Great hotel, Lake view room was amazing. Great location in the center of the strip. Pool and poolside restaurant were great too.

Room was okay not exceptional, expected better because from the outside the hotel looks very nice. Noise Concierge answered our question, but doesn’t seem friendly.

The property is exactly the center of the last vegas strip life. No matter this, in the back you can still find a quiet place where to rest and enjoy your time as guest of the hotel. The rooms are wonderful- we upgraded to one with the strip view and it was simply amazing. These rooms are located in a new tower where everything is renewed and clean.

I absolutely didn’t like the check-in check-out process, where they try to let you do that online to save time but it’s not at all well established and doesn’t provide the information at all! This created confusion both at the check-in (there was not clear indication that our room was in an opposite side building), and at the check-out (for example with the parking keys etc). This system should be improved and in my opinion doesn’t reflect the level of the property. If you go at the lobby counter instead, there is a long queue and the staff is not always very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel located right in the centre of the Las Vegas strip. Hotel is very spacious and the staff are very helpful.

The shower itself is lovely but the head is a bit dated and could do with modernising. The safe is also very small.

The hotel is nice and best located but unfortunately the staff (especially at reception old ladies) are very rude and unprofessional.

Very rude behaviour of staff (especially the old ladies at reception) very unprofessional. They do not provide a single bottle of water, there was no Tea or Coffee facilities in the room. basic amenities were also not provided in the room. The Bell boys, waiters forcefully ask and take the tip، every time they visit your room.

As expected from a highly reputable hotel, the Bellagio is the kind of place everyone dreams of staying at at least once. Despite its prestige, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the property is home to numerous brand-name shops and restaurants. We stayed in a room with two queen-sized beds. The room was spacious and offered excellent value for the price.

The public areas near the front desk are beautifully decorated and filled with natural sunlight, which is one of the hotel’s signature features. The conference rooms are arranged around the pool area in a circular corridor layout. As a result, sunlight streams in during the day, and the air conditioning doesn’t cool the space as efficiently, making the interior slightly warmer than expected. One downside, however, was that the shower drained quite slowly, and the toilet tank took a long time to refill after each use. These small inconveniences were noticeable, though they didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.

The Bathroom was huge and exquisitely adorned, but the toilet tank ran slowly constantly just like a $50/nite Motel 6. Life is funny like that. Fridge and air conditioning was ultra quiet. Liked the power Open/Close on the big window curtain and sheer. Great view of the Fountain from the 20th floor.

Room Square footage was not as large as expected. Most likely they included the over sized bathroom in the total square footage.

The rooms were great, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly.

The cleaning wasn’t good at all, the rooms, toilets and even bed sheets needed to be cleaned more and made sure they have no stains on them, also the towels are a bit old and they need to have new towels.

The property lacked pool attendants and other service personnel. The main area was overum with tourists who didn't stay at the hotel.

No longer a luxury hotel. Bellagio used to be upscale, chic, and beautiful. Now, it's a zoo with thousands of people walking through it at any minute. Old ugly carpets and low class in every way .

Costs for drinks are extortionate and the buffet is dated and expensive The air con is not adequate for the size of the room I had prepaid my resort fees but charged again, even though I showed my booking confirmation from booking.com

Bathroom in particular and other amenities too were top-shelf in relation to price for room. Hotel compensated me for a snafu by waiving resort fee for one night, so that was fair. We were happy with our stay.

Location, location, location. Staff, buffet breakfast, bar and gallery were great.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, no USB-C plugs in the room, lot of noise from the hallway. Terrible resort fees.

The staff was the most friendly, courteous, and polite staff I have ever encountered. They were all very friendly from the bell boy, check-in. floor monitors, cleaning to room service

Some of the machines didn’t respond when buttons were pushed. This was the evident throughout the casino. The machines should be totally operational. The room service was awesome, but the food was not. It was delivered in very nice bags but packed in a haphazard manner. Also, for a casino, drinks were so difficult to obtain. The floor staff was limited and the bar charges were unreasonable.

the bathroom was a disaster, the shower heads were extremely old, the water pressure was very low and the shower heads were not working and there was no alternative way to take a shower

It’s a very beautiful hotel and the rooms were large and very comfortable. We had a great view of the strip and the Dancing Fountains

It was quite difficult to get coffee and refreshments largely because of the large numbers of people in the hotel. Lines for the cafe Bellagio were always long.

The room was spacious, we had an amazing view over the fountain. The shower quality was good. Perfect location to walk around the strip, there were many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

The restaurants for breakfast/brunch in the hotel were looking too pricy for not the best quality. We chose to go out to eat. The hotel is quite old.

Our shower wasn’t great, the head of it had lots of limescale so the water flow was rubbish. Given that it’s newly refurbished I expected more. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though it was well after check in time so this was disappointing

We stayed at the Bellagio for our wedding weekend, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a newlywed couple. The hotel has a luxurious, elegant feel without being over the top, and the overall experience was both relaxing and memorable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool area. On the one day we had time to use the pool, it was unfortunately closed due to strong winds—but we did see it open on another day, and it looked absolutely amazing: calm, well-maintained, and inviting. One of my favorite parts was the large bathtub—you can fully soak in and unwind, which felt like such a treat after a busy day. The bed was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The restaurants in the hotel were truly excellent. Every meal we had was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and served with great attention to detail—definitely some of the best dining we've experienced at a hotel. We also absolutely loved the floral exhibit in the lobby area. It’s breathtaking—so thoughtfully designed and bursting with color. We found ourselves stopping by multiple times just to take it all in. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. We'd definitely come back.

While our stay was overall wonderful, there were a few small things that didn’t quite meet expectations—especially considering the luxury positioning of the hotel. First, the in-room fridge had almost no space for personal use, as it was completely stocked with paid items. It would’ve been nice to have at least a small area available for storing at water for the both of us. We were also surprised to receive only a single small bottle of water at check-in, with no additional water provided during the stay. For a hotel of this caliber, something as basic and essential as complimentary water should be more readily available. Another minor disappointment was the crowd in the lobby area. The floral exhibit is absolutely stunning—we truly loved it—but it was often packed with visitors. It would be a lovely touch to have some dedicated hours where only hotel guests can enjoy the space more peacefully. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some level of access to the spa facilities, like saunas or relaxation areas, included for hotel guests. From what we saw, access was only available through an additional paid pass, which felt a bit limiting.

Some of the bar staff overly officious as I had ordered drinks at a bar with machines was asked to move to a lounge adjacent as we were not playing. This was a fair request and we understood, then told by a member of staff that we could not sit there as we had not purchased drinks from their bar. ( bear in mind this is within the casino so I assume all part of the Bellagio. Had we not been asked to move by a team member then I could have understood. Definitely not 5* service!

There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke everywhere and the corridors frequently smelled of weed.

Bellagio is a very beautiful hotel in the heart of the strip. we enjoyed walking around the property and it's sights. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful.

The fountain view room was very noisy at night. The nearby casinos and other performances were loud enough that we woke up to their sounds every night. Around 5am on 5/11/2025, the alarm went off and woke us up. It was loud and annoying and went on for a while, with no all-clear when it had ended. We had to call the reception and it turned out it was just a guest opening an exit door when they shouldn't. It's not clear why accidental door opens should trigger an alarm in every room on the floor. Seems like this could be designed or configured better.

The number of non guests who crowd the foyer. It is understandable but we preferred the more sedate Palazzo.
