ARIA Sky Suites Resort, Las Vegas

There’s lots of space in the lobby. We have a lovely view from our hotel window. Our room is very spacious and clean.

For me it is a little but far from the Strip. In the room, there were no slippers and only one bathrobe available. I am not happy about the fine print about how to use the $100 credit in out tab. Apparently, room service was not part of it.

1. Line to guest elevators were too backed up 2. Housekeeping came to our room on day of check out too early reminding us to check out on time …. That was not cool 3. Uber pick up area is a pain to get to 4. Not all of the controllers in the room for drapes and lighting were working 5. pai gow poker table limit set too high, should have some $25 options 6. Starbucks on Saturday too over 30mins to get food .. too long!

The view and room were very nice

The ac wasn’t working and I called and they never came to fix it. Had to be put into another room at 10 pm when I had to leave at 5am for a flight

Rooms were spacious and beds really comfortable. Well equipped gym and plenty of good eating options

It would be a welcome addition to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room,especially when the queue in the morning for a coffee was always long.

It didn't go according to plan I don't understand why I didn't receive the $150 resort credit but the price remains the same as that plan. If you include the amount debited in advance for each room, it will be about 200,000 yen more than the price including the service charge, so I don't know the accuracy of the price.

Location. Cleanliness

There was only one bank of elevators for each floor, and my walk from the lift to my room would take a minimum of 2.5 minutes! That’s crazy!! I heard other guests complaining about it too! The front desk had some grumpy faces most of the time!

For the price you still get raked. Almost 500 for two nights- no fridge to use or microwave, mini bar items are no less than 15 dollars. Even for a regular snickers bar. It seems like they pass off a top notch hotel and even when you pay the golden price they still squeeze more. When in Vegas I suppose.

The property is located in the middle of the strip which made most places within walking distance. The housekeeping staff left the room immaculate each day

The room was dated with some sort of graffiti on the ceiling. We had a very long walk back to our room each time.

The room we were allocated was at the very end of a long walk from the lift. My partner although not disabled uses a walking stick and found this an extra effort. We asked for a room change but this was not possible. A $150 credit was offered and accepted. The room itself was fine and the position of the hotel was good.

House cleaning was erratic. We came back one day to find that the room had been half done. Towels changed and some things in the room had been cleaned , the bathroom. The bed however had been only half made up and left. Did we complain no, no point.

The bed was soft. The curtains were dark. The view 😍

The shower was too big. Didn't give an intimacy when I showered. The head of the shower was not good, too strong water. Felt uncomfortable. The price is very high but not including breakfast! Very disappointing!!!

Rooms are lovely and one of the best pools to relax at. Staff are attentive.

Hotel facilities and casino starting to become dated. Not much has changed since I went back in 2012. One of the best cafe restaurants was closed for refurbishment which was a negative. Its is becoming a bit pricey for what you get.

The room was great and the beds very comfortable but the bathroom shower room was amazing!

We were disappointed in the amount of walking to get anywhere and confusion about how to find anything. There was no direction or explanation upon check-in. This was our first time in Vegas and it was very overwhelming and confusing. We were hungry and had trouble finding somewhere appropriate to eat. When we finally found a restaurant the service was very poor and slow. A map or explanation at check-in would have been appreciated even for just the one hotel. There are some signs but they do not indicate what is on other floors or even what hotel you are actually in.

Very quick check-in, great room, simple check-out. Even allowed us extra hour on check-out time. Central location.

This hotel has everything you need under one roof, not unique in Vagas, but it does have style and a friendly vibe. Great location, efficiently run and great facilities. A good base to visit all the main attractions on the strip, taxis and aircon walks nearby for the super hot days!

Ordering in the pool area equired ID, as well as your room card, so we couldn't utilise the waiting staff.

Location is good. Hotel room size is good.

It is not clean enough. The water flows from the faucet at sink are too small. Couldn’t even wash hand properly. Only has wall mounted shower head. There was no shower gel when we were there. We could only use hand soap/ shampoo to take a shower.

Every one of the staff went out of there way to ensure we were taken care of. Pool was great, but at these prices ($55 daily resort fee) why is it only open 9-7?

As expected, the nickle and dime ($20 & $100 actually) charges. Morning pot of coffee is $40, since there’s no coffee maker in the room. Come on, even La Quinta has a coffee maker in the room.

The Hotel is located amidst the Vegas bustle. The Rooms were clean and decently large. The Hotel has everything within the property itself like, Casino, Luxury Brands, Convention Centres, Restaurants.

The Staff need to be more polite and courteous. I personally believe an Hospitality Business means excellent service to customers; since however, good the place may be eventually a customer will return if only the customer has a great experience; which experience can only be provided by the customers. However, not all staff were bad. The Concierge was very helpful and courteous

Not able to use room fridge - Requested a month before arrival date a fridge for medication, asked at checkin and they said they would get it arranged, but no fridge. Had to try and keep medication cold with ice.

Great resort, not too big, has everything, high end.

Booking.com is considered “yet another 3rd party vendor” for the resort so by default you’ll get the less favorable rooms (eg 3rd floor out of 60) Next time i’d definitely book directly.

Location for Aria is great.

Smoke in hotel is not ideal. Also everything is very expensive. It would be nice if there was a mini fridge you could but things in without getting charged, and a coffee maker..

The location was great. The pools were amazing. The casino was right at the entrance. Beds were comfortable. Staff was mostly friendly (unless they were checking bags going into the pool).

You cannot byob to the pool and prices are outrageous for drinks at the pool bar.

Our room had view of the the stip. Very nice location.

1) There was a strange smell (sour/damp) on the floor. 2) This was our first visit to Aria. We went to your Guest Services team to ask for suggestions for shows, or other things to do. They were not very helpful. In fact, when asked if you offered any 'first time guests' options/discounts or etc., we were told that we would have to stay at least 3 more times before ANYTHING could be done to assist us in this area. Not the best policy for guests who prefer not to gamble but would like other options.

Great check in experience with Bryan. Room was large, modern and very clean. Great location, everything was the usual standard of efficiency you expect from MGM.

The bathroom design couldve been improved- no hooks to hang garments from and the double sinks ate into the counter space.

Obviously great to be on the strip, lovely pool area, very clean and some great restaurants. Staff very helpful.

Bars were expensive and showers not the best.

Hotel was big with a lot of facilities, room beds were comfy always busy and helpful staff with check-in and getting taxis

Not many late night meal options. Mis-charges to my room account that had to be straightened out. Poker room was chaotically managed with little sense of customer service. Because the poker lists are so long, you should broadcast them on on hotel room TV’s under guest services.

Its a nice hotel, they take care of the rooms quite early which is amazing at such a big hotel. The price is a fairly good price. There are a lot of options to eat and the staff is very very kind.

Room service and mini bar are absurdly over priced. Most of the restaurants in the hotel did not take cash so you had to add it to your hotel room. Also they are renovating some rooms and they hammer all night, which is not very good for guests staying close to the renovation.

Staff were nice and were constantly helping me out with any issues I had. There were a lot of fun games to play. Food credit was great because I was able to get some food from the food court or patisserie.

The walk to the hotel room is annoying and filled with curvy halls and you don't get any water for drinking. It is very maze-like which is intentional.

Very hospitable location. We enjoyed our time on the property and proximity to the strip made it easy to explore off campus. Tables were great, and so was dinner at Catch.

Not the cheapest, but we knew that going in.

I’ve had much better showers in other Vegas hotels and the queues for coffee’s and snacks were awful, there is a real need for more options to reduce the waiting times.

We only stayed 1 night so we didn’t do much on property but it was clean room was comfortable. Everything in the room could be controlled with a tablet so nice and modern

Set back from the strip so our strip view room wasn’t much of a view.

Amazing casino hotel, rooms large and well appointed. We used the pre book in process as we were arriving in the evening and wanted to head straight out, it was very easy for both check in and out.

Location, large room, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, beautiful view, automated room controls.

No coffee maker in room, very thin walls- could hear others in bathroom in nearby room.

The Convenience of the location

For being a pricey hotel, the cleanliness of the room, and furniture quality didn't show for

The room was very good, clean and new. The ensuite was clean and nice. The location is great and the facilities were good.

Although our room was great but there were couple of maintenance issues with the door lock plate and some removable access panels because there were missing screws. Also, the sensors inside the fridge and on the shelf for the minibar, It only give you the indication that they are money focus and. We couldn't use the fridge because of those sensors.

Express room service was excellent, exceeded our expectations

Checking in was so far from the elevators, also we had a flight at 7am so we could not use express checkout, so we just dropped the key simply in the box. We also asked to have our room service and it was not done, we even pushed our service button in our room before we went out for the day and surprisingly it was not serviced.

Receptionist give good service .
