Clean Modern Hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Adjacent to Tower Hill tube station and less than 5 min walk to Fenchurch St Station

The location was perfect with quick access to the DLR and some great views overlooking the Tower of London. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I also liked the tech available and being able to control the TV, lighting and temperature using the ipad provided.

I was allocated an accessible room with adapted facilities therefore some of the things, such as the bathroom sink were too low down. The only mirror in the room was right next to the bathroom door so it was difficult to use it to dry my hair etc. Although tea and coffee was available downstairs, I would have liked to have had this in the room. I also found the breakfast to be very busy and understaffed with dirty plates being left on tables by previous users and not being cleared away.

The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The location is excellent--right next to Tower Hill station and the Tower of London is just across the street. The Tower pier is also nearby for the boat tours. The views from the room is fantastic. The food from the bar is great. Lastly, the common area has a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed could be more comfortable and the bathroom is too tiny.

WiFi didn’t work at all for our first day & staff were unable to fix this unfortunately. It did work for our second day though so think we were just unlucky. No parking, meant we had to spend a fortune in parking costs

The staff are really friendly. The check in and out was super fast. Location is excellent. The bar and rooftop bar was reasonably priced. Good selection of drinks. Relaxed and friendly bar.

The rooms are comfortable but tight in places. Not much storage and no re and coffee facilities in room

Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Free water bottle refill at end of snackbar in lobby was very handy. The location is perfect as it is literally steps to the Tower Hill underground station. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Room was very comfortable and quiet. You control the TV, blinds, lights, temperature, etc. with a tablet in room which was easy to use.

Could have been a tad cleaner, as king bed takes up full width of room it is probably hard to clean around...there was a lot of dust and hair around ends of bed near window. Sheets didnt get changed on our one cleaning day in the 5-nights' stay. Otherwise everything else was excellent!

The room was very modern with cool aspects such as being able to control the blinds, lights, tv and temperature from an ipad in the room. Room was clean. Nice bar and reception.

If i had to choose one thing i would just say the room is a bit small

Amazing location, the room was big enough to not feel cramped and had everything you could need, the bed was massive and very comfortable, and the iPad is a touch, good environment in the lobby

I had such a wonderful stay here! The location is absolutely perfect — right above a train station, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I got upgraded to a room with an incredible view of Tower Bridge. It was honestly breathtaking, especially at night when the bridge was all lit up. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. With such a convenient location and amazing views, this place is a real gem. I’d love to stay here again!

We liked everything except room size & room amenities. Common areas and the breakfast were excellent.

Room not as nice as Rome. Small room was ok but there was little space for luggage. The shower was much smaller than the Rome location and there was no bidet.

The staff always had a smile, always ready to help, great atmosphere throughout the hotel, amazing place to be, very close to everything. Travel was very easy.

Not much I can put, every one made it an amazing time, even when we only stayed for 1 night.

Amazing views and good breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

Greasy hand prints on the windows spoils the amazing view. Water and tea and coffee in the the room would make such a difference.

We’ve stayed in this Citizen M 3 times and never had a problem. The room layout is ideal for short stays or if you plan to spend most of your time sightseeing and out of the room. The bed is extra large which is a real treat in a smaller room. Overall we would stay here again, the coffee shop downstairs is nice too.

Nothing of note. Genuinely a nice surprise. Room is quaint but perfectly acceptable, given some of the places I’ve stayed in London for a lot more than.

The bed was huge! The view was incredible and I got to choose which view I got. The room was simple and clean. Controlling the lights with the iPad was cool.

It felt a little like a cult or an early 2000s start up tech company.

The location was very central. Check-in and check out were very easy The room was functional , very modern and clean. Loved the iPad capability and the ability to stream your own Netflix etc from phone

I can’t complaint about anything

The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only disappointment is that there is no kettle to boil hot water, and the hotel insists on not providing one, which greatly reduces the quality of the stay.

I am an Asian traveler, and in many Asian countries, drinking plenty of warm or hot water is a daily necessity, especially for middle-aged and older people. The absence of a hot water kettle in the room was the most disappointing and uncomfortable part of my stay. I had to carry a very small cup downstairs frequently just to get hot water, which was extremely inconvenient and greatly reduced the quality of my stay. If I have friends or relatives from other Asian countries, it would be difficult for me to recommend your hotel because they, too, would need easy access to hot water.
