It feels great from outside, but you feel you live in the street from inside. Weird looking people, I smell drugs in the elevator.. you don’t feel secure while sleeping. They have also ruined my suits ..

Everything at the hotel was amazing. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was immaculate. I wish I could’ve extended my stay.

Far and away the best place to stay in Houston!
The room was truly a haven, modern amenities, nespresso machine, large bathroom. Comfortable bed and sitting area, We were sad to have to leave. One of the hotel rooms I've stayed in. The sauna and spa were an additional and welcome relaxation.
If I'm forced to say something bad, the bed pillows were a bit flat. Pool was a bit small as I like to actually swim. Other than that it was a great room and a great stay.

Breakfast was great and Location was Excellent. Nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a bunch. Staff was always excellent. Housekeeping was wonderful as well as the many amenities the room had. When in Houston I will be back to this hotel.
