Good location, service, and very very clean

Room was a bit small for 2 people with luggage. There was nowhere to open or store a suitcase which didn’t mean you had to step over it on the floor

This is a great hotel. Good service. Lovely room. Bar and food available.

Only one potential issue which is a lack of privacy as the screen between bathroom and bedroom is clear glass.

The hotel is in great location. The room we booked was a good size. I liked the al carte breakfast option.

The staff were too functional. No one really approached you unless you approached them.

Location. Super stylish and calm area for lunch, drinks etc. Incl an outside terrace. Beds are super. Room is very stylish. The hotel has a great and homely taste.

We liked the large windows and the great view (if you're high enough). the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed just in front of the big window. I really enjoy the automatics curtains that close or open by themselves as soon as you touch them. Lovely and big bathroom with great lighting for applying make-up (for once!). Very good breakfast. The staff is fantastique, very kind, helpful and a special mention for the concierges who were very helpful, and a very special mention for Mr Kyo Tong who went well over and above what you expect from a concierge to help us not to miss our last big excursion.

The location is good and within walking distance of trains, trams, shopping and eateries. Bed is comfortable, shower pressure was very good, and general hotel service was befitting a five-star.

The hotel is priced quite high, and I'm not sure I can say it was good value for money.

We loved everything. Very nice breakfast and lovely stuff. Room was big enough and comfortable. Shower was amazing.

Good location, the hotel is well decorated and clean. Check in and check was fast.

I find room service a bit poor, having to be all day out working you would expect more than just 4 dish options to dine in. Also, the last order ends at 22:30, I find this a bit poor for a 5* hotel. I arrived to the hotel after a 7h flight at 00h and had no food options in the hotel - I was expecting for them to have a late menu like in other 5* hotels. I still can't get over the fact that there are only 4 dishes in the menu. The gym is smaller than expected, the images are tricky as they use a mirror reflection so it looks bigger than what it is.

The room is clean and staff is nice. Will come back again next time.

Breakfast was limited with options which was okay as the quality and speed with service was great. Location was perfect for work or leisure.

Room size was too small and made any time within the room left feeling uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

Location was great - very central to all the different parts of Hong Kong. Staff were superb - friendly and quick to help. Wine on the 1st floor was great

The breakfast was very good. We also had brunch there, and it was also quite good. Very stylish place with proper art and thought for details.

There could have been more plant based options at breakfast. The property was quite expensive.

I liked the location but it was between two MTR stations so it was a bit of a walk.

Nice boutique hotel in Wanchai. Warm lobby area a the staff was amazing. Special thank you to Sadu from Nepal, you are a gem for the hotel. We felt home instantly with you.

The room design and amenities. Staffs were helpful and fast to get us all checked in in a short time.

The lobby space is a bit small for our family crowd. The concierge person wasn't helpful with our luggage.

Conveniently located near the tram stops of Hong Kong historical ding ding, nearby tourist attractions and to various cafes nearby. We were allowed to check-in way earlier before the actual check-in time (due to low season?). Reception team and concierge were courteous and helpful.

Nothing to fault really, just a home-work for the breakfast restaurant team, there was only one friendly member (male) of staffs who embodies the true meaning of hospitality, compared to the others who were too poker-face-y. Hospitality = friendly/welcoming.

It is a great little boutique hotel with an exclusive vibe. The lobby lounge reminds me of the luxurious comfortable First class lounge of Cathay Pacific HKG. It's a great place to work, eat and unwind.

Although the rooms are just 5 years old, they have no international sockets. This is old school. Should cater for all plug types. From a modern hotel this is expected and a must.

The room was well designed and decorated, felt modern and luxurious. All members of staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The food was of a very good standard and the breakfast provided an excellent selection of items and a wonderful menu selection of cooked dishes as well.

A great and luxurious stay in the heart of Hong Kong. Everything has been perfect and extremely comfortable.

Room was compact but incredibly well laid out and everything was of a high standard! Luciola Italian restaurant was brilliant - food, service and atmosphere!

The Hari has a very nice interior design. It is also very well located but still quiet. It was very clean and comfortable.

If I had to be picky: I think the rooms may be a bit small for two, in particular, if you travel with luggage. The placement of the wardrobe in the bathroom area and the locked door leading to the bedroom did not make much sense in my view. It would actually help to get some instructions on where to go upon arrival (there was no staff at the ground floor when I arrived) and how to use the lift (as there are two different number panels that function differently which is a bit confusing).
