Only one issue….tv in room didn’t work. Maintenance staff said the tv would be replaced when we were out but this didn’t happen. We returned at 11 pm to find tv hadn’t been replaced and had to wait for reception staff to resolve the issue. The staff were very professional and offered us a room upgrade so the issue was resolved well. Shame the maintenance guy hadn’t done what he said he would do.

Perfect location if you're visiting the O2 as you can access it easily thrugh a private walkway and the hotel itself is near North Greenwich tube. The room was spotless, spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all the things you need for your stay in it too. We had a lovely view of the river from the 11th floor and I enjoyed just watching what was going on from the comfy chair. We had breakfast included in our room - I would recommend it. So much choice, polite staff and again, a view of the river. We enjoyed a drink in the Clipper Bar in the evening, but next time we'll try the Sky bar on the 18th floor.

Struggling to think of something. The rooms can occasionally be quite expensive - but you can often get a good deal.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental hotel. We liked the effort by all staff that went into everything! The staff worked hard to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We thought the food and service was really excellent. We stayed here for a day and night for our wedding anniversary and we really appreciated the personal touch that the hotel did to contribute to make our anniversary special. They made us a delicious desert they put in our room and upgraded our room to have a splendid view of the Thames. They did this after our arrival without us needing to ask! Also we saw a gig in the O2 and the hotel had a special walkway to and from it so we only needed to travel for 2 minutes to get there and back! The hotel also had a "Sky Bar" which felt very luxurious and was open until late with stunning views of the city skyline ! In addition there was a pool and jacuzzi which were very clean and secure. There was access to lockers with a personal code. When they were a little slow in the restaurant, they made up for it by giving us extra drinks on the house!

The service was occasionally slow in the restaurant and sky bar. At one point one of our room keys didn't work and we had to find someone downstairs in the lobby to help us with this. However they were very quick at sorting out the problem. Also the shower was a little difficult to control as it was easy to make the stream flow too fast and hot. In addition I liked the fact that the sky bar had a DJ but as the music was quite energetic I would have liked there to be an option to have a disco dance as there was a space for this to have happened.

We saw a concert at the O2 on the Thursday 16th October so the location was perfect - the corridor link between the hotel and the O2 was an added bonus.

I’d forgotten to bring toothpaste and razor blade so asked the concierge if anything was available - they tried to arrange for a dental and shaving kit to be sent up to the room - this was requested twice - nothing was provided.

Fabulous welcome, very professional service. Nothing was too much trouble! We stayed to see a show in the O2 arena and had the luxury of our own entrance into the arena. Would definitely recommend staying here. 1st class service xxxx

The most stunning view and panoramic views of the city!

It's our second time staying here. It's clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfy, the staff are attentive, and the breakfast is amazing and plentiful.

*IMPORTANT* Having to hand over my card and have £100 taken as 'a holding charge' upon check in. I'd already paid for my room and breakfast (£321!). I was told that my £100 would be released after I checked out. Upon checking out, it will now take up to 10 working days to go back into my bank account! This did not happen last time I stayed at this hotel. BE AWARE!!!

I complained about the room I was given because of construction noise and it was changed immediately.

Location, cleanliness, room overall was really great, particularly the bathroom! Breakfast was great, lots of choice.

It was quite warm all through the hotel. We had the air con on in our room but it was still quite warm. I found the Pillows quite uncomfortable. Either too low with one or too high with both. Could have done with more, tea, milk & sugar in the room as well as coffee granules. Lighting around the hotel was quite low. Particularly in the room, not great for us ladies when applying make up. Would have liked poached eggs at breakfast but only told at the hot food counter we had to order at the table which we were not informed previously. We didn’t want breakfast to get cold waiting so went without.

The hotel has always been a wonderful place. Always clean and comfortable.

Restaurant for breakfast. As always, there were queues to get a table but with 97% occupancy when we stayed, that's expected. However, we were shown to out table (number 36) with great views over the Thames. We sat there for nearly 15 minutes with many staff passing the table and not one stopped to offer Coffee or Tea. Indeed, when my wife went up to get fruit juice, she had to stop a server at the food counter to ask. We never were informed who was responsible for looking after us so we had to stop random servers if we needed something. I loved the Eggs Benedict from our last visit so, having stopped a server who was walking past, waited for my breakfast. It didn't arrive for 10 minutes so, I stopped another server and asked again. 20 minutes later, we asked a lady who looked like a manager if she could chase up my Eggs benedict. We then had to intervene as not one, but two Eggs benedict were delivered and left with a neighbouring table who hadn't even asked for them. By the time I received them, the eggs were solid and warm. As a owner of a number of businesses, I understand staffing levels are critical to delivering excellent service. However, there seemed to be plenty of staff around and, with a huge venue next door you were aware of how many people you would be expecting, would have thought there would be more attentiveness. This is the only criticism I have ever made of this hotel as we only ever get perfect service normally.

The location was perfect for the facilities we used. We had a free upgrade in one room which was very nice. Staff helpful. Food great, breakfast amazing. Good parking

One of the rooms we booked was an accessible wheelchair friendly room. They provided a shower chair with roll in shower, however there weren’t any rails at the toilet which was a problem. All accessible rooms should have drop down bars and rails for safety. My daughter preferred to use the foyer toilet which was 11 floors down.

The breakfast was very nice , with good selection but I think it should be included in the price instead of extra £25 each.

Lots of extra charges including for oat milk as we are vegans and paying £5 for room service to be brought up. How else are we going to get it!

It is a very high quality hotel, a safe and nice place to stay.

Perfect location for the O2 concert, lovely spacious king-size room with very comfy bed and pillows , excellent view of the O2 and river Thames. Good coffee and complimentary water , hot chocolate and biscuits. Bathroom lovely and the toiletry products gorgeous. Lovely spa area to chill , I didn't use the pool , my daughter did and said it was nice but been to better in London, overall very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from, lovely to get preferred coffee choice made , the cooked breakfast sausages and bacon were very nice. Also good to have a designated smoking area to sit in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if going to the O2 ☺️

We booked to stay there as we had tickets to see Simply Red at the O2. It is literally right next door, so incredibly convenient. It even has a separate walkway especially for hotel guests to get to the O2, which was great as there was no wiring at the front entrance to the O2 like usual. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

Nothing really, although the only slight downside was the expensive price tag for one night, but you get what you pay for and that is the convenience of leaving the concert at 11pm and being in your hotel room 10 mins later and not being stuck in any crowds which is brilliant.

So well situated right next to the 02 and a walk through from the hotel.

It is a little pricey but hey make it a special occasion, it’s worth it

The property is a brilliant location for the O2, you have your own walk way straight from the hotel and into the Arena which only takes 3 minutes. The facilities were excellent, the staff were exceptional, addressing you with madam and sir or by the personal surname. The room that we had came with a river view which was amazing. The breakfast was out of this world, the only way I can explain it is to say if you have Waitrose standard of food but on the next level up. Definitely would stay there again, and highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Very close to The O2 arena obviously which is reachable by a 5 minute walk, breakfast was good with quite some warm dishes though choice of cheese/bread topping, yoghurt could have been better, bathroom with shower and bathtub

Beds too soft, breakfast room too cramped, the appearance of our room was quite dark and could have been a bit more modern but that is only a matter of taste

The hotel is beautiful. It's in a brilliant location right next door, with internal access to the 02, which was a bonus as we were going to see Lady Gaga. The staff are lovely and very helpful. There is a good selection of food. We stayed in the junior suite as there was 3 of us. It has more or less a 360 view of the landscape. It is a beautiful suite. It has everything, desperate toilet. Which is a bonus when there is 3 of you I can't recommend this hotel enough it is worth every penny. I will definitely be back soon.

I have stayed here a few times and can honestly say there is nothing I didn't like.
