Fantastic hotel! Rooms are very nice and super clean!

Beautiful retro decor. Quiet but near everything we wanted

Property is impeccably maintained. Design is beautiful and much of the hardware and details are custom made, yet the hotel manages to keep the property in perfect condition. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location convenient.

Nice staff, very cute room

Beautifully designed hotel with a maritime theme inspired by Hong Kong’s Star Ferry. Decor and furnishings are immaculate and original, leading to a very pleasant stay.

Not much in the way of additional facilities, and situated next to a highway off-ramp.

Really beautiful hotel design and the rooms were thoughtfully designed and well-equipped. Great location near the Wan Chai station. Staff was very professional and friendly.

No 24 hours room service which I think is important as most visitors to HK experience jet lag and might be in need of food in late night.

Could tell that a lot of thought went into the design process. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Would have been better if the room is bigger and if there are facilities like bar and pool.

Great hotel with fabulous rooms and in a wonderful location

The wifi wasn't good enough to watch the football on my laptop and I had to hot spot on my phone instead. Not ideal when England are in the Semi finals of the Euros and you want to watch a match at midnight! Other than that though the hotel was brilliant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The linen was beautiful. The smell was incredible! Beautiful bathroom.

Super soft mattress! Excellent! Really comfortable! Shower room with super hot water 24/7.

The room’s design is “old Hong Kong” which means light is dark. If you come here for business and need laptop during nighttime, the hotel does not fit you. But if the purpose is casual, that’s a perfect one choice.

One Staff reception when check in kind of gave me attitude for a credit card that wasn’t under my name. Others staff were really nice during the stay. No bottle water

Location was handy. Within minutes of Wanchai station. Also within walking distance of causeway bay. Room size was good.

The ventilation unit was a bit noisy. Shower floor was concrete and not very comfortable.

The hotel is really great - location, design, staff, size of the room etc. The attention to detail in the rooms exceeded our expectations. However, the breakfast was quite underwhelming with limited options and average food for the price.

More lighting, very hard to see make up at desk, or bath roomand could do with magnifying mirror. The corners of the bed stick out so tendency to bang legs and bruised. May add stck on cushioning

Location was a bit off from everything but accessible to train and bus to airport.

My favorite hotel in Hong Kong. The interior design is gorgeous, the rooms are not massive but they are wonderfully laid out. The location is wonderful and the staff is helpful and kind. I was traveling for work and ended up staying there 3 times throughout my 2 weeks in the area, I just kept re-booking. I had to get some packages shipped to the hotel and the front desk made it very easy to do so.

Lovely design-led room with very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Little details such as water and coffee machine was lovely, and the lighting was excellent too.

For the price of the room, some of it was looking a little dated, for example the blinds in the room were quite frayed. The shower was good, but not a rainfall shower, and the amount of storage for clothing was quite limited.

Really there wasn’t anything wrong with the hotel. There was a mix up with our rooms at first but they very quickly sorted the issue and gave us an upgrade which was super nice. It was a bit noisy at night; we could hear traffic.

Staff at the door were very good. The staff at reception also let me check out late when I had a delayed flight which was awesome.

Elevators are small and slow - but pretty normal for Hong Kong.

This is a great hotel option in Hong Kong! It’s conveniently located near Wan Chai station and while it’s busy everywhere in HK, the hotel is very quiet. The design from the furnishing to the tiny details like the light switches are impeccable. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. We would stay again!

Great design in great location to MTR and ferry .

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff were kind enough to give us a free upgrade. Matthew Yuen in particular made sure we felt at home. The cake arranged in the room was a very nice touch.

Shower holder was a little loose so that was a little irritating at times but other than that our stay was great. Room was very roomy by Hong Kong standards.

Very central location - short walk to Wanchai MTR and the tram. Easy road access to the rest of HK.

Well located in Wanchai and close to MTR and trams and walking distance to many eating places/coffee shops etc. The Italian restaurant on the street level is excellent.

Wanchai overall is a bit more of a grungy area but we knew this having lived here before - location is excellent though.

Very good design overall, we stayed in a large room, which was very good. Good location, easy to move around by tram.
