The Murray Hotel, Hong Kong

There wasn’t a room service menu that was easily accessible, so we ended up getting deliveroo instead.

everything! it’s brand new, tasteful, incredibly clean and impeccable service. staff are the best thing about this hotel. special shout out to Eric and Heidi from guest services.

Breakfast good . well presented . all options available . Dinner resturants also very good

swimming pool area is not really user friendly and the Cold plunge pool should be a heated jaccuzi

We were in a very spacious room overlooking the Hong Kong park. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also right next to the peak tram station, and more local public transportation.

On the edge of Admiralty, a central business hub where things closed down during the weekend, so it can be a little further away from restaurants and other conveniences.

Spacious room, beautiful bathroom, modern decor, location much more convenient than expected. Far superior to many of the other higher end hotels at a similar price point.

Corridor was a tad dark, gym had limited equipment.

Phenomenal hotel. Service and facilities, and breakfast, were perhaps the best I have stayed in. And we have visited a lot of 5 star hotels. Eric the concierge just wonderful. So helpful. Beatrice in club Lounge was so lovely and helpful also. Gym was superb.

Found it difficult to navigate the walkways around HK. Everything is via building lobbies and shopping malls. This was more on HK than the hotel.

It was about the best place I’ve ever stayed in. There was an understated quality to all the offerings at the hotel be it, say, the room, the breakfast, the pool. All were beyond my expectations.

Super nice location, perfect hotel near of everything. Super comfortable everything looks perfect. Only still hard to understand Chinese English accent when you talk with the stuffs - but is ok, they are super lovely! Merci dear Murray

I liked the 24 hour gym and the room was superbly appointed. The view from the room was excellent.

I couldn't order room service. As my custom, I pay for every order whether in a restaurant or in-room dining. In other hotels the service staff brought a card reader with them when they delivered in-room dining items. At the Murray they wanted to talk about this a LOT, which made me feel that they did not know how to make the room service 'service' smooth for a loyal Discovery member...I did not order room service and we went out for breakfast.

The hotel was very central and easy to access shops, restaurants and local transportation.

Food at the hotel was a little over priced but lots of local food places to go instead, very short walk.

The Murray is Opulent and Classy. Our stay was an Exclusive Experience, and staff made us feel at home. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary and the Hotel went out of its way with complimentary balloons and delicious cake for our celebration. The rooms are very spacious with lots of amenities and qreat locations.
