Quality hotel in a decent location.
Good location and service. A very comfortable stay. I used the gym, pool and sauna, all of which were good.
Breakfast was ok, I am not sure if I would take if staying again.
Extra towels in room would have been nice as we were travelling with a 5 year old.

We had an amazing stay. Coming from China, our union pay cards gave us a bit of issues paying for the deposit but the staff were so understanding and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and when it was too full they would make another plan to seat you at the library or the bar on the upper floors. All staff were extremely friendly and checked in on you at breakfast multiple times. We loved that the bathroom had a speaker so whatever was playing on the tv you could hear in the bathroom. The rooms were exactly as the pictures and very spacious and comfortable. The staff working at the entrance would always open your taxi doors and even help if money was confusing. We had an amazing time!
The Bluetooth speaker connection wasn’t as secure and our music kept cutting or stopping and playing.

It was average. Big selection.
The tase of the dim sum, matching of non-vietnamese guests with non-vietnamese speaking staff. Also the layout of the buffet is in a straight line. It is not an efficient layout for any crowd at all

Probably best location.
Room was quiet and equipped with everything you can think of.
You can even find Coffee press in the room.
Room service is up to 5 stars standard.
Fantastic work space(desk) in the room if that is important for you.
Check out was a little messy.
They took usd as a guarantee deposit no questions asked, but then on the check out started to question every bill quality when I've tried to use those for payment.
Pretty common thing in Asia, but still makes no sense to me.
If you take it as a guarantee, means it's good enough for payment.

very happy with our stay . staff at the club and concierge are top notch .
it’s location , club , the hotel itself is wonderful.
I didn’t like that staff would advise each morning to check the minibar personally . which felt a bit invasive . The checking of the minibar could be checked while to room is cleaned ? I don’t see it necessary that another person will come knocking in each morning to check the mini bar.

Excellent location in District 1, friendly and always helpful staff, very good breakfast
not a lot, just that the coconut served for breakfast was not really fresh and the prices at the bar are relatively high, even on an international comparison.
