Fusion Suites, Ho Chi Minh City

My stay at Fusion Suites Saigon was fantastic! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even took the extra step of being sensitive to my dietary preferences by guiding me towards Muslim-friendly food options since I don’t consume pork. Besides that, the rooms were kept tidy all day while you are out.

The room acoustic its quite poor. Worth to get the project team to revisit. That's all. The rest are all good.

Beautiful clean rooms and amenities, conveniently located in the middle of district 1. The room was a very comfortable place to return to after a day out in the Ho Chi Minh sun.

The room is relatively expensive, but the food and restaurant are overly expensive.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in all Vietnam. Beautiful big room, the bathroom was huge and we loved all the wood features. The location was great for walking everywhere and the restaurant was fantastic. The staff were very friendly.

The walls of the hotel are very thin. The first night we stayed our neighbour was watching tv very loud from 12am to 2am, when we phoned reception to complain. They tried calling the room but no one answered. The staff were very kind in giving us a different room to sleep in. But because of our late night we missed our morning activities. This was a shame as we only had one day in Ho Chi Minh. The next day they said the neighbours had checked out so we stayed in our original room as it was bigger and nicer. However on the second night, the neighbours started watching tv at 3am very loud until 4:30 so once again we had bad sleep. And we had to leave at 6:30am to get to the airport. I was so disappointed as I really loved the aesthetic of the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, with good showers.

Pillows were bit too soft. location wasn’t the best but you could can everywhere anyway.

I wanted to use the gym but smelt humid. And no windows so felt a bit claustrophobic.

A very clean modern design through out the hotel. The room even has a small kitchenette and a sofa which is very rare in hotels these days. Helpful staff. Simple but good food at the restaurant. Quiet spa.

The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and if the people in the room next to yours, speak loudly or shout (as did the people in the room next to mine), you will be able to hear the sounds very very clearly. The location of the safe deposit locker is all the way down near the floor, so one has to literally get on all fours in-order to access it. I am sure the hotel can find another better, more accessible spot for this in the room, which is big and has a lot of space.

Wasnt able to check in until after 14.00pm. I know that this is the official policy but I 'd expect more lenience for travellers who have just arrived from a 13hrs flight.

No door or curtain on the shower made the bathroom very wet and messy.

Brand new hotel, by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. Usually all other 4/5 star hotels are max 2/3 stars in reality and the photos don't match what you get. But with this hotel we really got what we paid for, as you would normally get in other parts of the world. It was a breath of fresh air to stay at an exceptionally clean, new hotel after all the others which were supposed to be good too.

All good, we liked everything.

Fridge is the only concern as it does not keep anything cool but staff were able to bring up a bucket of ice

Good size room. Good breakfast included. Staff were very helpful. Able to leave our bags and return for shower before leaving Saigon.

Room had no bedside tables.

The room was amazing, spacious and clean. It was close to the city centre around 10-15mins drive. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had a big variety. Would definitely recommend the place to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel itself in District 1 seemed to be in a bit more of a 'local' area as it is away from bars and shops, with lots of coffee places around. That said, it is very cheap to get around Ho Chi Minh via Grab (the Uber equivalent) so not so much of a problem. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. Check your room though because the photo for the room is not what you automatically get, Our room had one very small window above head height. It was quite light when open, but it is definitely not the picture on the front. There was a power cut while we were there on one afternoon and they put on snacks and a drink for the inconvenience.

Laundry is expensive compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam.

My partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast here. They have different local dishes every day. The room lived up to expectations, although the view was a bit lack luster (lower floor). The location was away from the touristy area, which has it's benefits.

The bathroom was decent but could have been bigger. The gym could also have been bigger with more equipment. I ended up going out to a local gym.

Everything! The room was exactly as advertised. Super comfortable, beautiful, clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very diverse and good.

Reasonably large modern hotel in a great spot to explore HCMC on foot, or with minimal cost via Grab taxis.
