Very thoughtful with anniversary treats in our room - thank you. Very comfortable and clean room.

Condensation was dripping from a metal rail on the ceiling down onto our breakfast. Surely in a hotel of this standard, such a problem could be amended.

The property is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and caring. Will definitely visit again.

There were no handrails at the handicapped toilet at the lobby resulting in my wheelchair bound brother had to call for help to get up from the WC. Please add handrails in the OKU toilet.

The location is good. It is a walking distance to the Pavilion mall yet it’s not too busy or noisy The room is big, clean and tastefully decorated The bathroom is quite big and the dressing room is a bonus We like the afternoon delivery of sweets, a nice touch! Everyone is very polite and helpful! Enjoyed our stay very much

In house guess need to pay parking of RM12 per entry. Management should absorb the charges

Family room was very big and spacious

Swimming pool for kids was quite small. Spa pool did not allow kids below 16 to swim, so that was quite disappointing for my children.

The ambience. The facilities were all amazing. Definitely worth trying the ritz-carlton

For Muslims who do not consume alcohol. They do cater to those who consume alcohol. So please be careful and ask the staff. They are very accommodating and will serve you very well.

I checked in late but the staff was so nice to me.

If anything the rooms are quite far from the elevator accessing the lobby

Excellent location, the most friendly staff who go out their way to make your stay better and make sure you are looked after. Breakfast was great too!

Stayed at 2 room suite. But actually it has more room....separate office and store / maid room. Why do I say maid room, because it has a separate toilet by itself. A spacious sitting room....a spacious kitchen ,and spacious luxurious bathroom

The second room does not have attached bathroom for my kids.

Breakfast, bedroom, bed was comfortable, gym fantastic, Library was excellent!!! Stunning hotel overall.

I wanted a shower after putting my daughter to sleep, @12:30am there was no hot water in bathroom. Phoned the receptionist, they told me to wait for another 30mins, by then I was shattered and fallen asleep. As a mother to a 9months old and been traveling for almost a month, I was exhausted.

It was such a wonderful hotel and the area of the hotel was walking distance to the major shopping centres. Haven’t been back to KL since Covid and definitely coming again next year with more family to enjoy our stay once again
