Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

The room was spacious, we had an amazing view over the fountain. The shower quality was good. Perfect location to walk around the strip, there were many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

The restaurants for breakfast/brunch in the hotel were looking too pricy for not the best quality. We chose to go out to eat. The hotel is quite old.

Fountain view room was worth every penny we loved it

Our shower wasn’t great, the head of it had lots of limescale so the water flow was rubbish. Given that it’s newly refurbished I expected more. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though it was well after check in time so this was disappointing

We stayed at the Bellagio for our wedding weekend, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a newlywed couple. The hotel has a luxurious, elegant feel without being over the top, and the overall experience was both relaxing and memorable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool area. On the one day we had time to use the pool, it was unfortunately closed due to strong winds—but we did see it open on another day, and it looked absolutely amazing: calm, well-maintained, and inviting. One of my favorite parts was the large bathtub—you can fully soak in and unwind, which felt like such a treat after a busy day. The bed was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The restaurants in the hotel were truly excellent. Every meal we had was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and served with great attention to detail—definitely some of the best dining we've experienced at a hotel. We also absolutely loved the floral exhibit in the lobby area. It’s breathtaking—so thoughtfully designed and bursting with color. We found ourselves stopping by multiple times just to take it all in. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. We'd definitely come back.

While our stay was overall wonderful, there were a few small things that didn’t quite meet expectations—especially considering the luxury positioning of the hotel. First, the in-room fridge had almost no space for personal use, as it was completely stocked with paid items. It would’ve been nice to have at least a small area available for storing at water for the both of us. We were also surprised to receive only a single small bottle of water at check-in, with no additional water provided during the stay. For a hotel of this caliber, something as basic and essential as complimentary water should be more readily available. Another minor disappointment was the crowd in the lobby area. The floral exhibit is absolutely stunning—we truly loved it—but it was often packed with visitors. It would be a lovely touch to have some dedicated hours where only hotel guests can enjoy the space more peacefully. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some level of access to the spa facilities, like saunas or relaxation areas, included for hotel guests. From what we saw, access was only available through an additional paid pass, which felt a bit limiting.

Some of the bar staff overly officious as I had ordered drinks at a bar with machines was asked to move to a lounge adjacent as we were not playing. This was a fair request and we understood, then told by a member of staff that we could not sit there as we had not purchased drinks from their bar. ( bear in mind this is within the casino so I assume all part of the Bellagio. Had we not been asked to move by a team member then I could have understood. Definitely not 5* service!

There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke everywhere and the corridors frequently smelled of weed.

Bellagio is a very beautiful hotel in the heart of the strip. we enjoyed walking around the property and it's sights. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful.

The fountain view room was very noisy at night. The nearby casinos and other performances were loud enough that we woke up to their sounds every night. Around 5am on 5/11/2025, the alarm went off and woke us up. It was loud and annoying and went on for a while, with no all-clear when it had ended. We had to call the reception and it turned out it was just a guest opening an exit door when they shouldn't. It's not clear why accidental door opens should trigger an alarm in every room on the floor. Seems like this could be designed or configured better.

It was a visual feast, from the themed foyer to the fountains.

The number of non guests who crowd the foyer. It is understandable but we preferred the more sedate Palazzo.

The Fountains were Beautiful. We booked two Rooms one had a beautiful view of the swimming pools, the other had a poor view of the fountains and a great view of a dingy rooftop

Prices were crazy steep. Especially Dining. Don’t touch anything in the in room fridge. 20.00 for a shot of whiskey, 12.00 a can of coke, 18.00 bottled water….

Great location and facility.

The floor corridor was too noisy at the night time due to other customers and it was almost difficult to fall in sleep. There should be quiet hours in hotelwide.

Soundproofing is not great. From a hotel of this class, you'd expect a warmer welcome in the room..., but instead, you get water for 24$.

I didn’t like that the room did not have a microwave. The staff at the front desk was not helpful. She didn’t seem to really enjoy her job or have the knack for providing great customer service.

The location of the hotel is ideal to see local shopping areas and attractions. The hotel facilities are superb

As a family I didn't like the fact that smoking was allowed and being exposed to passive smoking fumes wasn't nice. Especially within the Casino areas which we needed to pass through to gain access to the front desk and entrance to the hotel. This for me needs to be looked at if the Bellagio wants more family's to visit.

The Bellagio was overall a very good experience. I’ve been in Vegas already six times and can only recommend this hotel. It also has a nice gym… and the pool area is one of the nicest in Vegas with a couple of pools and the very good service at the Como restaurant… we will come back!

The place is over run with people. Lines for food. Kinda getting a bit worn looking in places.

Make it more clear the room was in spa tower not the main tower when booking the room

It is one of the best hotel in Vegas. It is in the middle of the strip. Lots of shops inside the hotel. The bathroom light always goes off !! They need to have a deep clean for both sinks 😕

We loved the location & the size of the room. The bathroom was excellent in our room!! Very bright & so helpful while getting ready for our day! The bell hops & transportation staff were above excellent!!

The smoke everywhere!!!! Had I known how smoky it was, I would never have booked there. Also, no market for needed items, snacks, pop, etc!! Every hotel has that, even high end ones like the Bellagio! Very, very inconvenient for your guests!!

The shower hot water didn’t work. It was luke warm almost all the time. Once it was relatively cool. I asked for it to be fixed but whatever they did didn’t work. C’mon….for that room price you should get hot water.

The staff were fantastic, helped us out with a day pass so we could shower before our flight, as it was way after check out. The casino is not the best, its a bit boring. We loved COMO

The shower is a joke, one of the worst showers Ive ever taken.

Great room, great view, and very comfortable. Hotel could use some updating. The only thing I have to complain about is the shower. Small, old and with barely little tricking of water coming out. We called housekeeping and supposedly fixed it. We saw no difference.

Early access to room and security

1. expected a better view given my disclosure that we were celebrating our 44th Anniversary. Room overlooked the highway and was in the corner. 2. smoky casino (but I am an adamant non-smoker).

The room was beautiful and high quality. The bed was very comfortable. However it was impossible to sleep. The AC was not working in a stable way. We put it at 66F (the coldest possible) and it worked for a moment but then stopped which made the room very hot again very quickly to start again later. I am never sweating in bed but in this room, I was. If you add to that , drunk people shouting in the corridors, very loud banging doors (it is difficult to close that door without making noise.). And very loud cars deciding to make rodeo drives in the parking by the window for more than an hour in the middle of the night…..

Location is perfect to walk around the stripe. We got a room with amazing view.

I wish you had a coffee machine so I could have my tea or coffee. I wish the fridge had more space for personal items. I was also charged when I moved something in the fridge.
