All the building work around it. Someone jumped the queue and was seen before us !

Myself and my daughter needed a hotel close to the o2 as we were going to a concert, we chose this hotel. it is quite expensive but I thought it's a good location and the hotel was beautiful! The room had such an amazing view! The room was a little smaller than I expected and we did have a problem getting the air con and the lights to work but apart from that it was a lovely room and very clean. We also liked that there was private access to the o2 so we didn't have to walk very far.

It was very warm in the room and I found the air con wasn't great and there was no windows I'm not sure if it was because we were high up. The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

All staff super welcoming apart from entering the spa area to use the pool with children. Went at the correct time for children but felt unwelcome by greeting staff member who just repeatedly told the children no jumping for some reason. We were there to swim. Felt overly watched

loved the bed, it was so clean, soft and comfortable. great duvet and pillows, didn't want to leave. Lovely bathroom too. Went to the 02 and it was great to go shopping, then to a concert with such a short walk to the hotel.

The spa was very load and not at all relaxing. They allow under 18s during certain times which I understand, I have kids. But the children and teens behaviour was awful, so disrespectful and it he parents didn’t seem to care. Ruined the entire spa experience for us. This is a high end hotel, and this area brings it down.

Staff were incredible. VIP walkway to the o2 arena.

The room was very comfortable with both a shower and a bath. The shower was very powerfufortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room was on the fifth floor with a few of the river and the skyline. It was very quiet and we did not hear one sound during our three night stay. The location was ideal for the concert in the 02 Arena. It was very safe and it's right next to the North Greenwich tube line which will take you into Central London and to Heathrow airport. The staff were also more than helpful. We had a great stay.

Immediately on arrival I was upgraded to a suite, which was hugely welcome. Amazing view of the O2, so easy getting back and forth between the venue and the hotel. It was amazing being able to walk 10 mins to the room rather than fighting through the post-gig crowds! The staff were so friendly, facilities impeccable, breakfast delicious and overall value really top notch. Thank you!

The room was very comfortable and the bed was amazing.

The swimming pool was cold qand most of the spa amenities were not working.

The location is fantastic, right next to the o2 arena. The staff are always first class and friendly. The room is very comfortable and has extra amenities. I loved the touch with the personal message and the delicious cake that was left for us on the table in the room.

The hotel itself is excellent, good food in the restaurant and at breakfast; rooms comfortable and well-equipped; staff in the restaurant especially efficient and friendly, though a couple of the front-desk staff were a little surly. Good gym, two great bars, especially the Sky Bar.

I had to bring my car, and the parking fee is a total rip-off - £52 per night (I was staying two nights, and attending a trade event at the hotel), so £104 for the two nights. Even the receptionist who checked me in commented that this was far too expensive. Drivers should not be penalized like this for staying at the hotel. I took this up with the Guest Relations Manager, who finally agreed to reduce it to £35 per night - still too high, but a step in the right direction. Hotel management : can you please review your parking fee policy, and realise that apart from being grossly unfair, it is causing the hotel reputational damage.

The location was excellent for an event at the O2. It was so nice to bot have to worry about journey home or to another location after the event. Parking was good and the staff were lovely. Room and facilities were good and the breakfast was lovely. We would stay again if attending an event.

It was a very expensive one night stay but that is to be expected at a premium location and on event night.

The positions of tables at breakfast meant that you could be on a bit of a thoroughfare when Located near to the buffet meaning that you were constantly on edge and couldn't relax fully as people constantly brushing past you.

The rooms are big, great facilities, clean and comfy. Great location for if you’re going to something at the o2 - we didn’t have to rush out the concert and there is a corridor that takes you straight in and out of the hotel. Staff were so helpful, exceptional service. Best hotel I’ve stayed in within the UK. Great view of the Thames from our room.

We loved everything.

Really handy for the O2, they have their own "back way in". Room was clean and spacious with a good clean bathroom. Breakfast was well laid out and good.

Only issue we had was that we requested twin beds as I was travelling with my adult son and they were unable to provide that. The hotel is very expensive but I guess that is driven by the location.

Got a free upgrade to an apartment. Everything about our stay was fantastic

As you'd expect from a five-star hotel, every aspect was virtually perfect in every way. There was a very short wait at reception for check-in, but the staff were helpful, and the rooms were quiet and extremely comfortable. For those attending the O2 Arena, there's a shortcut from within the hotel directly into the O2 entrance. There's a wide variety of breakfast options from the buffet, and table service for coffee. Unexpected bonus: fabulous view of the Thames from the bedroom window!

I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, which was a very mild inconvenience. Also, the pedestrian access to the hotel is bewildering - I don't know why they don't permit us to enter via the Ballroom instead of having to walk all the way round.

Ridiculous situation with pre-booked breakfast! I needed to cancel in the morning due to work commitments, I was told that it was not possible to cancel the breakfast I was never going to have!! Where's the common sense?????

the location can’t be beat for after a gig at the o2 the beds are so comfy and the views from the rooms higher up are fabulous
