The personal were beyond all expectations. Exceedingly helpful and polite. This was not the first time that we stayed at your hotel and it will not be the last .your breakfast is surpurb.

My only complaint was the weather.

Room did not match the 16 various photos advertised. Great view but room 45 was not deluxe double standard, but more a double room. Room 45 had a moisture leak in the slanted ceiling that should have been an easy repair. Salt mine and Auschwitz tours booked through seemed fairly pricey ($90/person per tour). Hotel-taxi to airport was almost $40.

My second stay at Wentzl. Gorgeous hotel, best location and the staff are exceptional. Helpful, friendly, nothing was too much. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all at Wentzl for making our stay so comfortable and easy.

Amazing location an rooms had abit of luxury which you wouldn’t have expected for the price!!

If you're looking for the best view of Kraków's Main Square (Rynek Główny), I strongly recommend to make a reservation in Hotel Wentzl. The location is excellent, and although the square is busy until late night, the room itself was fairly quiet. The room is spacious, and has everything you need even for a longer stay, including a very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, and breakfast fine.

Just a minor subjective note: The furniture and design of the interior is a strange mix of old and new. It seems as if the owners are unsure whether they prefer modern or traditional old interiors. However, this does not diminish the overall comfort offered by this hotel.

Room was beautiful, excellent central location and yet room was very quiet with little or no external noise. Breakfast was delicious, both occasions.

Location is perfect. Great views of the main city square and convenient to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff are very very helpful and friendly.

It was good but if I would nit-pick, maybe they could do a bit of updating with some of the facilities and decor.

Lovely old charm hotel overlooking the central square of Old Town with all the little quirks that come with an older building. Location is great for exploring Krakow and the view from the bedroom overlooking the square and attractions is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine (mainly continental style) and the room was very large and with decor in keeping with the hotels age and old world charm. Bathroom was perfectly clean and functional (if a little dark) and whilst not absolutely perfect, overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it good value for money. There are some points worthy of note.

Be aware when selecting a hotel in the town square the noise late at night is likely to disturb all but the heaviest of sleepers. It quietens down considerably around midnight but Krakow can be a bit of a party town so expect a few louder outbursts on occasion in the early hours. Room 21 - The mattress sagged at the edge of the bed on my side which meant I had to try and sleep in the middle more but inevitably found myself rolling towards the edge during the night which didn't make for the best of sleeps. Pillows are ultra soft !

The location was wonderful, right on the main square qith room views of the whole square and St. Mary's Basilica. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Gregor, especially so. En route from Warsaw by car, my wife left her handbag (with phone, cash, credit cards, etc.) in a service station bathroom and we didn't know until we reached Krakow. Gregory called service station and, after confirming it was behind the counter, he arranged for us to hire someone to drive the 1.5 hours each way to pick it up.

Getting to the hotel by care to offload our luggage. It is virtually impossible in these old medieval towns in Europe to do so and you can easily fall foul of the police. It's really just part and parcel of the experience, but we parked in a church car park a 15 minute walk away and took a taxi with our luggage to the hotel. All's well that ends well.

The property was beautifully appointed.

The mattresses could be firmer and we opted not to purchase the breakfast because it did not have a sufficient number of offerings. We saw this, because we went to breakfast to check it out, and opted not to stay and eat.

Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Location is also fantastic, window look out into the Old Town Square.

Best location in Krakow. Mauricius at th efront desk was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The A/C was a little weak.

Amazing stay. The location was superb and also the style and comfort of the room. It's located at the very heart of the city square which made it accessible to basically everything and also you can take bikes for free! We rode the whole day thanks to that :)

Location is right at the square, which is great for sightseeing. But cars/taxis cannot drive to the hotel door. Keep that in mind in case you have a lot of luggage (since you might have to complete the last meters on foot)

Hotel is located superbly on the main market square. We had top floor deluxe balcony rooms which were very large and had fantastic views over the square. Very clean room with super facilities. Breakfast was very good and the choice was excellent and good quality

Location was the best. We were on the square, making it so convenient to get around and see so much. Bedding and toiletries were nice. Breakfast was tasty in a beautiful room.

The location is just outstanding - overlooking the main square in Krakow. The room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable Bed very comfortable, air-conditioning very effective, staff super-helpful both before and during our stay

These are really trivial things, but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room, and a better place to do makeup. Also getting in and out of the bath tub was a bit hair-raising, I am 5ft 7, anyone shorter would have struggled immensely

It's an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are stunning, and the location is ideal, as you are located actually on the main square. The view made it very special. The staff will help you with anything you need and are always available.

This hotel is faultless, and if you want a stay that's perfect from start to finish, stay here.

Top/Central location with breathtaking views on the Rynek Glowny. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms.

Unlike the personnel at the reception, all of them extremely polite and willing to be of assistance, the two ladies in charge of breakfast, were their opposite.

The view and the rooms (top floor) where absolutely amazing!!! You could see & feel the city vibe overlooking the whole square at any time (without being bothered by loud noise). That's what this hotel is about: into the heart of the city! If you love hotels with spacious areas and luxurious receptions look elsewhere. If you want to love Krakow you are in the right place. But the crown jewel of the hotel is it's staff. Marios, Bart, Gregory, you are irreplaceable! I didn't need to search for anything (even though i did search), those guys are right about everything, just ask them. Special thanks to Gregory!
