We had a room in the Spa Tower with a view of the Strip. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Due to the size and number of guests, you are of course only one of many and the way to the room is a bit of a walk. Staff at the pool were very attentive and friendly.

However, there could be a few more shady spots (parasols) as the few available are usually filled with towels early in the morning, even if you only arrive in the afternoon. The staff in the casino could be friendlier, not everyone has played many times and you have to find your way around a bit first.

Lovely spacious room, was a nice change from being in New York for a few days cramped in a much smaller space! Great facilities and restaurants onsite

Digital check in/check out didn't work for us and the queues were huge. I found the staff were pretty flat and some I would say rude, especially the guy I called the night before check out to ask a few questions and also who forgot to activate our late checkout so we couldn't get back to our room without some drama. This place is super busy day and night with hundreds (maybe thousands?) of guests as well as public walking through, the pool area is lovely but also very busy and you need to get a lounger when it opens at 8am. Like a lot of things in America we found everything is an addon and gets quite expensive when you add it all up. Still waiting for the $150 room credit to be deducted, it wasn't on the final invoice, which I tried to question so will remain hopeful

I’ve stayed at lower standard hotels that have had at least complimentary water in the room and the price of the mini bar is crazy. Also walked all the way back to the room late at night with food to find our card wouldn’t work to the room. Cold food by the time it was sorted

Too crowded that we have to wait to speak or ask anything longer at the counters. Front desk @ the lobby could have had more counters opened during busy days.

Why do Vegas hotels use cheap toilet paper? Shower head was not so good.

Your price. One would think at that price, breakfast would at least be included. Instead, our hotel options are $$$ for a simple breakfast meal.

We upgraded to a fountain view. Glad we did. Perfect view of the strip and Bellagio fountains. Bed was very comfortable

The room itself was average, similar to any Hilton or La Quinta I’ve ever been in. The fridge had a tiny space to stash our own supplies (barely fit a 1 liter orange juice bottle), the rest was packed with their own drinks and food for sale and you didn’t dare touch anything or the sensors will charge you for a purchase.

Didn’t like the hidden costs such as an extra $55 US per day for using the pool. $270 US if you take the bar fridge drinks out but don’t drink them! Thankfully we explained that we had our water in there instead and did not drink their drinks so they deducted the amount. The fridge is on a sensor so even if you move the drinks in the bar fridge you get charged. Otherwise a fabulous stay.

They should hire more people at the front desk. Always busy and if you need help you should wait and waste your time. Online check out did not work. The hotel is busy 24 hours, you can hear people talking loudly outside your room and hear door slamming all day long. I had difficulty with parking as well. They should separate visitors from residents parking.

The hotel for 1000€ doesn't even have a bottle of water, as it should be. Only water for sale for 30€ is crazy. I haven't seen anything like this anywhere. Even in the bathroom there is nothing ( hygiene kit ) except towels. Some kind of disrespect for the guests.

Room was okay not exceptional, expected better because from the outside the hotel looks very nice. Noise Concierge answered our question, but doesn’t seem friendly.

The property is exactly the center of the last vegas strip life. No matter this, in the back you can still find a quiet place where to rest and enjoy your time as guest of the hotel. The rooms are wonderful- we upgraded to one with the strip view and it was simply amazing. These rooms are located in a new tower where everything is renewed and clean.

I absolutely didn’t like the check-in check-out process, where they try to let you do that online to save time but it’s not at all well established and doesn’t provide the information at all! This created confusion both at the check-in (there was not clear indication that our room was in an opposite side building), and at the check-out (for example with the parking keys etc). This system should be improved and in my opinion doesn’t reflect the level of the property. If you go at the lobby counter instead, there is a long queue and the staff is not always very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel located right in the centre of the Las Vegas strip. Hotel is very spacious and the staff are very helpful.

The shower itself is lovely but the head is a bit dated and could do with modernising. The safe is also very small.

They do not provide a single bottle of water, there was no Tea or Coffee facilities in the room. basic amenities were also not provided in the room. The Bell boys, waiters forcefully ask and take the tip، every time they visit your room.

As expected from a highly reputable hotel, the Bellagio is the kind of place everyone dreams of staying at at least once. Despite its prestige, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the property is home to numerous brand-name shops and restaurants. We stayed in a room with two queen-sized beds. The room was spacious and offered excellent value for the price.

The public areas near the front desk are beautifully decorated and filled with natural sunlight, which is one of the hotel’s signature features. The conference rooms are arranged around the pool area in a circular corridor layout. As a result, sunlight streams in during the day, and the air conditioning doesn’t cool the space as efficiently, making the interior slightly warmer than expected. One downside, however, was that the shower drained quite slowly, and the toilet tank took a long time to refill after each use. These small inconveniences were noticeable, though they didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.

The Bathroom was huge and exquisitely adorned, but the toilet tank ran slowly constantly just like a $50/nite Motel 6. Life is funny like that. Fridge and air conditioning was ultra quiet. Liked the power Open/Close on the big window curtain and sheer. Great view of the Fountain from the 20th floor.

Room Square footage was not as large as expected. Most likely they included the over sized bathroom in the total square footage.

The rooms were great, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly.

The cleaning wasn’t good at all, the rooms, toilets and even bed sheets needed to be cleaned more and made sure they have no stains on them, also the towels are a bit old and they need to have new towels.

The property lacked pool attendants and other service personnel. The main area was overum with tourists who didn't stay at the hotel.

No longer a luxury hotel. Bellagio used to be upscale, chic, and beautiful. Now, it's a zoo with thousands of people walking through it at any minute. Old ugly carpets and low class in every way .

Costs for drinks are extortionate and the buffet is dated and expensive The air con is not adequate for the size of the room I had prepaid my resort fees but charged again, even though I showed my booking confirmation from booking.com

Bathroom in particular and other amenities too were top-shelf in relation to price for room. Hotel compensated me for a snafu by waiving resort fee for one night, so that was fair. We were happy with our stay.

Location, location, location. Staff, buffet breakfast, bar and gallery were great.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, no USB-C plugs in the room, lot of noise from the hallway. Terrible resort fees.

The staff was the most friendly, courteous, and polite staff I have ever encountered. They were all very friendly from the bell boy, check-in. floor monitors, cleaning to room service

Some of the machines didn’t respond when buttons were pushed. This was the evident throughout the casino. The machines should be totally operational. The room service was awesome, but the food was not. It was delivered in very nice bags but packed in a haphazard manner. Also, for a casino, drinks were so difficult to obtain. The floor staff was limited and the bar charges were unreasonable.

It’s a very beautiful hotel and the rooms were large and very comfortable. We had a great view of the strip and the Dancing Fountains

It was quite difficult to get coffee and refreshments largely because of the large numbers of people in the hotel. Lines for the cafe Bellagio were always long.
