The perfume in the hallway is way too strong and sweet. I was sneezing every time stepped into the corridor.

The service staff deserves special praise and attention, they are really great professionals. So dedicated to their duties, its just so motivating even for me.

I expected that for an extra fee I would get a much better view. However, the view was great on the bay, but the city was not visible at all. Although you have rooms that perfectly combine both the city and the bay view. Its time to renew the swimming pool area, it doesnt feel fresh. Breakfasts do not take into account the taste preferences of guests from Central Asia

View is astonishing and stunning!!! This is the main reason I chose this hotel! The bed is comfy, size of the room is big and spacious, design of the room is really good to my taste. I like the separate of bath tub, shower and toilet bowl. The location is perfect especially there is Airport Express Station to check in my luggages just walking distance from hotel, I didn't have to carry my luggages all the way to airport and qued for dropping baggage, less hassle.

Breakfast buffet was kind of disappointed 😞. As a five stars hotel, the selection of food is extremely less and food is kind of lousy! Dim sum is very famous food in Hong Kong, the siew mai and har gao provided by hotel should be at least up to hotel standard. Unfortunately, No! The siew mai and har gao were like frozen food and just steamed hot to eat. Bakery also another weak point! Do not up to hotel standard, don't even mentioned 5 star hotel.

We had a wonderful time here. It was my brothers birthday and we asked for a special surprise with cake and balloons in the room, and they did it perfectly! Very good rooms and overall facilities.

Luxurious hotel near Kowloon station, convenient location near the station with various shops and restaurants. Friendly staff fast check in and check out. Highly recommended for layovers not very far from the airport with a central location.

Other than mall (which is v nice), not much to walk to that's immediately close by. But good subway connection and 30mins by train from airport.

The view was breathtaking, and our room was nice, a good space for our son to play. Great to work in the room, really nice bath. We arrived on mothers Day and we were surprised with co, a complimentary bottle of Champagne and cake, balloons, a welcome sign and cards, little touches, and chocolates, but the cutest was the welcome for our son, the tub had a sweet message and it was colored alongside a rubber duck. The staff was excellent, we were treated like royalty, and our room was tidy every time we went outside the room, multiple times a day. Everyone was so friendly and I think is an amazing place to get the kids to. The pool was really big and quite empty most of the time, very cozy with beds. I can not fault it! Was the best hotel we ever stayed <3

I think is a positive one, but I would have liked to be closer to some walking paths, but with this hotel, you don't need to leave the site much! Also, please bring back a kids play area!! That is such a good one for parents!

Perfect and high-end service - as expected. As our return flight only left at 23:45, the hotel offered a prolongation of our room until 16:00 without additional charge - which was very helpful.

This hotel is amazing. Concierge Emily Chui greeted me as I stepped out of the car and took me directly to my room and did all check-in there. She gave me her number and was available to me anytime throughout my stay to help with anything I needed. Ozone bar, highest bar in the world, was terrific. Guest Experience Manager Adam Vayda made my visit to the bar memorable and special. Housekeeping services were personalized and exceptional. The view from my room on the 112th floor was amazing. There is a wonderful Hotel Ambassador, Joe Ku, who has been with the hotel 30+ years who is in the lobby to attend to anything a guest needs and just to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend the Ritz in Hong Kong.

I didn't like that someone took me up to my room .. I felt little bit uncomfortable about that .. but I understand that's part of the process .. just not my personal style ..

Our entire stay was absolutely amazing. We decided to upgrade to the corner room and it was the best decision ever - the view over Victoria Harbor from the 117th floor is simply magnificent. The pool is also extraordinary, as is the entire hotel and the experience it provides. We can't say enough about how attentive and helpful the staff were, taking care of even the smallest details (like leaving a souvenir bookmark on my book by the cleaning staff, or sending over a bottle of wine when our shower had a small malfunction). Thank you!

Everything, but most of all is the staff. Everyone I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They are truly the asset of this hotel and what keep the guests coming back time and time again. I indicated in the booking that I was there for a weekend of the birthday celebration. The hotel staff decorated the room to give me a lovely surprise when I checked in. They also sent a complimentary birthday cake, with a hand-written card and a lion 🦁 soft toy. These gestures are very thoughtful and made my stay there special and memorable. I really appreciated it.

If I have to point out one thing, the interior feels a little dated.

The staff! Every single interaction was one of the best service experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The ladies and gentlemen knew what I needed before I did, and the extent to which the staff go the extra mile without being prompted is truly outstanding. The hotel itself is gorgeous with excellent facilities. Daqueen in the spa is truly outstanding at her work - knowledgeable and kind. Mike at Tin Lung Heen was outstanding. The ladies and gentlemen at reception are the most helpful I've ever experienced. I was lucky to be upgraded to a room with a corner window.

That I had to leave. This place feels like your close friends welcoming you into their home.

Room was spacious with 270 panaroma view (though have to wait for an hour to get our room) and staff were fantastic

Breakfast was still a bit below expectation. Not too many type of food there, seen much less than that of Shangri-la.

There were some problems with restaurant reservation: started communication via email, got a nice recommendation, but couldn't manage to finish booking because got no answer to letter with chosen time so I had to arrange a dinner via website. In the end the dinner was great but still communication could be more convenient.
