A very big and clean room, very stylish. Used the heated pool, loved the facilities! The staff was super friendly and helpful

We know the “Virgin” as the Hard Rock and we still love the pool, the location and it is for us the best location in Vegas. Just a 25 min walk to the strip or Convention Center, nice Restaurants around and incl parking. We really love the Pools and it smells so good in the Hotel. The beds are super and the quality of the rooms is great!

The resort fee for sure, but to be honest the pool is worth it. The pillows were too big and hard for us.

The room was fabulous, roomy clean and comfortable - an affordable upgrade at check-in. The bed was super comfy with quality linens. The soundproofing was good too - I didn’t hear any noise at all and I loved the large bath tub. I didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that. There is a good range of catering options. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The hot breakfast items were lukewarm at best - even my made to order eggs were cold by the time I got back to my table. Maybe serving hot food on hot plates instead of stone cold ones might help. I found the location slightly disappointing as it was further off the main strip than I realised so needed to use cabs for venturing out to explore Vegas.

Close to the strip and the concert venue inside the hotel was super convenient

Wonderful decor, ambiance on point. Lobby was delightfully decorated, inviting and luxurious. The room was PERFECT!!! The vanity and double closet setup was really handy for our event preparations. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE and loved the extra stool chairs. They really thought of everything. Bathroom has nice lighting and the shower made me want to move in permanently. Recommend 10/10 for value and location was excellent. We are locals and it was a much needed staycation.

There was a stain that looked questionable on the top sheet. Oops. Other than that it couldn’t have been better.

The comfort of beds and how clean and open the room was. Any staff I encountered were pleasant.

If you are there for a concert I highly recommend NOT wasting your money on a fast pass at the venue, they are supposed to let fast pass in before general admission, but that was not the case. Me and my family were the first 50 with a fast pass and by the time we were let it, they already let general admission fill up the venue we were behind approximately 300 general admissioners, none were VIP because those were on tier 2. It was definitely a scam for the hotel to cash in on extra money without doing anything extra bestides making 2 separate lines, DO NOT WASTE YOUT MONEY.

Security in the casino harassed our daughter who had her ID stolen but was able to present a student id and her passport. They made her leave, which mean our entire party left as well.

The room was clean and spacious. Appreciate the free parking since we went in and out multiple times.

We reserved a strip view and expected to be higher up, but were put on the 4th floor, so not really a view of anything except the courtyard. There was a band playing on Fri night- after 6 hours of travel and dinner, we wanted to get some sleep, and unfortunately, the loud music was right outside our room. Even though we were told it would end by 10 it was another hour before the loud yelling stopped and people left the courtyard.

Room set up and decor

Location: confusing on where to enter parking garage, and no luggage carts.

I liked that it was easy to get to, and the free valet. The bed was very comfortable. I also liked how the light switches were all labeled & the ease of being able to plug in our phones & watches. I also liked how the wifi information was provided on the TV screen and we didn't have to search for it. The separate vanity & mirror was also a nice feature.

There was no coffee available in the room, which was very disappointing. There was no 24 hour room service either, which was surprising. We arrived at 8 pm and there was no option to order room service, as only the breakfast menu was available and then not until 6 am the next morning. As we had an early morning flight, it would have been nice to at least be able to order a pot of coffee & muffins. Also, there were only two large towels and for a king room, I expected at least 4 large towels, since there were two people on the reservation & staying in the room. The bathroom set up was a little awkward, with the location of the door, and shower door. It was actually easier to leave the bathroom door open in order to easily open & close the shower door. The toilet took a long time to refill and flush more than once. The shower head, was really high & anyone shorter than 6 feet would not be able to switch it to the wand.

Design, restaurants and staff

Can’t recommend this property enough. Fantastic value in Vegas. Extremely modern, clean and great staff. Good prices for food too. If I’m ever back in Vegas, this will be top of my list.

Room size is excellent. Comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food, drinks, and service at Lucia was great. Absolutely delicious!

The food and service at Chef Xue was subpar. Food was ok, but the service was quite terrible. Rice for two and one dish came out together, and then it took almost 10 minutes for the second dish to arrive. Server could not have cared less.

Beautiful modern rooms, we love the design and the size of the rooms. We like that you are off the strip and it is more quiet than at the strip hotels.

Staff sometimes wasn’t that friendly more neutral which is fine for me. We had a door in the room to the neighboring room which unfortunately made us hear every word of the girls drama next door. We never made that experience here before so we guess it was just bad neighbour luck!

There is nothing negative about the property except some of the security is a little aggressive and inconsistent on what they want to “police” at the bars.

Honestly, the only thing I did not like was the confusion when we booked our room. There are new buildings and the old. But I have to say, the manager took really good care of us with what happened....

Great hotel. Every staff member we encountered was very accommodating and helpful . The staff at kassi beach club were outstanding. The property was nice, but the staff is what the made the property special.

Loved the vip tower ruby, but we had no view. Our view was the parking lot. The rooms and some areas of the hotel can use extra cleaning. The casino area is very small.

Room, pool and facilities

Didn’t have tea/coffee machine in the room. Due to a conference taking place for 2 days the lifts to the rooms were stopped and controlled by staff and we were told that the conference party taking place on the top floor they had priority over paying customers and then we were shouted at for taking the stairs by security. Paying customers should have the priority not a conference.

We wanted to visit the beach club but were not able to as it closes at 6 (if I remember correctly). The room could have been a bit cleaner

The hotel has so many great places to eat and drink, including quick and reasonable prices for Vegas prices. The staff was super helpful when I asked about staying at a lower level cause I’m afraid of heights and they were super understanding, and made the arrangements possible for me to stay at a lower level.

My only complain was the mold in the shower, it was bad black all around. I alway travel with Clorox wipes and did a cleanup myself. I understand that the staff have a lot of work to do in a short amount of time, I’ve stayed here before and the other rooms weren’t like this.

This was my 2nd time at Virgin. The hotel is amazing. It’s been updated and is really decadent. All amenities are superb. I loved the affordable late check out option. The POOLS are everything. So clean and varied. You get a pool experience and a beach experience. It’s really fantastic.

The location off the strip was actually nice. It was still close to everything but it didn’t get packed in the evenings . The room was amazing - plenty of space in the double room. They had yoga and Pilates classes on site - complimentary for guests!

I’ve stayed at a few of Virgin properties & this one did have more signs of “wear” and wasn’t 100% spotless. But for Vegas, it was still very clean. It definitely was dirty at all in the room but the halls there stains on the carpets…. Ice machine was dirty…. Etc. but very minor things Oh and the app is inconvenient. It isn’t the normal Virgin hotel app or the Hilton app. It is a separate Virgin hotel LV app and you can only gain access to the room features if you sign up for the cherry rewards - and you can only do that in person. We wanted room service one night but there wasn’t an app to order from or a menu in the room…. So that was a bit of a bummer

- Spacious modern room, and also a very spacious and nice bathroom - Several restaurants with good food quality - The staff was friendly and helpful - Nice outside areas and pools - Live music in the bar - Some extra events can be booked. E.g. there was a rock band one night.

- I had picked the hotel because I knew it would be really hot in Vegas and the pool area looked really nice. But it turned out that you could only stay there if you had a lounge chair and there were never enough. So we needed to book a cabana - $150 per day during the week and $300 on weekends. No option for booking per hour, and we did not want to stay so long. - Cocktails at the pool were expensive, tasted of artificial flavors, and looked very food-colored. - No free drinking water. Tap water tastes bad. A bottle of water is $8. - No coffee machine in the room - The music was very loud everywhere. When we sat in the restaurant, we heard very loud music from inside, very loud music from the pool, and very loud rock music from the event lawn at the same time. - The air conditioning was set to very low temperatures in the restaurants and the casino. We always needed sweaters. Why would anybody want it extremely cold inside while it is extremely hot outside? - If you touch anything in the fridge or from the snack tray, you are charged immediately. This is not really clear at first view. - Also, I was curious about the "Romantic Kid" on the snack tray and read the "ingredients". Turned out it was two condoms and a towel. Guess the price - $69!! - The light switches were weird - it took me forever to figure out how to get the right lights on in the bathroom. All in all, the hotel is clearly not 'customer first', but 'make money first'. I would not use it again.

The hotel buildings seemed relatively new compared to other famous hotels, and I really liked about that. It was squiky clean and very comfortable. You can use the pool for free as well!! Ofc food were expensive but they were aesthetic & tasted way better than I expected.

There is a mandatory "Resort Fee" that are taken additionally other than the staying fee, when checking in, and I wasn't expecting it to be so much. Was 150$ for 1 night. So even the room pricings looks relatively cheap, it will end up not that cheap.

I loved the restaurants on the property. If I didn’t want to view the strip then I could have easily stayed in the hotel since it has everything.

My room was right next to the pool so I could hear the DJ and all of the activity when I would come back to my room to rest.
