On top of that, the service is exactly what you’d expect: attentive, polished, and consistently high-level without feeling forced. Everything just runs smoothly, which makes the whole stay feel effortless.

The location of the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is absolutely perfect , right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to access shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel during my birthday,I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the staff to mark the occasion. It would have made the experience even more special. Overall, I appreciate the service, but this is a suggestion for improvement

The two bedroom suite was the perfect setting for an intimate CNY prelude get together with friends. The full size kitchen was a bonus, along with the study meant space was not an issue. Staff were helpful with the set up providing extra cutlery and tablewares for the evening soiree.

Hotel pool facilities let the property down, one of the two pools was closed for maintenance and the other was shaded and not inviting at all. The hotel staff did offer the opportunity to use the neighbouring J W Marriott pool which was better, but not something you'd expect to have to do at a Ritz-Carlton.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at RCKL, staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and calm - a homely feeling. Nice to stay in a furnished room, unlike some contemporary hotels with featureless, impersonal rooms. Breakfast was great with ample choices and no waiting in line.

The apartment was so spacious- it was bigger than my home. Large rooms and even a kitchen/ study / dining area etc Location was the best. Right in the heart of the city and shops. Gym and spa was so clean and equipped . The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to accommodate our early checkin which made it so easy after an early morning flight. The food was delicious.

Would have been nice to have a washing machine .

Good location close to Pavillion shopping mall in Bukit Bintang. Clean, well appointed suite with all expected amenities. Very helpful and professional staff at all levels. Reasonable rates.

Both club lounge and general breakfast restaurant busy, very casual and not relaxing. Lots of people with privileges, including many families with small children. Atmosphere of a hospital cafeteria at lunch time. Dress code of any kind not clearly defined or enforced.

Attention to detail is thorough. An expentional 5 star experience - a true hotel. All the nuances you crave are given without asking. Nothing is too much for R.C K.L. Gets busy in Club lounge at dinner in peak times. People eat in the foyer when they cant wait for a table. Looks grisley & unpleasant to see. People slopping food on lounges that are not made for eating at.

From greeting to goodbye, the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was just incredible and you did not want for anything, it was there. Great lionks to the shopping malls and such a good location. Definately recommend.

Everything was luxurious. The rooms are big, bright and clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The location is excellent for tourists, located in the city center in Bukit Bintang, but still in a very calm street. The breakfast was variated and delicious and the staff very professional. Would definitely recommend!

twin room was huge lots of space very comfortable bed mattress was perfect on the hard side which is what i like.Universal sockets make it very convenient to connect .Large bathroom with all amenities of a 5 star hotel.Set up of the jacuzzi steam bath and sauna was the best I have seen and experience including the swimming pool.Location is so close to Pavillion Mall Fahrenheit88 and mny choice of eateries along bukit bintang.

Cleanliness unreal, everything just spotless. Start, lovely , so helpful and thoughtful regarding your stay they genuinely want you to have the best time.

Was slightly disappointed I wasn’t informed about the main pool being shut for the whole time I was staying at the ritz.
