Fantastic location, fantastic view of Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Thames and the Shard from our room, sky bar on 7th floor was amazing. Staff were on the ball the minute you walked in the foyer. Great decor and books everywhere. 😊

Fantastic location. Usual CitizenM comfort & convenience. Good buffet breakfast. Great rooftop bar.

Food at rooftop Bar was disappointing. (Cheese plate unavailable, bread stale). Tv reception was poor quality and interrupted regularly by "cable disconnected/connected" notifications on the screen.

It was my wife birthday, you gave us great room with a view , free drinks ,chocolate ,birthday card . Little things like this make a big difference, thank you.

The location is fantastic, the vibe is so cool, but welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is yummy, the room is rather small, but very functional with clever solutions to make up for the limited space. Overall, a wonderful experience

This is a great hotel if you don’t have a lot of luggage. We each had a backpack and one other small bag/purse. The rooms are very small. But clean and well kept. Great location right outside of the tube station.

I didn’t like having to climb over my significant other to get up and use the bathroom at night because the bed is against the window with only one way on or off. Mattress is a little hard but bearable.

Breakfast nice but over priced, as were the drinks in the rooftop bar. Coffee bar near the entrance should be open 7 days - disappointed to find it closed on Sunday.

Fabulous location, staff were extremely attentive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, rooms were compact but comfortable and we had a Tower of London view which was superb!

At one point the air conditioning made some horrific noises and we were very anxious that it would continue through the night. Luckily it stopped. Changing the temperature in the room appeared to cause this. Would have liked access to hot water for tea and coffee.

Location is very convenient. The rooftop bar was also very nice to enjoy a drink before our dinner out. Nice coffee shop also which added a nice touch. Everything we needed and very reasonably priced.

The technology was great but we were unlucky with a power down system (these things happen) which meant a few things didn’t work etc. however staff were very good to try and sort everything.

Location of hotel is brilliant cracking view of the tower of london from our room 224 tube station right outside , HMS Belfast just across london bridge Lobby airy warm and welcoming, staff friendly and attentive

Breakfast was expensive for £20 per person for what’s on offer i thought this was a little steep, also the hotel doesn’t do Decaf tea so you would need to take your own

The view was spectacular and the location was very convenient. HOWEVER, getting a taxi was a challenge. Room service wasn't available so I didn't have breakfast. I was able to arrange a last minute check out and this was extremely helpful.

I had an amazing stay at CitizenM by the Tower of London! The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe that made it feel fresh and stylish. The room was lovely—comfortable, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better, with the Tower of London just around the corner and great restaurants and attractions nearby. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a chic, convenient stay in London!

Everything! Great vibe and everything you need under one roof. Loved the Tower Bridge site as it had a great vibe. I have stayed in Citizen M before so know this group.

We stayed at The Tower of London CitizenM The staff were simply AMAZING. They went the extra mile to be helpful & interested. They got the balance just right - not overly attentive. Lobby is stunning! Beautifully lit - cosy and welcoming. Not too formal. Stuffed full of colour & art with comfy sofas & chairs as well as plenty of dining spaces & places to work. Easy check-in & check-out. Sounds crazy to say but no hanging around for lifts - they were always quick, which is great when you're keen to go out to eat. Our room was perfect for our 1 night stay. MASSIVE bed. Great shower. Simple room lay out. Stunning view.

We would have loved tea making facilities in the room but it didn't detract from our stay and we will definitely stay at CitizenM again.

Pay the extra for a premium room looking over the Tower of London, gorgeous view, modern comfortable room, brilliant rooftop bar serving cracking cocktails, great selection of pubs/eateries near by, check out Dickens Inn, Traitors Gate & Hung drawn & quartered, short walk to the Skygarden bar which is great, top hotel, really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay over the weekend for my birthday. I had put that on the booking & they had accommodated a room with a view with a card / treats in the room. Really nice touch. Room was just right with everything, clean and the right facilities also. Friendly staff downstairs also & the rooftop bar. Would most def stay again.

Modern hotel - self check in and out supported by friendly helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Room bigger than expected - fantastic view. Clean and comfortable. Felt safe - security subtle. Great communal areas to chat / work. able to leave luggage after check out for several hours. Will stay there again as a couple but also when travelling for work.

Great facilities, really good common areas and brilliant rooms. In a perfect location, right next to Tower Hill underground station and over the road from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as controlled from from an iPad - loved the blinds and lighting. Rooms are fairly small but enough space for 2, bed is large and very comfortable, great pillows. Really efficient check-in and check out with luggage storage, option to choose room view and floor for no extra fee. Great value for money too.

Modern thinking on how a hotel stay should be. Another way of utilizing room space. I liked the bed near the windows, brings me close to the nice city view, instead of walls. I loved the colorful design of the shower and toilet cabin!!! The colors shine also in the room, making it like a room in a space shuttle! And the tablet with control of the lights, window curtains, and TV, with special programs on the TV! I am nicely surprised. In the lobby bar counter: interesting food offered, not some simple things. Vibe that you may meet and talk with others. Cowork space, as you need to do your work on a laptop. Park in front of the hotel, with curious squirrel. Great views from the room.

I did not get to see the skybar. As in most hotels and businesses, this hotel had limited services, the skybar was not open. And for a person who used Christmas holidays to visit another land, Christmas day was quite empty.

Amazing location for our visit to The Tower and The Gunpowder Plot experience. Lots of resturants in walking distance. Great view of the tower. Great hi tech hotel! Comfortable bed.

It is a shame there are no tea and coffee making facilities but didn't affect our stay. The bed is huge, however the quilt is slightly smaller than the bed.

Prime location xx spotlessly clean - just what we needed for our trip to the theatre - underground just beneath the hotel so access to all lines so easy

Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. The room although small was clean and bright and we had a view of Tower Bridge which made it 10 times better.

The only think that was missing was tea/coffee making facilities and shower caps in the room which in a 4 star hotel you would expect. But the coffee from the lobby was quite nice and there's 2 different coffee spots there.

Great location opposite the Tower of London and next to the tube station. Fantastic views from room and the rooftop bar. Had a relaxed atmosphere which was nice. Comfortable room and very quiet.

I had been upgraded to Landmark view which was the Tower of London and Tower Bridge so it was nice to have this iconic view during our stay. The room itself was very clean and I loved the King Size bed. Very modern style gadgets controlled everything to the lights, climate control, blinds etc. Staff were friendly and helpful
