I liked everything.

The property was in the perfect location for us. Just off of the main square but tucked away so a quite little sanctuary to return to. It was exactly what we like - a traditional hotel with character. Lovely bar and good breakfast buffet choices.

The property was a little outdated in the rooms, but we’re generally really clean and tidy so can’t complain.

The location to Old Town was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the room size was nice, good amenities, nice breakfast and a wonderful experience. Would strongly recommend staying here, really enjoyed our stay. Close to the main Christmas market.

We traveled to Krakow on a university alumni and friends community tour. With 20 different guests of all ages, there are many moving pieces and the hotel handled all the logistics perfectly. The staff were quick to respond and informative every step of the way. We're especially thankful to Konrad. The location could not have been better! Lovely place staffed with friendly people! Would definitely recommend.

A super little ‘boutique’ hotel, ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the heart of the main square.

Perfect location, peaceful, yet in the Old Town. Easy walk to the main railway station, with a direct connection to the airport. The room was quiet and warm (in October). Comfy bed, good bathroom. Local specialties for breakfast.

The room had a funny shape, meaning lots of space could only be used as an entry. The rest of the room felt cramped because of that. We hoped for more English-language TV channels, the choice was small. I would welcome a better offer of fruit for breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent choice we had at breakfast, the food was beautifully displayed, Our room was lovely and a good size. Everything was spotless including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is attentive to providing excellent service. It is located on a quiet street with easy access to all Old Town sights.

The manu in the restaurant a bit challenging... Not too much variety of things to order.

The bar itself had poor selection of drink and it was like having a drink in a library so felt a bit strange and not very comfortable and this was evident as nobody ever was in there drinking.

The breakfast was exceptional. Presentation, variation and range. There was something for everyone with every palette.

Location for the Old Town excellent and in a peaceful small side street. Staff really helpful and welcoming. The Breakfast was very good with a good choice of freshly cooked eggs and bacon, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meats, different types of bread etc. The Library Bar was a treat.

Pavement and road outside the Hotel require some attention, rather dilapidated/neglected. The room was on the warm side during the night, presume the air conditioning is switched off at this time of year (September).

Fantastic, quiet place. Easy to walk or take transit to all parts of the city. Loved being able to end the day with a sauna. Also accessible for a tour guide to pick us up. Always nice to have a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Cleaning was top notch, too.

Didn’t expect the steps between the bed and the bathroom.

This was our first visit to Krakow and we unknowingly picked the most wonderful area to stay in. The Old Town is magnificent and joyful. The staff were delightful and so helpful. The breakfast was substantial and extremely varied.

The bathtub is hard to get in and out for an elder person. And the shower pressure is just so-so

A very beautiful hotel with a charming antique style, located at the eastern entrance to the Old City. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The beds are large and comfortable, and the vintage furniture is inspiring for those who love classic décor. The air conditioning works very well (a big plus in the summer). The rooftop sauna and terrace are wonderful additions. The staff was kind and accommodating, even allowing us to stay until the afternoon for only a small extra charge.

Great location, super convenient to downtown and all the attractions yet still away from the crowds…a hidden gem!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our experience truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

A nice little hotel in the centre of Krakow. Friendly staff, perfect location , superb breakfast..

Few steps away from the centre, rich breakfast and kind staff.

The location was perfect, on a quiet street which was a minutes walk to the main square. The room was a lovely size, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous - the selection of food was exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working on our arrival, but staff provided us with a fan immediately, and the air conditioning was fixed the next day.

Location and clean

Really great location being in the old town but so quiet. Nice relaxing nights on the rooftop terrace and could hardly hear the city. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early for my check in but just wanted to drop my bags off. They advised my room was ready so I could go straight in.

It is showing signs of age but this is ok as nothing significant. The dining looked to be very posh from the photos but the menu suggested otherwise. I don’t eat there or see anyone else eating there during my stay.

A great location in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the main square. Absolutely fantastic staff who are incredibly helpful. This was our second visit to this hotel and we also booked it for some family friends who came from America - who also loved it. It's a lovely hotel with a family feel to it. Good breakfasts too!
