The staff and the customer service was excellent. I had some problems with my hostel stay, so they were really helpful and kind and solved the problem. Special thanks to the red haired lady at reception, she was super helpful and understanding.

Some guests at the hostel were quite loud and not friendly, which is something that the hostel obviously can't affect, but it did affect my stay a little at first.

The place is beautiful and an authentic old house with lots of style and great food, great location with a beautiful viewpoint and lots of bus stops, including sightseeing stops

Fantastic location, staff and vibe. The whole place is really interesting and a bit kooky but in a good way. The building is clearly very old and interesting. The restaurant is fantastic we had one dinner here and it was fantastic.

On the whole it was all really good but the room is a little tired and the shower was a little frustrating. Incredible water pressure but too much for the drain and would overflow the tray if turned on fully so had to play for ages adjusting to lowest flow possible to have a shower. Was ok but a shame. .

The property was in a great location to the Rossio metro station. The breakfast was amazing and totally worth it. The bed was comfortable. It is near a place that has music booming but that is everywhere in this area. Lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. Also a great view just across the street.

Breakfast is primordial for me and I give a 10 on 10 for what you served and the spirit in wich it had been served. It is a joyful time of the day 😉😊 Location is good and feel life (music in the parc)

The staff didn't return the €5 deposit to me. Also, they did not respond to my questions when I further asked them later.

Room was very noisy, could hear lots of screaming and shouting from the street. Without my earplugs probably would not have been able to sleep

Everything was ok

The building is spacious, with high sealings, nice staff and everything is easy - breakfast included and a free drink! The restaurant menu is very gastronomic and tasty. The location is very accessible and close to the center.

In the room the internet didn't work unfortunately but it was working well in the lobby.

The atmosphere is amazing, the staff were very kind and helpful, the location was perfect, the breakfast was really good. The welcome drink was such a good surprise. In the room the storage was spacious.

Only one shower worked during my staying, and the bathroom is a bit tight. One idea that might be practical is to put a shelf on the wall next to the beds, so that people can put their phones or access cards there during the sleep.

Overall 9* out of 10. Outstanding front desk, comfy bed, good breakfast and great location. Action speaks louder than words, I am a happy revisitor :)

This location is unbeatable! Situated opposite a scenic viewpoint, it's conveniently close to numerous major attractions. The staff were consistently supportive. The building is in great shape! The communal showers were well-maintained, featuring strong water pressure and comfortably warm temperatures. Each bed in the shared dormitory was equipped with its own light and a conveniently placed outlet for charging electronic devices.

The lockers in each room are clearly labeled with the corresponding bed number. However, upon arrival, one might find that their assigned locker is already in use. While I recognize this issue often stems from guest behavior rather than hotel management, it would be beneficial if measures could be taken to address it. Additionally, this was my first experience with a three-tier bunk bed, and being assigned the topmost bed was somewhat daunting, particularly when descending in the dark.

The staff are realy pleasant and would be happy to give recommendations if asked There's a large and bright living room to share with a kitchen.

Two of the three showers were not functioning unfortunately. Luckily it was a low season.

I really liked the vibe of the place - it's GORGEOUS, first of all, and in an incredible location across from one of the best views in the City! The triple-decker bunk bed were great. I was on the bottom bunk so I can't speak to the comfort of the other bunks, but mine was extremely comfortable. There are individual plugs and lights in each bunk, which is an amazing hostel feature I now look for. Staff were great, and I felt very safe there. They even had soy milk for breakfast! Plus, they give you a free drink voucher! It's not a party hostel but you can meet people if you want. 10/10, would recommend to all!

Breakfast didn't have great vegan options, but I wasn't really expecting much.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money, we booked a private suite, even though the property functions as a hostel too. It was quiet, tidy, and the location is top tier. Not really in the city center but a 10min walk downhill to all the sightseeing monuments. The tram 24 (if i’m not mistaken) stops right in front of the hotel!

It’s an old building so the floors were squeaky but that didn’t bother us that much since we were out of the room the whole day.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center and with a great night life around. Right in front of the property there is one of the greatest views of the city. Less than 10 mins away you have one of the best vegan restaurants I've experienced.

The beds are not the most comfortable, specially with the plastic cover. Plus you only have one place to plug next to your bed, which can be too little for travellers. But overall it's a great choice.

The fabulous location right in front of the amazing view point; also well connected with the Metro stations. Great friendly staff and amazing dinner options.

Love the location and the building is really nice. Our double room was facing the back which also had a nice view. Love the lady running the breakfast. So nice and funny.

The guy who checked us in was not happy or welcoming. All the rest of the staff was very nice but not him.
