Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

The accommodation was beautiful. The room was lovely, of such a good standard, especially as I have to book a room with extra accessability.

Just the fact that if we wanted to gain acsess to the Sky Bar on the 18th floor we were expected to pay £5 per person, even though we were already staying at the hotel.c

Excellent location and adjoining the 02, easy access. Car parking was easy if arrive early . Ideal for visiting Greenwich. 18 sky bar excellent after a gig, similar music and lovely evening view over Canary Wharf .

The location and comfortable beds.

No room service menu in room, couldn’t get anything to eat from the hotel after the show as the restaurants were closed. Room service was the only option but lack of menu in the room. Also in bar on level one, why are the windows frosted out because you can’t see when you are sat down. Such a view but then it’s hidden! Such a shame.

Great location - the market brasserie restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in London. All the staff at hotel and restaurant are amazing. Special thanks to hasibul one of the electricians from the maintenance team who helped with a trickle electrical problem.

Always an amazing stay . We were there for a concert Saturday evening and im back next week for C2C weekend . My nephew had a lot of music equipment which was stored until our room was ready and then delivered there. Great service thank you

We were only there one night . Room service tried our door twice Sunday morning while we were still asleep. ( we had had a very late night and forgot the do not disturb sign ) if we were leaving that morning, why try and clean before we check out ? Also my booking included breakfast but I was asked to pay for one ir charge room whilst in the dining room. Not wanting to question infront of the queue I signed . But reception did cancel it on check out .

Clean. Friendly staff, fab facilities. An absolute must if seeing a show at the O2 - we were back in the hotel 15 mins later 😂❤️

As a kind traveller to a concert at O2 arena it was close to venue and I felt safe there

If I am completely honest there was nothing I didn’t like but personally think the price was high for a one night stay. Combined with the £100 holding fee on check in (refunded within a 2 week time frame) it makes for an expensive overnight stay

fantastic lock for O2. We stayed in a suite with 2 friends plenty of space. breakfast was great. ten bar was amazing with fantastic views of the city.

First morning the breakfast could have been hotter, some items were cold, given that it was not very busy that day, it was understandable some items had got cold, the second morning was much busier, so items were replaced more often, so food was fresh and hot.

Apart from the breakfast on the first morning, I could find no fault with anything, staff were friendly and attentive as ever,

The staff are so kind the hotel maids are so much more helpful now ..i’ve been coming here years! And house keeping used to be rubbish yet now.Amazing! food in restaurants needs a little TLC not much on menu to choose from.Cafe the same food is just bad.Breakfast is amazing out of this world apart from the scrambled eggs are always raw every morning..

Excellent hotel , great facilities and friendly staff

My 2nd time staying at the InterContinental as part of attending a concert at the O2. It's a brilliant way to enjoy being at the concert with a direct passage between the venue and the hotel. We were also able to enjoy the bar that stayed open until 1 am and has brilliant views. Comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Breakfast the next morning was great (perfectly poached eggs and they kept the coffee coming!). All staff at the front desk, bar and breakfast room were wonderful.

It was all great. Will definitely stay there again.
