Excellent breakfast

The fact that there wasn’t a lifeguard in the very busy pool - a child collapsed by the pool on Sunday, and there was no support or help available from the staff.

Everything. The hotel was unbeliveably beautiful, clean and nice. Staff was super nice and helpful. The value for money was exceptionable. One of those hotels that make you feel amazing and that yo udon´t even need to go out of the property. Pool was really amazing and all the old quinta rooms.

Can´t think of anything I didn´t like at this hotel, perhaps only the fact that I could only stay one night...

Loved the Hotel decorations. Breakfast was fantastic with a very big variety.

The room chosen said on here it was city view, but it didn't have any city view it was to the back of the hotel with only trees to be seen. The hotel is a bit confusing to find where exit is and the restaurant, as we were on 1109 2 lifts a 2 corridors to be walked through. Toilet Paper is 1layer, for a 5* I would expect more. At Breakfast we were shown our table out side and told that any coffees would be served by the waitress but this didn't happen, so as others were doing we were self serving from the big nespresso machine, a waitress came to me saying I couldn't be serving myself and I replied that others were doing the same and that I have been waiting for long, and the lady just said to me, that she would be told off if the guests were up. I didn't reply to that, but in my opinion they should have more people serving or train better the existing because it's not my fault that I was up serving myself.

Breakfast:* The breakfast was delightful. A wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, were available. The coffee was particularly good, and the staff was attentive, ensuring everything was replenished promptly. *Room:* The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. a cozy bed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. *Pool:* The pool area was a highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great place to relax. There were plenty of loungers, and the pool itself was a good size for swimming. The ambiance was enhanced by pleasant landscaping. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable.

There is no business center.

Beautiful gardens, great palace rooms. Exceptional and very comfortable.

Slight criticism is that in some areas paintwork was a little chipped.but didn’t detract from overall experience

The beauty of the garden and the swimming pool area. The interior of the palace. The breakfast was great, the space is beautiful and the staff very nice.

The hotel is simply stunnng. The dining rooms and bar along with the plethora of sitting rooms are remarkable. The bedrooms comfy and the pools are amazing. The cleaning staff were amazing and very friendly and professional. Also the doormen were exceptional. Well done to them!

My only complaint was the bar manager, or supervisor. He couldn’t cope with the orders and was quite abrupt and rude to clients and even children. It really was not acceptable.

Quiet area away from crowds, excellent hotel comfortable rooms and fab pool.

Room acoustics could be better. Food ok though pricey but not unexpected for a 5 star hotel.

My favourite part was the pool, the staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful .

Lovely hotel, couldn't fault it. The staff were really kind and thoughtful.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The atmosphere and staff where top notch, and the room accommodations were perfect.

Everything is amazing!

The indoor swimming pool wasn't heated.

The main building and the gardens were abolutely breathtaking, there's no other way to describe it. The hotel staff was also very professional, nice, kind and accomodating.

There was a persisting smell in the bedroom, even with the AC on - we had to ask the hotel staff to air the room and use perfumy products a couple of times during our stay. Also, too bad the level of refinement of the main building was not replicated in the bedrooms :). The location is not really in the center of Lisbon, but close enough to enjoy the stay.

Quality of service

The expectation of having a larger room, being 3, and not only an extra bed. When they offer a terrace, it is actually a space without any view. It is more like a smoking chair with a table

Didn’t let us turn the sound up on the tv when euros were on. Lunch menu at pool was very limited

It’s a great hotel if you want to do sightseeing and also have a relaxing break by the pool

Check-in took quite long. Not enough light in bathroom - especially for cosmetic mirror.

Excellent facilities and just a few minutes away from the heart of Lisbon and Belem. Pool was a great place to come back to at the end of the day.

Breakfast is plentiful but no change day to day.
