Louis Appartements Galata, Istanbul

Great Location. Rooms are large with kitchenette. Staff are excellent.

Another guest chose to ignore the no smoking rule in their room. Smell was evident in stairwell and in my room as well. The staff apologised to me but it was not their fault, just a bad guest.

The staff is so welcoming and nice!! We really felt at home during our stay. We were upgraded and get an excellent room (even though the one we booked looked nice too). The room was very comfortable and clean. We even get a bottle of wine as a gift.The hotel is perfectly located. Perfect place and perfect staff. We ll come back !!!

The location was a block away from the Galata Tower. There was a great vibe in the neighborhood, full of restaurants and bars. The staff were absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them. They upgraded me from a junior suite to a deluxe suite, which was very generous. In future I would pay for the deluxe as the junior suite is on the ground floor and the neighborhood is busy and noisy. They have a small but effective elevator.

Just a heads up - this area is on a steep hill and entry/exit could be precarious for the physically impaired. It is also a very busy and noisy neighborhood, so if you are too precious about noise, this is not the place for you. It does quiet down towards about 22h30

Fantastic, safe location- right next to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and 2 minute walk from Galata Tower. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

This was a great found. Top location with lot of restaurants, markets and Galata tower ofcourse. Nice apartment with lot of nice touches and pleasure welcome. Very helpful personal.

Nothing. Street is little bit busy, but you are in center so you dont care. Very recommend!

- Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful - best thing by far - Room was very clean - We very much liked the location and surrondings: full of restaurants, night life, walking distance from many historic spots - Good price / quality ratio

- Street views did not correspond to pics (these are from the front appartments / rooms). Our "superior room" pointed to a private parking. - Although room size was decent, it looked much bigger in the pics than in reality. - Hard to adjust and keep water temperature in the shower (sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot). - Wooden floor is a bit noisy, especially noticeable if your upper neighbourgs arrive late in the night.

The hotel is extremely well kept, right next to the Galata tower. Excellent staff, particularly Fatih at the reception who was extremely attentive to all our needs. He went out of his way to assist us with a taxi who overcharged the ride. The ladies in charge of the cleaning were also wonderful. The hotel was helpful in storing our luggage while we travelled to Capadocia. Overall a fine experience where the service was personalized and outstanding. Thank you.

Amazing location. Room done out to a high spec. Spotlessly clean, v comfortable bed and pillows, unexpectedly quiet given so central. Amazing staff who were of practical help not just a smile (on everything from where to go to transport etc). Would def stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Only recommendations for slight improvement is to increase air con. That said, they had been into the room ahead of our arrival to put it on, so it was all good.

Central location close to metro and other public transport. Even though the hotel is in an area with a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars the room was very quite. What stands out however is the amazing hospitality, especially from Tufan who was super helpful. Would love to stay again at Louis Apartments.

Louis appartements Galata was a great surprise to my wife and I during our first visit to Istanbul. The location is superb, in a walking distance from the famous Galata Tower, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby the Hotel. The staff was very kind always prompt to support, the room is very cozy, clean, illuminated and well equipped, very quiet place.

No complaints on the Louis Appartements Galata. Not related with the Hotel - lack of availability of taxis accepting credit card as payment mode in the region.
