Food and choice were good

Location was perfect for walking but lot of traffic for in/out.

Journey from Lobby to room was quite a walk. You have to take a escalator to catch a lift which is not easy with baby stroller.

Extremely welcoming! Comfortable bed and I love the whole vibe and great location.

We did a 2 bedroom suite and the space was great! They didn't mention that it had an office which is where we ended putting the kid's crib instead of the 2nd bedroom. The staff at the hotel was great and always helpful especially when taking cabs and loading up the kids and stroller. Location was fantastic and it was easy to walk to Jin Bukit Bintang walking through the JW Marriott and The Starhill shops that are connected.

The 2 bedroom suite is in need of a refresh. The carpet and sofas are showing their age and the repair work done on the unit does not look the best for a place with the Ritz Carlton name - they used a lot of caulk for the repairs on the windows, base boards, and bathrooms. Kitchen could also use more plates, glasses and utensils.

Excellent comfortable hotel, with relaxed and friendly staff who were very attentive. Very nice room, well maintained with helpful housekeeping team. Super comfortable bed! Loved the in-room dining and breakfast was very nice. Well located, with plenty of shopping and food options easy walking distance.

Sumptuous decor and flawless service

The Ritz-Carlton has an elegant and chic charm, making it a lovely venue for weddings or events. We visited with our 2-year-old, and while the hotel is stunning, it wasn’t the best fit for a family with a small child. We had to sit in the lounge during the high tea sessions, which is totally understandable. The kids' room was also quite small. The pool was freezing cold, and when we asked the staff for a pool heater, they informed us that they didn’t have one and that this is how it is. We’ve traveled quite a bit and were surprised to hear such a response from a top-tier hotel. We hope this will be addressed in the future.

Premium and comfortable

The room is over expectation at the first impression, everything is clean and well organized. Huge area to hang out and location is great, walking distance to shopping mall and eatery and there is MRT station nearby.

Kitchen could have more equipment since provided with full functional kitchen for 3 room suite. It is ok for short stay, not so great with long stay. It would be great to include breakfast with the suite.

Service excellent, everyone very friendly and helpful. Hotel felt luxurious. Food choice was superb and really good value

Lighting in room poor Was asked if we would like a takeaway breakfast as leaving at 5.30for a long flight home. Did not receive or the tea/ coffee that was offered to come to our room

It was a The family birthday staycation. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The suite was spacious for our family and it has a study room which was perfect for my girl who needed to study. The staff were thoughtful to decorate the suite with balloons and a small chocolate cake. The coffee machine was great for our coffee fix. Lastly the room view was lovely. Overall the stay was wonderful.

As the suite have rooms and many doors, but there is no double security locks. A concern for security.

All the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful.

Having to leave, we had such a great time it was sad to leave.

Superbly situated! Beautifully maintained with old colonial style marrying perfectly with fully functioning modern amenities. The service was excellent whilst remaining discreet and unobstrusive. Fully recommended.

Excellent service. Spacious rooms. Nearby eateries and malls. Well located in the Bukit Bintang area.

It is starting to look a little bit dated, however the rooms themselves appear to be maintained well and are clean and comfortable. Overall, it is in an excellent property for visitors of KL.

The location is convenient and less noise from jln bukit bintang.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the wonderful staff, to the room and all it's amenities. The hotel itself was so beautiful, clean and smelled amazing all the time. The breakfast was AMAZING there were so many options and I absolutely loved the fresh juice bar! I had mentioned that we were coming to celebrate a wedding anniversary and there was such a cute setup which included balloons, rose petals and cake! This was so sweet. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

The food was very bad. Cobalt was very haphazard and uncomfortable.

Room was clean and good, bathroom was amazing The hotel has a classic style you feel like you're in the 70th century I like the smoking lounge area, it was amazing i spent a lot of time in it Staff was so kind to provide us with free umbrellas while it was raining

Nothing that i didnt like

Checking in process was fast and simple with our room being upgraded for free. We purchased the club access for additional and received exceptional service however after having it for one day we realised we did not make use for the benefits and cancelled. Turn down service was good and rooms are cleaned at least 2 times a day with regular up keeping.

When club access is cancelled service received is much lower standard from reception, especially when staying in such a good hotel. Upon checkout process, prices are completely different and more compared to the price booked via bookings.com along with additional charges however reception staff are unable to understand and explain any of these.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. Everything was great from beginning to end, i.e. check-in, room, breakfast (times, service, and selection), afternoon tea, leisure center, and finally check-out. Throughout my stay the staff and service were excellent. Keep up the good work and I look forward to my next stay.

These were only minor faults. The steam room in the leisure center was too hot - much hotter than the sauna. The narrow escalator from the lobby to the 1st-floor guest elevators is unsuitable for large luggage. However, the concierge kindly took care of my bags, and I didn't have to worry about getting them to and from my room. Thank you.

Loved everything about the Ritz, perfect location for our family of 4. Access to pavilion is perfect and the 2 bedroom apartment is so spacious. Highly recommend!

The Ritz-Carlton is a real luxury hotel, with really great staff, who are all motivated to make your stay as memorable possible. They are extremely flexible - we had a couple of requests during our 2 stays with them and they were very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing!

It’s quiet and well maintained. Location is consider good, near to Pavillion and Jalan Imbi. Staff are very well mannered and helpful.

There is no lift from lobby to the room. You still have your take a narrow escalator and walk a bit to take the lift. It’s a very strange design. Hence this walk is not desirable and if you want to handle your own luggage the walk and the narrow escalator is not convenient. My room 513 carpet seems old can see they start to be uneven. That probably need to be fixed.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel and in this type of room. The room is huge, comfortable, clean. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, in no way inferior to breakfasts in more expensive hotels in Kuala Lumpur. The staff is professional

Excellent location! The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was large and luxurious! Location was excellent too! Just a few mi utes walk to Bukit Bintang mall and eateries etc.

The custumer service at the Ritz is as always impecable. The room was very spacious and clean .The location was exeptional its in the golden triangle. You can walk to the Pavilion mall through the hotel. The breakfast was great and the afternoon tea is a must do. The Ritz team was wonderful

The Cobalt Restaurant seating arrangement is too close to another diner Restaurant chief/cook should encourage to wear mask while preparing food (to prevent droplet of saliva while arranging, cook or preparing for food as i saw them talking to one other while arranging for the food on the buffet table)

the bathroom was clean and beatiful. and the amenities (DIOTYQE) was good smell

Hello it is not our first time being in Kuala Lumpur and we have stayed in multiple different hotels here. I really like Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur as a whole, the rooms are great, staffs are great as well (particularly the sleek Indian gentlemen that is stationed near the bridge to Starhill who greets everyone good night and sweet dreams). I went for my traditional Malay massage at Spa Village which was really extraordinary, to a point that I slept. Kudos to the Indonesian female masseur (sorry I forgot her name) but she was really really skilled!

Rest assured that the following that I am commenting is partly due to the urban planning of Bukit Bintang and nothing particular to the staffs of Ritz Carlton. But yes there are certain facilities which I did not use because of the surrounding environment, particularly the pool and gym which seems to be really enclosed (I think for future expansion reference, swimming pool should be located at the top of the building). The front entrance road of the hotel seems to be jammed most of the time which is really a hassle for us to keep waiting for our grab for about 10-20 minutes. (but then again the hotel is located within a busy traffic).
