Fantastic hotel right in the centre . Beautifully decorated, super clean, breakfast was amazing, staff were very attentive and helpful. Great pool area. All in all AMAZING 😍

The hotel has fantastic attention to detail. The views from the room were amazing and such a convenient location.

My only gripe was being surrounded by four staff when I walked through the bar to double check I had signed the restaurant bill, which I had previously signed.

A different experience than the usual modern style hotel. A beautiful stay.

Best location — within easy walking distance of all major attractions. Extremely friendly staff, with minibars replenished throughout the day and housekeeping servicing the room twice daily. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, featuring a dedicated fruit stand, and the on-site Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant is exceptional.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of all the action, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and sent cake for the birthday. The room was beyond our expectations and the view is like next level, so regal and the decor of the hotel was exquisite! We would definitely return, a very special place.

The TV didn’t work properly in the bathroom, but no big deal as didn’t watch it.

room was spacious, breakfast was very extensive and you could also order a la carte, like eggs or hot meals. Very nice. The pool and spa facilities (sauna and steam bath were also included in the price). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

At first our room smelled a bit moist and the bidet of the WC was not working. I called and they immediately fixed the problem for me. It seemed that the AC in the room was fixed in temperature, you could not change the temperature, only the amount of fan power, which is a bit annoying since sometimes at night it felt a bit cold in the room. But overall this was a great hotel and we had a great time.

the breakfast was served in a very personalised manner on top of the self serve buffet. Staffs were attentive . Room view was good . Club lounge food spread was good including friendly staffs like Giang , Nhi and Quanh Anh.

Staff was absolutely amazing. So many smiles and and always tending to our needs. The room was spectacular, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful view. The Reverie is in a prime location, 5 minute walk from resturants and beautiful sites.

One of the best hotels in Asia

I specifically rang the hotel and confirmed that the late fee of 50% to be applied if booking out before 6pm would be based on the day rate not inclusive of breakfast that i booked on booking.com. They proceeded to tell me yes but then tried to charge me more and was absolutely ridiculous to argue over $20usd when their staff was in the wrong. Despite this they only dropped the price to their in-house price and did not rectify their mistake. The Reverie is an amazing hotel but in this instance it was handled extremely poorly by management and not what one would expect from a hotel of this calibre so extremely disappointing however lesson learnt, simply you can't rely on what they say over the phone.

We could not find a fault with this hotel and the staff. It is truly a fantastic hotel, with amazing attention to detail at every level. The views are mesmerising, the location perfect. If you feel like treating yourself to something special, don't hesitate. I will definitely stay again next time im in Saigon.

The only thing when staying at the Reverie is that the music from outside comes straight in so if you intend on going to bed before midnight then take it into consideration.

A superb hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location in central Saigon.

It did not cause us any issues but during weekends the street outside was a little noisy.

Clean, upmarket hotel, lavishly decorated with first class amenities and attentive staff. Ho Chi Min is not an entertaining or culturally exciting city, but staying at the Reverie is certainly worth doing - it is an experience in itself. A superb breakfast buffet - only let down by the utterly tasteless eggs (for some unknown reason)
