Love the location and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and clean and spacious with lovely, interesting views.

The staff on reception were not very friendly. One member of staff, female in particular who checked us in. We found her to be very short, unapproachable and everything we asked seemed like a hassle. It wasn’t a great interaction. We consider ourselves smiley, positive and happy people so I don’t believe it was us. Also, our breakfast was missing items and when we mentioned this, the member of staff didn’t really seem to care. We paid regardless.

Beautiful, everything is so well put together and it's a great place right next to the o2 with the corridor leading straight to it, was perfect for our concert

The room so comfortable and the staff were friendly and so very helpful . I wouldn't hesitate to do a return visit ,my friend and I were sad to leave and the staff made this trip unforgettable. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience .

The room was so comfortable and the facilities were of a high quality and you had everything you needed and if it wasn't in your room ,you could contact the front desk and they would do everything they could to make your request come to fruition. The hotel as a whole was superb, as the distance to the O2 was second to none . I can honestly say it is the best hotel experience I've had .

Beautiful inside and brilliant for access to the O2. Staff very attentive and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was amazing. Fantastic selection of food again waiting staff were lovely and very polite this made our stay a lovely experience.

Location and comfort. Beds were divine. Wished I could have stayed in longer!

Clean comfortable room with double aspect windows looking out over the river and the O2 arena. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. The hotel is ideal for visiting the O2 with a link between the hotel and the arena.

The only slight issue was one of the teacups was very badly cracked which meant hot liquid poured out of the bottom of the cup.

The location was fantastic for a show we were going to see at the 02 arena. Stayed in a twin room, beds were so comfy!! Bathroom was a good size. Lovely views from our window. Lots of little extras in the room.

Unfortunately the dressing table wasnt clean, loose electric socket. Hole in the bedding. Tv wasnt working. For a 5 star hotel is was rather disappointing

Location fantastic, simple check in no queues, room available earlier than scheduled, very clean, had to call reception as coffee machine not working however it was my fault (user error), staff dealt with very quickly and friendly

Comfortable, modern, view was amazing and great service.

The queue for the lifts when we arrived back after our concert. We also couldn’t find the stairs to walk up to the room.

Excellent premium feel, close to O2 arena. Quiet and peaceful room allocation on request. Wonderful bathroom.

Pillows are not adequate for spinal pain. Far too soft and lacking support. TV has no screen connection to phone but good selection of channels including German, French & Polish.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms and the fact that you can walk directly into the O2 Arena via a dedicated entrance from the hotel lobby. Thank you Intercontinental London O2 Arena for a wonderful stay.

There was absolutely nothing to not like about the hotel.

The toilet seal didn't close properly after flushing and was constantly trickling in room 304, also the bath attachment for the plug didn't work properly and comes off in your hand. Apart from that, everything else was amazing. We only stayed for the night so no point reporting it at the time as we were busy.

Fabulous hotel, the suite room that I stayed in was wonderful. It was incredibly quiet with wonderful view of the river, and the room was filled with all the facilities and features one could want or require. There's really nothing more to say, it was perfect!

The staff upon welcome were amazing. Checked us in early and allowed us a late check out. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great too and the amenities. The location is great for direct access to the O2 and is right near the Tube. It has a spa too and wonderful skybar
