Nobu Hotel, Ibiza

The room was nice with a big terrace and a convenient bathroom. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff is overall very nice. The location is convenient. The restaurants serve good quality food.

The hotel is articulated around the pool as the beach isn’t nice and no one swim there. But it is very difficult to get a sunbed around the pool as you have to book it in advance and there is a minimum spent as well. There aren’t enough sunbeds for the clients of the hotel. So you end up paying an expensive hotel and spending your time outside of the hotel. Breakfast is average and they run out of products quiet often.

the dinner menu was good but could have had more vegetarian options too. Hotel had a nice vibe and staff were friendly.

The access to the beach was not great and the beach itself in front of the hotel was a not great. Had loads of seaweed on the banks, not very inviting. Smell of fish when you walk into the hotel as it’s on the fishing side I assume. Could have had more evening entertainment or DJ to make it more lively

bad smell of rotten algues from the beach all the time i wonder why they dont clean the beach part. i know that a public one but a farmer could do the job for just a few euros

Breakfast fabulous , excellent choices / staff / seating . A very friendly hotel , stunning bay views & beautiful decor . We’ve enjoyed 3 visits at Nobu .

Sadly this time we had a ground floor room with a tiny garden , and these feel very claustrophobic . We had expected a balcony and view . However , as we could not move due to full occupancy , we were offered a fabulous meal at Nobu restaurant .

Great hotel all around !

What spoilt it for us was the 250 euros minimum spend around the adult pool. My wife is pregnant so we wouldn't spend that and so we had to sit around the kids pool.

I really liked the location it was in the center of everything shopping, food, clubs. The Nobu restaurant ambiance was beautiful and the food was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. I would recommend Nobu.

I didn’t like the plunge pool at my room it was dirty. I felt it was a little pricey for nothing to be included. Other than that it was a good stay.

We thought the hotel was stunning and the location was great.

We were a both taken aback when we were told if we wanted to sit around the pool there was a 250 euro minimum spend, a bit disgusting when you think how much it cost to stay at the hotel that you then have a minimum spend to sit by the pool area!! Also the service around the pool/beach area could have been much better, it felt that there was a lack of staff for the outside areas.

the reception area, restaurants and view of the bay from the pools are all l wonderful.

the smell from the beach/drains was horrendous such that it made being by the pool unpleasant. the concierge messed up two bookings for us and the cooked breakfast option didn’t arrive on two of the days making the euro 40 per person breakfast tab painfully pricey.

actually everything was nice but in comparison to other hotels it is a little bit over priced. I would assess it as a 700 Euro per Night Place, not a 1100 Euro.

The location is great with a beautiful sea view, the facilities (restaurants, 2 swimming pools, interior salons) are very nice and well decorated. The spa is great and the food very nice : Nobu food that you can order near the swimming pool from 1pm or at the restaurant for dinner. Very nice breakfast as well.

The room was a bit disappointing, the sea view is nice but the way it is designed architecturally was a bit strange, big entry hall (but with small dressing) and the place for the bed and small table and chairs is actually pretty small. The design of the room is also very simple, very standard main international hotel. If you want to stay around the main swimming pool, you will have to pay 150 euros spending which I found quite rude for hotel clients...you can find other places to stay (like the other swimming pool) but still quite rude and they should inform you about that at the check in.

beach was dirty and not cleaned by the municipality or the hotel, don't know who's responsibility it was but it should have been cleared so that people can see the sand and actually enjoy going on the beach

Beautiful hotel. Everything a luxury island resort should be in terms of comfort quality. Staff always professional and polite. Bed is super comfortable. Fittings are very high quality. Toiletries are top notch. Food in the restaurants is good but not great for the prices.

For some strange reason, they are very stingy with room bottled water. 2 small metal cans and a small bottle each day for 2 guests and that's it. Asking for more gets a refusal and a referral to Room Service to purchase additional bottles/cans. We had to go into town to escape crazy prices for bottled water in the resort when it should have been complimentary - especially since we are paying over 1k Euro a night for a Junior Suite! Also, I called the concierge to help me book a reservation with a restaurant and they never got back to me despite going personally to the concierge desk to remind them. I was assured that they will call me as soon as they got the reservation - which they didn't. In the end, I called the restaurant myself and got the reservation. Very strange for such a vaunted name in hotels.

Staff where amazing. Helped book restaurants and cars during our trip. Pool area was lovely and rooms where really clean.

Only downfall was the price of the pool bar. For example a pint of beer was E12.50.

Very pricey

all in all great stay, just a few little issues. sun beds need to be managed better, some guest didn’t have anywhere to enjoy the sun as non guest took the beds, also the pool side beds, charged at €150 min spend, that’s ok, as long as residents due not have wait too long for service, as non residents are enjoying the service for the single day they are visiting. Whilst the hotel is very clean, some of the used glasses where not remote bedside cabinets for three days. One last point the shuttle service is very expensive, the vehicles are not hotel own but €145 for a 15min trip not high. All that said I will say that we thorough enjoyed our stay and feel that it is worth the money and it generally is a lovely hotel with great staff.

Amazing hotel and staff, from the decor to immaculate cleanliness of all areas and personal service.. I love this place! The managers, waiters and bar staff are all very professional, accommodating and keen to please. The cocktails are made perfect to order and the poolside music sets the scene for a relaxed mood and exciting atmosphere! The restaurants were extremely well kept, the food and service were flawless! I lost count the amount of miso black cod I ate! So so good. The evening mood lighting and background music at dinner really makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable and exceeds expectations. Thank you Nobu and all staff - see you next year!

I’m not sure this is part of the property, however, the beach that is connected to the footpath that surrounds the back of the hotel, is badly maintained and could be more suitable for the guests of this hotel. Although, the seaweed is a major issue here, there is allot that could be done to make this part of the hotel more accessible and acceptable for guests that wish to swim in the sea or, sunbath on the beach.

Rooms are super clean with lots of little special extras. Free bottle of champagne on our arrival for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. Beautiful pool area and bar and the food was very good. Breakfast especially great.

Service is slow and not the most attentive. You have to go and order at the bar when round the pool as no one is around and frequently had to chase or remind them of our order.
