Wentzl Hotel, Kraków

Wow, fabulous hotel and the room was excellent, great view over the main square, spotless. Water and tea/coffee topped up daily, huge comfy bed and every facility you needed. Breakfast had lots of options and all staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful

Mr. Grzegorz from reception was very good. He gave us perfect tipps and he was always very friendly. Thanks a lot.

The bed should be changed. It is dangerous for the legs.

Wonderful location! Will stay here again on my next visit to Krakow.

All the reception staff were very friendly & extremely helpful & spoke good English. The bathroom was lovely, water nice & hot. Good tea/coffee making facilities. View over the square brilliant.

The bed was not over comfortable & the pillows were awful, very lumpy.

The rollaway bed need updating, we received a defective one, which was promptly exchanged for a different one, and although it did its job for two night, it probably on its last few nights.

Its location was superb at room no 33 having a direct view to the historical square, buildings...with its wooden good quality furniture of the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, we have been even provided with lunch boxes as we should leave very early the hotel without taking the breakfast to visit the Salt Mine. Moreover, the breakfast was also nice.

This property had the WOW Factor !!! Arriving to meet the kind reception staff, and looking at the impressive reception area .. Fabulous room/ fantastic Bathroom / Brilliant walk in shower / Mind blowing Views of the old Town square to die for .

The Wentzl is in the most perfect location in the heart of the square and it was so good having a morning coffee watching the hustle and bustle build up each day. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything that’s needed.

Exceptional hotel!!! We got the room on 4th floor with a view on the main square and could literally people watch, as well as, enjoy the beauty of the square right from our balcony. The staff were pleasant. The room and the hotel have very good ambience, and even though it’s a historical building, it was very nicely renovated. The room is large, with nice furnishing, has tea, coffee, soda drinks, refrigerator, safe, etc. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast since there is ton of options just a few steps away. There is market on the square (literally downstairs of the hotel) selling souvenirs and variety of food, quick bites, as well as fancy sit down restaurants. Horse drawn carriage goes around the square. We only booked hotel for 1 night, but if I knew how amazing the hotel and the location, we would’ve stayed longer.

The location was fantastic overlooking the square. The breakfast was superb, again with an option to overlook the square whilst eating. It was very quiet. It was very clean, the bedding and towels were very good quality and the bathrobe was a bonus, as was the Nespresso machine. Also nice to get fresh milk rather than pods or sachets and bottled water daily. The staff were very friendly.
