Really beautifully designed property, including the architecture, lobby, restaurant, room, and pool area. The staff were also attentive and kind and made us feel special and welcome. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival and ended spending more time in the room, pool area and bar. Also, they provide a tea time service between 2-4 pm which is a delightful presentation of specialty foods, desserts, drinks and snacks, which ended up being our lunch every day! All of this made it very difficult to go out exploring into the busy city.

The only thing that was a bother is that there were no curtains on some of the windows in the room and that made it hard to sleep deeply.

It is actually a very good hotel with soul and an idea behind it. Super friendly staff and service, very comfortable rooms with a jacuzzi in the balcony. Very good quality and variety of breakfast.

The position was great, the staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Great pool and bar on the roof , delicious breakfast and complimentary high tea in the afternoons was an added bonus. Loved our stay.

The perfect hotel for an amazing weekend in Ho Chi Minh City

Nhi and the team made my stay at Myst so pleasant. I had a rough start arriving to HCMC but they helped ease the transition upon arriving/check in. I enjoyed the amenities, especially the rooftop bar and gym. Room service was also good. Will def stay again.

The staff greeted us with fruits and a refreshing drink. The afternoon tea was a must! They gave us a free cooking class of beef luc lak and fresh spring rolls and a certificate! The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The Myst is an amazing gem in District 1. It is tastefully and eclectically decorated, with a hint of whimsy. It is quiet, and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast and high teas are a must do, and the private and quiet rooftop pool and bar were also a highlight.

Very charming unique boutique hotel in district 1. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great coffee at Cafe Bason downstairs. Comfy beds and beautiful bed linen. KL spa was also good. Free afternoon tea from 2-4pm. We asked for recommendations for dinner and were not disappointed, they even made the reservation for us. Totally fabulous hotel. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

Location, design, staff, breakfast and interior is just perfect!

I couldn’t give it a full 10/10 because of one major issue: the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud. It made it nearly impossible to sleep, whether I kept it on to stay cool or turned it off to avoid the noise. This really impacted the overall comfort of the stay

I am obsessed with this hotel. Every aspect of this hotel is considered and includes a wide range of amazing repurposing of Saigon history. The details are exquisite, but even more so is the service. I hope the owner understands just how incredible their staff are. They were beyond helpful and provided us with the best first experience of Ho Chi Minh city. We are truly blessed with this hotel experience and indebted to your staff, especially Mr Nghia. Thank you.

The design is beautiful of the hotel and it’s very romantic setting. Perfect for looking out over the city views. The team were extremely kind and gave my wife flowers because we were celebrating our anniversary. The whole experience was wonderful!

Very stylish design property. Lobby had a great smell. Roof top bar and pool were well decorated and felt a world away from the city below. Staff could not do enough to help.

The location was a huge tick for us. The bed was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool area and drinks. The staff were attentive and helpful. No issues booking tours/taxis/ changing money.

The amenities in the rooms weren’t overly functional. The shower area was disappointing no privacy and just wet the room. Seperate private bathrooms would have been more enjoyable.

I could not find fault with this hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful going out of their way to get you what you wanted, the location exactly where we wanted to be. The breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea were both equally impressive. Overall an amazing stay.
