The hotel has great customer service and location. We loved the food in the hotel, the different beverages, the rooms and the spa. We stayed for 3 nights, and found us self eating dinner and taking spa treatments two times in the hotel. Every staff was very helpful og very kind. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to change our next accomodation in Ho Chi Minh to this hotel later in our journey. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we travel to Ho Chi Minh. Recommend this to everyone in every ages ❤️🇻🇳

Great location to explore Saigon

Great rooms, excellent food and great service

The hotel's concept was very nice. Although the lady at the reception was very helpful. The spa service was amazing; I can say I had the best massage service of my life. The hotel's restaurant and the staff providing the service were very good.

The gentleman at the reception desk seemed a bit down, of course, compared to the lady's helpfulness, I can say that. There were several male employees at the reception desk, I don't want to cause any confusion, I'm referring to the frail gentleman.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was comfortable and fairly close by to most tourist places. A small but good breakfast spread.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the furniture was new and in good condition. The hotel was in a good location for the activities we wanted to do in HCM City. All staff were excellent with good English so communication was easy. They all went over and beyond in there service and approach to our requirements.

We had a family suit. It was really beautifully finished. Very comfortable and clean. We had a room service and the food was really nice. Breakfast was really good. The staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and modern. The staff were welcoming and competent. The room was cleaned twice daily so we always had fresh towels. I especially enjoyed the corner suite but the standard suite was comfortable too. Breakfast was good with Vietnamese and more standard options available. Also, they had decaffeinated coffee options at breakfast so I didn’t have to search for outside options I

The buttons on the elevator could be a little finicky but it wasn’t a big issue.

We LOVED the size of our room and location of property ; easy access and walk around. The staff seem well trained and friendly.

Gym was having a leak and hence a damp smell. There was a sign to advise on this too but it was an inconvenience.

We stayed in a Family Suite, which was lovely, modern, and very spacious, perfect for our family to spread out and relax. The hotel is tucked away on a quieter street directly across from a primary school, which gave it a peaceful, local feel while still being walking distance to just about everything, convenience stores, cafés, massage spas, and plenty of food options. Breakfast was included and served buffet-style with a good variety that changed slightly each morning, keeping things interesting. The staff were polite and efficient, and the hotel maintained a clean, minimalist design throughout. We also appreciated the reliable housekeeping, which generally happened between 2 and 3 p.m., with an optional turndown service offered around 6:30 p.m.

There isn’t a pool, which we knew when booking, but it would have been a nice addition especially when travelling with kids. Also, interestingly, there didn’t seem to be any other families or children staying at the hotel during our visit. It’s not a negative, just an observation that the property seems to attract more couples or business travellers. Overall, Fusion Suites Saigon offers a calm, comfortable escape in a central location. The spacious rooms, great breakfast, and attentive service make it ideal for families seeking a quiet and well-located base in Ho Chi Minh City. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great design, love the wood combination. It gives a relaxing ambiance despite the business of Saigon. Staff are also super friendly and cater for our needs, like providing colouring set for the kids so they can keep company. Location is also perfect, 2km from all the main attractions in district 1. Various breakfast menu and huge bathroom too.

This was a super comfortable stay for our 5 night (first time) visit to HCM. The location is close to everything you want but far enough from cramped tourist spots like Benh Tanh. There are spas, cafes and street food within walking distance. What impressed us the most was the breakfast: great restaurant service every morning and fresh selection of rotating menu. The hotel room itself was also so big and spacious, and plus we appreciated the room cleaning service twice a day! You won't regret booking this hotel.

Only downside was that room was not completely soundproof from neigbouring rooms and streetnoise (from nearby schools, bar music and honking vehicles). If you're a light sleeper, suggest to bring earplugs.

This hotel was very nice and clean, nice staff, short walk to main areas but on quiet street. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled very good every morning. Really nice rooms, good water pressure, cleaned twice daily with turn down service at 5pm also. Highly recommended

Location, cleanliness and staff are all huge plus. Nothing in HCMC is far from the hotel and most of the places are within 15-20 mins walking distance. Sitting in a quiet street, there are 2 green strips nearby for morning walks and a 7-11 about 200m away.

The breakfast bar wasn't very large, but they served delicious food. We could order various drinks from the bartender, and I even requested a bowl of freshly cooked pho and a plate of scrambled eggs.

Don't really like the drawings on the wall. It feels a bit weird to see pictures of a real person next to your bed.

Rooms were just like in the photos, comfortable and clean(cleaning 2 times a day). We are muslim so we couldn’t eat pork so the staff gave us vegetarian menu for breakfast and the kitchen cooked us fresh food it was delicious. And upon request they kindly stored our luggage for 7 hours after the chrck out.

We had a doble room. The small room had AC that was not as powerful as the one in the main room but the staff was super helpful and brought us also an extra fan.

Our suite was super cozy!! Looks like a chalet in the mountains. They arranged for us nice guided tours around hcmc. Best touch: they assisted us until the very end, keeping our luggages and letting us change afer a busy day visiting hcmc before the flight. Thank you D Ahn!!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was very comfortable and cozy. The bath was the absolute best I ever had! The hotel restaurant is also good with tasty brunches and coffee.

In amongst all the busy and crazy streets is this lovely little hotel. The rooms are great, spacious and with bed beds and the rooms Service food is wonderful.

We had a lovely room high up but a view of other roofs and streets. It looked like trees and a park on the website.

Honestly everything ! The room is so cosy and nice ! I opted to stay here instead of main D1 cbd and save the $500 that I would’ve spent staying in a super central hotel and I did not regret it !

Thin walls, could hear the very noisy family in the room next door clearly, children screaming until midnight. Airport transfer was expensive compared with other options.

The genuine smiles and friendliness of the staff. Front desk & breakfast service staff were wonderful, very helpful & friendly. Special shout out to Vy who besides checking in on us when we cross paths at the lobby, and also shared her recommendations on eating places in D5. Spacious room & bathroom...and the relax vibe of the hotel.
