Cleaner knocking twice at 09:15 despite the Do not Disturb sign on the door. Check out wasn't until 11:00. Dust on windowsill.

Found the room claustrophobic but was comfy actually.

We really liked the very simple way to check in and check out. We also really liked the application through which we managed everything in the room: light, air conditioning, blinds, etc. What we liked the most was the location of the hotel and the proximity (1 min) to an underground.

We didn't like the cleaning. Through the app we chose the option to have daily cleaning. It wasn't like that. They only arrived on the third day. Cleaning only meant changing towels, toilet paper and taking out the trash. They didn't sweep (so you can see what was on the floor). The sink was cleaned only once in 8 days. Otherwise, nothing.

The bed is set up against the window, so one has to climb over the other to get out of bed, making it much harder for seniors.

I loved how central it was to everything. A walk away from London tower. The underground station right beside the hotel and the roof top bar with the amazing views was a bonus.

Loved it. And would definitely stay again. Modern. Clean room. Comfy bed. Lovely rooftop bar. Fantastic location.

The basement toilets were very smelly. Bad drainage smell. This was also the case for our bedroom. But we complained on check in and our room was switched immediately with no issues at all.

The staff was super friendly and outgoing, the room with the tower of london and tower bridge view was the absolute highlight ! Great wifi, great choices on the food but we didn’t try the cocktails. The rooftop bar had also a great view ! We also LOVED using the ipad in our room to control the different lights and the TV ! The location was a 10/10, it was very convenient !Everything was so great, we will definitely stay here for our next visit !

The water from the toilet and sink backed up very slowly, and on the last day of our stay we lost connection with the iPad in our room.

The check-in process for Citizenm is seamless. The location is fantastic, as it's right next to the Tower of London and walking distance to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. It's right on top of a tube station, so getting around is super easy. There's a great cafe by the lobby with nice coffee and pastries. And the room is quiet and comfortable despite being so near a major tourist attraction.

We visited in the summer, and the rooms were warm. We actually had to request a different room, facing another part of the building, shortly after checking in as the sun was baking our first room. The staff was very accommodating, and got us another room easily, but even our second room was still a bit warmer than we would have liked. Also, there were some crumbs and fingerprints on the windowsill immediately next to the bed, so the room was mostly clean, but could have been cleaner.

Location of this property is stellar. Love the self check in and check out option. Using the iPad OR app to control the room is great! We loved being able to open our window. The room was a bit small, but still very functional.

Only being able to enter the bed from one side is very inconvenient if you need to get up in the night. We also wish there was laundry services on the property.

We are regular visitors at the CitizenM Tower Bridge and as usual we were satisfied with our stay. The location, amenities, cool concept and welcoming staff always meet our expectations. The exceptionally close proximity of the station is the greatest bonus . And the views both from the room as well as from the rooftop bar are magnificent!

Location opposite Tower Bridge was terrific. Staff were lovely.

1. Miscommunication in cleaning the room. We deliberately didn’t get it cleaned for 3 days to be environmentally savvy, but on th 4th day the room needed cleaning and bins emptied, etc. and the crew didn’t clean the room. As it was later in the day when we got back to the room, we were tired and didn’t want a cleaning crew to come in. Big disappointment. 2. There were no electric kettles in the room. This is a big deal for travelers to be able to enjoy a drink in the room first thing in the morning,

The location is convenient easy access to everything! Tube and walkable to sightseeing!

The light in the road going to the hotel were out. It was a little uncomfortable knowing there were some homeless outside from the exit of train station.

The hotel is nicely located just outside the Tower HIll underground station, so certainly very convenient. especially in the evening. The room is a bit small but it has all what you need.

The system to ask for the room cleaning hasn't always worked as requested, but the staff has been very nice and helpful in sorting out the issues.

No tea or coffee available in the rooms. You have to climb over your partner to get in and out of bed. Bed took up width of the room.

The view is worth the price

We had a hiccup with air-con in our room and they swapped us into another room within minutes which was fine!

Been coming forever we think 15 yrs at least , love the buzz and enthusiastic staff. Looking slightly grubby now I’m afraid! Could go with a bit of a refurb! Our favourite place to stay!
