Fantastic location just off the main square in a beautiful building. The pool was wonderful, very atmospheric. The staff were all lovely.

We stayed in a junior suite which didn't have any external windows, the windows opened onto a glass covered internal courtyard. I felt that the room was quite dark, even with all of the lights on. The room was lovely, bed very comfy, but it just felt a bit too dark and gloomy for me personally and needed a bit more lighting.

The property feels recently built and renovated. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms which were very appreciated. The location was brilliant. Right next to the largest town square in Europe made evening walks magical.

Not really a dislike. The perfections felt a little spacious. But I guess that’s price to pay for lots of space!

Perfect location for exploring the Old Town. Very good spa/swimming pool and gym. Excellent high end dining room.

Only that the breakfast was not included and was expensive. There were lots of small cafes nearby to compensate.

Very stylish hotel, loved all the stone work. Location was excellent. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Lighting in room poor - style over substance ! Room doors shut with a loud slam - got woken a couple of times by other guests. Subjective, but just didn’t feel “friendly”.

The pared back decor with the industrial elements. Showing the building in the raw. Uncluttered but comfortable. The pool area was wonderful, like swimming in a cave.

Our only gripes were no tea and coffee tray unlike most 5* hotels we stay in, absolutely awful pillows. Only 1 pillow each, thin and soft. Utterly uncomfortable and a very poor first nights sleep. We requested another each which we received promptly - unfortunately they were much of the same, wasn’t great. A double duvet on a king size bed! Seriously. The room doors slam very loudly which other guests didn’t quite grasp late at night.

Lovely location in the heart of the city and exceptional service from the staff, what more could you ask for! Oh, not forgetting the most romantic spa I have seen.

Most things - the location, the decor, the staff, the spa and treatments.

The pillows! You would have got a 10 if it wasn’t for these. Even the staff know your pillows are too soft and it’s even mentioned on reviews. Can’t believe you can’t provide firm pillows (rather than just throw in more soft ones when we asked). I asked the housekeepers who told me you only have soft ones.

Wow! The Stary is stunning. The vibe is everything on the list as you are close to the square happenings yet inside the Hotel, it is like a sanctuary. Incredible value for the luxury. And the pool!!! Can't wait to go back.

Hard to find a flaw with the Stary. The only thing I struggled with was the lighting in our room. It's sultry and moody (which is cool, until you have to put your makeup on.) Granted this could have been user error as well. The hotel is lovely! The textiles, decor and overall design of the place- remarkable!

Noise till 2am from the bar in the street. I would recommend checking that your room is not close to it

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and comfortable. I personally don't like dark furnitures, but they were impecable. The taste on decoration is not what we are used to, to many dark marbles, but all is new. The roof is worth visiting.

I loved the design and finish on the rooms. Comfortable and extremely well finished. The breakfasts were gorgeous and the dining room was very well run. I thought the toiletries were very nice.

The hotel itself is lovely, very close to the old town. The staff are polite. Check in is 2pm and I love the fact check out is 12pm!

I would have liked some salt for the steam sauna and a kettle in the room.

The way the building has been lovingly restored to modern standards was more than functional, it was done with good design taste. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Impossible to register for facials - not available today and tomorrow morning No toothbrush and toothpaste though its 5 stars Sky bar didn’t work at 22.30 already though its written its till 23.00 And most important IMPOSSIBLY HIGH PRICE FOR MINI BAR 0.3 wine for 20 euro, 0.3 polish beer for 10 euro You must be kidding And the quality is not that super So the hotel is so fancy and glamours its too much

Everything in the room was perfect. Beautiful design in the entire hotel. Wellness is small but nice. Breakfast is excellent.

TV is old fashioned, could not get Netflix on it. Otherwise I would rate the hotel a 10.

Amazing service. Always offering to help and accommodating requests. Food was phenomenal. And all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our wedding guests were also thrilled with their accomodations.

The ambiance of the hotel is dark lighting; I know it's a purposeful style but just makes make up and getting ready a little challenging. Maybe really good mirror lights can be added to the bathrooms ?

Everything was flawless. This is an impeccable hotel. One of the most stunning properties I have ever seen. Each room is different.

No hot tub and a cold pool were sad surprises.

Good location and impressive venue

The windows to my room, by the bed were floor to feeling aspect with a direct view of the lifts. Meaning anyone coming and going on the floor would look straight in to my room and me in bed.
