Convenient, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and right next to the tube.

The location amazing, I liked how easy it was to check in and check out. Liked the tablet to control the lights, tv, curtains and the AC/heating. The bed was hugeee!

Room is a bit small and has a weird lay out having the sink outside the bathroom and a bit of a see through bathroom situation. The cleaning is not daily and in my 5 day stay they never changed the linen.

The position was perfect, the staff is kind and professional. The room was fine and well equipped

The last day a fire allarm created panico at 6.45am waking up the whole hotel. It was a false allarm. Still i would recommend it

Clean, comfortable, well appointed and cosy. Ideal location right next to Tower Hill station and opposite the Tower of London. Really nice modern decor.

The hairdryer didn’t have much power so if you have thick hair I would bring your own.

Great location, next to underground station and very close to major attractions like the Tower of London. Room was relatively small, but worked well. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Would recommend to others.

The property is overall welcoming, aesthetically refined, and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The room is very pleasant, well designed, and equipped with convenient smart-home features. Excellent location.

It’s a pity the room isn’t cleaned daily; since it’s quite small and the weather has been unstable with rain, it gets dirty easily.

Smart technology in the room a bit over the top - the ipad for everything even turning a light on! Super king bed against three walls so it's a clamber to get out! No glasses or cups in the room for water.

Perfect, central location. Stunning view of Tower of London. Loved being able to change the lighting in the rooms. Overall loved the vibes of the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was good—nice selection of hot breakfast, pastries, etc.

Rooms are quite tiny and there was no way to turn off the heat, we could just lower it. We had also paid in advance for breakfast but when we went down in the morning, it seemed like it was free for everybody, so feel like we paid and shouldn’t have (was an additional £40 for our stay).

The staff are great and attentive and friendly.

Location was perfect, entrance to tube station on doorstep. Nice hotel, comfortable room with amazing view of Tower Bridge. Rooftop bar, service & cocktails - perfect. Self check in/out works well. Good value for what we paid.

We decided not to book breakfast but was easy enough to arrange on the day, however don't think it was worth £20 per head - variety of cereal was poor, as was cooked breakfast, tomato ketchup was more like a pasta sauce. Fair variety of bread, croissants & fruit.. Refills of coffee & tea.

Brilliant location. great bar staff especially Kye on the 7th floor. Made my birthday special.

The drain in the shower was really smelly. Also in next door room men laying new flooring and when we arrived lots of banging. Told check in staff but didn’t receive satisfactory response.

Very cool and modern. Rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The iPad that controls everything in the room was a great feature. Great location. It would be ideal if the hotel had vending machines. Check in was really easy and so was checking out.

No complimentary coffee or tea in room or in lobby when utilizing common areas.

I love the whole concept of the hotel, from the location adjacent to the tube, arrival and doing the self checking in, the britishness of the decor in the public areas, the tablet controls for lights, aircon, tv, blinds and curtains, huge bed, panoramic windows with excellent views, the simplistic decor in the rooms, the quirky messages on most things that you touch, the breakfast, the 7th floor bar with outstanding views of the Tower of London, there's nothing to dislike.

If I want to nit pick I could comment on the lack of brew facility in the room, that said, the canteen is 24/7 so not really needed. Nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent for me, nearly above the Tower hall metro station. The other excellent thing is the staff: very helpful, very competent and very kind. Breakfast was really good, their cookies in the evening too. The room is very modern and there was a nice view. The terrace of the bar at 7th floor is impressive at night. It should be advertised more.

The room is a bit small. The ipad which controls nearly everything in the room is not attached to a stable platform, so that is a bit annoying.

Clean, tidy and very functional with all the basic toiletries (minus toothbrush & toothpaste) anyone would need. Great view too!

The fire alarm went off at 8am

I love the British touches throughout the hotel and various areas where you can sit, read, work, socialize. Staff are excellent! Warm, friendly, helpful. Wonderful area to stay - has a tube station underneath- very handy. The Big Bus and other Hop on Hop off buses stop across the road, and just a short walk to the Thames you can hop on a ferry. And of course Tower of London & Tower Bridge.

1. Please provide some type of cups in the room - paper, reusable - I don't care. For example, people needing to take medication have to go either downstairs or up to bar to find a cup. Inconvenient. 2. I personally feel that all hotels should provide free tea and coffee making facilities in people's rooms - especially at this price point. 3. Please consider putting in 1 washing machine & dryer into ironing room. Happy to pay for this. I would have used it as I stayed 4 nights and had travelled for 30hrs +.

The location was perfect with quick access to the DLR and some great views overlooking the Tower of London. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I also liked the tech available and being able to control the TV, lighting and temperature using the ipad provided.

I was allocated an accessible room with adapted facilities therefore some of the things, such as the bathroom sink were too low down. The only mirror in the room was right next to the bathroom door so it was difficult to use it to dry my hair etc. Although tea and coffee was available downstairs, I would have liked to have had this in the room. I also found the breakfast to be very busy and understaffed with dirty plates being left on tables by previous users and not being cleared away.

The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The location is excellent--right next to Tower Hill station and the Tower of London is just across the street. The Tower pier is also nearby for the boat tours. The views from the room is fantastic. The food from the bar is great. Lastly, the common area has a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed could be more comfortable and the bathroom is too tiny.

WiFi didn’t work at all for our first day & staff were unable to fix this unfortunately. It did work for our second day though so think we were just unlucky. No parking, meant we had to spend a fortune in parking costs

The staff are really friendly. The check in and out was super fast. Location is excellent. The bar and rooftop bar was reasonably priced. Good selection of drinks. Relaxed and friendly bar.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Free water bottle refill at end of snackbar in lobby was very handy. The location is perfect as it is literally steps to the Tower Hill underground station. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Room was very comfortable and quiet. You control the TV, blinds, lights, temperature, etc. with a tablet in room which was easy to use.

Could have been a tad cleaner, as king bed takes up full width of room it is probably hard to clean around...there was a lot of dust and hair around ends of bed near window. Sheets didnt get changed on our one cleaning day in the 5-nights' stay. Otherwise everything else was excellent!
