My wife and I have traveled the world. This was one of the top three hotels we have ever stayed at our life. The location was fantastic, staff was great, and breakfast was awesome. When we returned to Portugal, we will definitely stay here again again.

We were offered and took the city tour. Hotel has cool lounge featuring ruins of the 15th century and older. Food always available and excellent. Comfortable beds. Spa-like shower.

Great location - easy to get around. Very quiet at night. The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. There were daily hikes, snacks, and experiences all provided in the room rate. Wonderful stay.

Excellent location within walking distance of all the sights or transport to the sights and plenty of food places. Staff were wonderful and friendly, I was Travelling solo with an infant and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Anna, the concierge, did a great walking tour. Enjoyed the snacks in the afternoon and fresh fruit in the lobby plus the evening cocktail. Breakfast was also good, table service and a good choice of dishes. Nice detox juices :)

An exceptional stay at Corpo Santo Hotel—without doubt one of the finest hotels we’ve experienced. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and extra effort every staff member makes to ensure your stay is memorable. A special thank you to Yara on reception for her warm hospitality, and to the wonderful gentleman at breakfast who started each day with kindness and a smile. Highly recommended when visiting Lisbon.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk area has coffee/tea/water bottles at all times plus various snacks and baked goods available day and night. We had the option of several complimentary walking tours and evening activities like wine tasting and gin tasting. An amazing breakfast is included and served in a beautiful restaurant. They hooked us up with a wonderful private tour through Just Tour It and also gave us a wonderful restaurant suggestion. There is a relaxing downstairs lounge area, which we nicknamed the grotto, with several sofas and tables and chairs where we relaxed and brought cocktails from the bar at the end of the day. The room has an amazing bathtub with some type of system where you can unwind with select music and lights which was appreciated after miles of walking! Loved the quieter central location and proximity to the river. That helped us always find our way back.

The breakfast was excellent not a buffet like most hotels these days and no help yourself coffee machines that sometimes dont work properly . Breakfast can be custom made fresh to your choice all in all very good

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly special by the exceptionally friendly staff. The hospitality was outstanding, featuring delightful touches like fresh fruit, cake, and even a chocolate fondue. We especially appreciated the generous inclusions, such as the guided walking tours, wine tastings, and evening cocktails. The spa provided a perfect retreat, and the breakfast was simply sumptuous with an impressive variety of choices. Strategically located within walking distance of major attractions and with a tram stop right at the doorstep, this hotel offers both luxury and convenience. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, and our overall experience truly elevated our entire stay in Lisbon. The hotel is set in a beautiful neoclassical building with a boutique feel and only a small number of rooms, which makes a big difference. It never felt crowded - not at breakfast, not even when using the elevator. The whole atmosphere is very calm and relaxed The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite. The treats throughout our stay were lovely and much appreciated! The location is a solid 10/10, and we enjoyed some incredible meals at restaurants nearby. I would come back 100%

Great hotel, staff welcoming and friendly In a perfect place for exploring Lisbon, the buses and trams stop outside. Table of goodies in reception area to nibble on is a nice touch, sauna & steam room was lovely and a complimentary port & cheeseboard went down a treat! Christopher, the restaurant manager was fabulous and definitely loves his job! He made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It was really clean and the staff were excellent. There were complimentary drinks and snacks readily available. It was very good value for money too.

Although there was a wide choice for breakfast, the service was at the table. There were occasions when people who came in after us had been served, and left, before we had our breakfast. One morning, one of our breakfast’s didn’t arrive at all.

What a fabulous hotel. Unassuming on the outside but the most welcoming and thoughtful hotel on the inside. In a quiet location but a couple of minutes walk to many highlights, lots of restaurants and tram stops. Have never been to a hotel that has so many extra touches, outdoing bigger chain hotels in every way. From the friendly welcome with a drink and snack bar in reception. The daily free walking tours. Happy hour and midnight snacks in lobby! The rooms are lovely with super comfy beds, free mini bar and the most amazing showers. Free Turkish spa and even archeological exhibits in basement. The breakfast was superb too.

Loved this property - location, staff, cleanliness and comfort.

It was so nice that they had some food waiting for us after our long flight! They upgraded us to a family suite and it was amazing. The location was perfect. Close to Alfama and Chiado. The woman who served us breakfast was so nice and on our son's birthday she surprised us with cake and champagne. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful - a central location, the warm welcome and courteous service, the delicious breakfast, snacks, beverages, and evening tastings, comfortable bed, and spa bathroom. We took one of the complimentary morning walking tours led by a terrific guide whose enthusiasm for the history of Lisbon shone through. My favorite parts of the hotel were the lower level lounge/reading room where a section of an ancient wall is preserved and where I spent time reading and relaxing, and the spa which has a small jacuzzi, sauna, steam, and halotherapy rooms.

Everything :-) The best service I‘ve ever had in a hotel! And the breakfast was super delicious as well. Bed was very comfortable.

This was a perfect hotel for my husband and me. Superb location, superb service, large room, delicious breakfast, evening complimentary drink, constant supply of free delicious Portuguese treats, evening bed turndown, just high class all around. The Roman ruins under the first floor are phenomenal.

The conveniences like free breakfast, readily available free food and drinks in multiple locations, a candy buffet for the kids, and the exceedingly helpful staff were great.

The staff were all amazing. So helpful and nothing was too much for them. I would particularly like to mention the manager Andree who went out of his way to make our stay really exceptional. Many thanks Andree and to all your team. We only had breakfast at the hotel but again this was wonderful. We also had cocktails in the evening at the bar and again the service was exceptional.

Great position in Lisbon

We absolutely loved the stay. The breakfasts were wonderful, with freshly served juices every morning and a great variety of high-quality products. The location was very convenient, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel for nine days while visiting Lisbon for a conference, and the time I spent here felt both warm and elegant. Located in the Cais do Sodré area, the hotel has excellent access to transportation—buses, metro, trains, and ferries are all nearby. It was also very easy to walk to the beautiful Tagus River, which I visited almost every day. What I will remember most about this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. The reception team, the concierge who led the walking tour, the breakfast staff, and the lobby staff all made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary walking tour and cocktail time offered by the hotel were also enjoyable and well organized. If I have the chance to visit Lisbon again, I would definitely love to stay here again—next time with my family.
