loved!! such a convenient location in london, the most comfortable beds (I’m 6’5 -190cm) and was able to fit 😂 cafe and rooftop bar were incredible!

Location is great and so is your staff. Bed was really comfortable.

Weird small bathroom and shower with a foggy tint instead of walls and door. Very small room for 2 people you are crawling over each other to go to bed.

It wasn’t what I was expecting, but the format just works. The rooms are small, but very high tech and as a solo traveller met my needs for a one night stay - comfy bed and a decent shower. The check in process was automated and very slick. Took about 2 minutes and had the key card.

Comfortable and very clean. Staff very helpful. Proximity to Tower Hill tube station literally outside the door. Just a short walk to Tower of London in underpass.

Booked a late checkout 2pm but guy was at the door at 10am insisting we had a fault on our fire alarm. Told him to go away and come back later. He never did!

The airconditioning controls in my room weren't working well so I couldn't really make the room cooler on hot days

Hhmmm lifts took a while and there were some peeling wallpaper but didn't take away from my fantastic sleep

Location was brilliant and we loved the view of the tower from the room. Bed was extremely large and very comfortable.

Bed takes up almost all the room. Hardly any space for 2 suitcases.

The hotel was in an excellent location very well decorated the room was very nice all the mod cons loved the view from our room we stayed in a king room with Tower bridge view..

The lifts were very annoying and took ages going up and down.

Not a thing.

The location is exceptional. Right across from the Tower or London and right by the Tower Hill underground station. Within walking distance of many tourist activities, but also lots of transport options nearby. If you're coming from Heathrow you can basically come straight to the Hotel on the underground, only have to change lines once. Clean, bed and shower is spacious and very nice. Hotel was also surprisingly quiet. The rooms are obviously small as expected but the big window and layout helps so you don't feel cramped.

We didn't have any chairs in our room as in the picture (but we also didn't ask so that's on us). The breakfast is pricy so we didn't try it. The tech in the room is starting to show its age - the tablet was a bit slow and some lights didn't work properly anymore.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to accommodate me and my toddler. The location is perfect, and so quiet considering it’s next to a tube station. Will absolutely be staying here every time we come to London.

The downstairs seating is perfect for business travellers. But the menu was very limited, so we had to go elsewhere for our evening meal.

Loved the location of the property right next to tube station. Hotel had great vibe to it and staff were happy to help. Room was big enough and had all the facilities we needed.

Only downside was when we had a late night drink and food in the bar we saw a mouse. Staff were quick to sort it but it kind of put us off our food.

Great small cosy rooms with the most fantastic view of the tower, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very smiley and happy to help, lovely modern reception lounge area and right next to the tube station.

2 lifts were not working, so the service was very slow especially when the cleaning staff are transporting their carts around.

Location, location, location! The underground station Tower Hill is directly underneath the hotel. Walking distance to Tower of Kondon, Tower Bridge, Tower Pier, London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Borough Market and so much more! Staff in the hotel all were lovely!

The room was very small, the bed was crammed into one Waal so we had to climb over each other to get in and out!

Great location, the room was incredible, nice amenities, lovely bar.

Lifts were quite slow which was annoying in the mornings when I was leaving for work. The AC in the room was quite weak but I presume this was because everyone was using it during the heatwave.

The breakfast was fantastic! Well above expectations - and the fact the coffee bar was included was amazing.

The lift situation was a bit of a nightmare, we had to take stairs with our cases from 5th floor as every lift was completely full.

From the get go the staff were lovely. The staff definitely made it! The location is good as it’s connected to a tube station and it’s also very quiet.

The view from most of the rooms isn’t great and it would’ve been nice for bottled water to be in the rooms (but that’s me just being picky)

It's funky, modern, comfortable and very personal. Tech where it matters, human support where needed. Rooms are cleverly designed, I love the iPad controlling all functions of the room and clear instructions for everything. Splendid location. Super cool place at great value for money.

The only think I would say is the air conditioner could be set to a lower temperature. Maximum it allows is 18oC. Would also be nice touch if they allowed coffee and tea facilities in the room or lounge location for free for guests staying .

The view and convenient location were excellent if pricey and that might make my stay a one off! The controls in the room were great and I was thankful for the air con.

For the price I was quite surprised that there were no tea and coffee facilities- I should have checked when booking but I have not known any other hotel that does not offer this!

Convenient to tower tube stop clean

Self checkin & asking for housekeeping on I pad I don’t like. More personal touch with at least assist at checkin for the price I’d expect. I stayed at your hotel in Zurich as well & felt the same. I don’t ask any questions but when I do, I don’t want to be referred to an iPad.

There was nothing really bad about the hotel only grumble I have is there is no coffee/tea facilities in your hotel room and the lager tasted like it was watered down as I had a few pints at £7.90 each and never felt anything off it so ended up going to a pub around the corner

So spacious and comfortable completely peaceful. Central location although the facilities offered meant there was no need to travel far! The roof top bar is fabulous offering paranamic views of iconic sights.. tower of London, Tower Bridge, the shard to name but a few. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are very soft and the beds are huge!

Breakfast, no choice of poached or fried eggs . Streaky bacon instead of back bacon .. We did not book breakfast and glad we didn't, we ended up going out for breakfast

Quirky but fun style. Staff were excellent especially the young Canadian lady from Toronto. Apologies I can't recall her name. Everyone was very helpful. When I needed to check out late due to my sister bring unwell, everything was taken care of. Thankyou and I would love to come back. That location was perfect.

My only complain is that the air conditioning was not cold enough for us. The weather was quite hot and we would have loved to have the room a bit colder. It was still good though.

One of the hidden gems of London! The staff are incredible!! The views were beautiful at night on the patio. So many benefits to staying at your hotel. We really loved talking to staff. Tia will always be a part of our first trip to London memories. Thank you!!

Location is obviously amazing and pretty convenient to get to. Very cool decor and design, with amenities that actually do work.

- SMALL studio style rooms which would be hard for a couple traveling with large suitcases. We got an upgrade which worked out fabulously, and the bigger rooms are wonderful for a couple. - Very firm and slightly lumpy and thin feeling mattress, which seems to be the general trend for Europe so not out of the ordinary but not exactly comfortable.

The location is perfect, right on top of Tower Hill tube station and opposite the Tower of London. The beds are huge and really comfy. I loved the iPad technology that controlled the tv, lighting and colours in the room.
