Beautiful interior, really captivating. The staff is truly amazing, so kind and welcoming, the restaurants were really good and the bar up stairs was such a vibe. Also a really good area. Everything we wanted to see was max 20 minutes away. One of the best hotels I’ve been in, extremely recommend!!

This hotel is beyond amazing! Every single aspect is exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff couldn't have done more for us and the facilities are second to none. We were going to a play at the Harold Pinter Theatre which was only a quick 5-10 minute walk away, passed lots of gorgeous little shops and bars, perfect for West End visits! The car park was about a one minute walk away. The gorgeous little touches made it a truly personal and wonderful experience. We will 1000% be staying here again!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!

It was a very cozy environment with a very personal and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was ready to help me with whatever I needed. This was what i expected from a boutique hotel experience. Highly recommended for those traveling alone or with a partner.

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception could not maintain the same level of friendliness as the other employees, which is quite disappointing, as the reception acts as the hotel’s business card.

The hotel is outstanding in its decor and originality. The location is ideal for shopping and there are many eating places and pubs in the area The staff on arrival were very welcoming and dealt with every query with charm and efficiency throughout our short stay.

Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and charm, making it one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. It feels luxurious yet welcoming, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Every aspect of the experience was flawless – they truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Broadwick Soho is easily one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever visited, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

First impressions count, and the two gentleman on front desk were not only incredibly helpful but they deserve a rise! The check in process was seamless they held our bags, whilst we went and had a drink at the Jackie's bar (which is lovely, a little tight seat wise, but deco is faultless). The lady who served us behind the bar was friendly and ensuring we were okay frequently, felt truly taken care of. Once we were ready to head to our room the front of desk gentleman directed us to the lifts and were on hand for more than one bow tie drama - thank you for making our stay so welcoming and fun! The room - no fault, no words, the junior suite we booked has been thought out to a T! My favourite was the jade mirrors, marble bathroom and little touches to make remember a truly special hotel. Loved the decor, super quiet despite being in the hub and buzz of Soho. Location is perfect and given there were 5 of us getting ready for a 30th birthday there was more than enough space and storage for all. We had some celebratory drinks in the Flute Rooftop Bar (but inside as this was November!). Staff were very attentive and made extra effort for my friend to start the birthday on the right footing. Once again, front of house, offered to get us taxis but we opted for the uber as easier given number of us and some people wanting to walk, again location is so close to everything but hidden enough to not get lost in the crowd.

Everything! This is quite possibly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The Nook was lovely for an afternoon beverage and good read of a book, whilst the rooftop bar was a lovely evening drink.

We loved Lorraine who was serving on the night we stayed in The Nook and who will be now affectionately known as Champagne Lorraine. The interiors are beautiful and the staff had genuine warmth.

Just nitpicking now but it would be good to have more sustainable products in the bathroom and do away with the mini one-use servings however beautifully packaged. The rooms were on the small side but immaculately presented.

The staff were so friendly, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the breakfast was wonderful! You can’t beat the atmosphere of this place. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it.

The decor and breakfast was amazing Also the entertainment in Flute was great !

The reception wasn’t welcoming and rude ! I asked for a bag to put my candles in that I purchased in the hotel and the female member of staff was rude ! Although have taken it up with the duty manager who was very helpful!

The service and friendliness are excellent and the interior decor is superb. Very brave in places but succeeds.

Its a lovely boutique hotel, really nicely designed and full of style. The rooms are on the small side but well equipped, comfortable and sparkling clean. The location is simply perfect. Right in the hart of London. The bar at the rooftop is perfect for a drink!

Overall, I think the room price wasn't justified, even for a 5 starts hotel. I also think that 'breakfast included' is misleading and it should have said you get £30 pp to spend at their restaurant for breakfast. But that's probably a comment for Booking. Adding a service charge on top of the final bill felt a bit weird given we already paid for service at breakfast (it was added automatically) and left a tip in the room for the cleaning lady. They did remove it after I asked, but still .. didn't expect it.
