Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

Very clean and renovated room. The Bellagio is a wonderful hotel with a lively casino and plenty of entertainment. Very central location on the Vegas strip and obviously, the fountain show in front of the hotel is a very nice extra. Very nice and clean pool area. We had lunch at the Como pool bar where prices were still a bit reasonable.

Politely asked if upgrade was available for honeymoon/40th birthday. Lady at front desk did her best but then tried to upsell us into a fountain view room for double the price we had already paid. Then we were told she would put us on a higher floor with a view. We were given a room in the Spa tower in the far corner of the building with a view over the concrete lot at the back of the tower. Pretty disappointing. Pool area seems to suffer from the Spain syndrome : people throwing their towel on a sunbed only to show up later. Luckily, pool staff takes action and removes some after hours of absence. Prices at the fountainside restaurants such as Lago, are beyond ridiculous. As many Vegas casinos, corporate greed will suffer in the long run... get rid of the explosive F&B rates, resort fees etc...

Small thing but the shower head in the general hotel room was tiny, looked even smaller considering the shower area was humongous - maybe it's meant to be authentic Italian or something.

Location is graat. A lot of great breakfast options. Hotel has a lot of fun stuff to do.

The bathroom was very nice. The problem was with the shower gel and the shampoo. The tubes have a strange mechanism that makes it really hard to get the liquid out making the shower harder. Also the water preassure is weak.

Nice themed hotel. Beautiful lobby and garden. Clean rooms. Nice cleaning staff, restaurant staff was also very nice and correct. Great food at prime. Great service at the pool restaurant.

Got two reservations because we booked an extra night. After the first extra night our key didn’t work in the afternoon like they said it would had to go back to the reception and fix it. Got stuck in the elevator with another family for a while. They had to open the doors manually. The security called afterwards with the question if we needed any medical assistance . No formal excuse from the hotel at all. We checked out the next morning and I mentioned it to the person at the reception she was surprised and said she was so sorry. But that was it. The pool was beautiful but not really cold. We stayed at the beginning of our holiday at a different hotel and their pools were colder.

Super location and great facilities throughout the hotel. Exceptional food at the many restaurants.

We were traveling as a family (adult children) and really appreciated the extra effort from the front desk to place us all on the same floor. The fountain view rooms are the best in Vegas!

Just wish there was drinking water that was complimentary before turn down service.

We always request the fountain view and love it with all of our hearts! We were traveling with adult children this time and the check in team (Rene) was fantastic! They tried to accommodate our requests and even merged our booking. It was a extra special treat. We really appreciated the extra efforts!

No water until turn down service would be my only complaint.

Would’ve been nice to have coffee in the hotel room. Paying $10 for a cup of coffee is way too much when you start adding a tip and have to wait in line

Pretty expensive but good location the bathroom had a different set up and a lock? maybe just the toilet in a room by itself with the vent that way you can shower and do make up or what not and not have the odors lingering big room, lots of echo even with the door closed echoing off the marble floors

I had room service for breakfast on a Saturday morning but it was delivered like a take out setting. I thought it was going to be set up on the table.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the hotel location is excellent, close to all the other hotels and venues. Love the pool and pillows of the bed.

Bellagio as always was spot on in terms of location and most of the services. The new digital key and digital parking passes are great and save you the hassle of having to carry around the room keys.

The food options in Bellagio have gone from meh to start with to very bad over the last few years. The AC in our room started malfunctioning during the early morning ours on our last night of stay. And stopped working completely at around 5am in the morning. When brought to the notice of the Bellagio customer service while checking out at 8am in the morning, their only response was to waive the parking fees and the audacity to tell me "you can always call room services to fix it". As if someone groggy at 5 in the morning would want to get into wrangling with their maintenance team. No wonder footfall is slowing in Vegas.

The location and the view

There is no provision for hot drinking water, and when you ask for it, they demand $25 for a pot of hot drinking water and that’s ridiculous. You have an ice vending machine on each floor but no option for hot drinking water. Luxury seems to be vague.

The View, location and the room very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful for guiding.

Basic amenities like microwave was missing in the room as there are no breakfast facilities and specially when you are with kids, you need a microwave to warm food. After heavy charges for the rooms, even parking is charge seperately for the guest which should ideally be free.

The breakfast was wonderful. Loved everything about this hotel.

Did not get extra pillows as promised.

Everyrhing was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. There were many options for my allergic daughter.

The view was spectacular, the room was spacious and the facilities were great.

Check-in was complicated and a bit manic with so many people visiting they could have done with a couple of staff to guide people to the correct section, whether it's to the front desk or the remote check-in as it wasn't initially obvious.
