Corpo Santo Historical Hotel, Lisbon

Everything was perfect. Especially the location was super and every staffs were very kind and supportive.

The place is wonderful and the service is beautiful, especially Mr. Faisal, who is very helpful and everyone

All the amenities of the property were absolutely amazing. The staff were brilliant, professional and super friendly. The rooms were kept in immaculate condition and cleanliness by the housekeeping staff. Left the property with a huge smile on our faces and super satisfied. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay here.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience.

Both the location and the service were excellent. We were impressed by the unlimited drinks, the surprise food and the authentic building. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The staff were so attentive, we loved the sweets in the lobby and the different foods and the free massage.

Many complementary foods and drinks and very cooperative stuff and very very clean rooms , I would like to go back to lisbon because of this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Good location. Train station nearby to explore Sintra or Cascais. Superb breakfast served at the table. Free guided city tour. In the afternoon free drinks, cookies, nuts & sweets.

The staff we're unbelievable. We have never had service like this. The kindness with food on each floor, down to the free bar fridge was unreal. Location was also great.

Service was above and beyond any previous experiences, even at much more expensive hotels. Made our Lisbon trip one of our favorite moments of 2023

The only small downside is that the spa is a little small and the showers in the spa are not amazing. But that's really nitpicking

The location is great, close to all the important monuments (3' away from Praca do Comercio). The staff is very polite and accomodating, free food and tours are offered and the restaurant works all day long. The rooms are spacious (we had a Superior Double) and the towels were changed everyday. The food served at the restaurant was tasty. The lobby on -1 floor has some amazing relics of the city's walls, totally worth visiting.

The hotel lacks luxury and perfection. The building from the outside doesn't give the impression of a 5* hotel, the restaurant area needs upgrading and the decoration of the rooms needs some care too (artworks, rugs and furniture). All in all, the hotel is a bit overpriced.

The lobby is fantastic, with food available all day. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the guided tours were excellent. The hotel looks very ordinary from the outside, but inside it is fantastic, and we look forward to coming back agian.

I didn't like the fact that we only stayed for 3 nights, because there was so much to do and see around Lisbon.

Loved the very convenient location, the friendly staff, the restaurant, the different themed floors, and the beautiful room.

We had trouble with our A/C and our minibar, but the staff was responsive. We were not able to take advantage of all the extras the hotel offers, so maybe the hotel was more expensive than we would have otherwise paid, but the hotel was still wonderful!

Great location and staff

The staff, the treats available on each floor and in the lobby,and the free tour and history of the country by the staff. In addition, the hotel was generally very accommodating. The lounge, and all other areas in the hotel to relax outside of the room was a great idea!

The staff at the reception were very friendly and their customer service excellent ! Paulo was exceptionally helpful in recommending places to visit and he was willing to help in every way possible. Sergio Pinto was our guide on the morning walking tour; he was very pleasant and knowledgeable with a joyous personality and we enjoyed every minute of the walk! Thanks a million, Sergio, you were simply great. The food was excellent - be it at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Corpo Santo Historical is a true 5 Star Hotel I would gladly recommend and will definitely go back!

It is a matter of preference - to me the mattress was a little too hard.

I loved everything about it the hotel is wonderful and everything is perfect. The attention to details is amazing. The staff is lovely. The reception is full of of complementary snacks and drinks.

Very friendly team which all the time is at your service, silent rooms with double windows, large bed and great bed sheets, excellent breakfast which you get served, restaurant/bar, wellness facilities - great place to stay

Location was excellent, the staff was stellar and I could not believe they had so many treats (felt like I was on a cruise) and free 20 min massage. So wonderful!
