Hotel Ibrahim Pasha, Istanbul

This hotel is an absolute gem. With a fantastic location where so many sites and shops are within short walking distance, a wonderful set of staff who go out of their way to help and make sure you are comfortable and such a lovely ‘home away from home’ feel throughout, we could not fault our stay here. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul! Thank you to all of the team, we hope to return soon.

Excellent location, wonderful roof top bar. Walking distance from all the important sightseeing locations. Bedrooms are a bit small, but comfortable and beautiful.

The location to the old town and blue mosque was fantastic.

The bathroom was compact and just had an issue with the floor getting wet - but not the end of the world!

The staff was amazing, location could not have been better for all the historical landmarks and tourist locations. Breakfast was tasty and a great way to start our Istanbul mornings, along with complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day could not be beat. The rooms were a decent size, and our shower was actually pretty spacious. The terrace had a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque and was a great place to end the evening.

Location, 5 mins to Haiga Sophia, Blue mosque and other attractions. So many restaurants nearby. Rooftop bar was our favourite spot to relax and look at the mosque. Staff were outstanding.

Room was small but manageable and considering the age of the building not surprising.

Beautiful, modern, clean in the perfect location close to everything. The staff was super accommodating and kind and we really felt taken care of. Lots of beautiful art and design books. The rooftop view is super special. The snacks and coffee are icing on the cake ! Can’t wait to stay here again.

I was thrilled with this hotel! The location was incredible, just off the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Sofia Hagia. We walked or caught the tram to everything and felt like we were in the middle of the most historical part of Istanbul. The view from the rooftop deck was particularly epic, it was amazing watching the sun set over the blue mosque while the call to prayer rang out over the city. The staff were also amazingly helpful, checking us in early and letting us have breakfast before our room was ready due to an early flight. Oh the breakfasts! Absolutely delicious selection of local foods which we devoured every day. For what this hotel cost it was excellent value and I would 100% reccommend it to anyone staying in this amazing city.

We stayed at Ibrahim Pasha Hotel in Sultanahmet with our family, and everything was absolutely wonderful – just as it always is. From the warm and professional reception staff to the delicious and well-prepared breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were spotless, and the location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Sultanahmet, surrounded by history. We truly felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay with family. Thank you again for everything – we look forward to coming back soon!

Credible small tourist hotel. Staff very helpful, 24 hours. A rooftop bar with views, open late. No extras like gym pool, restaurant etc just a small but okay breakfast room. Areas to relax, with books.

The room was tiny but somehow adequate so no worries really.

The location is brilliant - we loved going to the roof to look at the amazing view of the Blue Mosque. The staff made all the difference - incredibly friendly and concierge were fabulous - so helpful and pitched it perfectly for us. Lovely breakfast.

This hotel is in fantastic location, mere seconds from the Hippodrome and Blue Mosque as well as only a few minutes from Hagia Sophia and the tram. Also, the views from the rooftop of the Blue Mosque are breathtaking, especially at night. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful in answering questions about how to get around the city, where to eat, etc. Rooms were clean and modern and breakfast was a very good continental spread.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of the old city. The location is amazing and every major attraction is a walking distance from the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants around as well. The hotel staff were the best. They were super friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of variety on offer. We also had the best Turkish coffee at the hotel and trust me, we tried it at many other places. Overall, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was a bit small but that is pretty much the only thing that wasn’t great.

I can honestly say that the welcome from Ata was the best we have ever received at a hotel. Warm, friendly and full of local information and suggestions. The hotel is located up a road literally 100 metres from the Hippodrome near the Serpent's Column. The Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Cistern are all within a five minute walk so it is hard to think of a better location in the SultanAhmet area. Spending time on the small roof terrace looking out at the Blue Mosque was a perfect way to end the day.

Everything - there was nothing to not like

The terrace is the standout feature of this hotel. The breakfast is also delicious and the hotel has a really sweet boutique vibe. The rooms have a lot of character and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Tea and coffee service is available at all ours as a complimentary service which is a nice touch.

The rooms are very small and our bed was not the most comfortable but for one night it was fine.

We stayed at Hotel Ibrahim Pasha with my partner for six nights to explore Istanbul, flying in from Barcelona after a trip from New York. We cannot express in words how happy we were with the hotel. The service was amazing. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious local specialties, and the entire hotel was beautifully decorated. It is absolutely stunning. They also gave us the best tips on where to go and what to see. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Ibrahim Pasha for making our trip to Istanbul unforgettable and for providing such high-quality service.

A calm oasis in the bustle of Istanbul. The location and views from the roof top bar are exceptional. This hotel came as a recommendation from family and other guests we talked to had also booked on personal recommendations- that speaks volumes of the high standard we experienced on our stay. The staff were charming, helpful and attentive. So now I can pass on this recommendation.

We loved everything about this gem of a hotel! Although our room was very small, we were comfortable and mostly out and about exploring. The staff were helpful and responsive, the rooftop bar overlooking the Blue Mosque magical, and the breakfast delicious!

From the warm welcome as we arrived to the fabulous breakfast each morning, and the location with rooftop bar overlooking the Blue Mosque, we could not have asked for more. In fact, staying at Ibrahim Pasha was the best part of our experience in Istanbul. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Everything about our stay was fantastic - the staff, breakfast, rooms, location. The customer service was always excellent, by all staff - professional, relaxed and friendly. Enjoying the view from the rooftop bar, returning after exploring to coffee and Turkish Delight and the unfailing friendly welcome were indeed highlights of our stay, even among the amazing sights and experiences of Istanbul. Located so close to most of the main sites yet has a quiet, calm ambiance.

We can fault nothing.

We really felt at home during our stay at Ibrahim Pasha. The location was perfect, common areas were cozy and beautifully decorated to feel like a home. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast and tea were superb, and the view from the rooftop terrace was gorgeous. But it was really the excellent staff that made all the difference. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and helpful, quietly taking initiative to make sure that all our needs were taken care of, without having to be asked. For example, noticing that I arrived with severe allergies from the flight, Ramzan at the front desk left instructions for a delicious warm brew of honey, lemon and cinnamon to be sent to me that night to help alleviate my runny nose and sneezing. It is not a miracle cure but certainly helped me sleep comfortably that night and I woke up breathing normally again. Since we were there for 7 nights, the housekeeping staff quietly replaced the tiny bottle of shower gel in the bathroom with a bigger one so that we would not run out and need not ask for more. These little gestures of care and thoughtfulness make their hospitality exceptional. We felt like honoured guests in a their home, and staying there was certainly one of the main highlights of our time in Istanbul. Thank you, Ibrahim Pasha!

We were offered an room upgrade to celebrate our babymoon, the staff was super nice, the location is great (just a minute away from the Blue Mosque) and the rooftop is perfect to end your night in a calming way. A very nice hotel with helpful and caring staff, we liked it so much that we stayed one more night, thank you for everything!!

Location of the hotel is excelent, just near of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast is great, small place but big choice. Some rooms seem to be little small but if you use them just for resting and sleeping they are nice and clean. Bonus point: great terrace with look on Blue Mosque and sea.
