I thought charging 54 dollars plus tips for an average omelette crazy.. the location was very good

I found other peoples clothes (dirty socks, pants) in my room so question the cleaning. I lost some glasses and you lost and found people are strange. They give information in pieces and ask the same question exactly three times (name, room number "what is the issue " "how can I help you"..) they can't call International numbers and don't appear to be on line with cleaning and security departments. One poor feller next to the phone was told we are on our way and waited over an hour at reception.. Hotel so big the details being missed imo

Room was well appointed. Lighting was good. WiFi worked well. Lots of outlets to plug in devices. Although I didn't use it the mini bar was well stocked. Food in restaurant was very good. Fountain show is always nice.

No grab bar in shower. Air conditioning would not get cool enough. Bed was too soft. No coffee in room. Did not like that I had to get up and get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee in the morning. Was supposed to get $150 food and beverage credit with my booking.com reservation. Did not get it.

Although expensive, dining at the various restaurants was good.

Unable to access internet in my room. Needed it for work. Hotel's tech support was unable to assist or resolve the wifi issue.

Very good location, professional and helpful staff, good food restaurants and unique show and entertainment location - Cirque de Soleil.

Cost of room was extreme. I ordered a coffee as we were checking out early, was charged $25. Overall room service was extreme.

Nice view, very comfortable and spacious room. Great location for our activities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no shampoo or body soap in shower the first day, just conditioner. Shampoo was added second day but still no soap. Had to bring hand soap from sink area into shower. Need more morning coffee options available. Long lines. Maybe we just missed other options.

A few Poker dealers increasingly ride. Many are burned out. They don’t make the game fun. Same with cafe staff. Bathrooms seem less attended to. Tikes okd, everything needs re-grouting. Hotel is a little dated.

Poker room staff has to be nicer to conventioneers and tourists.

Breakfast at Sadelles was fabulous! Employees were professional and courteous thru out hotel!

Location and style. Good clientele. Rooms are very nice.

No real casual bars inside the hotel when you’re not gambling so you need to leave and go elsewhere. The dinner buffet is overpriced however the breakfast/brunch price is totally worth it. Someone broke a glass outside the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up for almost 7 hours as it was there the next morning. The elevators is a bit of a pain when in a group and people are on different floors. You need to go down to the ground floor and get people up to your floor.

The Fountain facing room on 11th floor had an excellent view - probably the best in town. Would highly recommend. The view of the strip was amazing. Also being almost in middle of the strip one could walk to most destinations.

The quit in room was heavy requiring colder room temperature which the AC could not achieve. While the mattress and sheets were top class but sleep quality was not that great.

Staff dedication. Check in is painful. Already paid 50 for estoy check in and the room was ready at 3pm like the standard check in.

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE !

Beautiful accommodations and garden. The Buffet was over the top in gourmet selections. One of the best. I had sushi, fish boil, eggs, fresh fruit, pasta. My partner had a delicious fresh omelette and fruits, French toast. The dessert selection was plentiful with macarons and bambolinos, tarts, cheesecakes etc.

We loved the location. Easy to get everywhere.

NOISE! The Petrossian Bar used to be an oasis but not anymore. The pulsating music in the casino came into the bar.

Long time room service, about 2 hours, laundry service we were waiting 2 days and no one is come to pick up the things, and room cleaning as well not good we asked to clean the table again after cleaning To reserve the dinner as well problem, I thought for Hotel Residents always should be tables available

Bellagio is a stunning hotel with a truly chic atmosphere. I was absolutely impressed by the beauty of the lobby and the overall aesthetic. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was gorgeous — everything was fresh, stylish, and of high quality. I want to extend a special thank you to the housekeeping staff. They do a phenomenal job; the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was impeccable. The food was also delicious, and the culinary team deserves praise for their work.

Dear Guest Relations Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the New Year's Eve event held at your hotel. My stay at the Bellagio was overall pleasant due to the beautiful rooms and service, but the holiday gala was a complete letdown and, frankly, felt like a lack of respect toward your guests. We arrived dressed in our finest attire, expecting a glamorous celebration with music, energy, and a proper atmosphere. Instead, we were met with an incredibly dull environment. The tables were so cramped that it was nearly impossible to move or walk between them. There was no designated area for dancing, and the music was barely audible, playing faintly somewhere in the background. It was heartbreaking to see so many elegantly dressed women and men sitting in silence, visibly bored. The only 'entertainment' provided was a photo session at the very end of the night, which is unacceptable for an event of this caliber and price. The atmosphere was so unbearable that I left at exactly 12:02 AM. I felt that there was no space for us to enjoy our evening or show off our formal wear. This felt more like a rushed meal service than a New Year’s celebration. I believe that for a world-class resort like Bellagio, this level of organization is unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure that future guests do not experience such a boring and poorly planned holiday. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter. Best regards,

There are no bar areas reserved for guests only so it can be extremely difficult to find somewhere to sit and get a drink. Appreciate a very busy, popular destination but hotel guests only areas should be allocated

Nice staffs, great service, good location… really enjoy the stay.

The check in process wasn’t working well. Waiting time was quite long, but I believe they tried their best in case it’s holiday season.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great

The valet parking line was terrible, I had to wait in line almost 40 minutes to get to the hotel

The gym was a really good size for a hotel.

On the last day I returned to my room at 11pm at night and my room wasn’t cleaned, I tried calling guest services but no one picked up. I even resorted to sending a message via this app as previously I had received a response. House keeping does come late into the night because on the first day we checked in at 7:30 and someone from house keeping came 15 mins after to check if we wanted our room serviced. Shops within Bellagio were charging $11 USD for small packets of chips. The property was crowded (excluding the casino floors) and it was difficult to move through. I feel it was also understaffed and couldn’t service paying guest.
