The Myst Dong Khoi is the most beautiful place to stay. I have been here twice and I would come back time and time again. It’s been 7 years between stays and this hotel has not aged a minute. The Myst has the most beautiful staff who are friendly and accomodating. Their facilities are incredible and the food is unbelievable. We had a late flight after our check out and the staff offered for us to continue enjoying all the facilities, including the pool and the high tea, until we left for our flight later in the evening. A highlight of our trip, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Rooms - More exactly the fact there are no proper hangers for towels.. Especially for hand and face towels.. The hanger on the bathroom door is very poor and because of it our towels were always falling on the floor. The rooms are pretty smalll, if we wouldn't do an upgrade the view of the room would have been awful, more exactly you could see a big wall in front of you and nothing else. The noise in the room .. You could hear everything from outside.. Especially the traffic noise. Breakfast - Generally good breakfast but there was always a problem in communication. I want to hard boiled eggs - I was getting soft eggs I want two hot Vietnamese white coffee - I was getting iced coffee

Location is amazing, nice & creative boutique hotel that feels like a fresh breeze in the busy District 1 area. Great breakfast.

Avoid rooms on the 14th floor (incl. the suite which we had booked), because it is very loud even during weekdays (the rooftop bar and pool is on the 15th floor). There is constant noise incl. pool water swishing around, and tables and chairs being moved late into the night, plus constant noises from staff using the metal stairs outside. So better opt for a cheaper room category, the suites seem to be a waste of money because you won’t sleep well.

Great boutique hotel with a great location and decor. Very friendly staff for check in, with drinks and snacks on arrival. Awesome rooftop pool and bar (bit funky to get to, but hey that's boutique for you). Great range of food for buffet breakfast. Close to apartment cafes and great shopping areas. 10min walk to Saigon Mall. Free minibar (but only drinks and fruit, excluding alcohol.

Definitely on the older side, with some cracks in bathroom walls and balcony spa bath. They tried to say room deposit was 2million dong when my booking on here said 1million for deposit (didn't have 2million in cash due to this). They were hesitant but did 1million, just need booking clarity. I went to eat at the rooftop restaurant, they sat me down and then no one came to take my order they just ignored me for 10min so I left, such a shame.

It’s got an amazing pool and bar, the breakfast was absolutely 5 star and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. The rooms were great and the bed linen was super soft, best night sleep ever!

I loved this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very charming. The location is excellent. Its in district 1 but very quiet. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel like a priority. Service is 100%. Breakfast is excellent. I will definitely go back. I have stayed in a few hotels in saigon and this is by far my favourite. A special thank you to Nhi Lam for making my stay so memorable.

Service at the street level cafe was always slow. The Bar is not as good as the rofftop bar.

The rooms are great, with a hot tub on the small balcony and very comfortable beds. It's a great location to get about and explore from the hotel. The bar and swimming pool on the roof are fabulous. Lovely breakfast served.

There was a slight issue with the hot tub and getting the plug to open to let the water out but it was such a treat to have a hot tub outside!

This is my favorite hotel anywhere in the world. It is top notch in every possible way. I am constantly in awe to the design and detail of the hotel, cafe, restaurant and bar. Staff is top notch. I love this place.

Fabulous hotel. Room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely beds, hot water. Jacuzzi on balcony was brilliant. Buffet breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea were also brilliant. The staff we kind and attentive. Sauna, steam and swimming pool also wonderful. Would absolutely stay again.

Nothing. Jacuzzi wouldn’t bubble but we didn’t mind anyway. Otherwise, perfect!

Spacious, tastefully designed rooms in a quiet street and the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive to guests’ needs. Experience manager Nhi Lan sent someone to check on the USB ports and TV remote room in my room promptly after i informed her they werent working.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and I really liked the decor – combination of modern and cultural heritage. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good, not just the food, the best coffee of the world and service, but the beautiful presentation and plants everywhere. Afternoon tea was a nice extra.

Superb breakfast, the best of my 3 week trip. Rooms were very nice, innovative modern style to the hotel. Roof top bar and pool were very nice.

Check in process was a little slow. I prefer the old style desk check to the extra personal touch.

This location is really a must see / do. Nice decor with respect for heritage; super friendly staff and location is very convenient.

Only small point for improvement would be the breakfast buffet. It’s not bad at all; but did miss a bit the surprise / quality for me.

Everything!!!! Unbelievable rooms!!! Sweet balcony!!!!world class breakfast!! A world class staff !!! It’s as nice a hotel as we’ve had the good fortune to stay at. We’ll stay at the rest of the properties owned by this group!!!

The only negative is after staying at the Myst ..other hotels will seem overrated.. And there is no amount of money that can guarantee an experience equal to the Myst!

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Breakfast and high tea were exceptional.

Concierge staff were extremely helpful and always keen to help. Staff at Rooty Bar were absolutely delightful, attentive and welcoming. The rooms were enormous, as was the bed. We highly recommend this property

Service was exceptional, rooftop pool/bar was a great addition. Long/GD made our visit more enjoyable at the Rooty bar with personalised service. Buffet breakfast there was plenty to choose from, including fresh made Banh Mi! Clean room, highly recommended!

Stunning hotel! Bed was so comfortable! Gorgeous spacious room with a jacuzzi bath tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful we were on a late flight home so they arranged a late check out for us which was much appreciated. Loved the pool and rooftop bar great for cocktails.

Wasn’t many other nice places close by to eat but wasn’t a problem as we took a short grab cab to go for dinner.

The staff were wonderful from welcome drinks to checking out. Mr Long greeted us and settled us in. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and the pool and bar area also a great place to chill out. Mr Phuoc was helpful in fact all the staff we met were excellent. Central location, near the Saigon River.

Room was a little dark and there were a few mosquitoes but the staff were great and sprayed the room for us while we were out and after that no problem 😊

From the moment we arrived we knew we picked a great hotel. A very warm welcome with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. The rooftop bar was very peaceful and pretty private. We unfortunately didn’t have time to test out the spa or pool. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to tourist places. Staff also very helpful with getting taxis if required. The air con in the room was the best.

However, there was a slight hiccup upon arrival: the bidet in our room had a broken seat. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a small inconvenience that we hadn’t expected. Thankfully, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.
