The location was astounding. We walked for miles every day. With a corner room, we had views of trees and a family of parakeets making a nest in front of us. The property is extremely clean and the room was spacious. Everything felt clean and modern. Even the gym. But the real charm came from the staff. Thanh helped us every morning and everyone was eager to help with whatever we needed. Utilize their concierge service to help with plans. Best to plan days in advance. Oh, yes, and the breakfast! Tasty and varied - so delicious. Both local and foreign cuisines.

The shower splashed all over the floor. Typical Asian shower. I still don’t understand it. lol

Could get a bit noisy but we were up and out so didn’t bother us. And we were at the front of the hotel.

Excellent staff: helpful, cheerful and energetic. An easy walk to many sights and the main shopping area.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms, but not enough to spoil the stay.

Loved the room design. Beautiful. Breakfast coffee was very good.

The property was clean and felt up up to date! The staff helped our stay feel at home! The cleaning staff in particular were amazing and detail oriented! Our family appreciated their work every day! A huge shoutout to them!

More options would’ve been nice but it is also understandable to avoid food waste!

We stayed in a family room: very nice breakfast, the room was very clean and cosy with a good view. Gym is fine and didn't tried spa. The room was very nice. All staff were so kind and efficient, there is no artificial over smiles and service ( which is some time annoying ) so it was very confirmable.

I hope there is a swimming pool.

Our “city view” was the building in front of us. The room is not sound proof, we can hear people from next door.

A wide range of breakfast available, and they will change the composition of Chinese fried vegetable/ steam food everyday. I enjoy having the congee, dragonfruit, pineapple in the morning, also the freshly cooked noodles! The wood design in the room is special and the room is spacious and clean.

Although it might be part of the design, I would prefer having a brighter room light. It’s hard to makeup after the daylight is gone. Also, I prefer the shower with door so the toilet wouldn’t be all wet. Despite these two concerns, I still enjoy the stay very much.

Really nice, comfy property slightly away from the heart of the tourist area, with tons of restaurants close by, but still very close to all the big sites. Fabulous breakfast buffet and comfy front patio under towering palms.

Great staff! Always they gave a very kind and promt request solution. This hotel is an secondary road so there isn't the trafic noise, as usual in the center. Nice atmosfere and good food.

We were upgraded during our stay as our rooms were not ready during check in time. The room was spacious and clean. There was a separate bathtub and shower. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection of foods and drinks. The staff were professional and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Good location. There is a nice outdoor sitting area for guest to sit.

The TV did not have Youtube or Netflix and only had cable TV.

The room location was not ideal facing a tall building only few feet away otherwise felt like home. Dining menu limited.

I highly suggest getting a bigger room with windows. The bathroom was western styled - shower was properly separated from the toilet and water drained properly. Room walls are not too thin. There's an extra fan and lighting. When I asked for a late check-out, the next room I moved to had no windows (next available unfortunately) and the shower room was a mess when I showered. The water was everywhere as there was no segregated pillar from the shower water spreading to other parts of the bathroom. The no window room had the sink tap situated next to the bed oddly. Nice sheets and quilts. Staff was really helpful and got our luggage into the car despite the heavy rain ❤️

The buffet breakfast looked really limited so we opted to not include it in our stay. When they make up the rooms, they don't change towels straight away. Instead they do random knocking later in the day asking if you want new towels which was rather disruptive. It was a bit bothersome asking for new towels each time. The bed spring was broken and one side was higher. Pillows are a bit too soft if you have neck issues like me you'll need to puff it up. Would be nice to have medium profile pillow as an option. Late check-out was quoted for $2mill vnd but when we asked again it was $2.6, then $2.2 ( understand prices change but I think it should be flat or at least inform early on more what price to expect as a range).

The hotel was kind of dark, most of the equipments are old but too pricey when compared to other hotel around the area.

Hotel is too pricey, it's not worth the price, breakfast was limited in choice. I would not recommended.

Beautifully-designed hotel and rooms throughout, with marvellous wood panelling lending a polished and luxurious feel throughout the property. Service was great, especially in the restaurant, and the front desk were always helpful. The Double Suite which we stayed in was spacious and there was plenty room for a baby cot to be set up. The kitchenette area was handy as well. The location was ideal - in District 1 but on a quiet, tree-lined avenue away from the mayhem - perfect for families. We'd definitely consider staying there again should we return to HCMC for another visit.

Loved the quiet location but yet still very close to points of interest. Also the housekeeping left a little packet of ginger treats on the bed which was so nice because we were fighting a cold.

Breakfast selection was just OK, also the bathtub (although aesthetically looking) is honestly a waste of space. Realistically you'd shower more and maybe use the bath tub once or twice on your holiday (we never bothered to run the bath). But ultimately the most annoying thing was that the shower has no door so you end up splashing water all over the bath mat and floors.

Family room is very spacious with big window with good view of park. Nice bathroom and good bed. They have also offerred a spa treatment which was very pleasant. Breakfast was also wonderful.

We loved our stay here. The room was super comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud! The location was great, walkable to everything but actually on a calm and quiet street. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was really convenient, on a quiet street compared to the others. The rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast coffee came from an espresso machine which was great.

A quick stop over in the City for the night, and what a perfect location this was. The hotel was gorgeous and so welcoming, a little hidden gem.. breakfast was also incredible, so fresh!

Prime and quiet location, not noisy at night, beautiful decorations, rooms and facilities as advertised, our kids like the bunk bed in the family room with spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, restaurants accommodating to our family vegetarian dietary requirement and cooked for us vegetarian meals not on the menu, strongly recommended

it'll be great if the family room has a mini fridge instead of just a cooler as it didn't work very well and we were concerned our food would go off.
