Staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is enough and every day they are serving different choices. Maybe diversity in cheese can be improved. The rooms are clean and well equipped. You can easily walk to the city. The hotel is around 15-20 minutes away from significant point. Walking is very easy. We loved the experience in the hotel. Especially, ı would like to thank you all staff working in the hotel.

Fusion suited is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, attentive staff and a great buffet breakfast. Amazing food within a short walk and everyone is very keen to assist you anyway they can. I spent new years here and was given a fruit platter and made to feel very welcome during my stay.

Wonderful hotel for a couple of days in HCM, easy to access sightseeing spots from there and staff couldn't have been more helpful! Felt well looked after from the moment we arrived.

The size of the room and the bathroom is one of the biggest that we have ever been and make you feel very relaxed. It is tastefully decorated with wood. The high ceiling covered by wood and faked "roof" creates a felling that you are in a house. The staff were very helpful and professional. There are many shops and restaurants near by and it is 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral & Post Office.

There is no standard wardrobe and the provided hangers are not enough. Water spills out of the shower cube. A simple retractable L shape shower curtain will fix this issue.

Exceptional stay, highly recommend. Very nice, stylish rooms, great lighting. Staff very polite & attentive. Very clean rooms. Breakfast superb with great coffee. Excellent service with staff ready to offer you the most- beyond expectations. Generally great & accurate recommendations (except one) from hotel re dining options/ etc. Honest & diligent staff- we forgot some items in our room, staff collected it and gave it all to us in the evening.

Overall nothing negative to say. Rooms slightly on the smaller size- and some rooms lack bed side tables. Family room booked via this website indicated slightly different bed arrangement/ capacity and prompted us to book a more expensive option: this was incorrect- but I think this was a marketing issue from the website, rather than the hotel itself.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety, especially the Pho was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city.

The bathroom could be improved and was a little outdated.

The facade, rooms and services of the hotel is beyond what we are expecting! Rooms are pleasantly well-furnished, clean and comfotable! Breakfast spread is good and they changed their hot dishes variety every day during our stay. A big thank you for your hospitality and warm services, Ryan and team!

It is a nice and clean place out of city hustle bustle. It is very near to city attractions and you can move around even on foot.

We had a truly memorable stay at Fusion Suites Saigon. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — preparing a refreshing welcome drink and even surprising us with a beautifully presented anniversary cake and room decorations. The room itself was impressively spacious, one of the standout features of our stay, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout. Overall, Fusion Suites Saigon exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning!

One area for improvement would be the breakfast experience for guests observing Halal dietary requirements. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer a dedicated Halal section with clearly labeled food, separate cutlery, and serving ware to ensure comfort and inclusivity.

The hotel has great customer service and location. We loved the food in the hotel, the different beverages, the rooms and the spa. We stayed for 3 nights, and found us self eating dinner and taking spa treatments two times in the hotel. Every staff was very helpful og very kind. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to change our next accomodation in Ho Chi Minh to this hotel later in our journey. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we travel to Ho Chi Minh. Recommend this to everyone in every ages ❤️🇻🇳

Great location to explore Saigon

Great rooms, excellent food and great service

The hotel's concept was very nice. Although the lady at the reception was very helpful. The spa service was amazing; I can say I had the best massage service of my life. The hotel's restaurant and the staff providing the service were very good.

The gentleman at the reception desk seemed a bit down, of course, compared to the lady's helpfulness, I can say that. There were several male employees at the reception desk, I don't want to cause any confusion, I'm referring to the frail gentleman.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was comfortable and fairly close by to most tourist places. A small but good breakfast spread.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the furniture was new and in good condition. The hotel was in a good location for the activities we wanted to do in HCM City. All staff were excellent with good English so communication was easy. They all went over and beyond in there service and approach to our requirements.

We had a family suit. It was really beautifully finished. Very comfortable and clean. We had a room service and the food was really nice. Breakfast was really good. The staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Only that the gym was under refurbishment and that wasn’t communicated before our arrival.

We LOVED the size of our room and location of property ; easy access and walk around. The staff seem well trained and friendly.

Gym was having a leak and hence a damp smell. There was a sign to advise on this too but it was an inconvenience.
