They never cleaned the room, the iPad didn’t work. The vallet parking isn’t really vallet parking you have to walk through the whole hotel to go get your car.

The room was really comfortable, cozy and big. The wifi was good. The room was clean. Location is also good.

The price is high, but hey, this is Vegas.

The room was very clean and spacious we never felt cramped. The view was spectacular, especially at night.

The lights and automatic curtains glitched and would not work. The staff fixed the problem then it all worked fine.

Rooms are nice. The check-in welcome is a nice touch. The blinds open, lights on, TV chimes in and you're feeling at home. I think the small touches like that make a huge impact on the first impression. Which is the key to the house.

It was clean

I asked for king size but they gave me two queen bed room . Room was also far from the elevator. No coffee machine inside the room.

Great location, food was amazing from options in the food hall to fine dining at Javier's and Carbone. Great gaming options and now total rewards capturing the value of all my spend.

Rooms are starting to feel dated - particularly at the price point - felt subpar to Wynn and Venetian.

Casino was quite dark, the cost was very high for suite we had compared with other 4 star vegas hotels.

Good location

There was no complementary water or hot drinks for thr morning which means a lot of effort to just get a drink. Lot of noise from building works as well which woke us up 2 mornings running

I got an upgrade on my room, had two bed but I would have preferred the one bed. I was already traveling alone and two beds really made me feel it.

The hotel is in the heart of everything - cafes restaurants attractions. Love the pool options as well - hot and cold plunge. Room size was great!

Perhaps to provide bedroom slippers would be good

nothing stood out, pool area was clean, fluffy towels. check-in was quick, check out was quicker.

Long walk from the self park to the hotel check in. TV Remote intermittent, slow draining sinks with mediocre water pressure, Toilet water tank wouldn't shut off. Mattress started to take it's toll after a few nights.

There is no value for the expensive price. The feeling is that the place is not in the customer's favor. Everything requires an additional payment. For example: we asked in advance for adjoining rooms because we have small children. We had to add money for the adjoining rooms. The room doesn't even have a kettle to make coffee and in the morning there are endless queues for every restaurant. Just very disappointed with the hotel. A feeling that the hotel aims to charge you as much money as possible and does so at every opportunity.

My reservation was for a King size and i got 2 queen Automation system for lights and drapes not working properly

The room was excellent. Great view facing the mountains, quiet yet powerful AC, huge bathtub.

Location is great, room was lovely. For $100 on top of room fees etc, the spa was a little meh. Especially as the steam room wasn’t working when I went.

Everything we wanted to do was right there with restaurants, snacks, coffee, bars, etc.

Expensive prices everywhere, which is standard all along the Strip which we were prepared for. We did NOT like the fact that the pool shut down at 6pm. Due to it being light still at that hour, why not stay open until 8pm for us that do not like direct sun and would like to cool off after a full day. Then change the pool hours to close at 6pm during the cooler months (November through March?) Is this a standard operating procedure? The resort fee is only of value if used.

The front desk guy was very nice, friendly and professional.

The air freshener / scent (coconut / vanilla scent?) that they use for the entire hotel gave me and my wife a headache. The giant lamp shade near the window wasn’t working. It probably needed a new light bulb. The housekeeping guys need to check all the lights in the room after cleaning the room.

We’ve been before (5years ago) and our room this time was a little shabby. Stains on the ceiling, carpet and chairs. Check in and check out was massively under staffed so long queues which was very boring (we could not check out online as we wanted to pay cash)

If you consider that the hotel is approximately 15 years old, I would say the rooms could be renovated. But they are extremely well maintained. The most pleasant surprise was the over the average (if compared to the other hotels in the area) options of the food hall and the great service at ALL hotel restaurants and the bars at the hotel. Drinks are better served (quality) than in most fancy NYC restaurants. Even at the pool area the drinks were excellent (kudos to the bar/cocktail program of the hotel!). The fact that food hall, pool and fitness center are located at the promenade gives guests more privacy, as few people that are not in the hotel circulated there. The pool was also another pleasant surprise (speakers not allowed!!!) and the fitness center is second only to Fontainebleau in terms of excellence.

Our room faced the sunset, and we stayed during an extremely hot week in September (with temperatures above 105 everyday). So it is not the best option if you like to sleep in a cool room (with temperatures around 65 degrees like we do), as the air-conditioning is not that strong. Also, although the hotel (and the rooms) are very clean, our room did not have the room service for 2 of the 6 nights with no apparently reason.

Hotel rooms very dark and dingy. No coffee machine, no refrigerator so forced to buy very expensive food from facility. Also can’t use your own streaming services, had to watch mind numbing tv or pay for movies.

The location is ideal for being central to the strip, but slightly set back enough to still get some good rest.

Checking in was rather slow due to issues finding the reservation etc and cancelling key cards in error.

Location is very good. Easy access to all the good casinos. The pool is the best, not busy and very chill.

It's a 5 star hotel that does not offer a complementary bottle of water, in the middle of the desert. You can grab a Fiji from the minibar for 14 dollars though.

Not all the sunbeds had umbrellas and they were very close together.
