The hotel is perfectly located for anyone who is visiting the O2 and wants to stay overnight. It has a really good vibe. The staff are always so attentive and friendly. I cannot fault the service we received, that’s why it’s our first choice when we have a night out at the O2.

The location was excellent, and the spa was great, too. The room was very quiet and was very modern. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is great as a base for the o2 - perfect location! The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. The selection at breakfast was amazing and worth the money. The room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel staff on the ground floor couldn't have been less helpful. Between 5 - 10 staff watched me struggle with 3 bags whilst pushing someone in a wheelchair. They are only interested in the customers who are paying for the premium rooms. I've never seen so many staff just standing about?! The rooms were basic for the price. No menus in the room for room service and no fridge. We had booked an accessible room and were given a room which was not accessible. This was rectified but I was made to feel like this was my error.

Too expensive

Fantastic stay! Room was great with lovely views of London. The bedding is unbelievably comfortable. We both had the best night sleep in a long time. Breakfast was also fantastic. Great selection.

Everything was great just very expensive for one night but we enjoyed our stay.

The room was excellent

Booked a twin but room was made as a double, however this was quickly rectified. Communicating with reception via WhatsApp was particularly great.

Price a bit to high... Overall everything would be perfect if the stay was a bit cheaper, as it is slightly overpriced.

We liked the corridor that connects to the O2, we felt like VIPS with our own special entrance. The view from the room was great, we could see all the Uber boats passing by. The breakfast was exceptional.

Everything went well save that as a very loyal and patriotic customer I had requested an ungrade to at least a suite on this occassion but I was not upgraded to any site at all even where it was available as I had learnt subsequently.

The convenience of being so close to the o2. Due to my health my mobility can be restricted so to be able to book here really supported my ability to travel to London and go to a concert

Noisy neighbour!

We had a suite that was great for my wife and I and the kids . And the hotel is right next to the 02 so great access to the concert we went to.

We had a balcony , but due to “health and safety” the door was jammed so it would only open 6” . Walking out on the balcony would have been amazing to catch the better view and the atmosphere . As it was it was just a tease . 😔

Superb hotel in an excellent location. Our 2nd visit here.

£35 for 4 x bottles of Peroni meant that drinks were far too expensive. I was unable to book afternoon tea ahead of our visit as the date we stayed did not appear. I emailed Customer Service but had no reply.

There was no info in the room/website about the restaurants so we had to go down to look at the menu

We didn't have breakfast from choice. Hotel was in a great walking location for everything we needed. Sparklingly clean and plenty of staff available if required. Staff in the foyer were keen to keep any queues from forming. We arrived earlier than check in but given our room straight away. Upgraded as it was my birthday which was a lovely surprise.

We had a corner room so beautiful views of both the city and round towards Canning Town. The breakfast was great and the spa was lovely too. The bed was very comfy and the access into the o2 was worth staying for alone! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to a concert.

Our TV didn’t work in the room and we didn’t receive any robes (if they aren’t available they shouldn’t be advertised in the booking). There is a minibar, however no fridge to store anything else. Also we had one still bottle of water between two of us that was complementary but it would have been nice to have a reuse-able glass bottle of water you get in most places (more sustainable too). We also had to queue for a while before we were seated in breakfast.

When we checked in staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable

Did not like the pillows they were very soggy and let the sleeping experience down

The rooms are outstanding, the views from the windows can't be beat. This hotel is the very best of the best, I would visit again and would tell others about it. The staff was wonderful 10/10 for everything. A very big thank you for a amazing stay.

Having to pay for parking even if you’re guest at the hotel. The parking is also very expensive. It cost £52 for the overnight stay which seems excessive when you’ve already paid a lot to stay at the hotel.

The staff, rooms and all the facilities were excellent. We had an excellent stay at this hotel.
