Great central location .

Drain smell in the bathroom . I know this is a problem in lisbon .

I liked the room decor, layout, and location was perfect.

The shower didn't have proper draining, so you could only take 2-3 minute showers and wait until it drained :(

Close to all the main attractions

Door key kept locking us out which was a challenge when reception wasn’t manned. Apart from that - good value for the money.

there is a front desk and always there to help, the room is quite clean.

the room is a bit small, if you have two persons with big luggage, it's a bit crowded.

Staff could have been more helpful as I was from another country & struggled with the language barrier

The location was really good, you could walk anywhere and tons of restaurants to choose from.

The A/C was not strong which made the room hot and stuffy at night.

The glass door of the bathroom/toilet was stressful, which was not closing properly.

Well, we were upgraded on our arrival and that was a great start. The front of the hotel and the reception area were - to be honest - a bit underwhelming. However, the receptionist was really helpful and kindly arranged our taxi for a 4am drive to the airport next morning. Which was great value too at just 25 Euros. The clincher though was the room. Very clean, well air-conditioned and remarkable value for money. The location was great as well - allowing us to stroll down to the river that evening and stroll back through Santa Maria Maior and Augusta Street

Nothing really. It met our needs for a short stay perfectly.

Luggage space in the room was limited Side tables were mirror glass and cracked Most lights weren't working. But not a big deal.

Room was comfortable, perfectly located, and staff very helpful regarding nearby restaurants and things to do. The bed was incredible and possibly the best bed/mattress i've ever slept on.

Great location and comfortable room in the heart of Lisbon surrounded by bars and restaurants and easy access to many sights of the city.

Charges of E2.50 for tea and coffee in the room.
