Pool chlorine was very strong and youngest child came up in a rash as a result. Carpet in bedroom was heavily stained.

The location was perfect, we watched a show at the O2. The staff were very helpful and the view from our room was stunning.

I've stayed in some nice hotels before, but this place was unbelievable! I paid £360 for 1 night B&B, and it was definitely worth every penny. I definitely recommend this place.

I can not think of anything

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable and everywhere was so clean. The spa area again was clean and relaxing. The location could not have been better for the o2. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely Return.

It’s so great to be in this hotel if you’re coming from out of London and seeing something at the O2 that finishes late. It’s a wonderful hotel.

The view this year was awful! But it can’t be helped. Also it is super expensive in December and I’m not sure it’s worth the extra hike. The bar service is so slow every time. There’s a number of staff but takes a while.

Great food and excellent restaurant service. It was very busy but there were plenty of staff and no excess wait. The Breakfast serving was very busy but all worked well and food was varied and excellent. Room was very good and bed very comfortable. Very helpful staff

The Booking.com site promised a river view for the particular room we booked. The Hotel Reception said this was only a possibility and not available. They offered an upgrade with no River View which was not accepted. After a long wait and free drinks vouchers we were given a suite that we had booked with a river view. There was a suggestion by Reception that the details were wrong on Booking.com. Booking.com have reviewed and informed us that the Client Hotel/upload details. We would suggest phoning Hotel to check after booking this hotel with a river view. Minor point: There did not seem to be much storage space for clothes other than wardrobe. This could be an issue for a longer stay.

The building was well-maintained and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was larger than I had expected, and the amenities were well-equipped, so there were almost no inconveniences during my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It was a stroke of luck to be able to stay at such a hotel at this price during the year-end holiday season.

Although it was a bit far from the main tourist spots in London, and it took some time to get around, the subway, taxi, and bus stations were all within a 5-minute walk, so there was no major inconvenience.

The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to the time we left.The room was lovely with good views,breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.The bed was very comfortable.The whole hotel was exceptionally clean.

All facilities room breakfast was very good no issues or complaints. Lighting set up in room is a bit fussy and takes a while to get it right. All staff were of the highest standard in presentation assistance and advice when requested.

nothing about the hotel but as mentioned the lighting could be made simpler in rooms. Biggest complaint is the terrible service local Uber drivers rendered, I suggest getting a taxi as they are more friendly knowledgeable and fares are similar.

Modern well equipped hotel in a strategic position for exploring East London; good food and restaurant options.

The hotel was very clean, spacious reception and very welcoming staff. Check in was smooth and quick. My room was amazing, spacious and clean with fabulous views. The bathroom was incredible! Ample supplies of refreshments. The bed was so comfy with gorgeous duvet and pillows which was like being comforted with fluffy marshmallows. I would definitely stay here again - wonderful.

The sky bar was closed for refurb, which was a shame but I’ll try it next time

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from the delicious Full English buffet breakfast to the comfortable room and vibrant bar. The Red Ember cocktail was exceptional—one of the best cocktail’s I’ve had in a long time. The location was perfect, with quick and easy access to the O2, and the spa treatment was incredibly relaxing.

I was disappointed that the jacuzzi pool was very cold; it would have been much better if it were warm or hot.

The waiting staff we had for our Christmas dinner, didn’t make the experience enjoyable

The staff were amazing especially housekeeping staff Theresa Akubo who cleaned our room meticulously who was extremely warm, professional and friendly. The location, breakfast at the hotel and hotel decor were fantastic. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very professional and lovely.

The swimming pool was too cold especially for when the kids hours were on, they should have heated up the pool, it was very cold and kids were freezing so we couldn't stay in the pool for a long time. The room service was very expensive and had a £5 delivery charge.

The room was perfect, plenty of space, great cleanliness, comfortable beds. Had everything we needed for the night, we were there for a concert at the o2, so the o2 link was absolutely perfect.

Nothing wrong, everything was fine.

When we arrived there was warm mulled wine and pretty Christmas decor, our bags were taken straight away and the reception staff were very friendly & informed
