A beautiful and historic hotel in an Incredible location. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was great. The spa area was one of the best I've experienced, with the salt room and large sauna/steam room area. swimming pool is very romantic. Just stay here, trust me.

Staff, location and design of the lobby.

The bathroom planning makes no sense (the toilet is right after the door and in the way of the shower, and the mirror is very tiny). Also, there are no lights in the balcony, no electricity plugs next to the bed and the window curtains are very ugly and cheap looking (shiny silver and red, as if from a costume shop). The breakfast had no mango, orange, melon, strawberry, watermelon, papaya, etc. Just basic apples and pears.

The location is brilliant, just a few steps to the main square, The room was very big, beds very comfy, bathrooms luxurious, breakfast delicious and vey plentiful. they also let us make up lunch boxes from the breakfast buffet as we were on trips for both days.

The room and the interior is lovely.

The breakfast is quite expensive based on the options it has. The shower's design is beautiful but inefficient; water sprays all over the bathroom floor. So it is important to be careful when getting out.

Location is just off the main square, so very easy to find and to base yourself for your visit. IT felt very secure and safe. Breakfast was the best - a huge and vareid buffet of good quality options, with a hot cooked offering as well. The kitchen were very attentive with our requests. The junior staff were excellent, it seemed like they really enjoyed interacting with guests. The spa was a lovely experience and very tastefully done. The gym is clean and well thought out, and my masseur was masterful. Our rooms were both upgraded which was extremely generous and completely blew us away. Everywhere around the hotel smelled really lovely. Little chocolates provided and even a candle for my sister to blow out on her birthday.

Senior manager was a little distracted/gruff when my sister checked-in, not a great first impression for her. It would be lovely to have a cosy place to relax - so much on the website is made of the design of the place, perhaps some more comfy areas would make it a 10/10 for me.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve seen. I got early check in and late check out. Toiletries in the bathroom smell like heaven. Location is amazing. Staff are very friendly.

Very comfortable, stylish hotel. Large rooms, comfortable bed, clean and warm. Very helpful staff. Superb location. Lovely spa. I can’t comment on the food as we did not eat in the hotel.

The style of the room felt a bit dated. Minor inconvenience but bathroom and corridor could've used some more hanging options.

Amazing location, just off of the old town centre. perfect location for visiting at Christmas for the Christmas markets. Beautiful room, heated bathroom and huge shower! Our room had a window going up through the celling and it was stunning to look out of in the morning. We would defiantly stay here again when visiting Krakow.

The only this I would say is I would of liked another pillow but that is my personal preference and I never thought to ask at the time, so thats on me. Otherwise nothing at all!

Beautiful hotel, just off the main square of Krakow Old Town. Stunning decor throughout, feels quite luxurious. The staff were great and very welcoming. The spa facilities were adding bonus and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

Clean friendly and very helpful staff the location was perfect for our visit to te Christmas market.

Beautiful hotel which could not be more conveniently situated for the historic centre. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good size bathroom and lovely shower. Very nice Aqua da Palma toiletries. Very friendly staff. We used the pool which was lovely and relaxing, especially because we were the only people in there.

The duvet only reached the edge of the bed which meant we were constantly uncovering each other. They provided another small one when we asked but I found it odd the one provided wasn’t an appropriate size. The lighting in the room was a bit too subtle even when everything was switched on. The bed and armchairs were exceptionally low

It needs tea/coffee facilities in the rooms… for a 5star hotel it should be provided. I did receive a kettle and coffee on request but it should have it as standard

The location of the hotel is perfect, 1min walking from the main square. Very nice hotel, in line with the pictures. The room was spacious and the bathroom was functional (though a bit small). Free bottled water everyday. The spa facilities are great and complete, with two pools, one steam room, one sauna and one relaxation room. The gym looked good as well.

The absence of night stands in the room (one high furniture on one side and none on the other). The pillows were a bit thin and the bed a bit small. No coffee machine in the room. No smart TV (e.g. access to streaming apps)

Rooms are beautiful, the spa is absolutely amazing and the location was absolutely perfect.

Breakfast was amazing but quite expensive, and the same price if you ordered from the A La carte menu or just stuck to the buffet. The quality of both was second to none though.

The location is so convenient, steps away from the old town square and it’s still quiet inside the room. The hotel blends well the modern decorations with the old building structure and materials. The bathroom is spacious. The swimming pool and the spa is perfect spot to relax after the stroll around the town.

The location couldn't be better. The hotel is beautiful, from the reception to the rooms, in person it looks even more amazing than the pictures. The staff is very kind and helpful too.

Staff were friendly. Bags taken to our room and amenities were explained to us. Stocked mini bar and price list. Automatic boot shiner at the entrance of the hotel was something I have never seen before and was very welcome. Pool was beautiful and quiet and all together just a lovely experience. If I'm in Krakow again I will return to this hotel.

The Hotel was housed in a characteristic old building block just off the main square. A perfect location for exploring Krakow. The hotel was a beautiful mix of contemporary and old features . The rooms were spacious and well maintained with gorgeous wooden furniture. It had Spa facilities with a lovely atmospheric pool and sauna available Calm and efficient vibe, staff were super helpful.

Didn’t have hotel breakfast but it looked good. Hotel is beautiful. Staff helpful. Restaurant food delicious. Pool is very cool (not lap length but still wonderful).

One night we were kept awake by noise from nextdoor room.
