The location was fine, but I could not make a comparison to other locations. The design and decor was quirky - we liked the rustic feel! The bed was very comfortable and my wife approved of my choice of hotel (which is difficult to obtain!) so we were all happy.

The property was very quaint. Beautifully decorated with the old and new. The pool and the bar on the 14th floor was exceptional. So was the breakfast. So much variety that changed daily . Rooms were spacious and very aesthetically appealing in a unique way. Actual hotel is better in person than the pics.

The bar on the 14th floor was a little hard to access. The Spa in the room could use a good clean especially the jets. Overall, these are 1st world issues. The place was almost perfect.

The location,the breakfast,the swimming pool,the shower and toilet.

The jacuzzi was not disinfected so at trying to use it we were exposed to some very unpleasant odor and had to rush out of it for hygienic reasons of course!

This was my second stay a the hotel and it was again lovely. Fantastic breakfast and tea time moment. The location is fantastic and I will surely come back again.

I loved the style - no doubting that you’re in Vietnam. Gorgeous artwork by Vietnamese artists. Beautiful decor.

Not quiet. The room doors are heavy and close very loudly with a slam which can wake you up in the night when other guests on the same floor are out late.

Breakfast was incredible, fabulous staff that surprised us with some very cute surprises for our honeymoon. Rooftop pool was lovely, great cocktails, great location.

The room smelled of dampness which did away from the luxury experience. It might have been nice to have a scent in the room to help with this and elevate the experience.

The staff and everything has been amazing.

The bathtub wasn't cleaned very thoroughly, but everything else was perfect.

We love the style and decor of the room and hotel, from the lobby, to the bar, to the rooms itself, it feels very chic and "Vietnam". We didn't want your basic, typical, all white modern hotel, or your super old colonial style hotel, but something that felt local, traditional, stylish, artful, while still being cozy, and modern. We had a very comfortable stay. And were impressed.

Not much to critique, I do wish there was more local cuisine offered at the breakfast buffet, and less western food. There was pho, there was banh mi, steamed rolls, even dim sum, but I wish there was banh mi xiu mai and other local dishes for breakfast. Also we had the outdoor tub/jacuzzi in our room, and while it was very nice and atmospheric to be out there, relaxing, very cool and great vibes, the jacuzzi wasnt the cleanest, some build up on the walls, and the jets dont seem to clean.

Could not fault this hotel. Fab location, beautiful ropftop pool and bar, complimentary afternoon tea, great spa treatments, lovely room and very friendly and professional staff. You won't be disappointed. They also had the best christmas decorations!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. Our rooms were large and thoughtfully furnished with traditional style decor. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi, lovely scented toiletries, and variety of minibar drinks. The complimentary afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a delicious variety of sweets, sandwiches and dumplings that would change slightly each day. On top of the facilities, we were very impressed with the level of service and accommodation we were provided. The staff were always present to assist us whether at the lobby or via phone call. They extended access to the afternoon tea and pool/showers in the many hours between check out and our late night flight on our last day. They even noticed my upcoming birthday and prepared a slice of cake and a lovely handwritten message. Truly a memorable stay! Finally, the location of the hotel is also fairly convenient. It's within walking distance of a large shopping mall, and the streets and traffic signage in the area is pretty good - we did not have difficulty crossing the road! The road outside the hotel is also not too busy, making it easy when getting into taxis.

I will ONLY stay at the Myst moving forward. WOW! The service is superb, world class. Special high five to Jamie who checked me and made me feel awesome. Rooms are fantastic. I had a corner suite with outdoor hot tub. Bed and pillows flawless. Stay here.

Breakfast was a good variety a la carte and buffet, very fresh. The pool was good, 24m, great for swimming lengths and not crowded. Hotel atmospheres very calming and unique, with strong links to shipping and port history. Attentive and friendly staff

We stayed 5 nights it is in District 1 so near everything. Cute Boutique hotel, clean and comfortable. All staff amazing couldnt do anymore to help you. Pool area lovely and Gym had what you needed. breakfast 10/10 - you get afternoon tea free as well everyday and that was lovely and unexpected. Defintely recommend and stay again. If you eat dinner or have other food drinks remember added service charge and local VAT 10% drinks and 8% food.

Location is fabulous. The staff is amazing. The rooftop pool is great. The breakfast is great with vegetarian options off a menu plus a full buffet. Love the afternoon tea for a quick snack highly recommend 5/5

When we first arrived we were put in a room on 1st floor where the balcony faced into a wall and the smell from the laneway did not make it enticing to use the spa. They moved quickly to relocate us to 7th floor. This was so appreciated. Also appreciated high tea and exceptionally good breakfast spread

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants... The customer servive was outstanding; every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of afternoon tea, which added an extra layer of comfort and charm to my stay.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions. It's decorated in a very cozy local style and has a unique character. The staff is very attentive to the comfort of guests and can always be counted on. The rooms are very clean and nice. During your stay, it is also worth taking advantage of the bar on the top floor and the swimming pool, which offers a cozy green atmosphere in the middle of a big city. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only downside was the high humidity in the room. We were there in October, and it was still raining heavily in the city, but the humidity was noticeable on our clothes and bedding.

Excellent location, beautiful room, clean gym, and a relaxing pool and bar area; perfect a little unwind at the end of the day. The staff at the front desk, in particular Long, could not have been more helpful helping us with a couple of logistical issues. We are looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks at the end of our trip.

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel staff allowed us to check in early to our room. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath waa perfect. The bar and pool as well as gym on the rooftop were amazing. If you are coming to HCM make sure you stay here…

Amazing pool, lovely staff and fab location.

This is 10/10 exceptional - everything was perfect and then beyond expectations. If you're visiting Vietnam, this is the perfect way to end your trip. I cannot recommend it enough

The hotel is in a nice area of Saigon close to the Saigon river . The staff is very friendly . The roof top bar next to the pool is very cosy and the pool itself is also a refreshing delight. The rooms are spacious and we had the room with outside jacuzzi which is very nice with an amazing view in the river. Breakfast buffets is of very high quality and a lot of variety for everyone. As well European style as Asian flavors .

The hotel is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and the attention to detail was lovely. The breakfast buffet is one of the most luxurious spreads I’ve ever seen. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at The Myst Dong Khoi!! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. At checkout, we accidentally left something in our room, but the team immediately found it and kindly sent it along with our other luggage—such thoughtful service! The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel made us feel truly welcome. We can’t wait to come back!
