Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

Hotel and hotel's location was excellent. At the entrance the line was unbelievable. You need to wait so long after a long flight with your luggage. Hotel was so crowded that the hotel guests couldn't find any spot even for breakfast. You need to reserve a special area for your guests without any MCM app or credit card reservation. I need to ask several time for the room amenities after the room servlce.

The room was amazing very comfortable and big.

Location is central on the strip, upscale feel to the rooms. Loved the fountains.

No refrigerator space since he refrigerator is stocked with products for purchase, no microwave. The room we got had the worst view of the service dock next door. The buffet was not worth the price as everything was mediocre.

The staff were not overly friendly, check out reception was rude and dismissive when questions were asked about accounts. Room was not cleaned unless asked and told we needed to request service. Check in receptionist not overly helpful or polite. For an expensive hotel the staff were not friendly or helpful on or attentive.

Staff and check in and out process could be better, accounts and billing should be easy to read charges. We had charges unexplained and told it was too difficult to explain breakdown of room charges that did not match the credit card deductions.

The over pricing for the water and snacks

The hotel is in a great location and the holiday decoration is lovely. The room is comfortable for a couple of night’s stay.The French patisserie is delicious but very small so expect always a long line to order food and coffee drinks. We liked the online check in and were able to get in our room early so we could already leave our stuff and go out to explore the strip. Overall a nice place to stay!

There’s no coffee maker or kettle in the room. A soda is $10! There aren’t too many choices of medium priced or varied cuisine restaurants in the property but there’s much to choose from in the other hotels nearby. There was a construction from Formula 1 right in front of the lake where the fountains are so difficult to walk on that side of the side walk but hopefully soon enough that will be removed. Our room was on the lowest floor with not much of a view but we were out most of the time anyway!

We was enjoying staying at Bellagio, room size and bed very comfortable, great location, staff were helpful. I would like go back there again.

The Bellagio is central, classy and the rooms were excellent. Room service was done very very well.

It lacked a bar in a quiet area somewhere you could switch off, the casino noise and large volume of guests and visitors, permeated everywhere even into the piano bar. It would benefit from a higher floor bar overlooking the fountains and a casual dining place too.

There's really nothing that I did not like or my wife didn't like we love to go there to see the flowers and the decorations and the way everything is set up and the friendly people.

There was nothing that I didn't like or she didn't like the only thing was the way it was blocked off on the street how they changed it from the past other than that hotel was great look forward to going back someday maybe the next football game that comes up maybe when they play Washington.

Cleanliness

Not enough restaurants. Went to Caesars to eat daily.

Its the Bellagio so for us it was staying at an iconic accomodation that attracted us to it. There is great restaurants, shows and the venue hosts a myriad of bars. We were lucky enough to see not only the fall display in the conservatory but also the Holiday season one which was so beautiful. Close to everything we needed.

For us walking to the guest elevators through the smokey casino at times was not great. It would be nice to have an option to get there through a non smoking area. Even though there is no smoking in rooms you could at times smell it. We do however accept it is Vegas and that seems to be the norm.

The room was a good size and very clean.

There wasn’t any tea making facilities in the room which as a Brit struggled with, as couldn’t make a cup of tea

Breakfast was wonderful all the amenities were terrific. I’m not sure if we got our $150 room credit.

The room needs a long Way to walk.

The room was lovely and spacious with a GREAT view of the fountains and the strip. What we missed however was a coffee station in our room. All other hotels that we've stayed in had a coffee station in room, which we did not have here. As we are early risers this was something that was lacking and would've been great if we could have our first cup of coffee in bed.

The fact that there was no coffee station, also no space in fridge/mini bar for personal things - and you dare not move any of the content as you immediately get charged if items move from sensors.

Clean, location is perfect on strip

Everything!!! A great resort. The room had a super view of the pool complex. I can recommend The Bellagio to anyone who wants to be on the Strip.

Brilliant atmosphere, lovely rooms and close and centre to everything! Had to uber to the Venetian to access the sphere but all close and Bellagio is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

Amazing views of the fountain and vegas strip from our room. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Great strip location next to all the entertainment, restaurants and nightlife.

Terrible check in experience. Would not accept contactless payment. Wasn’t made to feel special in any way given we spent our wedding here. We were put in a room next to lots of renovation work. It wasn’t noisy just an eyesore on our floor when going to the room. The hotel was also crazy busy. Not sure what I expected really. But I didn’t feel like we received a five star service in any way. It was very average. High tips ‘expected’ for very average service.

Heart of the strip , plenty of tourists around, good food and big enough to keep guests entertained with sights and activities

The room was just bare, nothing complimentary (not even one bottle of water) the room cleaning left more to be desired. It might be a five star hotel but you don’t leave feeling like you got a five star experience.

Pool was wonderful. Warm even at the end of October.

Food and drink are very expensive in Las Vegas and I personally had a problem with all the smoking in the building

At the time of check in the person at counter categorically told me and I reconfirmed with her that I had $100 complimentary meal every day included in my room rent. On check out i did not see that reflected in bill. When I called, I was told it was a total of $150 credit only and even out of that the hotel forgot to post $102 credit.. That was very disappointing and frustrating experience. Essentially I was told without using as many words that I was lying when I said I was promised something at check in. I always stay at bellagio and no other hotel in Vegas but this was a truly disappointing experience.
