Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

Staff was very professional, helpful, and cordial. Very customer service oriented in every restaurant, shop, game area, as well as the people stationed around the property just to assist when you're lost.

The smell of smoke permeated the whole lobby and casino, and the use of air fresheners to mask or hide it just made it worse.

When we arrived we were told the room we booked wasn’t available but they gave us room credit to keep us happy

This was my second time staying at the Bellagio, and overall, I still love this hotel! The atmosphere is elegant, the location is perfect, and the fountains never get old. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was generally great. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness this time. We found hairs on the bathroom floor, and when we opened a towel, there were hairs inside as well. For a hotel of this caliber and price, I expect much better attention to detail in housekeeping. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still consider staying here again.

It’s beautiful and perfect location

Smoking in the public spaces was worse at the Bellagio than other hotels. My breakfast order in room dining was served cold.

Big room and bathroom. Location is easy for being able to walk and see much of the strip.

Stay was fine, but nothing amazing about it (except the massive price!) Our room was meant to have a bath but the plug was broken and it didn't fill properly, the pillow case was dirty on the bed, and there was often noise in the corridors which echoes into the rooms. Line for breakfast was enormous.

My oh my, the suite overlooking the fountain is absolutely breathtaking! The views are stunning, truly a highlight of the stay. The dining options on-site were top-notch, with a variety of amazing choices. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the middle of all the action. A truly memorable experience

Unreasonably expensive for what it offered. In comparison, you can find far better value in places like Vegas, where hotels offer more for lower prices. Not the best bang for your buck here.

The fabric of the building is incredible, the rooms are generous and comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The location is great.

The hordes of outsiders coming to visit the Christmas display make it very difficult to move around the public areas of the hotel - we wouldn't come back at Christmas. The restaurants and food options are absurdly expensive, understaffed and very badly organised, with very few options at certain times of day and chaotic front-of-house, creating huge queues. It is actually quite difficult to get something to eat!

The Christmas decoration were beautiful. The restaurant called Harvest opened the night before we left. Dinner was very good.

The bed and pillows were horrible. It felt like the bed was on the ground. It was so soft, you felt like you were rolling off when you turned. There was no shower gel in the shower. I had to ask for it. Thankfully, the maid changed the pillows. The trash in the hallway by the elevator was so full, it was overflowing. We asked to have it emptied…but in our 5 night stay, no one emptied it.

There is not enough space to eat. No foodcourt as in the other hotels. Just one spot to buy breakfast and ice cream and always was very busy.

Did not have basic toiletries (toothbrush, toohpaste, etc.) which would have been great as I missed my connecting flight and had to spend the night in Las Vegas. When checking out I commented that situation to the person at the front desk and she told me that "5 stars hotels in Las Vegas were special and our guests pack full toiletries". Really?

The check-in and check-out processes were absolutely terrible, with an excessively long wait. This hotel is not suitable for a normal breakfast, as everything is booked two weeks in advance. It's surprising that the hotel doesn't have better arrangements in place. Additionally, the room appears to be quite old, which left me feeling quite disappointed.

Easy pickup for tours with guides to help you. View was great. The main reason to go to Vegas is to get to the nearby parks like grand canyon, zion, or death valley.
