Nobu Hotel, Ibiza

The bay and the sun beds are nice. Location is good. You can walk to the harbour and take the boat from there to the old town.

We had booked a fully sea view room and were put in a tiny room (with roof top though through stairs) with side view to the sea, but mostly facing parking area.
After complaining we got a nice full sea view room. But all not worth the money. Basically it looks like a hotel from the seventies, badly and cheap refurbished, with 2 smaller pools, one for adults only.
If I spend so much money per night I expect also an exceptional hotel, with perfect service and a good sleep. Which was not possible as there was loud music until late. We will never come back.
And I wonder who Nobu gives their licence too.

Worst service, had to chase staff around to order a drink. Food become before drinks in restaurants. Never enough high chairs. Eggs barely cooked at breakfast and took so long

I didn’t feel like the rooms have a luxury feel

Close to beach and lovely setting - the pool was amazing. The room was quite small but clean and tidy with a really lovely balcony view.

The pool you see in the pictures you have to pay an extra 150 euros a day to sit around. You also have to pay 40 euros per person per day for breakfast. Seemed very disorganised - we asked for various things such as an ironing board which just never turned up. There is a pillow menu which is a nice touch but it just seems like a way of giving you cheap polyester pillows to start with as they are cheaper, they also didn't remove our pillows, so we ended up with about 8 pillows piled up in the room. Randomly the maid would remove glasses so we ended up drinking water from wine glasses as they were the only thing left. We stayed 4 days but the mini bar was no replenished, so we had to go to a mni market to get things like drinks and snacks. We ordered cocktails on the first day and 2 completely random drinks arrived -even the server didn't know what they were. The service was painfully slow so we took to going directly to the bar. More seriously the room service food was awful - overpriced and the chicken club sandwich I had had a chicken bone in it and it made me sick, I didn't trust the resturant as a result. The room service veggie burger was laughable - 25 euros for a defrosted bun and overcooked chips with a cheap veggie burger wedged inbetween. We ended up going to Soho Farmhouse for lunch two days running instead of eating here and the difference was just remarkable - both in terms of price and quality.

Their flexibility and very accommodating ways! Very nice place, great breakfast and nice restaurants. Fab location, not far from the old town.

I like everything about it - I stay every year with my young daughter. Kids club amazing as usual, and this trip all the staff at Chamboa went above and beyond. Breakfasts are amazing and change just a little each day which is rare to find and so appreciated. Honestly they all go above and beyond and remember regular guests by name. I have very high standards in hotel and service and it always meets them or if there is any issue they are receptive and solution orientated.

Nothing - all was faultless which is a high credit coming from me ;-)

The food, service and overall quality of service and consumable are exceptional. .

The air conditioning is weak and the sinks don’t drain properly. On our penultimate night of stay, there was an appalling sewage stench on the entire corridor of the 1st floor accommodation. The sofa in our room was slightly damp.

Lovely hotel

Charging for Ned’s around adult pool is mercenary in a hotel that costs as much as this!

A nice and large room with balcony to the wonderful Bay; breakfast buffet is one of the best we know and changing every day, the pool for adults and the pool beds are great and the atmosphere everywhere relaxing! Personnel very nice and helpful

Design decor and layout were excellent, super comfortable.
The staff were outstanding nothing was too much trouble , the welcome from Sébastien was genuine and made us feel instantly at home.
Had fabulous ground floor suite with plunge pool , superb but think next time a high floor suite to take in the spectacular view .

Minor points , think a bit more chill out music and reduce the drum and bass at times of day .
Think the poolside beds should be charged at lesser price for hotel guests .

Stunning hotel, lovely pools, great poolside service, breakfast and ofcourse the Nobu restaurant. We had a lovely stay and the staff were great! The vibe was really welcoming, buzzing yet calm. The location is very close to the party side of Ibiza and super easy to get around via Uber.

As we were the very first guests for the season opening, the hotel had a few teething issues with their cleaning. Our balcony where we had a dinner the previous evening wasn't cleaned until the day after which was strange. The gym was under renovation too but they were kind enough to organise us to go to a nearby gym in their car, all on them. That was nice of them to do.

only being aloud to keep our room 30 mins after checkout WHEN the hotel was not even 50% full... Then given a "room to get showered in ready for departure" The shower was broken and the fixing were hanging out of the wall. it was dirty too.

Rooms are quite narrow and small

Wonderful all around

From the beginning you are greeted from ten friendliest staff that I have ever seen, they went way and beyond to make sure that the stay is good, when I wanted to do a meeting , they provided me with a conference room, free of charge
