Well located, reasonably priced, very comfortable, beautiful room

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our experience truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

A nice little hotel in the centre of Krakow. Friendly staff, perfect location , superb breakfast..

Few steps away from the centre, rich breakfast and kind staff.

The location was perfect, on a quiet street which was a minutes walk to the main square. The room was a lovely size, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous - the selection of food was exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working on our arrival, but staff provided us with a fan immediately, and the air conditioning was fixed the next day.

Location and clean

Really great location being in the old town but so quiet. Nice relaxing nights on the rooftop terrace and could hardly hear the city. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early for my check in but just wanted to drop my bags off. They advised my room was ready so I could go straight in.

It is showing signs of age but this is ok as nothing significant. The dining looked to be very posh from the photos but the menu suggested otherwise. I don’t eat there or see anyone else eating there during my stay.

Very friendly staff, and perfect location for exploring the city. Very good breakfast, good variety. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

A great location in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the main square. Absolutely fantastic staff who are incredibly helpful. This was our second visit to this hotel and we also booked it for some family friends who came from America - who also loved it. It's a lovely hotel with a family feel to it. Good breakfasts too!

Great location for the city and very quiet. All staff very helpful even took our bags to our room, also provided great evening restaurant information. Hotel small and cosy. What it lacks in more modern facilities it makes up for in charm. Breakfast very good and lovely surprise of Bloody Mary’s and fizz at weekends.

Bathroom and shower facilities not as modern as other hotels we stayed in on our trip. Getting in and out of the bath to shower not that convenient.

1. The location was very close to the main square and very convenient. 2. The staff arranged a taxi pickup to and from the airport. 3. Daily housekeeping 4. Great breakfast 5. Staff made dinner reservations for us at restaurants in the city. 6. The hotel was small with 23 rooms and had an elevator.

We were in room 303 on the top floor which got very warm despite having the air conditioning on. This room is on the top floor and has a large window with a roller shade that does little to block the sunlight. We spoke to 2 different reception staff on two different days alerting them to the problem. We were told a technician would check it. I was not updated either time and the room remained too warm on the warmer days. I did ask for a floor fan which they happened to have. This made the temperature bearable in this particular room.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for accessing the old town also trams & taxis. The room we had (206) was beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean, the TV even has English news and sport channels. We had breakfast, which was very nice and we enjoyed the small but vey comfortable basement bar.

My only negative comment is that there’s a piece of waist land next to the hotel and a building behind which looks a little run down, but to be fair the hotel have done their best to screen these out.

A truly wonderful hotel in the heart of the city! The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering something for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again!

Excellent location, up a quiet, unassuming lane. Hotel is literally three minutes walk to the old town. It’s a beautifully clean hotel, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The staff are extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good indeed. The hotel arranged transport for the six of us from the airport, which was very reliable and cheap. Minibus driver so knowledgeable too. There are so many hotels in Krakow but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one.

Located in the very heart if the old town, within few minutes walking from most landmarks and bars/restaurants. It is not your bland faceless tourist hotel - it boasts a vinted romantic atmosphere and spacious rooms. The stuff is friendly, competent and ready to go out of their way to suit the needs of the guests. Clean and proper. It is not cheap but - if you are not travelling on a low budget.- every cent is worth the feeling of an aristocratic traveller of the olden days.

Couldn't ask for a better location or more helpful, friendly (even English speaking!) staff. The rooms were lovely.

In the old town, but hidden from the crowds down an old side street, this place has the prefect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The building is old and Hogwartsy enough to charm, the staff are very friendly and I loved that the bar was just a little library downstairs. I had been backpacking around Europe and had been sleeping on boats and trains for a few days. To arrive in this charming little place and be able to shower and sit with a beer on a leather chair in front of a fire, surrounded by books was exactly what I needed.

Excellent buffet breakfast , loads of choice and always topped up with, rooms were lovely and a bonus a bar in the library area. Staff very attentive, used Adam the taxi driver from hotel for trips and airport pick up. Location is excellent , 10 minute walk into market square and other areas , castle about 20 minutes all walkable . Bars and restaurants all nearby the vodka bar and a polish restaurant. Rooms are older style to fit in with building did not eat in restaurant at night but they do have a few choices on menu.

We have stayed here before, and it remains an excellent hotel in a quiet central location. It's a 3 minute walk to the main square, but it is exceptionally quiet at night as it's away from the bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable with a reasonable sized bathroom. The air conditioning was on, and water was also provided. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Polish breakfast was excellent.

Shower curtain in the bath. The room was quite small but okay for a short stay. If you are staying longer a bigger room may be worth the extra.

I booked Hotel Gródek as a surprise trip for my partner after him passing his medical exams and it did not disappoint!! We were kindly upgraded to the presidential suite and received chocolates and wine. It was very touching and a perfect way to celebrate him qualifying as a Dr. The hotel was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and walking distance to plenty of great bars and restaurants in the old square. We enjoyed happy hour in the Hotel bar between 6-8pm. The bar is in a library and it was a perfect place to have a cocktail before dinner. I cannot fault our stay we had a wonderful time in Krakow. Thank you Hotel Gródek!

Perfect location, close to everything, beautiful and clean, the hotel is on a quiet no through road, we looked out over trees and green space. The staff in the hotel were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you, very informative and helpful, always friendly and polite. Food was amazing , well prepared and presented with care. We will definitely be back, recommend highly to anyone looking to visit Krakow.
