The amazing view, the staff, the room, breakfast.

Issues with temperature control in the room and no maintenance onsite for the weekend.

We never availed of breakfast but we did have coffee n sweet treats, I'll defo be back and would recommend to friends 😊

Not that I didn’t like it, but a bit unusual in terms of bathroom design. But you get used to it.

It would be nice if there was a possibilty to crack the window.

So glad we updated to a room with a view. The view to Tower Bridge is truly spectacular at night. Even without the view, the room is very comfortable, and was really well organized considering the space limits. The smart controls of the room were really a fun plus.

There is truly nothing major to note - elevators and smart room controls were unreliable at times, but they worked perfectly the majority of our time there.

How amazing our room was with the beautiful view and HUGE bed! The people who work there were really nice and helpful! I really liked how interactive the room is with the iPad! Would definitely come back!

Cheap and cheerful considering the location.

Due to the tight packaging of the room, the only way out of the bed is over the person sleeping next to you, which is inconvenient if you need to get up at night in pitch black

Have stayed with CIitizen M many times since they opened their first London hotel in Southwark. It has a great vibe about it, and you always know what to expect. This location is great, because you’re just across the road from the Tower of London.

Extremely friendly staff, the lady who greeted us and helped us check in was amazing. I ordered a coffee downstairs at midnight and they member of staff was super friendly

Perfect location, beautifull views from roof terrace. Fantastic view if you take view not into internal part of the building. Ambient colorfull lighting in room was cozy. Owerall we liked very much our stay!

Room toilet walls are translucent and lack of privacy. But in any case you can use isolated toilets on Basement 🙂 Radio on TV was struggling with connection.

Great location, the underground station is right outside the side entrance/exit and made it easy to get around the city. The hotel was very clean and easy to get around and the bar/food service is 24/7 downstairs!

Bed was a little too firm for my back.

Very close to the river walk route as well! * Modern hotel room with great facilities (you can change the light of the room). Aspect looking over Tower of London Reception area friendly and comfortable. Left some property behind on check out - but was able to reclaim.

No hot drink facilities in room. Need to get water supplies for the room from reception on arrival! Unable to make contact via phone when left some property behind, tho they did respond by email after a few days.

I prefer a completely separate bathroom but, although not ideal, it was private enough

Location was phenomenal with tube station literally on ground floor. Extremely accessible The area surrounding on foot is beautiful. Easy access to tourist attractions- Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Sky garden. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Self automated and early check in was seamless. The iPad and customisable lights, blinds and temperature of the room were fantastic. We couldn’t believe the bar and restaurant were 24 hours. The view from our room was breathtaking. I cant recommend this hotel enough. One of the best value for money hotels Ive ever stayed in.

The location is fantastic, the vibe of the place is very chilled. The bed in the room was huge and the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and the breakfast was lovely. Whilst being compact the room feels surprisingly large and spacious, and changing the colour of the lights to mess with my wife whilst she was showering was hilarious

The bed was very firm - we have a very soft mattress at home so I personally struggled with this (my wife slept like a baby though). The only downside to the room was that the window didn't open and you had to rely on climate control. It would have been nice to have some fresh air, overall this isn't a deal breaker though.

The location was great. The room is very cosy . The top roof bar has great view and atmosfere.

IPad in room didn't work. So, we didn't have access to media. Staff tried to help, but not successfully.
