Amazing access to the o2

The location of the hotel was just perfect

Minor Maintenance issue in the Bathroom the shower handle was missing a end cap

The spa /swimming pool was great. Fabulous location for O2 arenas concert

The property was obviously very full and staff struggling to cope with keeping on top of it especially at the pool

Was super clean, staff were amazing. The room was amazing, beds were so comfy and the bathroom had a speaker in the ceiling which you can connect your phone to. The spa was nice and clean and great facilities and the breakfast was lovely with so many options. Would definitely stay again.

Love the location, especially if you are visiting the 02. Property was clean, the staff were lovely and the view from the room was amazing.

You have to give over a £100 deposit for the room and it’s given back within 5 working days. Maybe a turn around of 24 or 48 hours would be better

Everything was 10* the only thing I was not impressed with was the price of parking is disgusting and definitely needs looking at.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, staff couldn’t do enough for you, food was perfect. Hotel was just perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful. Other hotels will never top my experience here.

5th year of staying here ! Always Amazing We always ask for rooms with a view over the Thames coming up from a 9 hr drive from Rainy Cornwall The rooms are lovely and spacious and a king bed Bedding this time was not as usual We had flat pillows and our duvet seemed as it was on its last legs But we didn’t really wanto complain Staff are so lovely and helpful Food is delicious Nothing bad about this hotel One thing we hate as I have a blue badge is not getting parking near to hotel This time parked outside at 02 for 3 nights Disabled people who arrive by car should be allowed to park on car park by hotel but know they don’t own it Be back same time next year A fab weekend in an Amazing HOTEL!!!!!

Not being able to park or book a disabled spot On the nearby car park After 9 hrs drive I had my stick case and weekend bag It took 17 mins to walk over which is not good for a disabled person who is also a pensioner Nothing else to say we love this hotel

Excellent hotel, perfect location for our 02 visit.The covered walkway to 02 was very much appreciated as it was raining heavily.

Very well managed and well kept. The O2 link was a massive help and the fact that the hotel is literally next to the main complex was a huge bonus.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like!

Best hptel.i have stayed in and ive stayed in so many staff was Apsolutly lovely to me I just lost my husband and came for a night to get away I just wish I could of stayed longer really helped me haveing them being so kind to me

We stayed at this hotel because we was attending a concert at the O2 and this is the perfect location. It has its own entrance to the O2 which made things a lot easier.

The pillows in the room are very soft even using 3 pillows it was uncomfortable. Need firmer pillows.

Room was amazing with great views and all the facilities you would need. Very friendly staff.

The sky bar glass collection staff came past our table so often and tried to take glasses that still had drinks, ruined the relaxed vibe a little but bar staff super friendly.

Staff were fantastic as soon as we arrived. Got into our room early Comfy bed Breakfast was great Location for the o2 was great

The rooms are generous, the facilities are great and such good proximity to the O2 arena. We loved the spa and pool and the breakfast is amazing.

Was very expensive for 1 night, however access to the O2 and the hotel facilities were amazing!

It was so close to the O2 which was fantastic as I was taking my Daughter and didn't want to be walking the streets in the dark to get back to the hotel. I felt safe at this location with it being so close.

Everything! High quality hotel in a fantastic location for the O2. Every staff member we encountered was really helpful and happy. Breakfast time was busy but the staff did a great job ensuring everyone got served. Breakfast great choice and quality.

Love this hotel. Great location , super friendly helpful staff . Very clean throughout. Amazing breakfast.

Excellent sleek modern styling

So clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Best nights sleep in a long time. The view from the window was impressive at night I thought. It’s only Greenwich, but it looked good. It was mainly waste land when I lived there back in the 70’s and 80’s. Old Greenwich gas works! Looks good now.

Nothing not to like…just a little issue with the shower door not sealing…but that’s minor.
