Loved the building and location

Exceptional building, lovingly restored. Gave the impression of an intimate, boutique experience. Yet also had modern pool and facilities.

The aircon in my room didn’t work, nor did the hairdryer, which was a dated wall assembly.

you have an option of a nice walk in the palace garden , breakfast have a nice varieties the staff is so helpful as well and kind i like the different living room that still have a palace stamp :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great attention. Lovely touches, bed turned down every evening and chocolates on your pillow.

The staff were friendly and helpful in the restaurant and bar.

Housekeeping was slow and inefficient, but after speaking with the manager, the situation improved strongly. We were happy with the feedback we received from the hotel manager. She was very helpful.

Beautiful gardens, the building and decor. Large, comfortable rooms with coffee machine, complimentary port, water.

The heated pool was a little cold, the hamam was not hot and the room cleaning staff twice entered our room without knocking.

Everything……beautiful! The highlight of our trip! Can’t stop telling everyone how wonderful it was!

No complaints. Just the bathroom was kind of dark. I tried using the small mirror to apply makeup. It’s too far from sink area and so dark.next time I’ll just bring my own…..we will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone and surely return again

It is a Palace, so it was a unique experience to stay in a hotel of this old European style.

The location is ok, it was nice to walk around the surroundings, but it is not walkable to the city center.

Beautiful hotel in Belem, staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely garden and pavilion perfect for lunch on the terrace.

A bit walking from the wing to the restaurant in the main building, but not a big problem for us.

So clean and the staff so nice! And the property in itself is beautiful!

Quite possibly the best breakfast we've had. Exquisite and abundant. The pool and spa was luxurious and the palace itself was open to freely seep into a bygone palatial era.

Beautiful hotel, Stunning gardens and fantastic pools - If you want luxury look no further. Breakfast in the palace rooms was superb.

Our room was a bit dated but we did know that when we booked. We stayed for the facilities. If owners are reading, rooms could do with a spruce up ; )

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in ! You are treated like royalty . The staff is nice and kind as well as very skillful . The landscaping is green and lush and makes you forget you are in Lisbon and not a resort. There are beautiful pools and good restaurants,all one can wish for in one place.
