I am obsessed with this hotel. Every aspect of this hotel is considered and includes a wide range of amazing repurposing of Saigon history. The details are exquisite, but even more so is the service. I hope the owner understands just how incredible their staff are. They were beyond helpful and provided us with the best first experience of Ho Chi Minh city. We are truly blessed with this hotel experience and indebted to your staff, especially Mr Nghia. Thank you.

The design is beautiful of the hotel and it’s very romantic setting. Perfect for looking out over the city views. The team were extremely kind and gave my wife flowers because we were celebrating our anniversary. The whole experience was wonderful!

The location was a huge tick for us. The bed was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool area and drinks. The staff were attentive and helpful. No issues booking tours/taxis/ changing money.

The amenities in the rooms weren’t overly functional. The shower area was disappointing no privacy and just wet the room. Seperate private bathrooms would have been more enjoyable.

I could not find fault with this hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful going out of their way to get you what you wanted, the location exactly where we wanted to be. The breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea were both equally impressive. Overall an amazing stay.

My family and I recently spent three nights at the Myst and found everything about it to be warm, friendly and of a very high standard and quality. After multiple trips to Ho Chi Minh City, we had stayed at a few different Hotels in districts 1 and 3 but none had quite ticked all the boxes until this one. From check-in to check-out, we were consistently treated exceptionally well throughout all aspects of the hotel and its facilities. The location of the hotel is superb with easy walking access to a lot of the district 1 sights. The rooms are of a generous size and a bespoke nature instead of a boring sterile feel that many modern hotels sadly go for. The restaurant and staff were great to us, be it for breakfast, a la carte lunch, afternoon tea (included in the room rate) or for dinner. Just great food and a pleasant dining space to enjoy it in. The rooftop pool and bar area were fantastic also as was the cafe space at the hotels entry. Overall it was the consistent attention to detail at every step of the way that set it apart for us and we will be booking again on our next trip to HCMC.

The Myst Dong Khoi is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The arty interior design is beautiful, the staff are extremely professional and friendly, and the pool area and the bar are a wonderful retreat from the hectic city. The breakfast is excellent, too.

This is a very artistic Place designed by a famous Vietnam architect. The mix of old and new is charming. Rooms are cozy full of wood and interesting details. Love the attention to detail from the staff.

The rooms are a bit bright. What I mean by that is there are louvered lines in two of the windows and the other windows are stained glass. So it does get a bit right early in the morning. If you are a dark sleeper this is not the room for you.

It is perfectly located. The roof top pool was a great place to relax in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with an alacarte choice and good coffee.

I'm not a person who takes breakfast, but the breakfast offering at this hotel was pretty good and I ended up having it every morning when I was there. Anyway, quaint room furniture but a comfortable room. The spa was comfortable enough, good discount for the guests.

A bit disappointed that the bathtub is located outside without aircon, and probably can be seen from the building next door.

A really beautiful hotel. Loved our room so much with a tub on the balcony. Truly unique style. The staff was full of grace and kindness. Location was solid, we walked to all the sites. The rooftop pool was an awesome place to kick it. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel…clean and very nice rooms with comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast bar is huge covering just about everything you might want! The staff were endlessly helpful & charming.

Walking through the cocktail bar to the pool?

We loved our stay at this beautifully designed hotel, which mixes vintage charm with a modern feel. The rooms are stylish, very comfortable, and feature large beds and private balconies with jacuzzis (we didn’t use ours, but it’s a great option!). The location is fantastic — close to Dong Khoi Street, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and landmarks like the Opera House, Cathedral, and Post Office. It’s also just a short walk to the river for easy access to river cruises. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which was a great place to relax. Although we didn’t visit the spa, it’s another nice option to have. The daily afternoon tea with live Vietnamese music was a lovely extra touch. The staff were excellent, especially Duc from the concierge team, who helped organise Opera House tickets for us at the last minute. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City

Loved the comfort, cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel. Staff were lovely. The pool area on the roof was amazing.

Would have liked a proper separate bathroom. Our toilet only had a slatted door off the main bedroom.

The room location was a bit disappointing. My room was situated behind another building, which blocked the natural light. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the morning sun during my stay.

We have just checked out of a 4 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Perfect location for sightseeing in District 1, the staff are all super friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and the atmosphere is great, really relaxing vibe. Would recommend for a family!

Beautiful hotel lobby and roof top bar with a great steam room and small gym in a good location. The bed was comfortable but the room was a bit dark and uninviting. We did not use the bath on the balcony or choose to sit out there as there was no outlook. The staff were attentive and the afternoon tea served daily was impressive.

What a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were attentive and nice. Amazing breakfast. Cost of drinks very expensive, go across the road and grab some beers from 7/11 for $1….

It was a shame that your booking system had been hacked and therefore it was challenging dealing with your reception staff trying to find a room. Fortunately a room was found so the day was saved.🙂
