We loved our stay here. The room was super comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud! The location was great, walkable to everything but actually on a calm and quiet street. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was really convenient, on a quiet street compared to the others. The rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast coffee came from an espresso machine which was great.

Breakfast could be improved as there were few options.

A quick stop over in the City for the night, and what a perfect location this was. The hotel was gorgeous and so welcoming, a little hidden gem.. breakfast was also incredible, so fresh!

Prime and quiet location, not noisy at night, beautiful decorations, rooms and facilities as advertised, our kids like the bunk bed in the family room with spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, restaurants accommodating to our family vegetarian dietary requirement and cooked for us vegetarian meals not on the menu, strongly recommended

it'll be great if the family room has a mini fridge instead of just a cooler as it didn't work very well and we were concerned our food would go off.

Luxurious suites, close to the town. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They even let us shower after we checked out before our flight. They are happy to hold luggages, good breakfast.

Shower-head in our suite was a-bit weak but nothing else!

Sound proofing. We could hear almost every word from the room next door. Luckily we had no neighbour for few nights.

Water pressure (7th floor) was weak. Fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough. Water kettle - didn’t auto shut down when water was boiling - kept boiling on and on until I pulled the plug Gym @ basement - air con was on only periodically

Overall it was a great experience. The location is superb, it's walking distance from the very center of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. Loved the bath.

The room wasn't sound-proof enough, and on one of the nights I was up from.. awfully loud sounds from the neighbors. The hair dryer is an absolute disaster, it's a cheap foldable one. The wardrobe wasn't really useful, the shelves are low. On one of the days a housekeeper walked in, although my room was locked from the inside. The breakfast is ok, but I'd give it a 3/5.

I stayed in the Corner Suite, it exceeded my expectations and I had a very relaxing stay there. The room was spacious. Bath tub was really nice. Staff were superb. I had a beautiful stay. Staff provided me with adapter and were very attentive to my needs. I used the spa and had a very relaxing massage and a reasonable price. Can’t fault my stay. I would recommend.

Design of the hotel is really great! Friendly staff. Asked to help out our child’s new toy battery. Got it done immediately. As a return, we shared half of our child birthday cake with the staff.

4th floor is alright but would’ve preferred higher floor. Lifts button is really tricky to press.

Great location in a quiet street away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh but still plenty of food options close by within walking distance

The rooms are quite small and there’s not a lot of space to put your clothes. Not a big deal for a short stay, but we were there first 5 nights. Would be nice to have a space to unpack some things.

The property was in a great location in district 1 with tourist locations close by. Little Hanoi for egg coffee & Starbucks who want something they know. A great breakfast, you can place an order for coffee & eggs. Very modern, clean & comfortable. Room exactly as pictures. Staff couldn’t do more for you - a great stay.

Great property and super spacious rooms. Breakfast good and staff great. Good value for money and just around the corner from the main areas.

The staff are fabulous, from your first encounter with the front desk, to the people who clean the rooms, everyone is very polite very professional and incredibly helpful. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, the bathroom is very good with fantastic shower and large bath tub

The walls between the rooms are very thin and have limited if any sound proofing, it was not uncommon to hear people talking in adjacent rooms

Gorgeous hotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated. With lots of wood and pretty tile. We had a corner room with big windows. We had a small kitchen as well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and the detailed instructions on how to work the TV/remote. Had a chance to try the spa which was really nice.

Wish there had been more western options on the breakfast buffet. Also would have liked to have drinks and snacks available in the room without calling room service.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Because it was too late to send my postcard, I asked a staff for help. She very enthusiastically expressed her willingness to use her personal time to help me to drop the postcard into the mail box. I was touched and impressed.

Here is how amazing the staff at Fusion Suites Hotel is: when I realized I forgot a personal item at the hotel, the team found the item, called a taxi to hand-deliver it to the airport ASAP before my flight, and even liaised with airport security on my behalf via WhatsApp. This is a testament to the team’s excellent service and friendliness. We found other aspects of our stay equally wonderful. Our room on the second floor was spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave, fridge and bowls which we found very convenient for late-night takeaway. The room decor includes very stylish wood-cabin style finishings and a spa-like bathroom. The breakfast buffet is really good and offers enough options to please everyone, from a classic western bacon & eggs and pastries to congee with tasty toppings. Thank you to the team at Fusion Suites Hotel for a great stay in Ho Chi Minh City—we will heartily recommend you to friends and family. Note: also reviewed on tripadvisor

Well kept up, good location as the street was quiet. Nice bar and restaurant onsite. Not far from main attraction and easy to walk to anywhere from the hotel. Very friendly staff

Fantastic service staff, extremely polite and very diligent, appreciate it a lot! Room facing nature and trees, very therapeutic and overall great cleanliness! Will opt to stay here again. Breakfast was a good variety too. Location is convenient and always 10-15 mins away from tourist spots!

It’s located in district 1 but on a side street, making it more peaceful. The room is spacious and I love the wooden design. The food in the restaurant is good too.

The wall between the rooms seems a bit thin. You can sometimes hear people talking in the next room.
