Wonderful place, very helpful staff, large spacious room, quite lounge and restaurant with a character. Lift access to all floors. Walking distances to the many restaurants, significant locations and centre, while sightseeing tramp, tuks can be got across the road. Walking distance to the metro and ample public transportation options.

We had a great view of the plaza out front with two sets of big french doors that opened. Very lively all night but well worth a small bit of noise for the view and people watching. Buskers provided nice (soft!) guitar music that added to the ambiance. My husband is a very light sleeper and we found that noise was not a problem at all with the french doors closed. Adjacent to Bario Alto and Chiado. I should also mention that we were there during the feast of San Antonio so the room rates all over Lisbon were unusually high.

Just a warning that the walking in this area of Lisbon can be very difficult. Lots of hills and very narrow pitched sidewalks with constant tripping hazards. But that's Lisbon. If you are elderly, out of shape or have any mobility problems at all be sure to stay in the flat Baxia area.

Very good looking and well furnished room with a lot of thoughtful features (such as old fashioned Bluetooth radio) and comfy bed. Superb location

Location was great! We rented the 2 bedrooms apartment and it was amazing! The AC unit in my room didn't work, and it was leaking, but they bring in a portable unit, which works more like a fan.

The breakfast was not the best, few selections, and you have to order off the menu. We had just coffee, juice, yogurts and croissants. There was no pool or gym at the resort. Other than that, everything else was great! 1

Room was really beautiful, amazing view, very well appointed and spotlessly clean.

Location, location, location. When we choose hotels, location is very important, and LeConsult was very good. Great place to walk all the old town, and also board the #28 trolley. Staff was very helpful identifying simple-meal, nearby restaurants. The room was very good - outstanding bed - far better than the plain, outside appearance of the building.

Great hotel, wonderful location. Big room. Friendly staff. Nice lounge upstairs (though closed on certain days).

I wish there had been a second chair! Certainly the room was big enough room for one. Staff was pretty knowledgeable -- but could perhaps be more so (e.g. they didn't know the current fare of the street car and didn't suggest we get a pass that would've made the trips cheaper). The location can be noisy (mediocre - at best musicians camped in square outside) -- luckily there are shutters to block out much of street noise.

The location the staff the apartments are five star quality we stayed here as a hen party weekend and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly team!! The room was very pointed with lots of room for our family of 4 adults. Large space in the apartment. Just a beautiful room. Great decor and we absolutely LOVED the restaurant ROVE! So good!

Marcia at reception went over and above to help with everything... restaurant recommendations were superb! Communication was superb! I felt so comfortable and at home... it was relaxing and fun at the same time.

My room faced the square. It was a magnificent view. I discovered that Lisbon's nightlife was very active, even at 4 AM. But closing the balcony shutters and door solved the problem. The full moon view was incredible!

The hotel has a great vibe, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and it's perfectly situated in a central location within the city.

The room was excellent size and comfortable - the location and the bar downstairs were excellent. The staff were amazing. The view was also exceptional which is why we will return to stay here

there being no wash basin in the WC was an issue and inconvenience. Minor issue was the shutter didn't completely shut and block out the light

The location was great! Our balcony overlooked the square and we enjoyed the live entertainment every night. The market stalls were also very good. It was also walkable to great restaurants and shopping.

There were no umbrellas in the room closets and when we requested an umbrella at front desk they were all out. My impression was they did not have umbrellas to match rooms. Considering the cost for the room I would recommend you have umbrellas in each room closet for the room’s guest to use if required. Although there is nothing that can be done it was noisy when other guests arrived, departed and you could hear people walking above us as they had their shoes on. During the day would not be a problem but after midnight it did wake and keep us up.

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, ideal for first time visitors to beautiful Lisboa.

Great location and charming.

Elevator was out of service but we were advised in advance and still chose to stay. The carpeting, it was a weird thin kind looks as though it was played over hardwood floors. It would have been nicer to have flooring with area rugs but that type may be common in Europe. Not a big deal.

From all the front desk team of Jahid, Deb, Parisa, Pedro- each one of them engaging, sharp, very customer oriented. Responded instantly to any and all requests with a smile. THEY TRULY MADE OUR STAY EXCEPTIONAL!

ONLY negative was the bathroom sink was a small bowl, but certainly usable. Everything else- perfect (especially the view onto Luis de Camoes square.
