Lovely hotel…clean and very nice rooms with comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast bar is huge covering just about everything you might want! The staff were endlessly helpful & charming.

Walking through the cocktail bar to the pool?

We loved our stay at this beautifully designed hotel, which mixes vintage charm with a modern feel. The rooms are stylish, very comfortable, and feature large beds and private balconies with jacuzzis (we didn’t use ours, but it’s a great option!). The location is fantastic — close to Dong Khoi Street, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and landmarks like the Opera House, Cathedral, and Post Office. It’s also just a short walk to the river for easy access to river cruises. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which was a great place to relax. Although we didn’t visit the spa, it’s another nice option to have. The daily afternoon tea with live Vietnamese music was a lovely extra touch. The staff were excellent, especially Duc from the concierge team, who helped organise Opera House tickets for us at the last minute. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City

Loved the comfort, cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel. Staff were lovely. The pool area on the roof was amazing.

Would have liked a proper separate bathroom. Our toilet only had a slatted door off the main bedroom.

The room location was a bit disappointing. My room was situated behind another building, which blocked the natural light. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the morning sun during my stay.

We have just checked out of a 4 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Perfect location for sightseeing in District 1, the staff are all super friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and the atmosphere is great, really relaxing vibe. Would recommend for a family!

The bathtub on the balcony was vert cracked, so did not use.

Beautiful hotel lobby and roof top bar with a great steam room and small gym in a good location. The bed was comfortable but the room was a bit dark and uninviting. We did not use the bath on the balcony or choose to sit out there as there was no outlook. The staff were attentive and the afternoon tea served daily was impressive.

What a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were attentive and nice. Amazing breakfast. Cost of drinks very expensive, go across the road and grab some beers from 7/11 for $1….

They said the change rate was the best and they can do it. Actually. It was really bad and I could have earn and extra 100$ if i would have change it myself at the goldshop 200m from the hote..l.

It was a shame that your booking system had been hacked and therefore it was challenging dealing with your reception staff trying to find a room. Fortunately a room was found so the day was saved.🙂

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in the world, just so much variety. What a lovely comfortable bed we loved the hotel and its exceptional staff, even the maintenance man bowed and wished us a good day in perfect English. Amazing hotel would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Your booking system had previously been hacked hacked and so our second night wasn’t confirmed . This upset me until kindly one of your member of staff was able to facilitate the second night.

The hotel was quirky and interesting everywhere you looked - from the cafe and reception to the rooms and shared areas. The hotel really brings the outside in. The roof pool and bar were amazing

their booking.com account was hacked and i had hundreds of messages prior to the stay asking me to verify with my credit card - hopefully they have resolved this issue now

Everything, I’ve travelled to Vietnam many times and this is by far the nicest hotel I’ve been to. The room is clean and beautiful, the bar and pool is gorgeous and the staff are so helpful. The restaurant next door is also great for relaxing. It’s also right in the centre but you hear no outside noise at all. Honestly you won’t be disappointed and well worth a stay.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, if we could give it more than 10 we would. The facilities were great, breakfast and afternoon tea (included in the price) were extensive and delicious. The room was large and stylishly furnished. Shower and jacuzzi were good. The room's mini bar was free (never seen that in a hotel before). the staff were exceptional friendly and helpful and made you feel special and very welcome.

What an experience. My wife and I were welcomed with delicious snacks and a cool drink. The entire check in experience was smooth. Our room came with complementary drinks. The best part of the stay was the jacuzzi. The afternoon tea was delicious.

The staff is very helpful. The room is in typical Vietnamese style, looks great and different. Nice balcony, Minibar free of charge including Beer ;-) The breakfast is great, the choice as well as the location. In addition they have a great rooftop bar, wonderful.

Location, facilities and staff

I loved the location of this hotel on Dong Khoi

On arriving at the hotel, I was rather disappointed with our Saigon Double room. The description of this room ( on Booking.com at least) was misleading. Small matter, but this type of room strictly speaking does not have a balcony as we know it, nor does it have a mini garden as it says on the description. What it has is an enclosed stone Spa bath with entry through a side door of the room. This spa bath is enclosed by iron grills open to the outdoors. It cannot be altered I know, but the configuration of this room is odd!
