Amazing hotel. I can't afford this kind of place in the U.S. so it was nice to go while in Viet Nam and take advantage of the lower rates. The hotel is beautiful, but a bit confusing being spread out over many floors. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff is very kind and capable. It was really just amazing. It was my birthday and they brought me a piece of chocolate mousse cake. That was so nice.

A great place to stay - the decor alone is worth the price of admission. The room was well appointed, the view fantastic and the bed very comfy. Very central spot right on top of Nguyen Hue.

I like everything about this place. I re-visit the Reverie Saigon every year. I enjoy the layout and design of the building, the kindness of all the staff, the delicious morning buffet, the best spa treatment facility i have used in HCM. The room was spacious, with a great view and amenities.

I have re-visited the Reverie over the past years and have come to my attention that the building decor is falling apart and really needs to be serviced/maintained. The pool tiles have fallen away from the surfaces in areas, lighting and buttons in the rooms have been worn. However, these are minor things.

The restaurant staff were wonderful. Especially Ngoc at breakfast

Access to the Hotel rooms was awkward as you had to take a lift from ground floor to Hotel Entry and then Hotel lifts to room. The Breakfast was excessively expensive.

Everything in the hotel is exceptional. It has a very glamourous touch. A bit of a bold choice with my different colors but I liked it. The staff is very welcoming, the room is spacious and the service is on point. What ever we needed or asked for we were helped right away. We would definitely come again and can really recommend the hotel to anyone. Also the location and especially the views are amazing and the hotel resides in the higher floors of the times square building.

The only small thing to improve is the humidity smell in the room and floor. I assume as the room has no windows to open the humid air is not properly exchanged with fresh air from the outside. So you feel when you enter the room the smell of humidity.

It’s expensive but worth every dollar in this hotel, from the luxury of the hotel to the staff, it’s perfect experience 👍

This is a high end property and is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This is my second time staying there and I intend to stay again next year.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean too and the staff is very attentive to our needs. The buffet breakfast at Cafe Cardinal is amazing and has a huge variety of food, catering for everyone. The Royal Pavilion in the hotel serves the BEST Chinese food we’ve ever tasted. Simply outstanding!

Initially requested high view rooms for both Deluxe and Panorama Suite, and was not disappointed, spectacular views all round. Customer service was on point, facilities up to date, convenient location to “Walking Street” and was overall one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences. Will be coming back in the future, very impressed.

This is an absolutely divine place to stay at. It’s like a vintage Versace style house. Everything is so grand. Absolutely beautiful. Location is smack bang in the middle of everything. Amazing stay. Amazing service.

The price is definitely not like normal prices of places in Vietnam. It’s definitely on the expensive side. But you’re getting what you pay for.

Junior suite, spacious and well-equipped. It has a super kitsch, bling-bling look, but that's what makes it fun. But "kitsch" doesn't mean arrogant or pretentious, and here it leans towards pretentiousness.

It's a factory, and that's the problem – for the price, it lacks the service that makes all the difference.The staff is amateur, friendly, but for the level that the hotel claims to be, there is a lot of improvement to be made.

The photos don’t do it justice. This place is a beautiful ornate palace. Every time I walked in, it took my breath away… And I travel a lot and love luxury, so it takes a lot to do that !

The only thing I would say is that the rooms are so luxurious, it might be easy to lose something because there’s so many little spaces for that to happen… I did not lose anything, but that would be my one comment.

I booked a room for my parents as their wedding anniversary’s gift and the staff surprised them with a welcome note and champagne on arrival which was lovely. After check in the staff showed us around the hotel and our room which was a nice gesture that you don’t usually get at other 5 star hotels where you’re treated like a number. We also love the daily turndown service which makes us looking forward to going back to the hotel after a long day. The customer service, deco and cleanliness of this hotel were impeccable. We would definitely come back to this hotel in our next trip to HCM!

Service was top notch, they cleaned the room twice a day, if you needed anything, it was done very quickly. Location is right in the heart of Saigon. Lovely staff, clean room, can't fault it at all.

I'm a frequent international traveler for both business and pleasure, and I'm also an LHW member (but this time I booked through Booking.com, not LHW), and I've stayed in some great hotels. The facilities and other aspects of the hotel have their own strengths, but I can't forget the polite and friendly faces of the staff. I even voluntarily tipped the staff at the breakfast room, which is a rare experience for me, and I was happy to do so. I will remember this hotel's unforgettable service for a long time.
