It was chilled place to stay , won't stay for long though as can't sit still for too long Little gym around, swimming pools nice

The pool that is to go through spa and have to pay extra €40 each person that shouldn't be like that and service charge at the end of whole stay 10% should state or been told at the beginning And can't go anywhere from the hotel so have to stay in and enjoy the views

Great location if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday away from the Ibiza strip. Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. The staff were friendly. i’m happy we stayed here instead of close to Old Town. It’s a short drive to the clubs if you want to go. There was some food options nearby.

During our whole stay, there was a constant noise coming from above us. we had a pool deck above our room and it sounded like chairs were screeching over the floor and there was constant hammering between 4am and 9am. We did call the front desk about this and they told us they’d look into it. They called us back saying they couldn’t find anything so we just dealt with the noise for the duration of our stay. Service was good, it is a 5 star hotel, but I wouldn’t say it’s 5 star service.

The place was completely smoke free, but a guest tried a cheeky smoke and unfortunately passed through some of the vents in our room. Not necessarily the hotels fault but still frustrating

The views and relaxation areas. The restaurant was incredible.

The reception and spa staff didn’t have 5 star hotel welcoming and customer service. They need to have a more friendly and approachable attitude.

Our stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms with the view, the pool area, the breakfast, the cinema room and the game room were exceptional! But I really have to give extra credit to the staff. Everyone was so nice, you really had the feeling, that the people are enjoying their job and really like having you at the hotel! Special thanks go to the customer relations who planned a whole suprise with me! Everything worked out and I had so little to do! We will definitely come back again!

The views can’t be beat. The staff is always helpful, and we had a delicious breakfast every day that was so huge that we could hold off having food until dinner. We would highly recommend this resort. 

The view from our room was breathtaking.The room was spacious and had everything in it we needed. The whole ambience of the hotel was so calming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The views are absolutely incredible out of all the places I have stayed in the world this is one of my favourites

Superb tranquil location , worth getting a car to get around but hotel scenery and views are stunning Hotel colleagues always helpful and overall service excellent, with great restaurant and spa. You won’t be disappointed in choosing

Staff were brilliant… great culture. Art in the property was excellent… rooms were very small and the lack of water was like looking for gold. No free water was provided in the room and no free water at meal times except breakfast, which was rationed heavily.

The ambiance, staff and environment were beautiful and peaceful. The rooms and view were perfect as well.

Staff contacted us twice during the night due to a noise complaint of furniture moving and loud noises. It was a misunderstanding because we weren't the ones making noise, we were basically enjoying the view and sleeping during those times.

The location of Hacienda Na Xamena is absolutely breathtaking! We had a family room which had a separate twin room for the teenagers. Hotel staff were fantastic and willing to help with everything. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as it’s about 30-40 mins to Saint Antoni / Ibiza town. We booked hire car through the front desk and it was delivered to the hotel within 15 mins and was reasonably priced.

Pool bar felt overpriced and food was a bit average.

Amazing view, everything you need on site, good food, and very attentive staff.

Didn’t necessarily dislike the location, but unless you are happy to spend a lot on taxis or have a car rented, it is quite secluded (which in itself is also a positive).

Gorgeous! Excellent location, fabulous view!

Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and friendly staff. Eden also excellent and a great menu. Loved my spa treatment. Though the thalassotherapy would be private and involve more options eg cold and hot water but the views were amazing! Laura on guest relations is exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. She’s an absolute star!

I could see directly into the garden area and jacuzzi of the suite below. This meant there was zero privacy for both me and the people in the suite below when using the facilities of our suites. personally I don’t like to have people be able to see me when I’m in the bath enjoying the view, and I can certainly imagine the people in the private jacuzzi wouldn’t have enjoyed being overseen by others. For the prices charged by the hotel, a level of privacy is expected.

The views from the hotel are just breathtaking. The room was spacious with fantastic large size private jacuzzi bath tub outside on the terrace. We have used it every day and absolutely loved it. A nice little Bang & Olufsen wireless speaker gave us an opportunity to stream our favorite music while enjoying the warm jacuzzi with fantastic views. The restaurants serve delicious meals and sweat treats. The Spa treatments were great as well. One of the best vacations in our lives. We have already booked our next stay.

The wardrobe cabinets in the room could be a bit bigger. We did not manage to unpack and empty our suitcases during the stay. The outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold for us, but excellent for people who love swimming in a fresh cold water.

Everything was great about our stay here. Views are amazing and everything is very chilled. enjoyed relaxing here for a few days to finish off our Holiday. will defiantly return next time we are in Ibiza!

Food from the hotel (not the Eden restaurant!), was far below quality in terms of quantity, presentation and taste. Patricia one of the waitresses delivered a great service. The frontdesk was bad. We had some issues (hammam not working, iron was really dirty and ruined a shirt, long waiting times for for instance the iron), and no apologies were given nor were we asked at checkout how the stay was. From a 5-Star hotel I expect a different service. You simply for the location.

the view from the hotel and from the room is gorgeous, you will see the best sunsets. Great confort, fantastic pool, good food, great cocktails. the staff is extremely nice, and made good recommendations for restaurants around.

Everything, this place is truly Heaven on earth!!! Never see any place like this. The staff is very friendly, love the shape of our room, our balcony is just stunning, you don’t need to go anywhere to watch the sun set, the sun set just right in front of you!! I will never forget this place, is hundred percent the best spot in Ibiza!!!!
