional as you’d expect from a 5* establishment. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. There is a quick link into the O2 from the hotel, so no time wasting in queues. Plenty to do in the area. Area seemed safe and friendly. Plenty of transport links. We used the cable cars and uber boats to explore a scenic side to the city, as opposed to the underground, as we weren’t in a rush. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just need to book at the right price. Although, you get what you pay for, as service is second to none.

A little bit on the expensive side

Room was lovely with a fantastic view. Staff were very nice.

We had a letter telling us to go to breakfast before 9.30 but when we got to the restaurant there was a massive queue. We found the hotel difficult to find so better signposting through the O2 would be good. I thought it was expensive.

I love the hotels attitude and care for each guest . . I have had many magical stays whilst entertaining clients in our facility in the arena I have met some wonderful souls and had some great lasting chats The breakfast options is second to none, the view, the options the service - it’s fantastic

My only slight gripe (which is not a complaint) I have left many things in the hotel - bags, jewellery loads of things however lost property does not exist and the attitude trying to recover lost items has not been great. Last time I forgot my expensive earrings and then remembered returned to the room to retrieve them from the top pocket of the service staff member cleaning the room Hopefully it can improve moving forward as I have a forgetful nature 🤦🏼

It was as very luxurious and extremely convenient for the O2, they have a passage way through reception into the O2, no rushing for tubes after!

Our request to cancel a cab was not carried out by the Concierge. When checking out, the car parking charge was not added to my bill, resulting in my not being able to exit the property and having to return to the hotel to rectify the matter.

Location to O2 was great.

Mattress & pillows weren’t the best & fairly pricey stay.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. I was there for a concert at O2 and it couldn't have been more convenient! The hotel has an entrance that gives straight access to the gate H in 2 minutes

I had a lovely stay here. This was our second stay, we had been previously about 6 years ago and we had enjoyed it then so was already looking forward to coming back. We were attending a concert at the o2 and the hotel is just in the most perfect location with a walkway linking the o2 to the hotel so it took about 5 minutes from leaving the arena to arriving back in the room. The North Greenwich tube station is also very closely located. Our room had a lovely view of both the Thames and the o2. We had a twin room and the beds were clean and comfortable with the bathroom being very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and there were lots of delicious choices. The staff are amazing. All of them were so polite, helpful and welcoming. The hotel offers a WhatsApp chat where you can just message any queries you have which we used and we got an instant reply, it was really helpful. Special thank you to Rachel on reception who gave us lots of helpful tips for our stay, and Jojan who helped us when we had a problem checking in. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are attending any events at the o2.

My group of friends stayed one night because we went to Mamma Mia the party at the O2. The hotel was in the perfect location with a short walk-way to the O2. We arrived during a heatwave so appreciated the air conditioning throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had 2 twin rooms with great views overlooking the Thames. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was clean & spacious. The next day we enjoyed using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms before having breakfast which was delicious!

At the moment the hotel is having some renovations outside so this area was not so pleasant.

Location was excellent especially after a late concert. Wonderful breakfast, full of variety. The Spa/ pool was also lovely.

The lift in the service apartments broke on the first day, the tv would turn on and the towel rail in the bathroom wasn’t working. All reported and fixed in a timely prompt manner.

Location is beautiful everything good. But guests have to be careful before using the hotel rooms some of the items are missing in the mini fridge. Personally I'm not a alcohol lover but missing space in alcohol shelf. I was complaining about when we leaving the hotel. But there were charging from my deposit £50.00 just only we using bar of chocolates and tin of pringles.But still I haven't any idea about hotels charges. But are you new guests to O2 hotel need to be careful 🤔

Need to note around how to use deferent kind of coffee machine for some of your guests.

Stayed in the Intercontinental London the O2 for 2 nights in Aug6&7th 25' for a concert and I have to say this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The location, staff, cleanliness of the hotel was a 10/10. Nothing was too much trouble. The view from my room was over the River Thames which was beautiful. I cannot fault a thing and will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much for a fantastic stay.

The breakfast (and view) is sensational! The staff are always friendly and polite. Its the 4th time we've stayed here because we're attending a concert at the O2. The convenience is unparalleled.

The price. Its expensive. Especially a family suite. But saying that I paid it and would pay it again! I haven't found anything to complain about in the 4times we've stayed over the last 3years.
