Super cute space, the bed was very comfortable.

Modern, clean, nice styling, great value, no smoking, great restaurant

Air conditioning in rooms kept coming on and off very loudly every night and kept us awake. Very loud music outside also kept us awake until late into the night

Huge hotel- a little more signage would help navigating around. Breakfast included would have been very nice.

The bedroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. I love the vanity and de big mirror over there. The space was really good! The view from our unit was really beautiful too!

only the smoke smell all over the main entrance of the hotel but is Vegas baby, Vegas is Vegas!

The room was modern, clean, and functional, better than most Vegas hotels.

We only stayed very briefly—just overnight to get some rest—but overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room design was very nice and modern, and the bed was pretty comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep.

One thing to note: the room was quite a long walk from the reception area, as we had to walk through the casino to get there. That seems to be a common setup in many Las Vegas hotels, but still something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with lots of luggage or in a hurry.

food by the pool was extremely expensive and you didn't get much no 2-bedroom suites!

Booking/paying for sunbeds in the adult pool. No shuttle bus to the strip, Location is too far to walk, taxis are required.

The rooms are great! pool time always fun.

my only grievances is a better pet facility if you have a pet floor and allow pets please build them a park for large dogs and small dogs the relief section is very bad.

I liked that I didn’t have to pay for parking, unlike any other hotel parking garage on or close to the strip.

The WiFi wasn’t good and couldn’t play Hulu on the TV

The hotel is a short drive from the strip and offers free parking which is important if staying a number of nights. The room was spacious and well fitted out. The hotel has a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

There were far too few sun beds around the pool for the number of guests and only one free pool out of 3 was open on the 2 days we wanted to use them. For a hotel with other 1000 rooms, less than 100 pool beds is inadequate

Enjoyed the room and the amenities in the hotel - really love one of the restaurants in the hotel. The pool was nice and unique with sand on the bottom, but the music was really loud on one side of the pool.

It was a little bit of a long walk to get from check in to the room.

1. The safe deposit was dead. Several visits by security and engineering staff and replacing the batteries inside, they still could not repair it. The solution was to replace the safe and wait hours, so we declined. 2. The shower had lukewarm water 3. The bedside clock was not set: had the wrong time, date and had some asian language NOT English. The stuff came but did not know how to set it right. They brought another lock and that wasn't set right. Finally some came while we were out and left a clock with the correct setting. Again, needed 3 visits to set a clock!

Room was great, having the separate lounge area a particular treat. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nice size hotel with reasonable choice of restaurants. For us the location was great, but we had a car - might be a little restrictive without one.

Not keen on the sand in the pool! A few more restaurant choices would be good

Needs a coffee pot

It was very modern and clean, and the room had a homey feeling.

The music in the lobby was very loud, I basically had to shout to be heard 😅.

Room and Location, gym was great. Pool location was closed due to something (Maintenance assumed)

Big Resort Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to airport. When I arrived there only few people at the front desk and a queue formed itself quickly. Took quite long to check in.

My only reason to downgrade the hotel is that the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. We were there in April. I can’t imagine in the heat of summer

Location, room layout, quiet and loved the shower.

No refrigerator available because it was stocked with drinks that if moved would charge us. Valet parking took up the close parking to the elevator. Breakfast not being included we understand but the cost of breakfast was crazy expensive for what we got.

The property is new and has a good vibe but it would be a best in summer. Pool area will be amazing when finished. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Casino is small. Lucia Mexican restaurant was awful. Come on it’s not hard to have good food. The house margarita was HORRIBLE. Our room was in the Ruby suites. The layout was odd to me. I didn’t like the wardrobe next to door. Felt uncomfortable and weird. Rain shower head was broken and shower mixer handle just falls off. Large bathtub was nice but again the overflow plate just fell off. Fix your bathroom hardware. I work in hospitality and this was annoying.

found a hair in bathroom, also not so happy on the tropic shower to normal shower switch tightness - it was still leaking from above

Went to a concert

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Enough space for me and my plus one to work from the room for a couple days. Hotel looks very well taken care and clean.

I didn’t like the distance to the strip, is a 30min walk one way that after walking on the strip for a while that walk back was too much.

The room numbers were confusing. And lots of spaces were not open I guess due to remodeling

We were getting married in vegas and no effort was made to make this special day maybe it would be great if this hotel applied a bit more of personal touch to our stay

The environment

Very clean, fresh towels when needed. Chef Xue excellent. We enjoyed hot tub. Beds very comfortable, needed a comfy chair on opposite side of room. Lots of things to do in the hotel itself.

The Kitchen buffet not good service or food. Location a bit far for walking to main strip.

Great coffee shop (Funny Library) but most employees didn’t know about it. I’d ask if there was a coffee shop shop in the building and they would only tell me to get coffee from the restaurant or Dunkin.

It’s a super nice hotel, a bit away from the strip but still close. Inside the hotel you have everything you need from bar to pizza all night to gym to juice bar and so on. I really loved staying here

The only thing that was surprising to me is that in January the outdoor pools are closed which is fine but then they charge 75$ for the indoor pool/spa area per day as an additional charge.. I feel with the price per night it should be included
