The whole things ,the staffs services ,comfortable and enjoyable in every area

Just small swimming pool, and its doesn't really matter for our stay as we don't use often and for breakfast in my opinion maybe will be pleasant if you put small corner for Malaysian traditional dessert, not for everyone maybe but as Malaysian truly Asia motto will be Greta to introduce the rich of Melayu culinary cultures ,not only nasi lemak

The staff were exceptional and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — conveniently situated for exploring the city. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money and exceeded expectations

Great stay, the property was located at perfect location. Room size & bed quality was amazing. Great Spa, Pool and Gym.

My stay embodied everything The Ritz-Carlton brand promises, with the sole exception that the building is slightly worn and some furniture in the room showed signs of age. However, this was greatly overshadowed by the superb location, exceptional staff, and top-notch ambiance. I must take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Masum for his outstanding service and exemplary professionalism.

As I said some of the furniture needs replacement.

The room was nicely designed with the dressing room and bathroom spacious.

That’s our room wasn’t ready at check in. 3pm. It didn’t get it till 6.30pm

Loved the location , the suites are very comfortable stayed a few times at this establishment

The suite was lovely & comfortable and clean just the carpets needs a change or steamed clean had a slight smell

The hotel location was excellent, and the receptionists were cooperative, especially Mr. SAT The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were helpful and professional.

Location is great, breakfast was a little bit disappointed, didnt understand why they put salt on the fresh cut fruits.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was so convenient to explore shopping, enjoy local stores and easy access to a train ride.

Check in/out counter had only one staff. When we were to check out, we had to wait awhile. The interior was old for the modern changing society.

Everything! The staff were exceptional - the bar tender at the Ritz Bar and Lobby Lounge went above and beyond to look after us!

Our stay was absolutely excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was exceptional, a real highlight of our visit. We’ll definitely be choosing the Ritz again!

The only suggestion would be to offer complimentary parking for guests. Other than that, it’s a full 5-star experience.

We did enjoyed our stay at Ritz Carlton. We were spoilt by all the staff and received lots of amazing warm hospitality and attentions. We were greeted by the staff every day and night. They were all super friendly and helpful. As well as the breakfast was great and lots of choices. We would definitely be coming back to Ritz Carlton for our next stay. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

The bed and pillows were heavenly - straight 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep! The staff were exceptional, always willing to go the extra mile. The location is perfect with the connection bridge to Starhill Mall, away from the afternoon rain throughout my stay.

we enjoyed our stay in Ritz, we booked the apartment it was exceptional, the breakfast was great, the location superb near to the largest mall in Malaysia, and also connected to a mall which have good restaurants.

The staff in the reception and the concierge need to be more attentive, especially the services provided by the concierge. Also, the room carpet either has to be deeply cleaned or replaced

The mattress is uncomfortable.

Walkable distance to many tourist spots

Almost everything was as per our expectations. This was my third consecutive july visiting the same location.

The reception staff lady made it seem like very formal event to check in. She should have been more welcoming and should have taken into account that this wasnt my first visit. It seemed as if i wasnt the kind of customer who would visit with family thrice. All other staff was really good and helpful.

Gorgeous, quiet, comfortable room. Big spacious bathroom (with a scale 😊). Awesome water pressure in shower. Superb service.

You know how a hotel can come so close to perfect, but then do a single thing really short-sighted that negates all the hard work by the earnest staff? This hotel makes you sign out its umbrellas on a clipboard and makes a big fuss of pointing out that you'll be charged a punitive $25 (for a $3 umbrella) if you don't return it. I felt so much stress from the threat (and possibility of losing it somewhere) that I didn't dare "rent" the umbrella and got wet searching for my own to buy in a convenience store (yes, for $3). I have stayed at nice hotels all over the world, and every one of them lends umbrellas free of charge and relies on their guests to be honest about it. This won't be enough to prevent me from returning, but judging from the back room full of unused umbrellas that I saw, I'm not the only guest not offering up his name for the clipboard.

All staff encountered were polite, helpful and professional. Walking distance to TRX & Pavilion. Nice restaurants around. The suite is luxurious.

A nicer carpark will definitely add to the overall luxurious experience.

Located well for shopping, street food, central market and transport links about 15 min away. Very nice hotel with gym and pool. Suite we had was amazing with 3 bed rooms, dining, lounge and kitchen. Really big apartment.

Gorgeous hotel. Location is perfect. Room is very nice, especially the toilet. Facilities are very nice. Gym and pool are really. Breakfast has a very wide variety of options.

Service is a little slow. EG room service, or asking for things from the reception. No deliveries to the room.

- breakfast is top with great food quality/variety and service - location is fantastic - staff is very kind and helpful - big and spacious room

- room cleaning happens around 4 - 7 p.m. which is inconvenient as at this time its more likely to be around between afternoon activities and dinner. - there is a few furnishings that are outdated, the doors to the bathroom and hotel door are not blocking noises, hard and heavy to open/close. - overall vibe is a bit off if you like a more laid back environment. staff positioned all day standing around doing nothing but greeting you which felt unnecessary.

Everything during our stay was amazing. The RC is centrally located, our 2 bed suite was superb, and the hotel restaurant was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Location & Comfort

The staff service was exceptional. The receptionist to the concierge and room service were fantastic. I brought my mum for a stay-cation to celebrate in advance her 80th birthday. Julia of the reception team upgraded our room to a 2-bedroom suite which made our stay super special and it was the 1st time for my mum to experience it. Then the room service team surprised her with extra decor, cake and made a memorable photo that made her feel more special and taken great care by the staff members. Concierge were also very helpful. We will definitely come back to stay again. We also love the location. We also enjoyed the spa and pool. Breakfast was good and the staff were efficient.

We were not informed of the location of the spa (with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) and bigger swimming pool (near the gym). We found them by chance. We were aware of the smaller pool by the massage spa.

Food - Exceptional bad, tasteless

The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious- didn't expect there was a separate kitchen . The coffee machine is better than most hotels I stayed. There was even a water cooler - a bonus these days as some hotels even charge for bottle water these days. The staffs were all very friendly except for one receptionist when we were checking out. There was even 2 room services per day to make sure we had enough supplies. The location can't get any better - Starhill is connected and Pavillion just across.

The fact that the hotel still need to collect deposit as most bigger hotel chains now don't have to do that as they have our credit card detail when we checked in , so they can always charged us if needed.

I asked for invoice and they didn’t give me. They said contact booking.com They should have sent me via email or hard copy at checkout
