We will come again
Dinner and breakfast are exceptional. Staff is very friendly and go out their way to make you happy.
The gardens are beautiful and the size of the suite is enjoyable.
Handling of issues with management and staff is professional and obliging.
Both Swimming Pools were closed for maintenance, no indoor pool available. The Spa lacks cleanliness and atmosphere. Smaller issues on cleanliness could be sorted effectively. The balcony was a bit dark and the view and outdoor furniture thereon did not invite to sit outside.

A fabulous staycation, going above and beyond!
The staff went above and beyond to make this birthday staycation so memorable for my son. From check in to surprises like treats in the room and specific kids products and amenities, a wonderful breakfast surprise, happy birthday songs from staff, gifts...it was unique and he (and we the parents) loved it too. The room itself was exactly what I had hoped for, spacious, modern yet charming and awesome views.
There was nothing we didn't enjoy.

Room, Breakfast and staff especially good. They are very committed to please the guest.
Dinner was slightly below expectations the first night but better the second night.

The hotel and rooms are very luxurious and the staff were phenomenal.
The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the food, and the service at the restaurants were quiet slow.

Great place, great plans …execution poor.

Room was not well checked before hand.
1. Water was unclear/brown and had to be run.
2. Not enough soap/body wash
Also check in at 3pm especially in winter is effectively a bed and breakfast.

Beautiful property, excellent customer service
Excellent customer service!! Every single member of staff greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond our expectations. When we returned to the Four Seasons at the end of our trip, the hotel welcomed us back with a tray of beautiful, delicious cupcakes ("Welcome Back!" written in sprinkles) in our room.
NB The power went out nearly every night due to load shedding, but the generator kicked in within seconds each time.

Absolutely stunning hotel with very attentive staff. The restaurant was lovely with amazing viewsX and the hotel also kindly arranged for a tour of Johannesburg which was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
