We had an amazing stay at The Myst Dong Khoi!! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. At checkout, we accidentally left something in our room, but the team immediately found it and kindly sent it along with our other luggage—such thoughtful service! The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel made us feel truly welcome. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable bed, well maintained room, happy and attentive staff. Hotel in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic.

Room layout was a little unusual. Bathroom and toilet location in our room was a little unusual.

This hotel does all the basics super well. Location, cleanliness, lovely staff, good sized rooms, a spa (terrific massage) and a gorgeous roof top pool area. What this hotel does that makes it different is the extras such as jacuzzi’s in each room, a stand out breakfast, a free high-tea and drinks in your hotel room. These extras add another dimension to the enjoyment of your stay.

There were ants on the desk and wall, the come to clean as soon as we told them, but there were still some left. The towels were to far from the shower. Too expensive hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and they also offered a high tea for guests in the afternoon. The building was beautifully designed. The General Manager came and introduced herself to us and explained some things regarding the architecture which was interesting. We stayed on the 14th floor and the room while it was not large had a nice layout.

The outdoor jacuzzi which we had paid for did not work which was disappointing. It is fairly pricey to stay here.

The fabulous Breakfast along with the beautiful, well appointed rooms & the unique architecture was by itself interesting to appreciate & reflect.

A Health Faucet/Jet spray as an option would be a great addition....just my thought, but still manageable....More for the uninitiated guests, getting used to the Japanese WC can take some time exploring....

The attention to detail and history in this place is amazing. The quality of the food was such a highlight. This is a true boutique hotel and very unique. We loved it!

We loved the complementary afternoon tea that was offered every day. It was a lovely treat to come in from sightseeing in the heat and sit down to a cup of tea and plate of treats. Thank you. It was a lovely touch.

The room was a bit basic and got very hot while the room was unattended and the power was off. It took a while to cool the room down each time I came in.

It’s stunning, and the details are exquisite, which is obvious immediately. The lobby, restaurant, and rooftop pool and bar are magical, and the rooms with their high end bidet toilets and outdoor jacuzzi bathtubs make it a very hard place to leave. The staff were so wonderful and hospitable.

They were unable to help us rent scooters, which was a first after having stayed in so many other hotels. It was actually surprising, given the high price point for this hotel and the exceptional service. Also, the dumbbells in the gym don’t go up to very heavy weights, so if you’re really strong, this gym might not be for you.

This hotel was BEAUTIFUL. Beds super comfy…close to walking street. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful!

The property has a lovely charm in an area surrounded by corporate chain hotels. The staff in particular are very friendly and helpful. Would easily stay here again.

The staff were very helpful in addressing our needs to the best of their abilities. Beautiful spaces across the hotel - the pool, bar, restaurant during tea time, the cafe and even the spa.

Towel quality

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The roof top pool and bar are stunning. We even got a free room upgrade. I have already recommended to family who are visiting Vietnam soon.

There was some construction noise next door but I suspect this was a short term problem.

Was an architecturally interesting building, the plants were beautiful along the room terraces. The rooftop pool was so beautiful! Afternoon tea was a real treat. Location was perfect.

The room we had was quite dark as there wasn't much natural light. The balcony faced a building just a few feet away. We were told it was a room upgrade but when looking at our reservation details it was exactly what we had booked.

Amazing location, rooftop, live entertainment at afternoon tea. What a cool spot! Mr Long was so lovely and helpful, he spent some time chatting and showing us some great recs for dining in the area.

I knew this hotel would be stunning ! The welcome drink and sweets was a wonderful treat after arriving . Refreshing and always a hospitable gesture. Our room was on the 4 th floor. Great view of the city and beautifully decorated. Classic , cozy and such a comfortable bed and pillows. They give you a lot of bath amenities and the location is perfect for walking to great shops, restaurants and cafes . The pool is AMAZING! Its serene and the service at the bar was great! The staff really go above and beyond.

Great location in District 1, near a lot of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated.

The sheets did not completely cover the mattress and there was no option for early check in.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at! The decor is charming and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable- incredible spacious beds! It was great having a balcony with a jacuzzi tub as well. The pool on the top level has amazing views and is covered in plants like a jungle - it’s breathtaking up there. As is the dining room and the breakfast was wonderful - good selection of Asian and Western food. The location is great for exploring Hi Chi Minh and the staff are very nice and professional

Honestly nothing

Staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was amazing and the location was good. The way they have done the hotel great, as it keeps the traditional feel to it.

A couple of issues with shower but was swiftly resolved.

Location, excellent breakfast, outdoor cafe in front. Service was excellent. Check-in was extremely well handled by Anh.

Amazing location with a boutique old charm feel. The buffet was exceptional as we as the free afternoon tea. Rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The ye staff were so lovely, helpful and thoughtful. I can’t fault the place one bit.

That we didn’t stay longer

We had a great stay, brilliant location, well designed spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, and beautiful staff that were knowledgeable and attentive. Special shout out to Long (from reception) who made our trip extra special with his attention to detail, his wonderful recommendations and caring kind nature.

A very beatiful and luxury hotel. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Pool on the roof is a treat. Room was big beatiful and the attention to detail was remarkable. We didnt try the food.

This boutique style hotel is amazing. The mix of traditional and funky decor worked well. Staff are amazing and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The complimentary high-tea was not expected and a great bonus. Beds are super comfortable. I was most grateful for a surprise birthday cake 😊

WiFi was not reliable. The access to the gym is actually dangerous climbing up a very small steel spiral staircase!!

A fantastic stay in Ho Chi Minh City at this wonderful hotel. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is wonderful. Everything in the room was very comfortable, and finally, special mention for the staff.

Location, straff, room, pool everything is brilliant! There is a jacuzzi on the balcony! Amazing view!

A bit slow check-in and -out proces. The beer selection of bar is very narrow and only Heineken based. 7 Elleven just outside has a great and local variation of craft beers available.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was amazing! Beautiful hotel, loved the pool area, rooms were spacious and comfortable!! Crisp and clean and well-located. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
