Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

Central location. Stunning hotel, room was lovely and has recently been refurbished. Check in was easy. Christmas display was lovely.

Drinks at the casino were expensive.

"We loved the hotel, I booked 2 rooms, just as a comment, in one room, which was 2 rooms away from mine on the 12th floor, there was a dog locked up and it barked for about an hour, very annoying... as if the guests had left it alone. Just so you take a little more care with that, I was very tired."

I highly recommend the Bellagio Hotel. It is a true five-star property and, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in the center of Las Vegas. The location is outstanding, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions available directly in the hotel and nearby. One thing I really appreciated was the parking. It costs $20 per night, and this fee allows you to park not only at the Bellagio, but also at other MGM Resorts properties. Since Bellagio is part of the MGM Resorts network, this was very convenient. One of the most convenient features was the check-in and check-out process. There was no need to wait in long lines at the reception. The hotel offers self-service kiosks with tablets, where you can check in using your phone by scanning a QR code, receive your room key immediately, and check out the same way. This service saves a lot of time and makes arrival and departure very easy and stress-free. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

I also felt that a kettle or a coffee machine in the room was missing. Having the ability to make coffee in the morning before going out would be a big plus. Even if it was available for an extra fee, I would gladly pay a few dollars to save time and avoid unnecessary walking. Considering how large the hotel is, one small inconvenience was the lack of easy access to coffee in the morning. To grab even a quick coffee or snack, you need to go downstairs and walk through the casino, and there are only one or two small coffee spots on the property.

Awesome light, staff where great

We had a room with a view on the fountains and it was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great (pressure / temperature). Staying at the Bellagio is also very convenient for its location (very central and easy to go anywhere by foot).

There was some kind of smell in the hallway of our room (thanksfully, we didn't smell it from the room). The room was missing a hair dryer.

The room was beautifully spacious, featuring a large, comfortable bed and ample storage for luggage, all while maintaining an open and elegant atmosphere. The Bellagio is truly iconic, staying there feels like being immersed in a scene from a classic film brought to life.

Unfortunately, the reception staff were not always helpful. After four days of my stay, my room key stopped working, and it took nearly 2 hours to resolve the issue. During that time, I had to go back and forth to the 7th floor multiple times, which caused me to miss an important dinner. The experience was very frustrating and negatively affected my evening and the overall atmosphere with my coworkers.

The hotel has the best view of the Strip. Loved the fountains. Upscale compared to the most of the other hotels. They clearly has done the best Christmas decorations among all. Sadelle's is amazing (The cafe by the decorations, next to the Registration)

We upgraded our room to the Bellagio fountains view and it was worth it. The room was large and spacious for 4 adults and the location was great.

They are customer focused! They work hard to resolve problems when presented to them. Their quality in terms of hospitality is impecable! This propertyu is well maintained, tastefully decorated and beautiful.

Less walking through the Casino to get to other hotel locations.

Great location and great service. The bell hop service was excellent and friendly staff at the valet parking. Would love to stay there again.

Our rooms were too far from the elevators and was difficult for my aging parents to walk back and forth to the elevator. I did ask the receptionist that I preferred rooms that are closed to the elevator but instead, she gave me the opposite.

The beds were a little too soft and our room wasn’t ready. They kept us waiting because the bathroom needed to be repaired, but the room was beautiful.

Excellent location and facilities. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym and pool were great.

Room service required a $25 charge to have the food served on plates on a rolling table. With the only alternative a $10 charge to have it “take away” in an excessive amount of packaging. It was ridiculous and excessive that there was no option to have the food brought without some kind of charge for how it was served.

Hotel and hotel's location was excellent. At the entrance the line was unbelievable. You need to wait so long after a long flight with your luggage. Hotel was so crowded that the hotel guests couldn't find any spot even for breakfast. You need to reserve a special area for your guests without any MCM app or credit card reservation. I need to ask several time for the room amenities after the room servlce.

Location is central on the strip, upscale feel to the rooms. Loved the fountains.

No refrigerator space since he refrigerator is stocked with products for purchase, no microwave. The room we got had the worst view of the service dock next door. The buffet was not worth the price as everything was mediocre.

The staff were not overly friendly, check out reception was rude and dismissive when questions were asked about accounts. Room was not cleaned unless asked and told we needed to request service. Check in receptionist not overly helpful or polite. For an expensive hotel the staff were not friendly or helpful on or attentive.

Staff and check in and out process could be better, accounts and billing should be easy to read charges. We had charges unexplained and told it was too difficult to explain breakdown of room charges that did not match the credit card deductions.

The over pricing for the water and snacks

The hotel is in a great location and the holiday decoration is lovely. The room is comfortable for a couple of night’s stay.The French patisserie is delicious but very small so expect always a long line to order food and coffee drinks. We liked the online check in and were able to get in our room early so we could already leave our stuff and go out to explore the strip. Overall a nice place to stay!

There’s no coffee maker or kettle in the room. A soda is $10! There aren’t too many choices of medium priced or varied cuisine restaurants in the property but there’s much to choose from in the other hotels nearby. There was a construction from Formula 1 right in front of the lake where the fountains are so difficult to walk on that side of the side walk but hopefully soon enough that will be removed. Our room was on the lowest floor with not much of a view but we were out most of the time anyway!

The Bellagio is central, classy and the rooms were excellent. Room service was done very very well.

It lacked a bar in a quiet area somewhere you could switch off, the casino noise and large volume of guests and visitors, permeated everywhere even into the piano bar. It would benefit from a higher floor bar overlooking the fountains and a casual dining place too.
