The view from the 35th floor. The quality of the room, chandeliers, full panoramic windows. It is the most beautiful hotel room I've stayed in and most stunning view I've had. The desire for the staff to get it right was fantastic. The marble bathroom. All exquisite..

Small issue checking in. Despite my trip having been paid for 3 weeks prior to my arrival staff wanted to take the money again. Being called twice in my room to ask when my "do not disturb" sign would be turned off - thereby negating the essence of "do not disturb". Small things, just irked me a bit. Everything else was exceptional.

Our stay at The Reverie Saigon Hotel was simply perfect – it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The service was exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. Every single member of staff made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are breathtaking – luxurious, stylishly furnished, and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. They are exactly as pictured on the website. The view is spectacular. Everything is spotless and maintained to the highest standard. The room service (e.g., makeup room) is truly outstanding. The breakfast is absolutely perfect! A huge selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. Whether you prefer Asian or international cuisine, there's something for everyone. The value for money is unbeatable. We stayed at this hotel for six nights and, should we decide to return to Vietnam, we would definitely choose this hotel again, and perhaps even stay longer.

The staff (none in particular) with exception of the lounge bar staff none of the staff that we were in contact with were very friendly / helpful or informative ( the hotel has so much to offer that no one tells you about so read about it online ) they were not very welcoming Also they need to have staff at the pool area if you want water , drinks or food you have to go looking for someone in the nearest restaurant to order from

The breakfast was absolutely Amazing! Vast array of choices both Asian & Western. Their cappuccinos were the Best we’ve ever had. The room was stunning in every way. We appreciated the fluffy white towels, bathrobes & all the sundries. The chocolates left in our room in the evenings was a wonderful touch. The staff was The BEST!

It was Perfect!

Great breakfast selection, got to enjoy both a buffet and a la carte menu due to staying in a room with lounge access.

Location quality of rooms

The place certainly lives up to all the excellent reviews. We spent ten days here and had a blast! The food and beverage staff were amazing, special shout out to Duc and Huong who were so attentive and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are so spacious and we slept so well. Food was great and the happy hour down at the Long Bar was a welcome respite after tackling the business of Saigon.

Reception staff could have been slightly better. On check-out they charges us twice. We had paid a bond upon check-in and then we we checked out they charged our card again. It was only after calling them did they refund that second charge. This seems to happen at some hotels so just a heads up to makes ure you check that you are only charged once and refunded any bond you don't use.

The hotel is located right in the city center, on a prime street. The interior is extremely luxurious, with beautiful details throughout. The rooms are very spacious, and from the 39th floor the view is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of food. I experienced the 180-minute spa package for couples, which was amazing. The spa ended with champagne and cakes, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh flowers and chocolates. I will definitely return to this hotel on my future visits to Vietnam.

The staff was exceptional, the room was really spacious and the breakfast delicious. The staff made sure that our breakfast excede our needs (vegetarian and vegan).

Unfortunately there were some activities going on outside due to the season and end-of-year. They were very loud and they run until very late.

Really like a dream, the hotel is so beautiful. The rooms, design, amenities, fabrics, the feeling of luxury. The staff is very friendly and caring, Christmas decoration was wonderful..

The room service baguette & croissants are not of good quality, disappointing room service breakfast. When purchased at the café, they serve a much better quality there. The light switches in the room were broken and the sockets are worn out so the charger would always disconnect.

Fantastic hotel right in the centre . Beautifully decorated, super clean, breakfast was amazing, staff were very attentive and helpful. Great pool area. All in all AMAZING 😍

The hotel has fantastic attention to detail. The views from the room were amazing and such a convenient location.

My only gripe was being surrounded by four staff when I walked through the bar to double check I had signed the restaurant bill, which I had previously signed.

A different experience than the usual modern style hotel. A beautiful stay.

Best location — within easy walking distance of all major attractions. Extremely friendly staff, with minibars replenished throughout the day and housekeeping servicing the room twice daily. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, featuring a dedicated fruit stand, and the on-site Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant is exceptional.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of all the action, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and sent cake for the birthday. The room was beyond our expectations and the view is like next level, so regal and the decor of the hotel was exquisite! We would definitely return, a very special place.

The TV didn’t work properly in the bathroom, but no big deal as didn’t watch it.

room was spacious, breakfast was very extensive and you could also order a la carte, like eggs or hot meals. Very nice. The pool and spa facilities (sauna and steam bath were also included in the price). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

At first our room smelled a bit moist and the bidet of the WC was not working. I called and they immediately fixed the problem for me. It seemed that the AC in the room was fixed in temperature, you could not change the temperature, only the amount of fan power, which is a bit annoying since sometimes at night it felt a bit cold in the room. But overall this was a great hotel and we had a great time.

the breakfast was served in a very personalised manner on top of the self serve buffet. Staffs were attentive . Room view was good . Club lounge food spread was good including friendly staffs like Giang , Nhi and Quanh Anh.
