2 night stay, 3 times over this period we had the same A4 paper slid under the door with the exact same message. Every day x every room x 365 days of the year! Disappointing such a big chain isn’t doing more for the environment ☹️

The stuff were super nice. And the breakfast was simply awesome 👌

Location was perfect for an evening at the o2 the connecting passage is such a bonus ! Room was lovely with great views, service and staff were wonderful

The only small thing would be that the pool was freezing!

skybar was closed on Friday before Christmas at 3pm but guest services said it was open so went to 18th floor very dissappointing. Not enough milk for tea

It is exceptionally clean, the staff are amazing and so friendly. The service is always fantastic and the spa area is absolutely beautiful.

Toilets downstairs in the hotel were very smelly. Dirty water

Perfect location for the O2. Comfortable rooms with excellent facilities.

We chose to eat breakfast away from the hotel as have previously found it to be crowded and noisy with long queues. More tea, instant coffee and milk in the room would be nice.

Location is perfect for events at the O2 taking away the hassle of travel late at night. The hotel itself is immaculate and staff are very helpful and friendly

Room was excellent bed was so comfortable and breakfast fantastic.

The pool was freezing there was no jacuzzi and no steam room. I have used spa previously and it was amazing. I booked for special break to include spa it was so disappointing. I understand equipment needs repairing but all at once.?

Ivan conceirge wass excellent, looked after us... brought our luggage to the rooms, also helped sort out parking and sorted a flat tyre allowing AA to arrive to the property and guide to the vehicle wher it was parked.

The convenience for us to the 02 Arena

The access to the clipper boats is a good 20 minute walk . Because there is no gate to get to the path you have to walk a long way round . Some type of security key could be put on the side gate so people staying with you don't have to walk all the way around the fence to get to the pier for the boats .

A bit picky but the pillows were far too soft. Needed to be much firmer.

Room was amazing with a stunning view . When we arrived there was mulled wine and mince pies which was a lovely touch .

Great views, great location for the O2, staff were excellent.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly helpful and kind. Room had good view over the river and city. Room service good when we were not feeling like going down for breakfast.

I had a look in the mini bar out of curiosity to see what was in it. Didn’t have anything but because I moved things around we got charged for items we didn’t have.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived to upon our departure. The room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

The easy access to the 02 was amazing and perfect for our visit to the see the Stereophonics

Fabulous hotel in a great location for the O2

Location was fab. Easy to get around the city from the nearby tube station. Loads of places to eat and drink in the O2 arena. Check in was easy, we arrived early but our room was ready and we were able to access this straight away. Reception staff were very helpful. Tasty and well cooked breakfast, pricey but well worth the money as the selection was extensive - can get busy but we avoided the busy periods. Having access from the hotel to the O2 arena was a big plus. Nice complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. We will defo return.
